I can’t thank Tonye and Synergy Auto Services enough for the help they gave me. I was stuck without a ride, and not only did the driver, Cliff, personally come to my house, but he also drove me to my car on the highway in Delaware and then towed it back to a shop in Northeast Philly. Most companies wouldn’t do half of that, but they made sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate it. The process was smooth, the driver was respectful and professional, and everything was done with no hassle. Tony is a LIFESAVER! I needed my car towed from the low clearance 6’8 covered parking garage at King of Prussia mall and AAA couldn’t accommodate the low clearance on a Sunday afternoon. Synergy was the only towing company in the area who was willing and able to complete the task. Tony was very personable and helpful, calling me with updates. Very transparent on the price and service. I called 8+ towing companies and Synergy was by far the nicest. The towing job was done impeccably. Could not recommend these guys enough.

He was prompt, professional and very thorough in his explanation of what the problem was, the tests that he would be performing (and then their results) and my options for going forward. Many thanks to K & S Towing. The AAA tow service driver yesterday was 1-1/2 hrs coming for a dead battery call & never got my car started & forgot to bring the requested new battery — after AAA worked on the car another hour he said it needed a lot of work. I arranged for a local tow the following morning & Andrew from K&S arrived promptly/had the car started in a half minute & towed the half mile to my service center as I requested. Kudos to ANDREW - K & S Towing & Recovery.

Called and had no issues coming and helping me out. Other places said they couldn’t help me, or was to far which was 27 minutes from my location. But he came thru and helped me. Super grateful for the help.
Quick service. Thought I needed lockout service but ended up just needing a jump. Lockout quoted was very affordable for someone who's tight on funds and experience unexpected car issues. He was very efficient and answered every call. I have anxiety and needed to get back to work but felt very comfortable and put at ease. Thank you!
This business overcharged me $299 for a ‘storage fee’ even though my car was released the same day. No receipts, no explanation. When I asked for clarification, they threatened to add more charges. I want a refund.

My service was fast and courteous. The dispatch attendant was super sympathetic to my situation and immediately sent Edward out to tow my daughter’s car. Ed rode around tirelessly near the drop point looking for a convenient, safe and easily accessible place to leave the car for our mechanic. Thank you both!!
Towing service was exceptional from scheduling, to completion. The front desk woman was so kind and communicated the price, no hidden fees, and was direct about the time it would take for one of their drivers to assist. I even mentioned specifically needing a flatbed truck for my vehicle and it was no problem. Ed, was careful with my vehicle and arrived just after I did to my preferred shop. 10/10 highly recommend.

Cheeky reply, I meant to hit one star, your business is trash and has owed me money for years now. Towed my car, even though parking had been paid for for 12 hours, claimed it was the apps fault and still took $100 to get the car back, after acknowledging you shouldn’t have taken it, you gave me the run around with people to call and email only to then ghost me. Wish the person replying to ratings was the one helping me get my money back instead!
Their predatory use of barnacles on cars is beyond scummy. Made a mistake inputting the license plate and tried to call and appeal, they saw the payment and refused to fix the issue without getting more money. I will never, ever use them for any other services. They got their last cent.

The best towing company I ever came across. My truck stopped on 95 North in Philadelphia... I called this company and they came so fast. The staff that answered the phone was so kind and so calm and patient. A1 customer service. The gentleman that towed the car was so nice 😊. Thank u guys so much.

