I had intended to get a short tow. When he got there e said it may just be the battery. So he jumped it. It started so it saved me money not having to get a part I thought it would be. Just having to get a new battery. Kid was knowledgeable. Kind and friendly.
Super seamless, professional service both on the phone and in person. Needed my car towed GR to holland on a Sunday and they came in about 10-15 minutes. Super quick and easy and just overall great service.
The tow truck was there within 10 minutes (everyone else was at least 90 minutes) and the driver was so nice and could tell I wasn’t happy, so he said we would get out of the intersection and go to the body shop where we could figure everything out. My car was completely dead with the window down and he told me to go ahead and leave and he will jump it and make sure it was closed. This driver made one of the scariest moments in my life, easier to handle! The price was $200.00 bucks less than other companies in the area AND the service was exceptional!! Thank you for a great experience in a crappy situation. I will only use you going forward!
I unfortunately crashed my car into a ditch at 1am, and it obviously needed to be towed out. My immediate worry was how am I gonna afford an after hours tow bill. But I swallowed my worry and called grand valley towing. They showed up promptly, the man who was there Eric was so kind and understanding. He towed my car out promptly and even checked if it was drivable for me ( it was thankfully ) And then the part I dreaded came. Payment. When he told me it was only gonna be $150, I cried there was no after hours charge just charge for the towing. His service and kindness were immaculate. I recommend grand valley towing if you want quick efficient reliable and affordable service!
Once I put in call because my battery was dead, from accidentally leaving head lights on auto. Very pleasant man arrived within 30 minutes to use battery operated jumpers. Once attached it did not jump my battery he tried for at least 5 minutes. Went to his work truck pulled out another battery operated jumpers. Started my car up within a minute. It helped me out immensely. I was not from the local area, so had no that I knew personally to contact. Want to say thank you.

I've received excellent service from Wright's. Douglas is quick and efficient. He came right away, hooked up my vehicle and just like that I was out of a jam. His price was very reasonable, much less than another tower I had just used, and he's a nice guy. He gave me a ride home and I left my phone in his truck. And he came right back and wouldn't even accept a tip. Highly recommended.
Called several tow companies, one said they didn’t have drivers🤣, another stated that they were not in their truck🙄. I called another company named “Rescue” and got an answering machine👎🏽👎🏽. My brother was stranded on the Lodge and 7 mile so I had to keep searching….finally contacted someone at “Wrights’s Choice Towing and Recovery” and the ETA was under 10 minutes. Speedy and excellent service…the driver was professional with the hook up and getting my brother and his vehicle to safety. Grand Valley Towing goes above and beyond! Long story "some-what short". Brent was our service provider today. He hauled my F150 plus my equiment trailer. From the moment I placed the call, I didn't even wait one hour. And Brent showed up ready go. Knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, honest . . .Now the hardest part wasn't loading my truck and trailer. Oh no, no, no... it was the trip we all where about to indore. But Brent only 20 years old. Drove better than most the CDL drivers I know. Brent had to go through tight areas along 96. Through construction sites, some areas had minimum visibility. Construction was kicking up dust, in and out of traffic. All while Brent drove like hes done this fir 50 plus years. Some areas along 131 he made look like its a pice of cake. The biggest part was he got my daughter, wife and I back home safe. He wasn't disrespectful, he didn't play loud or any music so he could be intuned with his surroundings. The kid did so well I really hope this company gives him the respect he deserves. Becase as a business owner, you cant find people that enjoy their jobs let alone work this hard and give respect, like Brent gave us today. With all my appreciation kiddo thank you very much. I had a flat tire on I94. This company was pleasant and polite over the phone. They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes, and arrived early. The tow trucker was knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely recommend. PSA: tip your tow truck driver***

Towed my 2021 AMG GT damaged the vehicle. Refuses to acknowledge the damaged vehicle. Have not replied to my request for their insurance carrier name and #. I’m going to take legal action against this company. Very annoying especially considering I asked them if they are capable of handling an expensive car like this. Don’t trust this company with your vehicle.

