Steve came out and helped with my flat tire after I hit a manhole on a stripped road and got a flat. He was polite, prompt and efficient with his service. I highly recommend Sandoval Towing when in need of road side service.
We used Sandoval Services Towing today to get our daughter's car from Zuppas in Richfield to a Jeep dealership in Hopkins. They were awesome at communicating. Tony, who towed our daughter's car, kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very polite. Tony even called to say he put the keys in the dropbox for us and sent pictures of our vehicle. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
WOW! What an amazing service! I was in distress, stranded in Shoreview and Steve saved the day! Not only did he jump my car, but he came in a tow truck in case my vehicle had issues starting. He even helped make sure that I made it to where I was going safely. Talk about great customer service! 10/10 recommend!

Cody was fast and straightforward ! Extremely helpful in moving my car and being careful to not scrape the front as it is lowered ! Even with the bad weather he was fast and efficient ! Would give 10 stars if possible !
Called not knowing what to expect and Cody made the experience super easy for us. Within 2 hours our truck was towed to our desired location and he sent photos of each milestone along the way. Cody is a real professional!
We just had a wonderful experience with Cody. Spent the day at Back to the 50's with a 1958 pickup and it got vapor locked and stalled and would not start. I called four towing companies around 3:30pm on a Friday. The first said it would take three hours, the second said two and a half hours, the third was an answering machine and claimed they would call back within three minutes. Still waiting for that call and called Cody @ Certified Towing and he was there in less than 30 minutes. He is very professional, courteous and honest about how long it would take to help us. We strongly recommend Cody to you and to all of your friends and family.

As an elderly person you sometimes feel that you're being taken advantage of. Yesterday my car broke down and I had to get it towed. The young man from Galeana's towing service was so polite and respectful that he made my experience as stressful as it was, bearable. I would for sure recommend this company to anyone that had Towing needs.

The guys diagnosed my sons Expedition and put a fuel pump in. They were efficient, did great work and were more than fair with the cost. Very transparent, very honest. Our go to shop from now on, even if he has to bring it from Uptown!
I had a great experience with them. My truck broke down this afternoon while I was traveling with my 3 dogs and I was stuck far from home. They were the closest place that was open so I called them. Despite being busy, they were able to get a tow truck out there and get my truck fixed within about 2 hours. With it being a warm, sunny afternoon, they were nice enough to allow my dogs to be kenneled inside their waiting area while they worked on my truck. Their prices are reasonable and their service is outstanding.

Whilst in the middle of a huge rain/hail storm, my check engine light came on and this little shop was the closest auto repair still open at that time! We pulled in and luckily Sal (the owner) was available to help us. He not only immediately diagnosed my SUV with a serious transmission issue, but also went above and beyond to look into this issue to tell me it was a recall that should have been taken care of by my dealership. He then towed my car for me back to my town at an extremely reasonable price as well. He was truly God-sent during this pretty terrifying experience. I simply can not overstate how kind and wonderful he is. Extremely and highly recommended.

I locked my keys in my truck & was dispatched (Tyler ) from Luther Towing, normally roadside assistance takes forever. I can't say enough good things about Josh. He drove 2 or 3 hours to pick me and my car up and drive 2 or 3 hours to my home. The time went by fast. We had a good conversation and he gave me some tips about cars. He's a very kind person. I will always call Luther Towing when I need help. If you are going to be traveling in Minnesota be careful of the deer this year. I think they have gone kamikaze because they don't go around cars anymore if they are stopped, they just jump on them!

I cannot recommend Marks Towing enough. I needed quick assistance when I locked my keys in my car and they showed up incredibly fast, got me in on maybe under a minute, and couldn’t have been more kind.