When the driver Anthony arrived to tow my vehicle he operated very professionally, answered my questions and he was extremely humble and his service represented the company so well! I have used McGann and Chester several times before—always great service. Today, I brought a classic VW Beetle home. Our driver said he could not drive such a large tow truck on our (somewhat steep) driveway. However, after assessing the situation, he came up with a great solution. He squared the truck up to the driveway, extended and raised the bed, which put the car about 1/3 up the driveway, and loaned us some wheel chocks to hold the car in place while he moved the truck. I was then able to push the Bug up the driveway with my Honda Element. I wish I had gotten the driver’s name, because he deserves a customer service award for his tenacity and ingenuity. Well done!
If your car is getting impounded because of a parking infraction, let’s hope it’s these guys towing! From start to finish everything was quick and transparent, I had no issues over the phone and getting their address. When arriving all the paper work was handled smoothly and getting my car was no issue. On top of that, I only cared about the condition of my car, it had no damages and they towed it via flat bed since it was equipped with all wheel drive. The drive home I didn’t notice anything out of the sorts. If they have this much care with a strangers car I’m sure if you requested their services you’d be more than pleased.
Everything was wonderful - professional employee with great service - but arrived 30 minutes after scheduled time.
Fast professional service using excellent equipment at a competitive price. Was able to start my truck without flat bedding it which saved me a lot of time and money. Hope I don’t need roadside assistance again but if I do they are now on my speed dial.
Huge shoutout to Ed. Truck died at a rest area and Ed made sure he got me back on the road. Originally we thought the truck would need a boost off, but he later found out that one of my batteries had a bad cell. He ended up swapping all my batteries out with all brand new batteries and I haven’t had any issues since. So again huge thanks to Ed for getting me back rolling and I would highly recommend these guys if you’re ever in need assistance.

I called Glenn and he showed up within the hour as promised. He was so quick (most tow companies were telling me to wait 2+ hours) and incredibly affordable. He was also so kind and patient— could not recommend him more!
On our way to the doctor my aunt's car broke down, she called Glenn's Towing because her friend had recommended them. It didn't take him long at all to get there, and he took very good care of her "baby" (she loves her car). She said the price was very affordable. After seeing their great service, I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Grade A++ Service that well above and beyond what was expected. Great Value and Excellent Service. Glenn's Towing was able to "extract" an old non-running Chevy pick-up from my driveway on a hill and was able to talk directly with the Shipping Transport company that was hired to move the Pickup truck from Pittsburgh to Las Vegas (not cheap). Let's just say the mega named Towing company in town would not talk to the shipping transport company to determine a hand off spot where the truck could be loaded. Glenn's Towing service was required because the shipping transport company claimed they could not get their tow / shipping vehicles onto my hill to pickup the Chevy Pickup Truck. The best about Glenn's Towing was they were willing to perform the short tow from my hill to Route 51 with practically no warning from the Shipping Transport company, on a Saturday Morning after getting a call from the shipping transport company over a week later after my wife and I contacted them. If I ever had to have a vehicle towed again in the Pittsburgh area, I will be calling Glenn's Towing first. I highly recommend that you do the same if you need something towed in the greater Pittsburgh area, call Glenn's Towing.

I’ve never seen a towing company with such professionalism. I was so distraught when my car key got stuck in my ignition , and my car wouldn’t start, he came out to my car checked it out for and within a few minutes I was back on the road. Truly a Godsend.

Joe was awesome! He arrived earlier than expected, super helpful and friendly. We pretty much had no idea what to do with our situation but he was super easy to work with and really pleasant. Efficient, easy, would recommend for anyone needing a tow service.
Amazing crew. Customer service was amazing (went out of his way to calm me down from the incident). Put the spare tire on my car on the side of the road in a residential area in record time. What would have made me call off of work left me less than an hour late. Sometimes god works through others and I think an angel had to have been with us this day.

Broke down on the side of parkway during rush hour, which is not a fun place to be. They came quickly and took the car where it needed to go. They are very fair with the pricing, which is great because you don’t have much leverage to negotiate on the side of the road.

The first time I called Mo's Towing was a Sunday evening last year and Mo came out himself. When all the other towing services weren't responding or were hours away, Mo was there within an hour. Yesterday my work truck broke down and one of his guys came, he was very professional and they communicated well. I was having an engine problem with my car that made it not ideal to drive, but I was hesitant to call a tow truck. However, I'm SO GLAD I decided to call Mo because he was absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly responsive, reliable, professional, and warm. Upon arrival, he had the car towed to be repaired in 5 minutes without issue. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely call Mo's Towing again and would recommend him to anybody!

