My Jeep ended up having a busted oil cooler that needed to be replaced. The event happened after I got to work. I work 2nd shift and get off late so my wife came and picked me up after work. The next morning I started looking for tow trucks in the Huntsville area. I looked over the reviews for Rocket Towing and Recovery and decided to give them a call. They were able to help me promptly and take care of my unfortunate situation. They sent a nice gentleman named Daniel, who was able to get my Jeep on the flatbed and off to the repair shop. Everyone I spoke with at Rocket Towing was very helpful. Like most, my days are pretty hectic and they handled my situation fast and efficiently! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of towing and recovery services!
We had to request roadside through USAA, Rocket City Towing arrived quickly. The driver called us to verify the location and was very professional/friendly on arrival. He got our car loaded up and dropped off very quickly. I recommend this tow service to anyone needing it.

When I say great service from the time they received my request to the time DJ got done. Not only was DJ well aware of my vehicle. DJ was quick to change my tire among it being very hot outside. So if you need something as a tire change or a tow Chandler Towing & Roadside Assistance give them a call. Great communication and prompt service is what DJ provided 10 out of 10
The “ office manager” in the office is very rude her name is Elena poor customer service rude attitude. The workers here and the mechanic are very rude I asked to speak with the manager she then proceeded to say no I could not speak to him and then said you go through me. Highly upset with my experience
I visited this towing company helping a friend the lady in the office named Elena was very rude and when I asked to speak with the store manager she proceeded to say you can go through me and told me I could not speak to anyone else but her. Very professional. Sent a tow truck to my home very quickly, driver notified me when he was near, and my dead vehicle was towed to the dealership with no problems.
Happy to give Chandler Towing my strongest recommendation! My towing was a tough situation during a freezing / snowstorm day. To make matters even more complicated my car had a broken CV axle. What to thank Lappdog Towing and Mike for coming out at such a late hour and unlocking my niece’s boyfriend’s car. They were stranded and had called his insurance company for help with no shows from 2 different companies “set” by the insurance roadside assistance. Y’all are always my go to Tow company! This company is exceptionally horrible I used them before and they towed my car to get it serviced.I’m a disabled veteran 22years so I’m covered by USAA .I used this company before and USAA covered the expenses so I didn’t have to pay a dime. I called this time because I used them before and the guys they sent to me didn’t know how to by pass my battery in my Mercedes to jump the car so I did. I took his cable did it myself and I drove my car to the mechanic to have it serviced so Micheal the owner want a to charge me 70 dollars for the jump he’s guy didn’t know what to do so he threatened to call the police cool. Paid him not I told him I’m gonna get my attorney involved cause you want me to pay for services not rendered this company is a fraud and it’s truly a lap dog a low down racists dog soon as he heard I was black and Latino and driving a Mercedes his whole demeanor changed so typical Alabamian this company is a scam don’t use them you will be sorry….
10/10 service and definitely knew what he was doing, surely won’t be the last time we use them as for the price was definitely affordable! Thank you Mike for your help especially for being late at night!

Two weeks ago Kenny Price towed my husband's car and he was amazing! My husband was in a crunch and needed to get to work ASAP! Kenny arrived in a timely manner and knew exactly what to do and my husband was able to get a to make it to his meeting on time.
Their driver came out Friday foe AAA and told me he didn’t not have time to change my spare. I am a new amputee and was in tears as I sat in a not so great area as he told me to call AAA back and get a tow truck. He walked off as I was in tears. There is no excusing his behavior. He was also not the brightest color in the box as he told me I had a bent rim. Discount Tire confirmed it was NOT bent. A tire tech who can’t recognize a bent rim should not be doing any service.
The driver Justin Left the car half way in the road, which is ILLEGAL. i told him not to leave it in the road because the road is shallow and put to put it in front of the house. plus it doesn't run. so I'm having to get another tow. I Have had other cars towed to my front yard before and no one has ever left a car half way in the road. I wasnt around when he dropped the car off so I called him when I got to the car and he lied and said that he would have gotten stuck he didn't even tell me that he left it half way in the road a true PoS.
I had the best experience with Cody H. He called me within 5 minutes after placing the actual call to the tow company and just introduced himself and asked if their was anything he need to know about the vehicle. Within 40 minutes start to finish my car was picked up and dropped off. Cody H even texted me letting me know the car was dropped off. Definitely recommend this towing company.

This company is running a racket! Do not use them! Just a warning. The men who we communicated with were rude and did not know what they were talking about. They charge a lot to tow and charge you to get your belongings out of the car. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
I used Big boys a couple of years ago when I needed my porch hauled that I had bought and I had a time-line of the same day to have it removed and Big boys came right out and went beyond my expectations, I will recommend these guys for anyone needing something towed, they are very helpful and hard working guys and they didn't charge a whole lot either, I give them 5 stars!

Excellent experience’ Our truck was stuck in the snow in the side of a hill and William Tow Pro rescued us with ease. We called AAA, but they failed to assist. Tow Pro rose to the occasion and made it happen! Thank you William for your professionalism, expertise and willingness to assist!

These people have no regard for human life and will continuously tow your vehicle at your place of residence. They were just paid a large some of money to retrieve my vehicle, for them to tow it again within a month.
Could not recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were stuck in the mud and no other towing company would even come. James and his brother came to my rescue. It was late at night and came to my rescue in a field. Will never call anyone else but tow pro. Y’all have gained a customer for life.
