If you need your battery jumped, they We’re literally the Most reasonably priced that I found in the Essex area to come and jump my car, not only were they the cheapest they also came at the time that they said they would on the dot! Service was excellent. Dispatch was helpful and friendly. Worked with me to make a last minute change. If you plan to wait with your vehicle for their service, plan for a long wait. I have used them in the past and their arrival time is always longer than they say. This time I was able to make arrangements so that I didn't have to wait with my car which was good because it took them 4 hours to arrive to tow my car. Knowing ahead of time to make arrangements for myself made it a better experience with them.

Needed my jeep towed to dealership today and went through my insurance company and had to go through 2 other towing company till I was given Priority Towing and they are the best! I called around a few trucking companies but he was the easiest to communicate with and best with pricing, in addition to understanding what I needed. He not only arrived in time but even a bit earlier because he accounted for traffic and wanted to make sure I did not miss my salvage appointment. My car was in good hands. It was swiftly put on the truck and easily taken off. I didn’t get any kind of scratch or anything. He also was very nice and personable. Since I’m new to the area, he gave me some reccs for mechanics and others things. Very caring and kind. I highly recommend using this company for your towing needs.

Abbasi Towing was amazing! The driver showed up fast, kept great communication the whole time, and made a stressful situation super easy. He was willing to drive nearly 50 miles and still had really fair pricing. From start to finish, everything took about an hour and a half. Truly professional, friendly, and reliable. After calling several towing services , Abbasi towing and recovering picked up the phone fast and told me a precise time when they would be able to come tow my car that had 2 flat tires. After picking up my car, they helped me take it to a tire shop to replace the tires. The drivers come on time and carefully load your vehicle. I was very pleased. Make sure they take all their belongings when they leave. My driver left his gloves in my car. Auto Nation Collision has them I guess. Either way, I recommend this company for towing needs.
Once Windsor picked up the job from the roadside assistance company they showed up in a very reasonable time, exactly as estimated. Driver had me out of the parking garage and at the dealership in good time. Unfortunately, not sure of the driver's name.
They were really good. My power steering malfunction alert went off and so I was stuck on a narrow dark street in a random neighborhood at night. Scary. I’m so grateful. The driver arrived quickly and he went above and beyond to be helpful. He was super courteous and even checked under the hood to see if I’d run out of power steering fluid. My cousin met me there and we followed him to my drop off location. He was super mindful of the neighbors and their parked cars. He shared some of his thoughts about the car issue, and left quietly. I’ll definitely use their services again if ever needed.

Birds towing was a great experience for me. He was very detailed oriented very diligent on time even went above and beyond to make sure my car was improper care at the dealership 10 out of 10 I recommend this is my new tow guy from now on out.
Bird towing has excellent customer service. I was in a very tough spot On Pennsylvania Avenue at night. They don’t know me, however came to my rescue and made sure I was OK before finishing service. Make them your first resort not your last!!!

Needed to open my car quick because I was in the middle of nowhere and locked my keys in. Guy definitely did the job and got my car open, but he scammed me out of an extra 100$. Also I'm seeing 75$ but he charged 100$, not sure if that's relevant. When I paid, it didn't go through immediately, and he wasn't leaving without being paid on the spot because he looked tight on money. So out of the goodness of my blackened heart, I gave him 100$ in cash and we left. Afterwards, it went through and I asked him to return the 100$ extra. He refused and made a bunch of meaningless excuses and never got around to returning it even after I asked him nicely and not so nicely several times. Can't really get a refund NOW because the service I used doesn't like to play nice. Shouldn't have agreed to pay like that anyways, that's on me. Next time, either don't scam me or be proud of it. Pretty sure his name was Anthony or something of the like. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but seriously avoid this guy with a 10 foot pole. If he isn't honest on the small matters, he won't be on the larger ones. Can't use 'poor' as an excuse. That's a state of mind, not a status quo. Also that's just scummy.
The service is exceptional. I called and he was available within a half hour. He took great meticulous care to ensure that my vehicle would be moved safely and without causing any problems to my broken bumper. He is professional and friendly and his price was completely affordable. I highly recommend. 10/10 service

What do you want on a Saturday afternoon when your car dies? (Other than a miraculous fix.) To continue on with your weekend. That's what White-Huff did for my family. Running our 3rd car to the mechanic on a Saturday afternoon - part of a long chores list - and the car didn't make it. Mechanic (Indpendent Auto - great shop!) recommended White-Huff...for a reason. With the weekend, I expected a long wait for the junior varsity to show up. Wrong: Phil answered the phone immediately - polite, calm, professional - verified communication by text, and was on-site in 25 minutes. Not that we had to wait: he said we could leave the key under the mat so we just resumed our day. As we journeyed through our Saturday afternoon chores, Phil gave us status updates by text, including a photo of the car on his truck. It's never a fun moment when you need a tow, but Phil made it as easy as possible. No fuss, no games, all help.

I called him at 7am this morning (9/4/2020) on the dot and he answered. He addressed all my questions as well as provided me some helpful information. He knew exactly where he was towing me and knew the owners. He also provided me another mechanic for other work I need done to my vehicle. I will definitely use him again and for so early in the morning we had a wonderful conversation.

Absolutely terrible I called to get a tow he tells me an hour. I wait 2 hours then call since he didn’t show up yet just for him to tell me 10 more min and not come at all. I call back no answer each time says you’ve reach Verizon wireless. I call from another number it picks up second ring. I just wanted a tow I have no idea what that was about. But it was a HUGE waste of my time. I do not recommend. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
Mr. Jay gave me top-notch, expert service when my battery died in my driveway. He actually brought the new battery to me immediately and changed it. It took about 40 minutes. He was also knowledgeable about the Geico reimbursement program, which I didn’t even know about. Mr. Jay turned a frustrating and inconvenient experience into a pleasant one. I highly recommend the services of Double J Towing, CarBatteries2Go.