I was in a pinch with a flat tire in the South Hills. I must say, typically roadside service is in and out. Rick went above and beyond switching out my flat with my spare. He identified my problem which will end up saving me money AND he helped me identify several problems under the hood. Bottom line, call Rick when you're in a pinch. He's thorough and goes above and beyond.

Dispatch was very polite but when I needed my car towed they gave me the run-around for a full day. My car wasn't picked up until 25 hours after my initial call when they said it would be about 2 hours and one of their "contracted" tow guys tried to raise the price on me by $100 from the quoted rate. They expressed remorse about the poor job they did but still has no problem charging $175 for a 7.5 mile tow
I recently was in an accident in a very dangerous area with cars all around in a blind spot. By chance , Dennis was there with his tow truck, and he got right out and towed my SUV to his business .He was so kind , professional, and helpful. He even dropped me off at my house and spoke to my husband for me because I was a bit shook up. He kept in contact with me the whole time , letting me know each step of the way. Great communication from the start. Michael was so kind and helpful, I trusted him right away. He also followed up quickly on a billing question I had after providing the service. Although it was a stressful situation, I left our interaction feeling much better about it.
Best guys I've ever had tow. I had previously scheduled another company yesterday, and they never showed. They kept telling me "45 minutes, traffic is bad." They did that for almost 5 hours. Called and cancelled after wasting a half day, then scheduled Bob and Joe's for the morning. I'll always ask for them. Dave who came out knew bikes, was really respectful of my bike and good conversation. You couldn't ask for a better or easier experience. This was for a bike tow, and it was the easiest one I've had.
Before calling Bob and Joe’s Towing I had called about 25 different towing companies that told me either they could not pick me up until sometime in the afternoon or there were charging me and astronomical price. Bob and Joe’s towing dispatcher was the first to ask me if I was okay which was refreshing after the morning I had had. He told me that the next available driver would not be available for another hour which was fine. Well turns out the dispatcher was wrong. To my surprise Mickey ( the owner) felt like I was more important because I was stranded on the highway and he was too my rescues in about 30 minutes of me calling. Everyone involved was very nice, polite, and considerate. They have great customer services and very decent pricing. I could not have asked for a better experience.
DO NOT use Bob & Joe's Towing. I am NOT a competitor! I am a business owner that got price gouged by Bob & Joe's Towing!!! I was charged $500 for a service call during the US Open! Bob & Joes normal rate for towing a heavy weight vehicle after hours is $175. I was charged $500 and was NOT towed!! They declined my appeal to review the bill and reconsider!! My company was contracted by the US Open and we have given the vendors a very fair competitive rate. On the other hand, Bob & Joes has taken this as an opportunity to gouge its customers!!!! Why use a company with these unfair business practices!!

In 2/1/2024 I requested tow service from AAA and they sent out TTJ Towing as a subcontractor. TTJ towing hydraulic lift failed and dropped my Vehicle causing major damage. TTJ tow truck driver apologized about the incident and he advised his boss the owner of TTJ was aware of the faulty hydraulic system on the tow truck and as this truck hydraulic system gave out on him while towing his daughter vehicle. AAA is not covering loss and I was directed to get insurance carrier information from the owner. I have called TTJ Towing multiple times, have left numerous voice mails and none have be return. BE ADVISED IF THIS COMPANY DROPS AND DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THW RUN AROUND.
My towing guy Maurice was very kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Also, Maurice was very encouraging especially with me having a bad weekend and pouring over to the weekday. His encouraging words helped me to look at my circumstance in a more optimistic way.
I have had a hell of a time with my car, unfortunately I didn't catch the drivers name but he was Fantastic! He could tell I was struggling he was calm, compassionate and a genuine person. My car towed from Pa-Nj and I recieved it in NJ this guy was great in the picking up of my vehicle in which I also struggled to get him to the right place. This company also answered right away and we're able to help right away with an extremely reasonable price. I could go on and on but they were literally a ray of light in what has been a monumental headache. Thank you again!!!

