Called R&G Towing to come assist me when CHAMP couldn’t, I got a blow out on 185N at exit 25, pulled off the highway and was told by champ they couldn’t assist. Roy pulled up about 25 mins after calling and put on my spare and made sure the spare tire had air. It cost $150 out of pocket but, he was helpful and gave me some advice next time I have a flat. This company is unlike your average company but I like it. They worked around my schedule and was willing to change days when I needed to. The price is great and the professional services they've proved once my truck reach the shop without me was beyond great. I would definitely use them again if I so happen to need too.
Needed the truck towed during thanksgiving weekend and after many tow companies canceled on us….. T-dog Towing came through in the clutch…… then proceeded to keep us in the loop while towing with pictures and a video after all until it was dropped where it needed to go…… awesome job took less than 2 hrs from time of acceptance to ending tow!!!! Sooooo happy 😃

Tuffy's did a GREAT job for me yesterday. My call was answered immediately (and by a person!) and handled in a friendly, professional way with a reasonable estimated wait time and price quote. The driver arrived and was also professional, friendly, and patient as I had to navigate through how to prep a Tesla for loading onto the tow truck. We got the car to its destination and he was equally careful in the unloading. I highly recommend Tuffy's Towing and will call them first next time I need to be towed.

Last weekend, was the first time that my car has broken down in my life. I am a young adult not from the Columbus area and have no experience in situations like these. As the sun was beginning to set, I began to panic by calling all the surrounding tow truck places. When the customer service representative from Tuffy's answered the phone he began to help me find the quickest solution which really was helpful which calmed me down a lot. As a Veteran at Amazon Air its great to know that this towing service hires Top Notch Staff and very outgoing and friendly. I had a nail flat on my rear tire and service call went out and within 17 minutes I had a unit arrive. Quality fast service and thanking me for service to country is highly commendable! This is not a locally owned towing service!! There is no "Roy and Dot". It is based out of California and when you call you are talking to a call center in California. There is no one that man's the office,only drivers who are only there if they are not out on calls. My 16 year old son called them for a tow one night, he was 3 miles from home and the driver convinced him that his vehicle would be better off locked up in their yard. Well it was$500 later and several hours of waiting until someone showed up at the office for us to get the truck back. At the end of the day, there were two drivers that were really trying to help us get our sons truck back and I am thankful for them, but everyone else we dealt with by phone ( not in person) and the driver who initially towed my son's truck are terrible and will take advantage of you if they can. BEWARE of this company and do not let "Cornbread" tow your vehicle!

Watkins Towing & Recovery in Pooler performed beyond my expectations. I needed my car towed to the dealership. After placing the service call and receiving a confirmation text, a very, very courteous lady from Watkins called me to ensure their employee would arrive. Prior to reaching my location, I got a call from Watkins' Rante advising he was near the pickup location. Rante was exceptional. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and so friendly. Rante asked great questions about the car issues and just overall good conversation. I wish I could rate him a 10... and so polite I could adopt him as a grandchild. Literally one of the worst experiences with a business. Tried multiple times to get a car. Multiple tries, they are never there. I’m talking at 9am, 11am, 2pm… that’s the times that I’ve tried with no one there. Then I show up when they say and now they only take cash. I’m told they won’t charge me for the weekend since I tried multiple times to get the car and that I owed $350. I’m told to be there at a certain time. I show up again when they say and no one is there. When I finally got ahold of the woman she was so rude and disrespectful saying “your husband should have been here Friday” “I do not care that no one is there when I said, it’s not my problem” screaming. I am calm, I tell her I think she is being extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband finally goes and someone is there, and they charged us $450… because the woman was upset and they would not give the car back until we paid the $450 even though we were told an hour ago it was $350. That is dirty. Do not go here! Use Sapps, I’ve used them and they are so kind and professional. This place was so awful.

Just a week ago “Samuel” towed my vehicle w/ a canoe on top, back to Columbus. Upon arriving he moved with a speed I’ve never seen other drivers work. He strapped the vehicle down the most secure I’ve seen and in little time. His tow truck was clean and new. He was very professional throughout the ordeal. Samuel is an Army veteran so you’re in good hands! The man prides himself on excellence and customer service! I’m so glad my insurance chose him. For Samuel… it’s all in the name “Excellent Towing”. Car stalled and ASAP towing was there quick to help me out and bring my car to a repair shop. Wayne was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help me out not only in getting to the right car repair shop but also took the time even in his very busy schedule to make sure I get to place where I can get a ride while my car was in the shop. Highly recommended for speed and extra care shown to me as a customer.