I Reached out to this tow( ie google )company and spoke with an individual by the name of “Vee” Extremely unprofessional & rude After, the tow was completed I requested an invoice 3 times, for insurance reimbursement. The company sent the invoice approximately TWO Months later after repeated requests.I then needed a tow again months later. which obviously was against my better judgement, I just was extending a little grace trying to support a small business.Explained to the representative about my last issue and he “Vee” had the audacity deny my request for tow service. I’m an administrator myself and it’s two things I despise. That’s unprofessionalism and arrogance I experienced both with this company and wouldn’t patronize if they were the last tow business in Michigan.
He went above and beyond to get me back on the road at a great price. I will absolutely be using this company again and I fully recommend you do as well. Very satisfied customer!

The tow truck came promptly and the driver Ernie was very courteous. Put the car on the flatbed in no time. Great job.
Autumn was my dispatcher to support coordination and was great. She even let me know as soon as my driver was on his way and with oil an spill kit. My driver John was polite and quick to setup for my low sitting car. John also cleaned up my cars oil mess and helped push my car at home and parked to be look at later. True 24/7 towing unlike the 3 others I called and said they didnt work until 6 am and it was 4 am.

Seldom do I comment, but Stewart deserves it. I have an Audi R8 with about 3” of ground clearance - it’s a challenging car to tow. Stewart brought boards to prevent damaging the bumpers, dealt with a rude Audi dealership at pickup, and knew exactly what to do to ensure a damage-free tow for my favorite supercar. Thanks Stewart! Holly was extremely timely and personable. Made me feel better in a stressful situation and was adapted to last second drop off switch.
Devin went above and beyond to get my car to me. After miscommunication, he went back to the place and towed it the next morning. He took a picture and made sure we had clear communication for the rest of the tow even though I was not with the vehicle. He was also very apologetic and respectful.
I had the pleasure of working with Devin a couple days ago due to my rental needing to be towed and he was wonderful at communicating between phone calls and texts. This lead to an easy transition of the whole process. We even had some confusion (not between me and the driver but between policy and miscommunication between other parties involved) and we managed to by pass the confusion and figured it out ourselves. I was fully ready to change my own tire until one of the lugnuts refused to move. Don came to the rescue mega fast with the right tools, was incredibly kind to me, and he even helped me get off the freeway safely by opening up the way with his truck. He was downright sweet. He even explained pricing and was super transparent about charges and gave me a good bit of advice on how to file a claim with insurance if I wanted to be reimbursed. 10/10 standing O for Don. And other folks at East Beltline Towing have also taken good care of my family before, quickly and about 80% or less of the cost of comparable companies in the area. Call these guys first.
Went to start my wife’s Jeep and nothing. Couldn’t get it jumped so I called East Beltline towing just after 7am. Talked with a lovely human that got Chris out to me in 15 min. Chris was amazing and professional. Got the jeep hooked up and to the mechanic so I could get to work. No one wants to call the tow truck, but if you must East Beltline Towing needs to be your first call.
Chris was super! Great communication and he tried an easy fix before the tow which saved us a lot of time and money. Absolutely the best!
As everyone knows, when you jump in your car and turn the key and the car doesn’t start, you are at the mercy of getting your car towed which is not a great feeling. Well, Grant from East Beltline Towing and Service turned a bad feeling into a good one. He was fast with getting to me, hooking up my car and transporting me to the dealership and was friendly and concerned with getting me home even though my wife was coming to get me. It was a cold night and he had me sit in the warm truck as he put my car on the truck bed. The ride to the dealership was comfortable and conversation was nice. I would recommend Grant and East Beltline towing and service when you are in need of exceptional customer service and support!
Chris did some towing magic to get my Tucson out of a tricky spot under a carport after it was broken into. He was there quickly, worked expertly, and was very friendly. Ended up being cheaper and quicker than I expected with half the hassle. Kudos to Chris.