What a wonderful experience! First off, they answered the phone which was a huge deal when you are trying to find a tow truck! Many of these companies dont even answer or respond. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous taking my information and they arrived very quickly! They provided tracking on the truck which was to arrive at my home so I knew exactly where the driver was. Brian, the driver, introduced himself and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and things went just as described. He got my vehicle hooked up in no time and off he went. My third year of coming to Ferras. First year was for body work; the way in which I was treated on that occasion led me to return for my first inspection and oil change. Repeated the inspection visit a year later with the same positive result. Most recently I came to Ferras for my third visit and the results were the same. Everyone there is friendly and treats you like a valued friend. From the front desk to the inner office it was a stress-free experience. I can't recommend Ferras highly enough. I don't often respond to surveys but in this instant I had to get on board and be perfectly honest💥💥💥💥💥
I am 72 driving since I could and it is my belief that having a good place and a safe place to take your car is almost as important as having life insurance! Ferra’s Automobile Services is that to me. I have used their service twice as we attempt to restore my mother’s 1999 Chrysler Sebring Jxi Convertible. Very helpful. Took a look at my car when people at Jiffy Lube had me worried I had an expensive fix ahead of me. Brian kept my mind at ease and after they looked at it and reassured me nothing was wrong did my oil change and had me road ready.
Took a long time, fought with insurance over rates, threw my stuff in my car all over while fixing (including expensive speakers), claimed they washed my car but it was filthy when I picked it up (looked like gravel dust), and locked me in the parking lot when I picked up my car. Full of busters, will not return.

Great communication, quick arrival and one of the best prices around.
I called Allegheny recovery and cargo hauling for a lockout. The owner Rocco showed up within 30 minutes. He unlocked my car and retrieved my keys in less than a minute. The last time that happened, I called AAA it took them 2 hours to get there and the guy took another half hour trying to get in my car. Also AAA left scratch marks all over the door… I’m glad I called Allegheny recovery cargo and I will definitely call them in the future for any of my towing needs. Also, I have an old broke down car. Rocco told me he would come pick it up tomorrow, Bring it to the junkyard and split the money with me. I like this guy!!!

Called on a Sunday right at the start of the Steelers game. Answered right away. Called me back 2 min later and driver showed up promptly. Had to been the nicest kid to come and tow my truck. No one wants to work these days especially on a steeler Sunday. But Tiffany's towing was great.
Amazing Job!!! I needed to get some units moved for an important customer. Got on the phone with Pete and in minutes we handled the details. Tiffany's towing in my opinion, one of the greatest tow company's around the pgh area. My daughter accidentally parked in the wrong area of a lot that Tiffany’s is contracted with and learned a valuable lesson when the car was towed. I called and talked to Peter and he was very understanding and helpful with the situation. If I ever need a vehicle towed in the future I will definitely use their service.
The guy who got my car out of a fairly tricky position of a weird driveway did it pretty fast and pulled it out in a way it was easy for horrible driver like me to back out of and he was friendly and the guy on the phone was very patient with me when we tried running my card number 4 separate times, which didn't work because it was flagged as fraud (which I didn't know at the time).

I called A1 Auto Towing & Recovery, late in the evening, after AAA left me stranded (somehow cancelling my tow request in the cold and rain, without warning ...and even they don't know why). Without hesitation, this company agreed to handle the matter...and that they did! They were prompt and kind! They got me to my destination, which was 50 miles away, with professionalism and grace! I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! If I could give them more than five stars, I would. (As a female, it was also comforting to feel safe. They were awesome!) I am so grateful!!!

Highly recommend this place. They are honest, quick & know what they’re doing. We had such an easy and seamless experience setting up a time to get our truck towed in & repaired. It was a small repair and they fixed it super quick for us and were just so honest and nice with us which is hard to find.
AVOID this garage, I highly recommend not taking your chances here. This garage was contacted at 3:45pm for a tow and said they would arrive at 4:10pm. Its 35 degrees out during all this. At 4:45 they were not there so we called for an update and they said they should be close. At 530 we called again and no answer multiple times. At 6:10 we finally got an update that they canceled the tow. Terrible business practice to accept a tow then cancel after being super late without even contacting us. This garafe left their customers stranded in the freezing weather for over 2 hours and didn't even show up or bother to call.
I have had several cars repaired @ Critchlow Auto Body & I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. If there were 10 stars that's the rating I would have chosen - they always take care of arranging for the rental car company to be waiting for you & ALWAYS return the car washed & vacuumed better than I can do it at home! Honestly, I have never & will never go anywhere else......these folks really know their jobs! Thank you AGAIN!

