Barry was EXCEPTIONAL. On time, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His passion for his profession was obvious from his first contact when he introduced himself, listened to my needs and concerns then walked me through step by step how he would help recover my vehicle. No one ever wants to call for a tow but if you must call for Barry he is the best in the business.

This is the second time I’ve used All Out Towing and they are wonderful. Their pricing is very reasonable. The first time they helped me was at a tiny yet busy gas station where my car died at the pump. Today, Barry towed my car from my house. Barry was wonderful and a pro at what he does. Loading my SUV on his truck took less than 5 mins!

I had a flat tire and called roadside assistance, and my insurance sent this company. Gregg (I believe that was his name) was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process. My car ended up needing to be towed, and he made sure my child and I got out of our car and into the tow truck safely. He was also very informative about my tires and gave me helpful advice about driving on a spare. Excellent service — I’d definitely recommend Gregg!

We had waited hours for another company that repeatedly promised they were on the way only to call and ask for pictures so they would know what kind of truck to send. AAA canceled the other company and contacted Jones Brothers. The truck arrived when they said it would. The driver was so professional and so nice, even helping me in and out of the truck. I can’t say enough good about our experience. Wish I had asked the driver for his name. A negative day for us ended with a very positive experience.

Houston was a very polite young man under a bad situation with the business of Kennedy Bros. Alignment Center, LLC . Two of the employees cussing and yelling profanity names and threatening me, while one of the owners at the business allowed such ugliness. My items were broke and Houston went above the call of duty when they chained and locked a motorcycle, said they didn’t have the key to the lock. Houston had to drag it onto the flatbed trailer, helped take the chain off after reaching my destination. I appreciate how Houston was very professional and helpful to me! Thank you so very much! Houston is a keeper and I would use your company again and recommend your company to anyone that needs your services.
Excellent services by Gaige the driver, with the traffic flying by us on I24. Even crawled under the trailer and took pictures for the repair guy. Knew exactly how to get us to the rv park safely towing our 31' trailer then contacted a close by mobile rv repair person and explained to him the problem and parts needed. Definitely will and would recommend again! 10 stars to Gaige, he's definitely an asset to your team!!!!

I want to take a minute and tell anyone that may need a tire replaced, or towing, or whatever might pop up on you while traveling the roads, you can not go wrong with giving this company a shout! I was having a long day on the road, and wouldn’t you know it, I noticed what appeared to be a low drive tire on my rig. I pulled into a Truckstop to check it out and get some air, well it needed more than air, so I looked for shops in the area and was just one exit from them so called them and asked if they could help. It was close to closing time but they said come on and they’d get me back rolling. I met a young man named Konor who was my service tech, he was a very polite and professional young man. During the tire replacement he was very efficient and quickly got the job done. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable to my needs, from the awesome value of the costs, to the expert installation and efficiency of the service I personally don’t think that you could find a better company in the state, just good people! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service. J Hooks team thank you for the job well done definitely made me feel at home and made my long day a whole lot better! This company was awesome. Had a blowout on my trailer at 4:30 in the morning and couldn't find anyone to come change it till I found this company. The owner and his trainee (Konner) was very fast and had me back on the road within minutes. Awesome experience.

Could not have asked for a better towing company. My car fell back onto the side of a hill, and i originally called a different towing company & when they didn’t show up after over an hour, I called Everything Autos. They showed up in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!! They did an amazing job & they got my car out safely!!! They were very sweet & the price was reasonable! Thank y’all so much, I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Absolutely terrible experience. Jeff towed my 2000 corvette when it broke down at our cabin in the mountains. My car was overheating and I had taken a picture of it to send to my wife. In the picture you can see the passenger side of the vehicle is not damaged in anyway however when I picked my car up from the repair shop there was broken fiberglass. I have tried to call and send text messages with no response from Jeff. I do not recommend his service to anyone
I'm leaving 5 stars for im very upset 😡 I went to Gatlinburg and never got towed by EA. I payed to park and never got a single hook 🪝 and booked. They where busy that day. And just glad to see them working hard. Atleast they are there for us to help when we can't see the driveways have a 3 foot drop. But great company to have in your favor if you need them. Now let's see where I can go to get towed. Lol 😆