Thanks Robbies Towing Service for your excellent and friendly services! Finally found a towing service that showed up with the correct truck for our BMW. Last two trucks, from different companies, showed up with a flatbed that we specifically said wouldn't work but today Robbies came to the rescue! They showed up with the correct towing truck and prompt arrival. Dave the tow truck driver was polite and quick. Bonus he was very good looking. 😉
After having hours of issues with my insurance company to assign a towing company. I decided to seek out a company myself. Robbie was incredible! He was out to me in 20 minutes. Good price especially when other companies wanted to charge me double. He managed to get my vehicle loaded with no issues especially when I was thinking there would be. Definitely will use Robbies Towing again if I need to! Highly recommend!!!

Yesterday had my car break down at a busy intersection in Clinton township. Managed to push it off busy road but into a business and it was partially blocking the entrance. Was very stressed and didn't have much money but was able to get ahold of Robbie's (other towing companies didn't answer)! They were there within an hour! Been towed before and had to wait 2 hours at least every time. Very nice and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone!
Our vehicle was struck and suststained repairable rear passenger wheel damage and just needed to be brought home while we resolved an auto insurance discrepency. Instruction were given that it needed to be brought onto the driveway facing the garage which they politely acknowledged was not a problem and would be able to do. I had made sure the entire driveway including the driveway approach entrance apron as well as even the street was totally clear and salted before he arrived.. But.. the driver arrived with an attitude and had brought it facing the wrong direction .. He was visibly annoyed and angry with some sort of internal personal grievence .. But I remained calm and polite. I asked that he just place it in the driveway as it was then. I asked him to Just place it in the driveway the way that he brought it... And so, he wanted his payment and then got in his truck, and instead, proceeds to simply unload it. Unloads it onto the middle of the street and just leaves it there. He Tells me to drive it onto the driveway despite the damaged and broken wheel.. He Was Purposely unaccommodating and went out of his way to make it so that the vehicle was forced to be driven and sustain further damage wth? 😳🤯🧐😡

Was out on the lake for an evening ride when my jetski decided it was done for the night before I was(picked up something in the impeller. Called Towboat and they dispatched Captain Jim out to give me a tow in. He got to me quickly and and had me back to the dock in no time. Juan was awesome, my cars battery was dead and in the garage in a tough position to remove, Juan did an incredible and safe job getting the car out of the garage and to the dealership. He took his time and made sure everything was done while making sure my car was protected.
Needed to pick up my daughter and her car across the ambassador bridge in Canada. Juan was efficient and kind. I called this place to winch my car out the snow. They came in 30 minutes and the driver took it out the snow in 2 minutes. Other tow companies told me at least a 2 hour wait. Would highly recommend this place.

I caught a flat tire near a construction zone and couldn’t get the tire off because the manufacturer’s jack was rusted & too dangerous to use. Avoided the risk and my insurance suggested Continental Roadside to save me...thanks for showing up on time Boss 💪

Very professional and went out of his way to help. Our car broke down and he came to help around 3am in the time he said he would. My bf had a lowered mustang and he took plenty of extra time loading and unloading it being sure not to damage anything. Easily took an hour longer then a regular tow would and had no problem with it all. Great service and had the best price comparatively.

Horrible customer service we have been waiting for a tow truck from them since 834 am was the first time told to us then it went 945 to 1130 Ms. Tara office manager says it was always scheduled for 1 pm when she arrived for her shift she called at 253 pm with a nasty attitude stating it will be another 1.5 hours before a tow and advised me to call AAA and request another company which I did because she hung up on me when asked to speak with someone with better customer service skills. So I reached out to Aaa after stating a tow was in route. of course Miss office manager says that was a mistake our car was still not in que in she confirmed she had just spoken to me. Thankful AAA records their call.So a day wasted on a service that this company was never able to full fill in the first place. So next up will be with AAA how do they find these companies to fulfill these request they have to do better. Being a member since 1987 no one should have to deal with this. Car appointment missed regular appointments missed and who’s to say when the mechanic will be able to get to it. Total inconvenience.
Everything was good the tow driver was cool and timely, and the figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it in a day.

