I had an emergency with my car it wouldn't start and I contacted one source towing.They sent me a very polite young man who helped me out and I am very thankful! Yamin Rivera has a very nice and kind disposition and helped me right away by sending the young man. I just want to thank everyone for their services! It is very appreciated !!
They were a little late getting here, but they kept sending me updatea as what was the reason. It was either by texts or by phone. The driver was very professional and also offered a ride with the car. They also tried to jump my car with no luck. He did give me ideas as to what could be wrong. This company has helped me before through my roadside service. I am very pleased to have them sent to help me.
Had some damage to the front of our car and they did an amazing job on it! I truly appreciate how my opinion was considered prior to leaving on the work done, the price was extremely reasonable and the service was really quick. Not originally from the area but in the past few years needing any kind of car repair gives me anxiety about where to go but I would come back here for sure. This tow company is robbing people of Olive street and Wooster square residents because of parking permits that we have not received yet! We have contacted management about the issue and nothing is being done. Residents have to ride around 30-40 mins to find parking in the dark. Nobody want to pay to get they car taken away and also the tow guys that came out forced us to pay with lifting the car in the air until they received he payment. This is robbery of hardworking people and is not right to make the people that live here pay to not get they car taken away for permits they have not received yet or didn’t have in the car at the time unaware of the new policy. This is outrageous and something that i wanted to share about the company and the ethics behind their drivers’! My car was towed and i can literally see the marks in the ground from the damage done from the bottom of my car scrapping the ground. Everything will be handled in due process but i wanted to share my experience and talk for the people that can’t and don’t know how to leave a review which a lot of people that are residence here is elderly. This is sad and something has to be done about it soon as possible! They are literally robbing the people!!

Called back in the beginning of May around 10pm to have my car towed from Stamford to Bridgeport, I was told it would be 3 hours and $175. When I called back after 4 hours and nobody showing up, I was told the shift changed and now it would be $400 and another 2 hours!!! Absolutely horrible service that left us stranded in the cold all night. Found another company out of Fairfield at 3am, cost a bit more, but the guy arrived in 30 min and got us home. Never trust these people!!!

Affordable and professional
I had an unexpected flat tire today (as many flat tires tend to be), and A&M Towing were great. I gave them a call after work when I found out I had the flat. They were kind and direct on the phone regarding their timeline and prices and had someone out to me quickly. Michael arrived and changed my tire so fast - 5 minutes max after arriving, and I was on my way after that. They made a disappointing experience that much better by so quickly and kindly assisting me. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Helpful and asked for nothing in return. I found a nail in my tire while at a shopping center. Flagged down one of their trucks and the driver was nice enough to jump out to take a look, talk me through some options, and ultimately help me save the tire completely.
This company seems highly unethical and preys on people near the XL Center. My partner and I stopped in Hartford for a quick bite after a long drive. They must have been watching us park because within 10 minutes, our car was towed. We had to take a $20 Uber to their location and pay $210 to get the car back.
I love this garage there are very reiable n dependable and price are reasonable . I was misdiagnosed at a different garage my vehicle sat for 6 months n they figured it out the 1st day I towed it to them . Salva is the owner very cool person Casey manger another very cool person . Broke down in New Haven after taking a trip out there from NY. Car was leaking antifreeze & was smoking & wasn’t driveable . Got a tow from them & helped resolve my situation entirely & was able to head back home the same night. Very good prices as well as very helpful service in a stressful situation . Great job!
Excellent service!! brought my corvette c6 to have a built motor and a supercharger installed. Charged cheaply compared to all other places I went. In one week I had my car back went to the Dyno and made 863 wheel horse power!! Months later with no issue at all still running perfectly. Best shop in New Haven. Highly recommend to all.

TEN STARS!! Tonight we were so grateful to meet their tow driver Gabriel. AAA gave us the runaround and left us sitting around for 3 hours. Like 4 AAA operators later I'm told they did "not have AAA driver in the STATE who can get a car out of a parking garage". These guys work with ***USAA*** which after today I can attest beats AAA hands down. USAA picked the right tow!!! AAA called it a "Special Tow" to be towed out of a parking garage. In a city full of parking garages I just could not believe it. AAA is foolish not to call on these guys for their customers. I am not lying I'm going to brag about this!! Gabriel showed up in under 30mins and made it look easy. Truly knew what he was doing, didn't have to turn on the car and risk damaging it further. He didn't even need to use a lot of muscle to push the car he just used gravity to get it safely down the ramp and onto the flatbed. He drove it very safely to our destination about 8 miles away. He kindly parked it exactly where we wanted it!!! These guys know what they are doing and if you ever get stuck like we did I have faith they would really help you out to the best of their ability. We are glad we got their card it looks like they offer a lot of automotive services like transmission flushing and more!! It sounds like if you brought your own parts they would really help out and we are going to keep them in mind for future repairs.

