Love this class it is a learning curve at times but all the correct information is given to you. The instructors are great at teaching in a way that is easily understood. Faculty is wonderful if you have a question they will get you an answer. Multiple ways of learning hands on, computer and classroom. Multiple different classes for each course. I have enjoyed being here and learning so much about the different types of mobile cranes and learning more about things most people in the crane industry don’t think about when using a crane.
Everyone here is awesome! The entire staff is more than helpful and beyond willing to work with you individually to help you. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas, and if they don’t know the answer, they will find it
Great people all around. I was nervous about taking my recert after forgetting most of it from 5 years ago, but the training was knowledgeable and correct. I was much more confident and relaxed when I did take and pass the exam. I really can't say enough good about them.

Thank you Mr. Billy for helping us after breaking down with camper at a gas station yesterday. He is like an angel appearing out of nowhere helping us. Our motor fan wires were cut and truck overheated as a result. Billy ran codes and looked at it and figured it out. After having a terrible experience with Anytime Towing I called B&C Towing and Mike returned my call immediately and was here to pick up my car in 30 minutes. After Dropping my car off he sent me pictures of the car and the location. Very professional work. Keep up the good work. #100STARS
Mike was an awesome driver. He was very courteous and kind was honest and straight to the point he really helped us out. He actually even gave us a ride to our hotel after dropping the car where it needed to be dropped.
Mike was so very careful and meticulous with my car. He went above and beyond taking great care. He had trained very well on how to work with electric cars (as mine was). He was also very friendly and professional. His tow truck is beautiful and well kept. I will recommend him anytime for anyone.
I had an unusual situation with a boat trailer that had the front strut post collapse (with the boat on the trailer), leaving the tongue of the boat trailer on the ground with me having no way to jack it up and get it to where I could get it on my truck hitch. Mike responded to the call and within five minutes had the trailer raised, the strut back on the ground, the trailer stabilized and able to be hitched and towed by my truck. He's the guy you want when you need a tow! Quick, professional, skilled and has the right equipment. Nobody wants to be in need of a tow, but if you find yourself in that situation, Mike's your guy.

I was referred to Rocket City Towing and Recovery by my insurance company USAA. The person that came to assist me was Brenton Humphrey. Brenton called when he was 10 minutes away and was here right as expected. He was very customer service oriented and hilarious. He knows his job very well and provided excellent service with a smile and laughter. I would recommend this service and especially Brenton as your service technician. I needed a tow because of my check engine light on my Ram truck, State Farm sent out Rocket Towing and Recovery for the tow. DJ was the driver he was friendly, professional, and courteous. What a guy! Had a check engine light light up, and rather than chance it, pulled over. Called for a tow at the recommendation of the shop I’m taking it to, and they said Jeff’s was the place to call. Done in an hour and my Tahoe is on the way to the shop! HIGHLY recommend!

Chris & his brother towed my van after an accident this week and I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were both super friendly and helpful during and afterwards to get things settled up with the insurance. QUALITY WORK, HONESTY, FRIENDLY, GREAT COMMUNICATION Mr. Chris Wise is overall just a good guy. My wife and I were recommended to him by a friend/training partner and could not have had a better experience. We entrusted my late father's high mile 2011 Venza to him with multiple issues. - He figured out one "rattling sound" as we all drove down the road with him. - He was straightforward when he said he would have to figure out the A/C issue and that may be someone else's wheelhouse. In the end, he was able to fix it at a surprisingly good price. - With each issue, he broke it down for us in easy to understand terms (we're not mechanically inclined) different options, the risk/benefits of each one and a fair price. In short, we will definitely bring him our other family vehicles and absolutely recommend him to others!
It is hard to find a company now that does what they say they will do. Well, look no further. They said they would be at my house to tow my vehicle at 0830. At 0825 they were at my house ready to get to work. They worked with me giving me a detailed bill so my insurance would cover as much as possible for this long haul bill.They were friendly, professional, and extra careful with our Audi Q5 being mind-full to use the proper tie down points as to not damage any expensive parts. I was drawn to Gibby's Towing because of their high review rating. Gibby's did not disappoint and completely lived up to their rating and reviews. They were able to respond to my call quickly to load my car on their truck. On the way to the dealership, I learned the owner of Gibby's responded to my call for assistance. Incredible customer service, very respectful and pleasant person to talk with on the drive. The truck was very clean which impressed me and was the first thing I noticed. Mr. Gibby takes pride in his company and it shows.
I'm sorry, my review isn't a good one du re to the reason . When I called for help, I said I needed a tow. My car cut off backing out of my driveway and was straddle the road I needed it tow back up in my driveway 15 feet my estimate distance. I asked what was the cost. The man the phone said he couldn't say for me to ask the driver when he got there. When the driver arrived within 30 minutes of my call as soon as he got out the truck I then asked him he said that was up to him he just drive the truck he have to call the owner. I then asked him if he had a jump box. I said if we can jump it He wou need to put up on the truck. First he said he didn't have a jump box, the driver then said he'll put on the truck and back it up in the my driveway.I told him that I couldn't get the car out of park to put it into neutral to even get it up on the truck. Then he retrieve a jump box from the truck. We jump the car and I drove it back in my drive myself. I didn't need a tow after all. I then asked much at was he call the owner and he said the said $70.00. I said $70.00 he said yes. I then said this is the reason I kept asking for a price from the beginning cause I could went another way gotten a jump from elsewhere for less than that. I then told the driver to tell the owner he does bad business,and I was going to leave this review and never use them again and tell anyone who will listen about them Gibby's Towing don't do business there. I read these reviews on this business I'm glad they had a good experience but as for me it further showed me why we don't support each other business, cause some business like this I'm done I'm doing business with whoever who does good business color don't matter to me I'm sicbof supporting black business with poor service.