Just want to say what a great experience I had with Ellis Brothers Towing. A special shout out and recommendation to "Brad" our driver. If you are looking for a SUPER NICE AND WELL MANNERED DRIVER TOW GUY THAT KNOWS WHAT PRIFESSIONALISM IS ALL ABOUT, THEN BRAD IS YOUR DUDE. From the first phone call from Ohio late at night, a nice lady answered the phone and was on it. I called from Ohio to buy a dragster race car, lol. On a whim, lol. I called in to confirm early the next morning and everything was a perfect, "GO". Once I reached my loading spot BRAD was there in 12 minutes- nice. BRAD was all about ensuring that the dragster loaded perfectly. Brad drove the rollback slow and steady as to keep the flexing of the car to zero. (We did have inflatables under for support) Unloading was done with precision and care. Once we got it unloaded and off the trailer Brad got a special call from his little daughter. Brad took the call like a father should. It was nice to see a loving and caring daddy talking to his child with compassion and assuring here he will be home soon. I like that. I can’t thank University Auto Towing and Recovery enough for their outstanding service when my car broke down on I-94. The dispatcher was incredibly kind and reassured me help was on the way. They arrived within 30 minutes, and the driver was professional and genuinely caring. He took great care of my car and explained everything he was doing, which eased my anxiety in a stressful situation where I was late to work. I felt like I was in good hands. no fireworks, no cursing, nothing broken, very quick and painless on a rainy Monday night. This company is part of the constant predatory towing happening on Vernor Hwy. I saw their driver get aggressive with someone even after the situation looked resolved. He tried to re-hook the car and started grabbing at the driver. It was hostile and unnecessary.
I got a flat on 94 today, my usual guys were busy and he said to call official. They were out in 45 min, martez was awesome and friendly. The police showed, and were like let me call my guys, I was like I called official, the police were like we use official. That was cool knowing this wasn't some random tow
Tow truck driver recommended Banner Auto Service instead of the dealership since it was a weekend and claimed the gate would be closed. I needed a new battery and was charged $600.

Zach exceeded all expectations during my tow! I have a C6 corvette and was really worried about how it was going to be loaded. Zach not only took his time to ensure safe handling he made sure to also double check different areas of concern. Upon drop off he helped me push the car back into the garage safely! If I or anyone I know needs a tow I’m definitely referring Nicks Towing every time!

I was stuck in the middle of the freeway and had to get my car towed quick to a shop that was not very close. They gave me the best rate and Rob, the driver, arrived within 30 min of calling, where as the other companies wanted at least 2 hrs to arrive and had a rate much much higher. If you are in the metro Detroit area this is the towing company to call.

The driver WOULDNT tow my car.... he expected me to stand outside in December with a newborn baby until he got there.... he was very rude and nasty and so was the dispatch lady and the OWNER WOULDNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE TO HELP WITH THE CONCERNS the worst service I ever had

We had a great experience with Barry's and Gillikin's Towing! Our car was leaking anti-freeze and needed to be towed. They were quick, efficient, and were even able to take our card number over the phone so we could leave. They also offered the most competitive price (50 dollars cheaper than our insurance offered). Highly recommended!
I recently locked my keys in my truck and they sent a driver by the name of Mike who showed up in a timely manner of just under 30 minutes and had my truck unlocked within three minutes of him arriving. I was recently in an auto accident and the police called these guys.. the driver was QUICK to get there and to get the cars loaded and out of traffic. Afterwards when I spoke to the driver about what to do with my car he was incredibly kind and helpful..Even asking how I was (like a concerned friend or family member would) ..I would HIGHLY recommend them..