Driver arrived quickly and did a great job!
My Suburban broke down while out of town in Columbus. Based on a recommendation by Pro Motors, I picked Advance Towing. The lady that took my call was very polite and explained everything to me in detail. I called on Thursday around lunch and my tow was set for Friday morning. By 10:00 AM Friday, my car was safely towed to the mechanic. Everything was handled over the phone and I was pleased with the service provided. I would use Advance Towing again if needed.
The transmission broke down while traveling over the holidays and Brian at Advance Towing was very, very helpful!!! He got my car from Columbus to Dothan with no issues whatsoever. Our 2020 Western Star 5700 decided she needed a Valentine's gift and her fuel pump imploded on 2/13 on Interstate 16. We were very happy with the service that Chris and Robert provided. Price was fair for the roadside service too. We would recommend them should you need the assistance. Also, skip being towed to the dealership. Save money (literally half of the cost) and time and have Tim's tow you straight Elite Diesel of Savannah.
Would give zero stars if it would let me! Check your vehicle closely (do a before and after photo). I'm 99% sure these guys dropped something on my windshield and left a crushed spot and two foot crack. The most disappointing part of this experience was their response. They wanted to see the damage, so I took time out of my day to drive the car over to their office. After promising to resolve the problem, they texted me ten days later at 5:00 on a Friday saying: "After a close assessment with my management team, we have come to the judgement that the chip was present in the pictures at the pickup location. Therefore, we wouldn't be able to accept responsibility for the damage". Their own pictures show this is not true! Horrible business practices! Stay away!

Talk about a company that goes above and beyond when another leaves you stranded on the side of the road at 10pm. The owner said give me 20 minutes me and another guy will be there. They showed up. Got my pick up truck and trailer to their yard after exhausting all options to try and get me back on the road that night over a couple hours. Took me to a hotel for the night and offered to come pick me up the next day. After tracking down parts had me on my way in a timely manner the next day. They will have continued business every time I'm in the area and need assistance. They are a small company trying to make a living like everyone else with out breaking your pocket book. This company is BEYOND helpful. My F250 would not start after running out of diesel. Which is typical. They came out and offered to get it running for me instead of trying the tow first. The owner got it up and running in 2 cranks for me to drive it off to my dad’s shop to get it looked at. These are people who genuinely value customer service. 100% recommend.
I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a shipping crate the size of a car come on a tractor trailer, with no way to unload it. I called Kay’s and asked if they would be able to transfer it from the tractor trailer and unload at our house. When I called I wasn’t sure what day, or even week it was coming, but Scotty said it was fine whenever it came he would take care of it for us. Had a flat tire on the way to work. I was referred to this company through Verizon wireless. Needless to say I never made it to work. Wait time was 75 to 90 minutes. More like 2 hours. Tried to get me to sign a damage waiver. Red flag!!!!!! Nope!!!!! Luckily for me I still had a warranty for towing through Honda. Got my tire changed by Chaunceys which Watkins stated they were unable to do. Drove my car to the dealership. Since Watkins made a reply I decided to edit my review. Based on their response you can tell they are nasty to deal with. There is no way in hell!!!!I would call your office to talk to you or deal with you in the future. Please note Chauncey's did not ask me to sign a damage waiver, and did actually show up a decent time to help me with my vechicle. I am not a liar as you are proposing I am. When you get a bad review work on improving your business not attacking your customer.

Wrost African American business in Savannah! First I was told there would be a 25.00 storage fee per day which was fine but when the storm came on that Friday I called All day to pick up my car! No return calls even after I left several messages and I called their alternate business Jackson brothers towing No answer! I knew the weather was inclement..so I get it! Went on Saturday to be told I had to pay 50.00 more for 2 days! How with no response after I sat there for Hrs to get my car! So the young man states " I can waive the storage fee but my sister added an administrative fee! For what ? In which I was never informed! They only mentioned the storage fee! It's obvious there are chasing money either to help themselves but really hurting the business as a whole! They told me they would move the car from storage on the grass so we could wait for the locksmith once the tow driver gets here! Keep in mind it's 0.02 feet from the storage to the grass for another 175.00! So they pushed it out of the storage to the streets! Never again please call Hook Recovery for a Reputable service!

Tow truck driver took an illegal left turn onto abercorn st through oncoming traffic. Almost hit a person on a motorcycle and other cars. Do not call them, they have horrible service! After an accident, I waited for an hour and a half and they never came. After calling multiple times to ask why a truck had not come yet, I was not only blamed for my wait but also told the truck had “broke.” While Im understanding of a truck breaking, what infuriates me is they never had the courtesy to call me back during any of my wait to tell me they wouldnt be able to get me!! I guess their plan was just to leave me stranded without calling to tell me to find other arrangments. Terrible customer service and empathy!

