Honestly, I could not put into words my experience last night with SALTY towing!!!!! The man had to have been sent by God himself. Ryan, I will never forget your rescue of me! 10pm last night, my car was broken down, I couldn't tell how far to the side I could pull over. I had been sitting there alone in the dark for over an hour. I finally got ahold of a friend to come pick me up, then all of a sudden, as my friend pulled up, THIS MAN RYAN pulls up in a towing truck. Im highly confused and my heart pounding through my chest. He kindly and professionally approaches me in my car offering to tow my car to a safer place. He said "i see woman on side of road alone, this is not safe. Let me help you, I have another call in 15 minutes, please let me help you. You are young lady in unsafe location." My friend was stranded in a dangerous spot on Rt 50. As I arrived to give her a ride I saw a shiny new towing truck pull up beside her. Being single women alone in the dark we were a bit leery of the driver. But as he spoke we could tell that he sincerely wanted to help us get her & her car to a safe location. He didn’t want money. He wanted us safe so he did it free of charge. He was a godsend on a dark & dangerous highway. He literally went out of his way to help. He towed the car from Boyce to Delco Plaza. As my friend and I pulled away from the spot where her car was placed, we noticed he was cleaning where the oil had leaked onto the bed of the tow truck. He takes pride in his work and his vehicle. He very carefully loaded & unloaded the car. The cleanliness of the tow truck and the driver demonstrates the care and attention that will be given to your vehicle. I can’t speak highly enough of Salty Towing. I would definitely call them if I need their services. Highly recommend!

My pickup died at Home Depot and I expecting a long wait and crappy service. Received the opposite! The driver (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was friendly, professional and courteous. He arrived sooner than expected and had my truck secured in less than 10 minutes . Once home he navigated my long narrow driveway expertly and placed the truck right where I needed it to go. Hope I don’t need again, but if I do, Salty towing will be my first call!

Called on late Saturday night because I locked my keys in the car. They were able to get to me quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. Very professional, very quick and I was extremely satisfied. I would recommend them and use them again.

My family and i are homeless and were in danger of losing our rv that was stuck at a park and ride. i was in tears the whole time on the phone because i was so scared police were coming to impound us. we were approached law enforcement on multiple occasions for the situation today. this wonderful man came out and towed us to a safe zone at no cost. i can guarantee any time i need a jump or a tow, it will be with emergency roadside assistance from now on.

They worked with my schedule and were very accommodating. We have used there towing services twice and both times very prompt service and the employee is super sweet. Out of all the places I called for both towing and repair quotes these guys had the best prices and value of services. Their customer service sets them far above the rest in town! 5 stars from me!

Hello I called the number on the website today and was told that they were not a towing company.. I kept verifying the number and kept call back on 10/5/2024 .. I hope a manager sees this review and consults with the lady answering the phone.. Then she completely stopped answering I let the phone ring and ring multiple times.. Very unprofessional..

Kevin with Fast Tow was the best and we definitely highly recommend this company for anyone to use if they need their services! We had to deal with 2 other tow companies not willing to help us move our 2007 Lexus RX 350. He came out and didn't end up having to tow it. From start to finish everything was wrapped up in about 3 hours from the time I called, to the time they arrived and drove away, despite the company getting ready for a 6”-12” snow storm expected over the next 2 days. This place gotta be the worse to ever use for business. Today they towed my vehicle illegally from a business location where it was being worked on. I wasn’t notified and didn’t receive any kinda 24hr sticker to have my vehicle moved from the location. The shop went out of business yesterday to be exact and when I go to the tow company to pay they told me the fee was over 400$ for one day of storage as well as towing it Never heard of anything like this and to be right before the holiday is insane. So he two owner is very rude and am Thinking this is tactic being used to take people cars. Need to be seriously investigated.

I've used My Tow on more than a few occasions. Extremely affordable, and will not take advantage. It's so hard to find someone who doesn't want to charge an arm and a leg. I was treated with compassion and kindness and he explained everything he was doing all along the way. This is a smart guy who clearly knows his stuff. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Matt was very kind when I called him around 9pm. My car had died, and even though he had handled 60 calls that day (due to the negative temperatures), he met me 15 minutes later. He got my car successfully jumped and I was on my way!

No one wants to have to get a tow. But since I had to, I’m glad it was Big Red. I needed a flatbed tow, and the closest vehicle from Big Red was all the way across town from me. But dispatch sent him promptly, and the driver (Matt, the owner) made a point to call me with his location when he was halfway there. I give five stars not only because the service was excellent, which it was, but because Matt was kind. As we’re living in a time when kindness can be in short supply, it was very much appreciated.

My car broke down unexpectedly and during rush hour traffic. I hadn’t needed a tow truck in at least 20 years so I was unsure about what to expect. After a quick Google search I stumbled upon this tow truck company with really good reviews. I called and they answered right away and sent out Eddie in less than 20 minutes. He took care of everything for me and delivered my car to my auto mechanic. He sent pictures of my car in the mechanic’s parking lot and pictures of the key and contact info going into the overnight drop box. I was really impressed!

I bought a vehicle that had been in an accident and called rapid owl to tow it and he got to me very quickly, charged a very reasonable price and had the best equipment for my vehicle. A couple days went by and the place I had him tow my vehicle to called and told me that no one in iowa would fix my car so I called Rapid Owl Towing AGAIN lol to go back and get my car and he asked me what was going on and then offered to tow it to someone that might be able to help. It took these people only 2 days to get my car to where I was able to drive it down the street!! Thanks to Rapid Owl I am no longer stressing out about where to get my car fixed!!! This was my first experience needing a tow and I was highly satisfied with my experience with Rapid Owl Towing. I was given an estimate for cost ahead of time, Josh was very timely with meeting me, and was upfront on additional costs for extra services that I ended up needing once it was decided that my car needed to be towed a different way than originally planned. He was very nice and personable. I would highly recommend this towing company to others!

I contacted All City to tow my 1970 Chevy Impala to my mechanic. They were on time, communicated precisely, and treated my car with respect. We had a slight mishap that happened with the previous owner of the vehicle but All City was gracious enough to wait the extra 30 minutes to get it hooked up and towed. 10/10 recommend anyone with a classic or modern car, they are well worth the price and customer service is phenomenal.

We were traveling back home in Portsmouth Virginia from a wedding in Columbus South Carolina traveling I-95, when I wanted some hot McDonald's fries. Shawn was punctual and took care of everything for me. He was hauling my broke down vehicle to someone that had purchased it for scrap cash. All I had to do was meet him at the arranged pickup place and hand him the keys and title to my vehicle. He handed me the cash from the buyer and he took care of the rest. I had a flat tire on my vehicle and it needed to be towed to a dealer who had the particular tires I needed. Kirsten was the tow driver.