Got overcharged. Driver and owners son kept 100 bucks. Company sent me the invoice about 30 minutes later. Went back to the business property and no one would answer the door or phone. Then after sitting outside for a few minutes, a young man slipped the door open an inch and handed me 50 bucks back in mixed bills..half I was owed. 2 stars is only bc they got my car successfully towed..but everything else was really strange. I wasn't born yesterday and understand that towing is expensive. No joke. But I was ripped off by the tow driver and his helper. That's what this company will do to you too.
Dylan was very courteous and professional. I am very impressed with the extra equipment that he used to tow my car being that all tires were locked and would not rotate .
If you are in need of roadside assistance (especially needing to tow your vehicle), odds are that you are not having a good day! I was in that situation last night, and I couldn't be happier with how this company helped me out. First, the dispatcher was really kind on the phone and HONEST! She first told me it may be up to two hours before they could help, and she invited me to call around in case I could find another company to help sooner. Next, after I received a quote from another company, I called back to ask if the price I was given was fair. She offered a far more competitive quote and helped me troubleshoot a situation as the dealership I needed it dropped at did not have a night drop option. Ryan was the driver who came to pick up the vehicle, and he was kind and helpful and awesome too! So appreciative of their help and cannot recommend them enough if you find yourself in a pinch!

I was recently traveling back from visiting home for the weekend. On the way back, my tire pressure light came on and I still had a ways to go. My dad found Abrakadabra online, The owner, Gilbert, ended up helping me with my tire issues. He was so incredibly friendly and you could just tell that it was genuine. We chatted while he was looking at the tires on my car and he had such a heart to help others and give back.
Gilbert is the most amazing mechanic that I have ever found in town. My car broke down just outside of nashville late afternoon and I contacted him to see if he would take my car. He was willing to help and wait for my tow truck to arrive! Once he had my car he did diagnostics and did the fix for a reasonable price. I got my friend to go to him as well for a spark plug replacement because of the positive interaction.
Just wanted to take time and give a BIG thank you to Gilbert. It’s hard to find trustworthy people and it’s less stress for a female when you have people you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly. He’s honest, dependable, personable and prompt. He literally went above and beyond for me and did not have to. I’m forever grateful for finding him on a Sunday, and did I mention he stayed after his hours so that I could get my car when I got off work. Most def the best auto shop that’s worked on my troubled JEEP! Go to Gilbert for all of your troubled Grand Cherokee needs!!

Midday towing was great! I hired them to pickup a crate from a local business and deliver to a house. They put in a lot of extra work to get the job done and take care of the customer. AND they DIDN'T rip me off. Honest people, great value.

After calling several other places, Ms. Susan was a refreshing. Thanked her for being so delightful on an early Monday morning. She said that is the only way you should be. She gave me a full rundown on what to except from her end & when the driver would arrive at my house. Darrell was my driver. This young man was polite & kind. Let me know what needed to be done & we worked together to get everything taken care of. After all the other calls, this customer service was exceptional.

My experience with Davenport's Towing was exceptional. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Despite a slight delay due to traffic, which was beyond their control, I was promptly informed of the revised ETA and they arrived on time. The driver, who I believe was named Dave (apologies if incorrect), was truly outstanding. From his initial call upon arrival at my gate to introducing himself and ensuring my truck was safely loaded onto the tow truck, he exhibited professionalism and thoroughness. He took extra care to secure my vehicle's steering and provided reassurance throughout the process. I greatly appreciate his clear communication and responsiveness. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will certainly recommend Davenport's Towing and utilize their services again in the future.
DONOT use this company! The driver locked my keys and coat in my car and was not able to unlock my car. He was originally there to give me a jump, but ended up causing me 200 dollars to get my car unlock. I also left my car for a brief moment, I told the driver I will be right back. When I returned, the driver was gone,My car was still locked and he left my trunk open. I called the manager several times but he did not answer his phone and the sad part is the manager knew what was going on the whole time the driver couldn’t unlock my car. I feel I should be reimbursed my 200 dollars.
Saturday morning the driver took the initiative to keep me informed of a delay in his arrival and then went way above and beyond duty to keep me, my car and camper safe since no one was working until Monday morning. Towing my camper and my car was no big deal for his heavy duty tow service. His knowledge of the local area was a definite plus! He certainly deserves a bonus for his courteous customer service 👏🏽