I had a good experience with this company. I was involved in a serious collision on the interstate and the marks employees that showed up in response to the state patrol request were empathetic and very efficient. It was a stressful situation and I felt they were making it as easy as possible given the circumstances.
Hunter is amazing at his job. I had a great experience with AMG Towing in Minneapolis! My car broke down right off highway 35W near downtown, and they got to me so fast — way quicker than I expected for that area. The driver was friendly, professional, and made sure my car was loaded safely. He even helped me figure out the closest shop to get it repaired. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare when you’re stuck on the side of the road. I’d definitely call them again if I ever need towing in Minneapolis or around 35W. Called for roadside assistance through safeco, my insurance company, after I had decided to play hooky from church and drive down a minimum maintenance road about a quarter mile off the highway to visit a local dam. It was an adventure. All was good until I couldn't get back when my tires kept spinning after we backed put. Eventually RJ found us waving him in, where he kindly drove us back to our stuck car. Very slippery and little room to turn around. Tow truck got stuck, then we got it unstuck. This happened about 4 times. Same with my car. RJ was really great, had a stellar attitude and was clear he wasn't going to leave us (even if he could). It was warm out so that made our struggle alot more bearable. He got his truck back to the main road, and we eventually were able to gun it the full length back, floating over the newly formed ruts from when the truck was stuck. Felt like we were racing to the finish line. Ha. I learned RJ has been on the job just a few months, and that this experience was his most frustrating challenge yet. I am embarrassed that I got myself into that predicament, but glad we could add to his arsenal of experience in case he finds himself in that situation again... but hopefully not because of me! RJ, you were freaking awesome and I thank you. -tiffany and chris with the Mitsubishi in the woods.

This state trooper works with u should be summoned. Never gives warning. 2k dollars for 5 miles towing insane. It seems you give him a little coin . Stop overcharging ain't worth it,u will be happy but nature never leaves you. Just from Rest area to your place is 5 miles 2k. They didn't tow They drove the truck how can you disconnect a truck from trailer and u say u towed. I will sue you that's theft.

First of all, let me start of by saying, I called 3 supposed 24/7 towing companies in the area with no response before making contact with Sal at 24/7 Towing Company. Don't even bother wasting your time calling other towing companies, Sal at 24/7 Towing Company is where you want to take your business! Sal is an absolute gem! He's professional, patient and extremely understanding. My situation was quite complicated as I was calling from Omaha, NE trying to assist my 76 year-old uncle in the Brooklyn Center, Minnesota area. At the time, my uncle appeared to be experiencing some confusion. A Good Samaritan had picked him on the side of the highway but the car was left behind. Upon speaking with Sal, he immediately jumped into action. I paid for the tow and received the receipt via text thereafter. I then gave Sal the make, model, color and year of the car. Sal inquired about the keys. At that time, I quickly realized my uncle had the keys with him at his hotel. Sal without hesitation offered to go to the hotel and pick up the keys. Very generous... Sal rode up and down the highway until he found the car, confirmed the personalized plates, retrieved the keys from the hotel and towed the car to the designated placed. He sent confirmation via text to include pictures of the car at said designated location when the job was complete. The communication was excellent throughout the process. He called me when my uncle mistakenly stated his hotel was in St. Paul. He called from the highway . He called when he arrived in the hotel lobby for the keys and from auto shop/drop-off location. When all was said and done, I was delighted that the other towing companies didn't answer because Sal was a pleasure to do business with. He put me at ease during a concerning situation with my uncle and me not being familiar with area. He showed care for my uncle. Thank you Sal from Tiffany in Omaha, NE!!
Sal was great. On time, prompt respond to call and text. I had my motorcycle towed to my new house. I contacted Sal 2 days prior, date and time was set up via phone call and text. Got a quote over the phone and confirmed it via text. Sal texted the day of and an hour before arrival. If you ever had issues with poor customer services from other companies around town? Then I would recommend using Sal to anyone. Super professional, finally someone who actually knows how to run a business the right way. Thank you Sal for your help today.

Bad Service. He said he will be here to tow my car in 20 minutes and he was no show. When called to see his whereabouts or if he still coming, he ignores my calls. Even though i specifically told him a have a job to get to and to let me know if he can do it so i can call other towing companies. Avoid doing business with this guy.

