Shout out to bts towing best experience I’ve had and sadly I’ve had plenty. When I called I spoke with Renne and she was sweet and helpful. I scheduled a 9am pickup and they were on time which I appreciated it. When Bruce came he was professional and gentle with my car. The price was very reasonable and the service was amazing. Hopefully I won’t see them soon lol but I would definitely use them again !!

Nick was great! I called multiple tow trucks around the area and PERFECTOW had the best price. They were very helpful and friendly throughout my entire service. Definitely will be calling them again if I need help. You can definitely count on these guys to get the best service in the area.
My Driver Nick was really great! I had to ride with him to the mechanic shop that was over an hour and a half away. He was very personable and made the ride enjoyable by having good conversations the whole ride instead of sitting in an uncomfortable silence the whole time. I would like to say thank you to Nick for making my rather unpleasant day a bit more bearable.

The owner is full of lies. I called and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. And I waited for one hour and he did not showed up. I called him about 4 or 5 times, he lied bluntly every single time. He said he was 3 minutes away every time. Do not use this service. I do not know how he gets 5 stars on google review. From the conversation, the owner must doing all these lies to many customers for many times.

I will recommend this towing company to anyone and need! I called the guy he was very nice came fast towed my car 45 minutes away car was how he picked it up and I’m just very satisfied with his service I will contact again when need too.
My car developed serious problems on the drive to Newark Airport. I made it to the long term parking lot, but knew it needed to be towed for repairs, so I could get home after my trip. I searched for towing companies and decided to use J and F Towing after reading other good reviews. Since I was out of the country, there were many steps that had to be taken to enable the release of the car. It was complicated and time consuming. Uri was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to visit the parking lot ahead of time and communicate with me regarding what I needed to do so he could pick up the car. He delivered the vehicle to the repair shop perfectly on time and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. I'm so grateful for his friendly, kind, and knowledgable help. Highly recommend!

After an exhausting 13 hour flight with my best friend, I arrived at the airport to discover I had a flat tire and was unable to loosen the lugnuts. I searched online for service and called J and F towing. Shortly after my request for help, two wonderful gentlemen from J and F arrived to fix my tire. They were kind, helpful and made us feel safe. They were very professional and reliable. I used them a few times already. I would recommend. Even took me back home after dropping off my car at the shop.
I contacted Tumi Towing and immediate response. They pulled up in less than 15mins and before you know After introducing himself Pedro took out his equipment and immediately got to work. Tire was replaced in less than 7mims. Not only did Pedro do an awesome Job He placed the old busted tire and my car tools In the trunk and even recommended a tire repair shop near by!. Applause!
So today I was driving to Tropicana in Elizabeth and when I parked into the lot, my car had died, so I tried jumpstarting it with my battery booster and nothing worked. Which led me to my last option which was a tow truck, I called them and they told me how much it would be. They got here within the time they had told me. They were quick to come and once they arrived they towed my car back to my house. I really appreciated them for helping because I was stranded at the diner on a Friday afternoon and the owners of the diner had told me I had to remove the car by Saturday since Saturdays are their busiest days. Luckily their services were amazing, easy and polite. They helped me get my car back safely home :). I would recommend them 100%

One of my guys company trucks broke down. Contacted this company and they were very professional. The Driver, Tarzan, (Yes it was actually that Tarzan!!!!!) Wish I asked for an autograph in hindsight. I have used alot of a different tow trucks, this was by far the quickest response out of all of them. Within 45 minutes driver was on site,hooked our vehicle and brought it to the shop. Very reasonable prices. We only had a 10 mile drive, so unsure if it would have been more if the distance was further. The company I work for, as well as myself personally Would def use them again. UPDATE#### DO NOT CALL ON THE SPOT FIRST. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TOO L, KINDA MAKE IT A RACE. LET HIM KNOW, MAYBE HE WONT STOP FOR COFFEE FIRST NEXT TIME. By coincidence my SUV got stuck outside of both on Lincoln and Holland Tunnels. Both times I ended up calling them and the tow truck showed up within reasonable time. Drivers were price was reasonable.
Amazing experience using them to deliver a Pallet from New Jersey to Connecticut. It was pleasure working with Oscar the driver and speaking with the owner. They also had fair pricing.