I recommend 30G he was so caring and sweet about my car he pulled from a difficult spot with ease the transmission with which he pulled it on the truck was smooth I appreciate people like him the world could use more like him.
I called on Sunday to get my Tesla towed at 11AM. I waited specifically for 3OG to come and take care of my vehicle! He didn’t use a chain which I appreciated and he was here immediately in the morning. He was so kind and friendly I would recommend him to anyone!

I found this number on google search looking for a towing truck company to pick of my car from one car shop and deliver it to another shop located in another jurisdiction. The guy came right on time but the shop closed early and he was not able to get my vehicle. He never charge me a fee for that call. And he even scheduled a time for the next day that he could come. As before, he was right on time, and even though the job was difficult in loading my vehicle, his price was very reasonable and cost efficient. Of all the towing companies I dealt with in Birmingham, this is the one I highly recommend. Even though they could not help me with my problem they still went out of their way to help me. And on top of that Amanda, thier dispatcher, went out of here way and still called me to make sure if I was ok. If that is not great service, I don't know what is.
Brian was awesome and very personable when he answered the phone. Gave an estimated 30-45 mins response time. I was on the shoulder of the interstate and Daniel or “DJ” got there in around 20ish minutes. Daniel was also very personable and down to earth. Both very helpful in a very stressful situation, very thankful for these guys.
Got in a wreck out of town and being unfamiliar with the area, we were recommended these guys. Orville (popcorn) was a great driver, great company, and very friendly.

Cory came out to give me a tow after I broke down due to a ball joint falling out and I couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Driver of tow vehicles in the accident I witnessed were excellent! And then when my car wouldn’t start when time to leave, they brought in another tow truck, assessed the problem and pulled my vehicle out of ditch area. Then then checked out my vehicle and let me know it was safe to drive. My electronic systems on my vehicle had shut down because I was parked on an incline making the car slant to badly, the gasoline registered as empty. AMAZING JOB AND INCREDIBLE MEN! They came to the site of our accident after I was taken to er. What I can say is the next day when we went to get our belongings from our truck and camper they were very understanding and took care of us. Very professional in all ways. Just a great and kind group of guys.
After receiving a very steep quote from a competitive towing company, I called Tony's Towing Inc. and spoke to a woman. She said that both of the tow drivers were busy at the moment, but that she'd call to let me know when one was on the way. A short time later (about 10 minutes or so), one of said drivers called me directly and let me know that he was about 15 minutes away, but that he was on the way. He arrived just as he said he would and got me loaded. While driving to my destination, he gave me an estimate that was surprisingly lower than the first company. He and I talked the entire way. When we reached my destination, he did some calculating and his original estimate was spot on. After lowering the car onto the driveway, he even helped me back the car into the carport. I wasn't able to compensate him for going above and beyond, but the least I could do is keep my word and write a review. From start to finish, my experience with Tony's Towing Inc was great. Ellis, if you're reading this, I enjoyed our conversation as well and appreciated the advice. Thank you for your service in your former fields. Stay safe out there, man.