Easily the best towing service I’ve ever used! Let me start off by saying that due to my affinity with buying project cars and assuming the issues that come with them I am no stranger to calling tow trucks. I had an issue where my truck lost all power driving down the road so I had to pull over and get a tow truck to take me to the firestone off of riverside. I pulled into the nearest parking lot and searched google for a tow company fearing I would have to pay some outrageous price to get my truck to a shop. That’s when I came across pats discount towing and decided to give them a call. Pat answered the phone promptly and asked where I was at. He got to me extremely fast in comparison to any other company I’ve had to use. He introduced himself and shook my hand, got me hooked up and we were on our way. The entire ride we conversed and it was apparent that this was something he truly enjoyed. The conversations were genuine and it made me even though it was our first interaction it felt as though we were old friends. After arriving at the shop Pat told me they accepted cash/card/cashapp and offered an amazing price which was a fraction of any of the competition. I sincerely appreciate the service provided by pat and would like to say that he runs by far the most punctual, fairly priced, and honest towing service that I have ever had the pleasure of using. I will most definitely be using him again in the future when the need arises!

If you are a trucking company do not, I repeat do not use them. They charged 32k to recover a truck and trailer. They sent three big rigs out when one could do the job and charged 7500 for each plus 5k to transport a reefer trailer. They charged 625 per hour for the trailer. These people are crooks and will take advantage of you if you have an accident. TRASH
They are scamming people out of money. Got two different prices, one from Amanda and one from Amber. Got a tow paid for at 10 am for $125 (2 mile tow) they tried to deliver it with no heads up at 2:13p. Called me ( I didn’t pick up) for two minutes straight and took the car back. I called the number back with no answer for an hour. Was informed that it was taken back by Justin. Was told to call the company and have it rescheduled that it shouldn’t be a charge. I called the company spoke to Ashley asking for a reschedule. She told me I’d have to repay for another tow. I asked I asked her why bc I was told it wouldn’t be another charge. Said she’d talk to the manager and call me back. She never did. Went to the office to pay after no call back. My car was already being sent back to my apartment with again no communication. The office people at the Antioch location were confused. Said they would call the main office and talk to Ashley. Ended up being charged again and told if I didn’t pay that they would impound my car and charge me more fees. Wish they had better communication, a sign explaining the rules like you should be there to receive your car or at least a (verbal warning),we will call you for drop off be on the look out, and a service that gave you a heads up. I bet they would have charged me again if I wouldn’t have been there.

After waiting for hours on another popular roadside service, my insurance company contacted Tow Pro. They communicated with me from the moment they accepted the tow, took my vehicle considerably further than I would have expected any to service to agree to! I had a bizarre vehicle issue that resulted in complete immobilization of my vehicle. The driver was attentive when he arrived, took care to understand my explanation of the failure and took very good care of my vehicle getting it onto a rollback. The driver took my vehicle to a dealership close to my ending destination, dropped my key off with specific instructions for the dealer in an effort to avoid any further damage and photographed my vehicle before and after. All of this during a busy holiday weekend. I’m very pleased with the service and the attention to detail. My vehicle is a huge investment in my recreation time and someone willing to take care of it the way I would is refreshing! Bravo sir, and again thank you!
One of their lots TOTALED MY CAR. My 2013 Volkswagen Beetle was being towed through Geico for a FLAT TIRE and given the instructions to be taken to a tire shop. My car was never taken to the tire shop and was kept at the lot all weekend because “they didn’t have enough drivers” to take it to the shop. Four days later, it still hadn’t been taken to the tire shop so I called AB Collier Wrecker and they said the car had been damaged in the lot. So I went down to the lot and found the car to be completely destroyed - TOTALED. This car had a flat tire and now it is totaled, according to the adjuster from Geico that came out and looked at it. AB Collier were extremely rude, claimed they "didn’t see what happened", offered NO apology (to be honest, their attitude about the whole thing was more like "too bad for you, not our problem"), and refused to give their insurance information so I could make a claim. I had to go through MY car insurance Geico to deal with this negligence that AB Collier caused even though it happened in their tow yard under their watch. This was a PERFECTLY good VW Beetle in GREAT condition with 74000 miles on it, and just paid off. Lastly, they kept saying that I didn't sign a form to release the car to Geico multiple times when I signed a form the day I got to the lot. Whatever you do, do NOT use them.