I am 100% pleased with the service. But I did not like the driver asking for a tip at all! You get an hourly rate just like me being a diesel mechanic, but I don't ask for tips. I do my job and I'm proud of what I've done to earn my money.
I had to get a tow through my roadside assistance. Just in tyme was the third place they tried. They were quick and communicative and awesome!
I wish I would have known about this place sooner! I needed a jump during rush hour. By the time I called and the time it was jumped was less than an hour! They also had already verified my insurance reimbursement before he got there so it went smooth! I FINALLY have a tow company I trust!
Originally called for a tow (after a mobile mechanic cancelled on me due to cold weather) because I couldn’t jump start my car and was convinced I had a starter problem. They dispatched someone immediately, and I was standing in front of a tow truck within 25 minutes. Josh asked me a couple questions about my issue and asked if he could take a look, to which I said of course. He checked the battery, attempted a jump start using his mobile battery, and had my car running in less than two minutes and explained everything to me along the way. AND he only charged me for the jump start despite driving the tow truck all the way out. Just In Tyme Towing and Josh saved me money, time, and a major headache today, and they were polite, courteous, quick, and affordable about it. I couldn’t be more thankful to be back on the road.
Superb service! They offered me the best rates by 40% & their driver, Dino, was simply amazing. He kept me updated while I waited for his arrival and then went above and beyond to help me and make sure both me & my car made it where we needed to go safely. I was stressed and scarred when he arrived, it was my first accident, but he was able to talk me through it and ease my mind. Highly recommend! Lance is awesome! He handled and took great care of my car as if it was his own!! My car is lowered and is a pain to load. He took his time and again great care to insure nothing would get damaged. Great company and even better people! When the job was completed and I asked the cost he told me $120. All I had was 2 $100 bills. I asked if he had change and he did not at the time. He then responded $100 is fine. Humbled and shocked of his response! Needless to say he received a very nice tip!! I cannot say enough good things about Citywide service. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. More importantly they are very honest and don't try to upsell you on repairs that aren't necessary. Plus they offer a 5% discount to AAA members. Jacinda and the guys are simply the best!! Unbelievably prompt and really just wanted to help. I wasn't able to jump my battery after two attempts with the friends but Jerry got it done real quick. Recently in a traumatic car accident, I've never been in one before so naturally I take full trust in those around me to direct me in the right direction. When tow arrived he explained where he was bringing the vehicle and what to expect. I asked him for an estimated cost and he let me know a reasonable amount and broke it down for me. Arriving to pick up my vehicle, the cost had TRIPLED!! Why?! I have no idea.. They gave no real explanation except for "you have an Audi and it's all wheel drive".... I asked if they can help with a tow out and that alone cost another $320. I told them that I will have to figure out more money, "Is it okay if I grab my daughter's carseat?" Dear lord! They said, "That's going to be another fee to let you on the lot. And we can't let you in due to theft protection unless you've paid your total." Ridiculous. Like I understand protocol and all that. But when I finally sent payment and went onto the lot, my car was unlocked anyway!! Crazy stuff for this kind of situation... I can only imagine how others are being treated. Take advantage of the weak, they say.. shame on them. 😫
Went off the road March 31st during a supposedly rare (it's Minnesota) snowstorm/blizzard. The tow driver came by when I made a call the next day and met me very quickly and easily at the agreed upon place and time and got my car out with no problems at all. Very affordable and would definitely recommend.
Easy, fast, no drama, very pleasant on the phone. Nobody wants their car towed, but if you have to, these guys are good at it.

My car broke down in the grocery store when I was loading it up with food. Before hauling my car, the driver helped me move everything to my friend's car. More than enough.
My car got towed after an accident. They stored it overnight and helped coordinate with the insurance adjuster. Made a bad day a little easier.
When my car broke down in the middle of nowhere, this towing company saved my life. The driver was friendly, came there quickly, and towed my car to the nearest garage without any hassles. No hidden fees and good client service.
Called for a tow after my car overheated. The truck came faster than I expected, and the driver explained what might be wrong. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They made a bad day a little better.
I needed aid on the side of the road since I got a flat tire while I was driving. The mechanic came straight away, changed the tire, and made sure the spare was full of air. From start to finish, they were helpful and quick.