This was not my first tow but the best experience I have by far ever had with a town service. Bobby was compassionate, timely, professional, and very helpful. Having to be towed with two little ones after leaving work felt easy for once because of him. We ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere… we called every one out there, our insurance, even 911 could not help up besucase nobody had people near us. My husband found this super nice and friendly lady who came to our help right away. No joke, she said 45 minutes and i literally put the timer on. She got here and the timer went off. We are super grateful, her service was awesome and she even followed us to a nearest gas station to make sure we made it safe. Highly recommend this company!

We were stranded at Loves in Clanton Alabama and he came with his wrecker to haul our 44,000 lb Class A Motorhome to Freightliner to get repaired. I can’t believe people can do what he does. If you ever need towing services I recommend this company! They were very professional and kind people (Unlike the other companies I contacted this past weekend) from the time I called until the time my car was towed…I dealt with some rude people prior to discovering Brown’s but I’m glad I kept searching because they were nice and reasonably priced. If I ever have car troubles again I don’t mind spending my money here!
My dad lives out of state and was the one who had to pay for the towing, it was a Sunday and not many places were open and the ones who were would not accept payment over the phone which was all I had from my dad. After hours of being stranded with my sister we got a hold of Brown's and they came and picked us up very quickly, got us a drink (after hours of being stranded, sweating, we were very parched but had no money) and got us to the repair shop all while having a wonderful attitude and great customer service. Was in a wreck on Friday night. Towed my car to their yard. Monday went to get my personal items out of car and my sunglasses were gone along with some other things. As I was leaving I went back to office and the guy working the yard was on the porch with my glasses on his head. Told him and the lady working behind the counter that those were my sunglasses they both denied it. They both said that they don’t go thru cars. Obviously that was a lie. New Hope police called the owner and he said he would check into it, but never heard back. Even if you’re hurt during a wreck make sure you get your things before they tow your car.
Came onsite within 15 minutes of my call. Were kind and very professional! Shoveled the road, deiced the road, and went to great lengths so they could pull my car off a precarious slope above a deep icy ravine. They get my highest possible rating. Cannot thank them enough! My car and I came through without a scratch.

I have to say there aren’t many people left with the values that I received from Terry. My truck broke down on my way back to Nashville, I was able to get it off the road at a gas station. Terry not only got me some parts to get back on the road home. He also helped me fix it. Went out of his way to help a stranger like me. He will truly be blessed.
My family of five blew a rear tire near Calera, AL. We are from Cincinnati and were on our way to Florida and our spare was flat. I reached Terry's via google search and these guys were at our vehicle within 10 minutes. Not only did they tow us but they also found a local tire place that had the replacement we needed. I have never IN MY LIFE experienced a better service experience than what Kari with Ace Towing LLC provided to me on December 13, 2022. I rented a vehicle from Avis in Nashville, TN. When it started giving me warning lights for a transmission issue, roadside assistance set up my service to make it right. They made it so wrong and through multiple channels of difficult communication with Avis, I met Kari, who was my towing coordinator. I asked if they were an Avis towing hub and why they had to travel so far and she said it was an easy process since I was coming to Huntsville. (I wasn’t). I broke down in sobs from confusion and worry and she told me not to worry about a thing and she would handle it. All she had to do was say sorry about the mix up and I hope you figure it out, but she didn’t. She made all of the calls and fixed everything that Avis had messed up. She saved me. She is the greatest care provider I have ever met. If I ever find myself needing a tow in Huntsville or anywhere else nearby, I’d call her every time. They are a 5 star business who provides 10 star experiences. PS: she even followed up hours later to check on me. Thank you for the best Christmas gift, peace of mind and the ability to visit my family on time after my work trip.

You will not get better service ANYWHERE. I've used HERO'S TOWING before. I had an issue with my vehicle yesterday, and I, actually, was calling and getting information, but I was told that it could be taken care of RIGHT THEN. I, unfortunately, had to wait until today, but, wow.... Hero's was READY FREDDY to help me, immediately, yesterday. The driver, Alan, well, he was just awesome.... courteous, friendly, professional, and I could tell that he was raised right, too !! Don't call anyone else... you will have to jump through hoops...call HERO'S TOWING. I have their number in my phone, and, will never use anyone else for my towing needs.
I needed my SUV towed from the mechanic's back to my house. (Blown engine was cost prohibitive for repair) I was told they would be by around noon and and almost exactly at noon; the driver, Alan, knocked on my door to deliver my vehicle. Their trucks are clean, polished and look professional. Alan was also courteous and positioned my SUV exactly where I wanted it in a matter of minutes. Their fee was super competitive and met my situation perfectly. Alan gave me a business card and you can bet I placed it in my wallet so I can call them again; if I ever need their services in the future. 5 stars!