D and L towing service got there a half an hour sooner than was told to me by AAA. The gentleman that took care of my car knew exactly what was wrong. He got his tools and fix it on the side of the road while cars were speeding past. He was courteous, kind and fast. I was back on the road in 15 minutes no tow necessary. I was totally satisfied with DNL’s towing service. I highly recommend them.
AAA sent them to change a tire on my boat trailer (with boat on it), but they did not have the equipment as they don’t do this work. When they called AAA they were told that the company that does trailers was closed over the weekend. So D&L went back to their garage and picked up their biggest jack and came back an hour later. It was just high enough to change the tire. Most companies would have walked away and said not my job. D&L went the extra mile and got it done. The owner Dave kept calling me to arrange for this. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend them.

D&L towing was fantastic. My wife’s car broke down on Rt. 37 and needed to be towed and the tow truck driver responded within minutes. Great service. Very nice guy. Even put the car on a charge and told me what the problem was most likely. Towed to service station without incident. Highly recommended. Would definitely use again. Much appreciated.

Shady shop run by cheaters, never go to this shop. Went to balance and mount 4 tires, they give one price before doing the Job and demanded almost 40 dollars more after finishing the job. When i tried to clarify this with the guy who gave me the price (maybe the owner of the shady shop) said he didn't even talk to me. Never go this shop bunch of crooks and cheaters.
The owner is friendly and courteous. He makes a fair deal and offers his best. The service offered is one of high quality. I got the tires I wanted with the specifications I requested. Velez was eager to please and comply with my request. Thank you!!! Need a good deal on good tires, this is the place to go.

⚠️ Warning: Stay away from this plaza! This plaza is run by a predatory towing company that feels like a mafia-style scam. The owner and his team target unsuspecting drivers, tow cars without warning, and demand unreasonable payments in an aggressive and intimidating way. We parked our car and when we came back, it was gone with no notice or warning. There were no visible signs or tickets left behind. Later, we found out it had been taken by a nearby towing company that charged $280 in cash or $290 by credit card, even though their own sign said $250. When I asked for a ticket or any paperwork, the man rudely said there was no ticket while smoking a cigarette in my face. He was aggressive, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about treating people with any respect. We had to walk through a dark, unsafe neighborhood in the middle of the night with our 4-year-old child to reach the lot. The whole experience felt threatening and unsafe. This is not a legitimate operation. It’s set up to take advantage of people and scare them into paying. We were just relieved to get our car back, but the experience was deeply upsetting. 🚫 Avoid this plaza at all costs. 📣 Report them if you can. No one should go through this.
I had a terrible experience with [Company Name]. My car was towed without any notice, from a legal parking spot. When I called to get more information, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and gave inconsistent answers. They charged me an outrageous fee ($[amount]) and only accepted cash, which is a major red flag. The lot was in terrible condition, and the receipt had minimal or incorrect information. I later found out they’ve done this to others in the area. This company appears to prey on people with shady practices and may even be violating local laws. Biggest scammers stay away please do not support this business