After over 24 hours of trying to get my insurance company (Progressive) to send roadside assistance, I finally got connected to Topkick Towing who was able to help me. I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, but he got my car started, put air in my tire, and told me to get to the tire shop right away. He was very friendly and I wish I would have just called him instead of going through my insurance company! I was in a very frustrating situation, and he was the only one who came to help. Thank you, sir!
Highly recommend this service!! I don’t live in the St. Paul area, but my brothers car broke down and we needed assistance! I had called my Insurance but I was never able to reach a rep because of the long wait times. His car was parked in a dangerous spot in the interstate. I googled the nearest available towing, he arrived in less then 20 minutes, assist with traffic control, and jump started our car under 30 minutes. I had an excellent experience with Suburban Towing. Mike & Jessie were very professional, timely and did a great job with our trailer. We had them tow a 32' trailer in some very tight quarters and their skills are second to none. Highly recommend and I'll be back!
Very rude when i question how they are towing my vehicle and tell me they tow them all the time this way? Tow manual specifically says all 4 wheels must be off the ground no exception for electronic 4 wheel drive. I wouldn't recommend this company. To the owners comment i expect the professional tow company to know right from wrong, you were coming to pick up a 2014 f150 4x4, tow manual specifically states CAUTION DO NOT TOW ANY VEHICLE WITH ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CASE WITH WHEELS ON THE GROUND ALL WHEELS MUST BE OFF THE GROUND. Just as your rude reply back that I should request a flatbed doesn't make sense, i don't tow vehicle's as a professional so i wouldn't think to tell you how to do your job. Next time i need a professional i will research how to do the job first so i can make sure its done right. Thanks for the suggestion. By the way how do you shift a 2014 f150 transfer case into neutral? Never mind you cant.

Backed into a snow drift instead of down the driveway today. Suburban Towing saved the day - promptly arrived to pick me up and take me to my stuck vehicle. They went "above and beyond" to make sure my car was back on the road within about an hour of my call. I hope not to NEED their services anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely call them again. I needed a tow of a vehicle that had a broken tie rod. I called Siewert's and Angel answered. She was very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. Even though they are based out of Red Wing, they had a truck in Prescott, and they were out to me with a flat bed in less than a half hour. Cody was the truck driver, and he was also friendly and professional. He had my vehicle loaded and unloaded very quickly, and was able to place it exactly where I needed it. Their customer service is top notch, and they were very easy for me to work with.
Siewart's is the real deal. Family owned business. They promptly arrived to help jump my van. When it wouldn't start, they towed it to their lot. They answered my calls and were accommodating to my requests. They helped me get back on the road. Thank you! If I find myself in your area needing service, I will call you first!
Tried to charge me multiple prices for storage. Never notified me of hold on vehicle being released. Started quoting statutes at me in regards to allowing me any items out of my vehicle, including the entirety of my keyring that left me locked out of everything I own. After some haggling, was allowed my keys and some paperwork, but they watched VERY closely to make sure nothing else was removed. Counter girl was pretty cute. That's the second star.