Awesome experience that became the silver lining of a rough situation. We got a quick friendly response from Jimmy, and he's the fastest I've ever seen to show up and load up, and it was affordable!!! Highly recommended from a local!
Mark was awesome. I took my vehicle into him on a Sunday with a sheet metal screw in my tire. He saw me right away (instead of having to wait multiple hours at other places), and it turned out that I did not even need to have the tire patched because the screw was so small. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs Tire work or Towing.
Today, SATURDAY..... The owner of Southern Pride offered to pick my parents up at their home if they couldn't find a ride to pick up their vehicle that was in for repairs. I was available to take them, but appreciated the offer as did they. As my mom settled her bill with the owner, she casually asked how much back brakes for my car would be. He gave us a quote and offered to get started on them now if we would like. It is often hard to coordinate family schedules, but we were already there, so why not? He not only replaced the brakes, he showed us some issues that I suspected, and others I was not aware of. I appreciated him taking the time to track down the parts I needed on a Saturday in the heat of the day. We stayed cool and comfy. We all rode out of there in quieter, SAFER vehicles. On the way home from vacation we ran in to some transmission trouble so our insurance directed us to Southern Pride Towing and we could not be more impressed with them. They came to our rescue and even waited until we could get a taxi to come get us. He gave us amazing recommendations and was over all a very nice, professional guy. They worked with our insurance and our car is now in our driveway 4 hours away! We will tell everyone about them in the area. Hopefully we never have car trouble again while traveling but if we do we know who to call... we could not be more impressed!

Had some big issues with my cars engine and needed a tow to my local Hyundai dealership to get the mechanical help I needed. Hook em up was super easy to call and get a tuck out within the hour with updates to let me know how far out they were. I called Wil's Towing to pick up my disabled vehicle nearby the Joyner community and transport it to Fox Toyota in Clinton. The owner drove the truck and reached me in twenty minutes. My car's condition presented some unusual challenges but he improvised and got it on the truck in a few minutes. During the drive to Fox Toyota, we talked a lot about his work and other things. He was very polite and extremely professional. It probably doesn't matter for the purposes of car towing, but he was also a pleasure to talk to. If it matters to you, his truck was also clean and well-kept. Wil clearly knows what he's doing and is quite familiar with the area and how different garages handle incoming cars. The cost for the job was absolutely reasonable and payment arrangements were handled without a hitch via card. I hope I don't need Wil's help again, but I will not hesitate to call his service first should the need arise.

Wils towing came fast. We tried to use AAA, but they couldn't come get us off the side of I 75 till late that afternoon. Wils was there in under 20 minutes and towed us to Chuck's auto service. Great job Wils I would use you again in a minute.

I MUST say this place is reliable and very highly recommended! Nate is beyond helpful , kind, and respectful! I had to come all the way to knoxville TN from Fort bragg NC to pick up an old subaru car so I could have it remodeled and fixed up for my husband who is recently retired from the Army after 20 years of service so it was supposed to be a surprise. It was stuck in between a fence and bushes and another car. We only had 1 day to do this and to make it more complicated my brother in law was not helping. Nate not only helped to move the car and get it unstuck but he even went out of his way to put the car on a very ( irritating) car trailer .....( that i had no idea how to do since im a small woman). He was helpful and kind! I had to get it done that day and was worried he would not be able to help because of how late and the way the car was but he definitely came through! Top notch service!!! I abandoned my broke down car over 50 miles away down a back road. Before heading off to work, I met the driver/owner Bryan to pay him and he could sense I was uneasy about him finding my car. He made me feel very confident as he was a great communicator. Not only was the service top-notch, but the price was the lowest in the area by far. It's rare to find someone this reliable and affordable. I highly recommend Norton to anyone in the area. This is the only tow service you should use!

Randy Wilson Towing performed an excellent service and in a amazing professional manner. I had called 6 other towing services before I called Randy's. The other businesses were very rude and didn't care if they got my business. It was so pleasant to speak to Trent at Randy's. He was so kind and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was his number one customer and only I mattered. He went out of his way to make sure they would be able to pick my car up and bring it to my house that day even though they were extremely busy. Very speedy service. Had a flat tire and our donut was under the car, tried to change it by myself but I couldn’t manage to figure out how to release the donut. AAA provided me with Stooksbury's Towing and boy am i glad they did. Janine was a pro all the way. It was'nt her first rodeo. My situation was a difficult one, but she knew just what to do. Had to use the wench and do a side pull, as my truck was in my garage. Got my truck out and loaded up in no time and did it safely, without any damage to anything. They were on time, very friendly, just what you want from a towing company. I definetly recommend Stooksbury's if you have a choice !!!
Joe was super friendly and professional. We were stuck on top of a mountain in Sevierville and he came to our rescue, towed our car, and drove us to Knoxville. I never had the opportunity to rate their actual service because they left me waiting for more than three hours and never showed up. I was told the Rod Run was in town and they were busy. They were focused on servicing tourists and making me wait until they had a chance. It was faster for me to go to the auto store and buy the part and install it where it broke down. Lesson learned. They don’t care about locals when the rod run is in town. You can do better for your community Stooksbury.