All truck drivers do not call this company for towing because they will scam you. Yesterday my truck broke down on the road on the 95 highway. I called a towing truck, he came and took my truck to the mechanic and charged me $1000 for 2 hours from the truck to the mechanic 20 ml
These guys were a life saver. We were driving through town from NC to CT and broke down after midnight on a holiday weekend on 495. They met us at the car with a new battery and installed it. After running a test with his meter, he realized our alternator was bad. He arranged for a tow truck and gave me a card to reach him in the morning. On Sunday morning, he had a mechanic meet us at their shop and install the new alternator for us. Incredible service, fair pricing, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road safely. They even called later to make sure our drive was going okay. We couldn't be more grateful for the help these guys gave us. Five star!

Alley Cat towing saved my *** this morning. My car broke down in the middle of rush hour this in Downtown DC. I called them and the tow truck was there in less than 20 mins and Roberto, the two truck driver couldn't have been more helpful. Got my vehicle up and towed all the way to the Dealership without me needing to be there with the car. He even helped me take out the child seat I forgot to take out after the car was already on the tow bed. I couldn't be more happy with their service. I definitely recommend them.
This was the second time I needed an large, 8x20 storage unit moved for my landscaping business. I was fortunate to speak with Tremaine, one of the tow truck drivers at the office. After explaining where I needed the unit moved to, in a cordial but confident manner Treamaine assured me the job would get done. A couple of days later, Treamaine arrived at the location, for the storage unit on the Big Boy Truck and with laser like presicion and professionalism, moved it exactly where I needed it. Please please read the review ! They town my car was parking in a neighborhood after 5 min I left the car I call them and ask if I’m gonna be avalible to pick up my car that night they say yes I went and they no answer and they let me wait y decided left and go home the next day they let me wait again and don’t respond my text or call, I have to call the police the get my car back ! Thet are unprofessional , disrespectful , rude, and they should to treat ppl in that way they talk to you very unprofessional !!! The county should have done regulations for this companies that they think they have the power to miss treatment ppl !
The tow truck driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable of how to get my car up on the tow bed/lift without damage. They listened to what I needed for the drop off and ensured it was complete. I would highly recommend!
Car wouldn’t start and they got to me hitched up within a half hour, maybe closer to 20 minutes, with a call to let me know when they were on the way and about how long their ETA was. Really friendly tow driver, I’ve never had a towing experience go this quickly!

I have used several tow companies over the years and have to say that this is one of the best! My son’s car shut down and we needed a tow to the dealer. Traffic was a bear, and it took a few hours for the truck to get there but Malachi kept in constant communication. When he dropped off the vehicle, he sent photos of location & dropbox envelope. Top Notch Guys! My wife (an ICU nurse) was driving home from North Baltimore back to DC area after working a 12 hour night shift when her car overheated coming out of the tunnel and ended stranded at Camden Yards. I called a bunch of tow companies and was told at least an hour. finally found Glenn's Auto and they were at the car in less than 30 minutes. I was going to have the car towed to one of the national auto repair chains but Glenn convinced he could get a look at as soon as it got back to the shop. He did a great job was quick and stood by his work 100%. Price was very fair. Smaller shop with a big heart. I'd give them six stars if I could.
Price is high but work quality is great..You get what you pay for..

Completely Unprofessional lol. I called because I DID NOT receive a receipt from the driver who towed my vehicle. He most likely took my cash and pocketed it! I called to ask for them to pull up the tow information and was told that they DO NOT have records or keep paperwork of the vehicles they tow but if I had a "TOW TICKET" whatever the hell that means, that they could look it up. Got in a car accident yesterday. Darnell came to my rescue in 30 mins. He was so kind and gave me a ride to a safe place to call an Uber. I went to the tow yard today to retrieve my belongings and he was still extremely kind, helpful and friendly. There are still good people in the world.

He is friendly and eager to reassure his clients receive proper care and commitment to transfer them and their vehicles where they need to be at. Mr. Braxton provides an optimistic approach and communicates effectively with his clients. After your car unfortunately breaks down, he just can help you with your day and feel better in a family/friendly business model, as if he already knows you, which is really cool and something that big cities & metropolitan areas lack. I would recommend Darnell to anyone who needs an effective, capable tow truck operator to assist them. Scott's towing uses a flat bled which is sturdier and more secure then the small tow trucks that only use the hook model. The equipment Darnell uses is top notch and can secure your car and transport it on numerous terrain and on highways. He is a genuinely down to earth, pleasant, warm, kind of person that we need more of in business.

Call for service help me out with no hesitation with my car key problems . Good service
Initial quote was $160 with 13miles. The tow guy said I went over 2extra miles and will charge me $180. I used my card he said that’s another $10. Alright, I paid total of $190 and I guess they like to charge $10 extra per mile? That’s pretty expensive and won’t use them again.

I wasn't sure who to call when my automobile broke down late at night. This towing service was dependable and professional. They kept me in the loop the whole time and got my car to the technician safely.
I was quite happy with how quickly and professionally this business worked. I had to tow my car since the transmission broke. The driver was on time, explained how things worked, and took my car to the repair facility safely.
We had to call for help on the side of the road when our camper broke down on a trip. The tow truck got there sooner than promised, and the driver was very helpful. He took care of everything while making sure we were comfortable. From start to finish, the service was great.
From beginning to end, my experience with this towing service was great. The driver was nice and professional, and the dispatcher told me the appropriate time. You can tell they really care about the folks they help.