Last week, my car had a serious issue where a gasket burst and I lost all oil pressure. I used the AAA app to request a tow, and I was very impressed with the service provided by Defalco from start to finish. The response time from Defalco’s was extremely fast, and I appreciated that AAA sent me a link with real-time updates showing exactly where the tow truck was. The driver arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with professionalism and care. He also made the whole situation less stressful by being courteous and clear in his communication. Overall, Defalco turned a stressful breakdown into a smooth and reassuring experience. I’m very grateful for the quick response and professional service.
Had my car towed with Triple A and Defalcos performed the tow. Tow driver scratched up the hood of my car and I showed the manager the video of it happening. Brought the car in for them to take a look in person before escalating the situation. The manager then proceeded to accuse me or someone else of causing the damage when I have their driver on video clearly causing the damage. The manager was rude dismissive and took no accountability and just walked away from me while speaking to him. Thankfully my insurance will be pursuing this and has all the photos and videos of the damage. Do not advise using this company.
Defalco was assigned my roadside assistance request by AAA. The driver - Jeremiah - never came. Over an hour after he was assigned not a word. Multiple attempts were made to contact Defalco and Jeremiah but no one could get ahold of anyone despite him being less than a mile from my location per the AAA GPS tracking. I could have called another company instead of sitting by my car for over two hours if Defalco would have been even remotely responsive.
I must say DeFalco’s did a really PHENOMENAL Job on my car. I was in a accident back in April. Guy ran a red light and smashed into my car while then attempting to leave the scene. DeFalco’s was very cooperative in allowing me to retrieve my items. They were also excellent in keep communication for the length of my repair. It took about four weeks. My car was so beautiful! She looks brand new as when I first brought her 😍💙 had a little incident where the the screws came off under the car and had to go to Honda and pay outta pocket, to get them repaired because when i called, the rep told me DeFalco’s Repairmen had left for the day. This was a Saturday and 10am. 😳🤦🏽♂️ so i was confused as to how so early and they open at 8am. But other than that. Thanks for taking y’all time and treating my baby good 😊
This is the second time I have used DeFalco’s towing coming and not only were they extremely professional and proficient, they were very up front and transparent from the moment I got on the phone with them. Very timely and helpful. Marcus was the best and made sure not only me but my car was taken care of and felt safe. Highly recommend if needing a tow.

My car was towed due to an accident. While at the yard they moved it with their forklift and broke the transmission oil pan along with the valve body. Plastic covers were damaged among other things. Very careless handling of vehicle. I did not notice this until the car was at the body shop.

Had a flat tire in Trenton, NJ. Called my insurance company and they dispatched Kovi Towing. The driver was the best driver there is. He assisted us with putting the spare on and was an absolute pleasure today. We couldn't be any happier with the service we received. We highly recommend them.
There weren't any signs saying no parking or any towing signs. The only reason we found our cars is the old business card on the ground. We were stranded in our bathing suits with no cell service for hours. Our friend had to hitchhike back to the town. Also, there were several other people that were towed and stranded. Sounds like a scam to me.
My car broke down 1.5 hours away from my house and I had to have it towed home. The KIA dealership sent this company and said that they would be there in 60-90 minutes. The driver of the tow truck reached out to me within minutes to confirm my location and arrived within 5 minutes. So I was very happy only waiting 7 minutes instead of an hour. I rode back with my driver, Colton, and he was kind and professional and it was a very nice drive despite my dead car in the back. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
VERY poor customer service and attitude. When I asked to check on the condition of the vehicle prior to signing any release paperwork, I believe his name was (Tim), Kovi got agitated, put up a fight for me to check the condition, and mumbled under his breath. He also got in my face almost starting an altercation. The vehicle wouldn’t start after receiving it back and has a scratch on the rim. Then to top it all off, as I was leaving he mocked me saying now he has my money. The service bill was $500!!!! INSANE. Abby at the front desk was nice at least, but overall extremely unprofessional and poor business ethics.
Imagine giving someone the finger for no reason and then when you ask them to step out they aren’t so big anymore !! I didn’t use their services, but their customer service is tremendously horrible clearly how their truck drivers act! Bridgewater 10:18 am

If I could give this establishment no stars I would! We were directed to Truchan towing and recovery from a clients insurance company to recover a vehicle for one of our clients! First the yard doesn’t pick up their phone first red flag then to make matters worst we send a tow with a signed contract on how this company accepts payment (Truchan) from insurance company, when are tow arrives they say they can only take cash when PO order specifically says company check. Either this company has someone in office stealing from them directly or they’re just rude. And to make matters worse office people are rude! I don’t know what kinda business your running but this place is incompetent.BEWARE THIS COMPANY HANDLES CLIENTS VERY DISRESPECTFULLY