I can't thank Siewert's enough. My serpentine belt shredded a few miles out of Red Wing. The tow was there in half the time AAA quoted. The repair was done in a fraction of the time quoted. Sort of at a loss of words. I called for a jumpstart and they never started it. The guy tried for a few minutes and then quit, although it was regaining power. My ignition interlock was even reading that it was gaining power, like I told him. I said wait a few minutes. He said he can’t start it but he could tow it. I said no because it just needs a jump because I’ve dealt with this before. But he wasn’t patient and left. They also charged full price for a service then didn’t complete. $100 for a jump start? They tried to say the vehicle had more issues. That’s not true because I then uber’d to the store to buy my own jump pack and what do you know.. the trucks running. So thanks for literally nothing.
Williams towing was called out by our insurance company. Our tow driver Steve had his hands full today with our cars. We had an alternator go out in the one vehicle and stalled out on a no shoulder road. When I was following my fiance and drove around this driveway still managed to slip into the ditch. Well happy moving day and Anniversary to us, thanks to you all!!
Steve came out and helped us on this blistering hot day (93°). We had a flat tire and could not get the spare off the back as the locking mechanism was not working!!! He was professional and got us on the road in no time! Making sure our spare was full too!!! My friends son couldn't stop saying how nice of a man he was. Thank you!!!
Called a million different people. I was in a crash recently and I lost my parking decal. I called the full on police to find out this is the company who tows only for them to say that my new vehicle is indeed at risk tonight despite it being new and me not having the proper pass due to my car crash. 0/10 stars. Go anywhere else.
My car broke down at 1045 pm on my way home from work with temperatures at -1 and I have AAA and I called them and 2 hrs later AAA responds that they can't do it and I should find my own towing Co. I have AAA gold membership and this was they service they gave me. Needless to say I called Williams towing and they had my car picked up in 20 minutes and delivered to my house. Steve was professional and speedy. Williams towing is the only towing company that I will use from now on. They serve the southwest metro area and and its to bad they are not available to everyone. Thank you Williams towing for exceptional service.

Very nice people (both the dispatch and the driver), and super fast service! Also accepted cashapp when my girlfriend forgot her keys and couldn't get inside to get her credit card :)
The only time I got a tow and felt like they cared about me car as if it was theirs! My car was very low and I was afraid it would get damaged but they are very professional and took proper precautions to loading and unloading it. I would call them first every time!
My truck overheated on the side of the road on the way to work and I had to have it towed to my local dealership. The lady that answered the phone was very patient and knowledgeable. I waited less than 20 minutes for my tow truck driver to arrive and he was friendly, professional and extremely fast. I saved their number in my phone for all my future towing needs.
Super fast, friendly service that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Nobody enjoys having car troubles, but from the friendly staff that answered my call to my tow truck driver, the experience was above my expectations.

The lady in the office Maria is soo rude and disrespectful she has not type of manners what so ever I’ve been keeping my cool and not going off on them last time they towed my car it was parked in a “ fire lane “ that had no type of sign or anything the second time around 2:00am they towed my car out of this spot they said I parked “illegally” so I’m coming on here to let everyone know they don’t play around and they are a scam !! 300$ for yawl towing my car is absolutely crazy Georgetown apartments a lot of folks park in spots they aren’t supposed to and I haven’t seen they car towed !! There is nooo parking spots whatsoever so I parked here !!
I was a bit panicked when my car needed to be towed and it was in a secured ramp downtown. the good folks at Frankie's towing could not have been better! I spoke with Renee and she got right on it, found Steve to help and they arrived within 90 minutes in the pouring rain. Steve was amazing, friendly, kind and totally helpful. The ramp was to small for the truck so he pushed the car to turn it around and then jumped it to get it going then got it out of the ramp and towed it. he went above and beyond. they were a great help and very nice too. I recommend using them if you have a towing need, these folks were great.
We had Banks come and tow our car and he was very friendly and wonderful in a situation you just don’t want to deal with… I recommend the company and him very highly.
I've had a great experience with them in the past and recently. A driver named Banks made turned my stressful (it was a vehicle I own long-term that has never needed a tow before) situation into an easy and convenient situation. It's much appreciated.

Very timely service, and the staff was all so friendly and patient!
This towing towing company Lafy that answering all the call suck so bad. When I call the their office she told me they will come about 2 hour I waited all night they never come and I call back in there morning and she has the gutt to tell me that I should of call them back but I call three time and she has the same exuce so she should get fire or you will loose your business..I will never use this towing service any more in the future..
They were able to come shortly after I called. The driver was very pleasant.

Didn't get business card from driver, was told I could get my stuff but towing place says I have to pay my bill. They took my home & work away from me. Plus left me on side of road til my ride came.