Big Macs towing was awesome to me Saturday. Ran over debris on Highway 21 outside of Winterboro. Called them and Terry was there in less than 20 minutes. Hauled my 2015 Toyota camry to the Toyota place. Very quick nice and professional. Busted my tired and rim. He made me feel like family. I highly recommend BIG Macs.

This company seems to reap the benefits of being in a small town and takes advantage of situations. $400 tow fee to tow a car to their yard less than a mile total. Called by the town police and had the car hooked before the driver could even take pictures of the scene and without the owner’s consent. Add in the yard fees, well now you’ve definitely surmounted quite the bill to which strangely enough only cash is accepted. No explanation of fees prior to hooking up the car and taking it. Had the driver not taken a picture of the truck, we wouldn’t know where to pick the vehicle up and probably be incurring more fees! Unreasonably expensive and almost predatory practice. Be careful especially if you’re out of town.
Several months ago my vehicle was needing to be taken to the shop. I called Big Macs and the owner, Terry McCleland, came to my house in a torrential downpour of rain. He didn't mind at all and never complained, even after telling him it can wait he worked through it and never skipped a beat. Very professional and courteous. Will use again if needed.
These guys will take care of all your towing needs with finesse and attention to detail. Big Mac's is a family business that treats you like family. Terry came and picked up my larger than life duallie off the side of the road in heavy traffic, in the rain like it was just another day.

My husband’s windshield was hit by a flying non-secure object from a Craneworks work truck on I20. He uses his personal vehicle for work and is responsible for repairs/maintenance. I got a picture of the truck and we called the company to see if there was anything they could do. They said they would check their vehicles/routes and get back to him. This was a week ago and no follow up.

Tow Monkey was recommended by a local repair company. Travis picked up my truck and sent photos before and after he delivered it to the shop. Worst towing company I've ever dealt with. They are ripping people off and I'm not the first one either. Taking to small claims court and I don't care if it cost me triple what I paid, it's the principle of the fact.

The owner was very nice and courtesy. I called and the tow was at my location within 15 minutes. A1 service. Pulled my Mercedes out of the mud that day...lol..Really nice guy. HE made a new friend that day. Very rare to find a company the genuinely cares about people versus their bottom line...

This company is exceptionally horrible I used them before and they towed my car to get it serviced.I’m a disabled veteran 22years so I’m covered by USAA .I used this company before and USAA covered the expenses so I didn’t have to pay a dime. I called this time because I used them before and the guys they sent to me didn’t know how to by pass my battery in my Mercedes to jump the car so I did. I took his cable did it myself and I drove my car to the mechanic to have it serviced so Micheal the owner want a to charge me 70 dollars for the jump he’s guy didn’t know what to do so he threatened to call the police cool. Paid him not I told him I’m gonna get my attorney involved cause you want me to pay for services not rendered this company is a fraud and it’s truly a lap dog a low down racists dog soon as he heard I was black and Latino and driving a Mercedes his whole demeanor changed so typical Alabamian this company is a scam don’t use them you will be sorry….

Someone needed a tow and when the tow truck started trying to load the vehicle, they caused more damage than what was already there. All the tow truck driver said was oh well and drove away without waiting on someone to follow him to their destination and once they got to the location he tried to double the price he already agreed to.This company is shady and will cause more damage to your property.

I am thoroughly impressed with how great these guys are. I called and let them know we needed a tow. They told me to send my location right over, rates were great as well! Ended up that our car wouldn’t go into neutral so Dylan called us back to let us know it would be extra since it wouldn’t go into neutral. I guess he could hear the stress in my voice and told me to just hang tight and he would be to us shortly. 5 minutes later he pulled up and was able to get it in neutral with no problems! He actually saved us money and was the nicest guy! As in typing this, not even 5 minutes after leaving from Where he picked the car up from, he had taken it to their shop, looked at it and talked to his boss.. called me and said they would have it fixed tomorrow!!!! This is the only car we have and I cannot express to you how much it means to find someone who is honest, kind, caring and dependable!!! If you need a tow, work done to you car or just need it looked it.. CALL THESE GUYS!!!!! I am truly thankful for the help Dylan and the owner gave to us!