I was traveling from out of state on a holiday weekend when I struck from behind by another car and pushed into the car in front of me. Despite the holiday and late hour, the tow driver carefully took my car to the the tow lot and waited until I could get there to get my things. He helped my get my things as well. After getting home, I realized I left a few items, Annalise with Chastain's went out of her way to ship those items to me. In a stressful situation out of state, their kindness and helpfulness meant so much. I truly appreciate them!
They took my car from in front of my apartment. Then tried to say it was in the back and they can't get it out on the weekend but I'd have to pay for the extra days. They also tried to charge double! What the company NEXT DOOR charges. I had the company next door being my car back.

These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We called them at 1am as we had a broken valve stem they gave us an address to come to they were very friendly and did such a quick job getting us back on the road to head to New York.
This company is great! Had a problem on the side of the interstate on a Friday night of a holiday weekend, of course. Called them and even though they did not have our tire size in stock, promptly came out and put our spare on and got us down the road in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend, tire side wall blew out at 130am and they would have been there in less than 30 if not for a slight issue, not their fault, gps being weird. But they were communicating with me the entire time, and once on scene made quick work of my issue and were kind on the phone. 5 stars not enough

These are the best people to get you fixed up if you need roadside assistance!! I had a blowout on my fifth wheel RV and these guys were dispatched by Forest River to replace that tire. They got it done and I was about to be on my way when I noticed a tire on the opposite side had a bulge in it. I called these guys back and they went well above and beyond to find and replace the second tire for my family! This was like an impossible task to complete on a Sunday afternoon when everyone else was closed. Thank you to Tilson and your team( sorry if I misspelled your name)!! During last week's downpour, a friend was stuck on Hywy 1. It was dark. She was parked in the middle turning lane with her lights flashing. It was scary. Was in an accident this is who came and towed my car. Next morning $340 to get my car towed home. License tag bolts never returned. The topping of it all their system isn't secure at all!. After giving my information over the phone hours later my card was compromised. Someone made an online food order luckily we caught them and was waiting there with the police. Do not use this company and if you have and your card was somehow used....well now you know what probably happened.

Very reliable, I have used Terrell for both towing and mechanical services. His work is impeccable. He is very professional and kind. He hasn't let e down yet. The first time he towed my vehicle he immediately was able to tell me what was wrong. I have used his services since. He's fixed my alternator, changed my oil, performed my tune up, changed my brakes, and replaced my A/C compressor. He's worked on my 2019 Jeep Compass and my boyfriend's 2008 BMW 328I. First and foremost there is a proper protocol for towing vehicles! You should verify VIN numbers and tags before you snatch and tow! Claim you got the wrong vehicle when you had to bring it back. Caught on camera red handed. It was funny but you didn't pick up the "right vehicle " when you dropped mine back off! Then Cornell flat said you lied because he didn't call for a tow!!! Needless to say I am not done with this!!! A pissed off Traywick!
Cole's towing came and saved the day. They were patient and helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my vehicle back running. You call they’ll sometimes hang up the phone or just don’t answer AT ALL what kind of service is that??? People don’t waste your time coming here Oh and don’t let me mention about the price either ridiculously expensive for a terrible service to receive.
The worse experience. I needed a tow on 26th from Columbus to Newnan. Spoke with Justin and he told m that they are very busy and will get to the car next morning at 9am and to leave the keys in the car. I did exactly that. I followed up the next day around 5pm and no one had touched the car as it was still sitting in a parking lot with the keys being inside the car. Justin assured me that they will definitely get to it on 27th and now it’s the next day and No one had gotten to my car. I just spoke with the shop to find out they canceled my tow….? Wait what?? You promised me the car with be towed from last 2 days and all of sudden; you canceled it. I don’t know how they conduct business this way. They are in huge liability if my car is stolen. Worse way to operate. The owner should either don’t take work orders or do the job they got paid for.

It's okay
SRT came to my property to repo my son's car, their truck ripped down Comcast lines. I spoke with Johnny and he was extremely rude about it but said he would come take a look. I gave it a few days and called him back, he did apologize about being so rude and said he would come out and look at the lines, it has been a few weeks and he is avoiding my calls. Johnny I would appreciate you being a man of your word and calling me back.
I called this company and they supposed to come and tow my truck and I wait for 30 I call them and never answer the phone 40 mins later finally sent me a txt that can’t make it I don’t recommend this company
Was the wrong place
Needed to set a time to come and get my personal belongings and called the three different numbers they had to offer. All sending me straight to voicemail and not responding to text. Very poor business and very unprofessional.

Claim to be 24 hours but shut off the phone for the night
Nicest and fasted tow service I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using. Car just shut down on the side if I-20 and they immediately came out and took me to my mechanics. Super nice guy. Thanks!