I was in a bind this afternoon, but after Danny’s Towing was highly recommended by my buddy Robert, I gave them a call and within less than an hour they already had my car towed from the repair shop it was at to my house. Chelsea helped me on the phone and Thomas was the tow truck driver. Both of them were very professional and courteous. Thomas went out of his way to make sure my car was placed in the location I needed it to be within my home’s driveway, as to not be in the way of our other family member’s cars that still have to come and go around my car until it can be repaired. A-1 towing is the best Towing company in Chattanooga and the tri-state area hands down. They are the most professional and fair company around. They go above and beyond for each and ever customer. If you need a vehicle towed give them a call anytime day or night. Because the best never rest.
My bike’s charging system went out and I needed a Tow. AAA sent A-1 with Hector on his flatbed and frankly he was great to work with. I don’t ever have good experiences with tow companies but Hector listened on how I wanted the bike secured and thanked me for teaching him something he wasn’t aware of. He was careful and he took his time and I can’t ask for more than that. Thanks Hector!

Called to have rear end of 18 wheeler trailer pulled out of ditch, no towing, and was quoted $175. The driver got there, pulled the trailer out and then said the owner changed his mind and the charge was now $500. The driver was very nice and apologetic (only reason for 2 stars) but said the owner was now requiring this amount. We will never use this company again! This was a business taking advantage of a situation to overcharge a truck driver who provides essential needs to others.
It is Christmas Eve and I was stranded on the side of the freeway not only did the driver come all the way from Dalton but he got to me (in less than an hour, everyone else had said 3-5 if at all), hooked up my car, and got me to the tire place in enough time to have the tire replaced!!! He was very nice and didn't seem to mind that I mostly just complained about my situation he was very understanding! Will definitely use them again if I ever find myself stranded again and would recommend you do to

Family member had a car hit on I-24. Police arranged to be towed to Shackleford Towing & Recovery, who I’m sure had a contract with the county. I called the next day, advised insurance was contacted and working things out. (We were rear ended, so expecting other party to cover the related expenses, but in the 4-5 day waiting period for police report.) Have some sentimental items that was left in the car and wanting to recover before insurance deems totaled, settles out, etc. Shackleford explained to me the registered owner had to do this and would have to have ID and title, TN laws/ regulations. I understand and I’m willing to take off work and drive the two hours to get there before they close at 5:00. No problems so far, until I call to verify closing time and ID / Title requirements. Was now advised that the requirements include insurance must already contact them, before they will let me in the car even if I show up after drive 2 hours, with title and ID. I asked if this was a new requirement with TN law or their regulation. Did not get a satisfactory answer. Don’t really believe the State of TN forbids them for releasing these items to me if I verify identity/ownership. They are holding my personal items ransom. Understand the need to protect themselves financially, but wow. Nothing is fishy about this situation. They agreed to contract to tow for the police, just wish they would work with their customer base a little better. They are going to get paid, by my insurance or they other party. They are difficult to deal with and don’t believe we can’t legally recover our personal items. But this is the current situation.

Bayer is a lifesaver. Not only is he patient due to the nature of the towing I needed, but he also genuinely cares and did whatever he could to make sure my repair costs were under budget by recommending a mechanic of his own. Any future towing I need, I know who to call first.

I had a phenomenal tow truck driver by the name of Tony from Memphis towing. The MPD tow truck guy did a terrible job but Tony with Memphis towing picked it up and brought it to my house afterwards and he hooked it at the right locations for the European car that I had he is now my new tow truck guy and Memphis towing is my new tow truck company thanks guys

They are absolutely the best. I have a friend that heats his house with a kerosene heater and the day it snowed he was about out of kerosene and asked me to help. I thought about HotRods and called and explained what was going on. The girl who took my call was so pleasant and helpful and she texted a driver and she called my friend and they delivered the kerosene. It was a true blessing. These are fantastic people and they brought more kerosene today. That was impressive since they were pulling so many cars and trucks that were stuck. Thank you to everyone at HotRods!

Not going to lie I will tell the truth grateful person I am but I know when I taking advantage of. When he said it would be cash only right before Christmas I knew he was taking my hard earned money. I have a family and also he couldn't have got us out if I did not help!!! It only took about 15 minutes and he definitely over charged us.