Brand new car would not start and could not jump start. Had to push car out of garage and get it on the tow truck. There is no way this place is based in Pittsburgh area and if they are they use an answering service that isn't. Over $300 to move a car a foot max, over a 12 hour wait. Get serious. And hung up when they quoted me a price and I said no *asked my budget*. SCAM.

Will never be using this company again. At first, everything seemed great. Quick response, fair pricing, etc. Paid for tow over the phone and was given an ETA of 30-60 mins. Called back after receiving no updates for over an hour and was told that their driver got called to an emergency and would reach out to me when he is on the way, which could take a few hours. I remained patient and requested for them to call me as soon as they are on the way so I can meet them and give them exact instructions on what to do with the vehicle/keys. Returned to the vehicles location this morning and saw that the vehicle was picked up but I was never notified. Now I have been on hold for over an hour with three different employees at this company as well as their dispatcher trying to figure out where my keys and vehicle were left. Would give negative stars if I could and definitely do NOT recommend! This is beyond unprofessional and feels like a complete scam. I have now been connected to a 'Supervisor' who is telling me that they have no way of knowing this information and no way to track whether or not their drivers are doing their job. This is comical. PLEASE BEWARE!!

I was rear ended 2 weeks ago and I was devasted. I just knew it was totaled and I would have to go through the process of buying another car. At the time of accident he personally drove my hubby and I to Enterprise to get a rental. I called Mr. Jose several times to get updates on my vehicle and not once did he grow tired of my phone calls. He was patient and kind. The driver was young, but well trained. He got my SUV on the flatbed and dropped off at the mechanics without any issues. They took a little longer to get to my car than quoted, but all other towing companies either didn’t have a driver available or didn’t pick up. It was 8:00PM, in a nice neighborhood. I’m glad Frostys was able to help. Cost was $150.

Wasted my time!!! Tells me over the phone that the very least I could get for my running/starting car is $425. Gets to me, hooks it up, does their walk around to confirm everything was good(and it was) and has the nerve to tell me $200. Made them unhook my car immediately! Play with someone else! Would never recommend. UPDATE!!!! PSA! If you want a company that is true to their word and pays what they say they will, go to Peddle. Getting $600 for my “not good” running/starting/drivable car with brand new parts and battery. Never settle for less than from a “company” especially a dishonest one. Again, would never recommend.

My experience with Advantage towing was beyond great. CJ my technician was not just on time he had to tow my car out on fist bed. He gave me details of what he saw for my reason or tow and sure enough McNeiley auto said the same as CJ. My car was blocking a busy parking lot entrance 1030 pm , CJ also worked to get my car safely on tow truck bed out of the way. Appreciative of his thorough details of needing a tow. Great experience with Advantage towing.
I've had some real horror stories with AAA providers, but advantage was really great.They communicated every step of the way, were honest about timelines, and showed up when they said they would. My driver Rizzo was friendly and skillful in loading and unloading my poor car.
It's Christmas Eve, I've hit a rock that got stuck under my car and ripped out.... something. Called AAA and was lucky enough to get Advantage Towing. The driver was great! He was there in about 15 minutes, he raised the car removed the rock and towed our car back to our house. Then, he raised it again to help us secure the part of the car that was hanging down with wire. He was a own personal savior lol. Thank you Advantage Towing!
My car would not start this morning, only days after a thorough inspection and service check. I called AAA and received a call from Advantage Towing within literally seconds of making the service request. Ramy arrived within the hour and replaced the battery very quickly (the battery was so old that I wanted a new one to ensure that we would not have any more issues). Ramy was great; excellent service!!
One of these trucks just ran the red light by Liberty Ave McDonald's and almost hit me! Pulled into The jeep dealership like it was nothing.

Tried to get a tow for a car needing repair. Was told 40 minutes. Called back an hour and fifteen minutes later. They said they would call back shortly. Waited another 30 minutes (1 hr 45 mins total) and decided to call another company who showed up in 30 minutes. Find another company to call for a tow. They never contacted me back.
Anthony was great at providing a service above the expected, since I didn’t have my keys he went beneath the vehicle to switch its gear to neutral for towing, after this he took my heavy van effectively to its destination.
This place is a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want to pay whatever price they decide they want to charge you that day with zero transparency then do not bother calling. We needed a tow and they charged $250 and refused to take the car to the car place we needed it to go. Instead, they took it to their place and told us if we wanted the car fixed it would be another $1000 for a job that at most a real car place would charge at most $500 for. We decided to have the car towed by someone else to our actual car place. The tow guy from the other place apologized to us on Anthony’s Towing’s behalf because it was clear to him they were scamming us. Anthony’s towing never mentioned a storage fee then decided to charge us $85+/day, which is WAY more than most places IF they even have a storage fee. Lastly, when we arrived to pick up the car, they stated their credit card machine was broken so we’d have to pay in cash. Luckily I was able to drive to a bank and had cash available, otherwise they would’ve kept my car and charged me more fees when it was THEIR problem the card machine was broken. They had the other tow guy blocked in with my car and refused to let him leave until we had cash in hand. I would absolutely never recommend Anthony’s Towing to anyone. Transparency and kindness go a long way, Anthony’s Towing has neither of those qualities.
Had a great experience with this company. The tow truck showed up and the guy was respectful. Not only did he tow my car but also arranged to fix it. I got it back and they did a great job. I'd recommend this company. They go beyond expectations. Thank you Anthony

I had gotten myself in a pickle. Got my truck stuck in mud. I mean really stuck. Had been trying for a little over an hour to free myself with unprofessional help. Finally broke down and called a tow company and Hooked Inc. was phenomenal. They responded quickly within 30 min and the technician they sent knew hos job. Lou was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy going all at the same. He had me out in no time. What was impressive was he knew how to work that tow truck. Forgot to mention o was also in a confined space. I am forever greatful.
The female operator who worked on May 16,2019, was extremely friendly, polite, considerate and helpful. My tow truck driver, Doug, went above and beyond his capabilities to locate my vehicle while keeping me updated throughout the process. The staff was hospitable, fast, efficient and actually value their customers. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you Hooked Inc. for all of your help..you guys (and girls) deserve 10 stars...keep up the good work. I'm glad some people still realize word of mouth is the best way to promote business.
Tony was my driver. By far the best experience I've had with a towing company. He was an extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant person to be around! Really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and got my car to my destination without any hassle. His skill and handle of the tow truck was extremely impressive. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
It was Fourth of July weekend & here I was broken down in the middle of traffic for 2 hours.. I had called 3 other towing companies who's prices was almost $200 before contacting Hooked Inc.. The price I was given was very reasonable and affordable. Doug gave me a 30 min wait time but he arrived even before that, he was very professional and quick. I think the entire towing process& driving to my front door was 30 mins & Doug was gone in the wind! Thank you again for all your help
I have their signage posted at my house above my garage so I’m contracted with them. I have called seven times this morning to have a car that has been ticketed towed from in front of my driveway because I have to go to work. No answer. Straight to voicemail. And the mailbox is full! Definitely not 24 hours. I’m getting a new tow company.

This was the quickest and most professional towing company used. They were on site within 15 mins and moved my car effortlessly from my driveway. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future if needed. The driver was extremely polite and communicated well.
Had a truck break down on 476 after a late job, mike answered the phone after hours, and came to save the day. He was there in a timely manor in his heavy wrecker, and provided top notch service. With a fleet of 40+ trucks, they will now be our go to for any towing needs in the delco area. A+