I was having car trouble and my father recommended this repair shop. Wow! My starter went, my front axel broke, and both front shocks went all in two days! They were very professional! They suggested and explained everything to me. They worked with me with the unexpected cost. The parts (new) and labor was $1100. If you need help, I suggest you try them first. The bonus is, they have their own tow trucks and they will pick your vehicle up for you.
Had a slow leak in my tire had an appt at TFT got there and was told I had an hour and half wait, left and someone recommended Superior. Went there and Ruben took my car in immediately, fixed my tire in 15 minutes and charged less than TFT would’ve. 100% would use again and definitely recommend!
BEWARE!! This company WILL overcharge you for towing/storage, as they tried to do to me. Call CT Dealers & Repairers if they do the same to you!!! They illegally overcharged me almost $150 for an unauthorized tow, lied about the charges, and tried to charge me for made up fees. A wait time fee for the PD to process paperwork? ILLEGAL, NOT REAL. They even tried to change the wording of the bill after the fact and it still wasn’t legal. They gave me my money back because I threatened to call CT Dealers & Repairers. Consumers, please be aware of State rates, they are publicly available online. Do not let these lying thieves get away with taking your money. If they try to, file a complaint with CT Dealers & Repairers. This company needs to be investigated as they are in violation of so many laws, they don’t even have the accurate towing/storage rates posted. Don’t get scammed by them, do your research.
car got towed, feel like the staff here are just a lot nicer than most towing places. Christa at the desk and the driver I talked to (didn't get his name) were both super friendly and helpful. Cash only but the ATM is right next door so that wasn't really an issue.
Very professional atmosphere the lady in the main office is a sweetheart. She was supposed to clock out at 5 o’clock. I got there at 5:10 and she still took care of me. I really appreciate her I pray this company continue to grow and prosper !

“As far as I’m concerned the one job they had as a towing company was to look at a license plate and tow the correct car, and they didn't do that.” --- On 3/23/2015 I was running a both at a 3 day event held at the Stamford Hilton Hotel (where I did NOT have a room). I parked in the garage at 8:00am and when I came out to my car at 7:30pm it was missing. I searched with hotel security staff for 2 hours before contacting the Stamford Police department to file a theft report. It was brought to my knowledge by the hotel that a Black 2009 Jetta had broken down in the garage earlier that week and the woman who owned it called a tow company to come retrieve it. I own a Black 2000 Jetta, which was parked fairly close to this vehicle but thought the chances of a tow company taking the wrong car is unlikely. On the night of the 23rd I could not arrange for pick up till close to midnight, the hotel was fully booked so I could not get a room. In the morning I called tow companies and found that with lack of remorse Stamford Towing had in fact accidentally towed the wrong car. Steve provided me limited solutions, all in which required that I go out of my way to correct their mistake. I requested that he find a way to return it to the Stamford Hilton Hotel where they had taken it from. The inconvenience this caused me was extensive and costly and Stamford Towing showed no remorse. As far as I’m concerned the one job they had as a towing company was to look at a license plate and tow the correct car, and they didn't do that.

My Car was towed today October 6th illegally. The claim the car was in a handicap parking spot and it was not. I have pics and video to prove it. I am here now and they are prolonging the situation because they seen it was a new car and just decided to take it. With my permit sticker on and not in handicap they should’ve never towed my vehicle. In the picture below you can see that I am not in a handicap stop and other cars was in handicap spots in the other pictures. If I could rate it a zero I would.
I’m very grateful I got the chance to deal with Teresa! After reading reviews and being hesitant to come… when we spoke I was sure to be sincere, humble, and speakke with humility and in return she was the sweetest lady she could be. I really apreciare her working with me and treating me like a human… that’s why I gave 5 starts.. I hope for success in the business and more people get such a pleasant experience as I did.
This company is a predatory business that preys upon people who don’t have the means to pay if their vehicle is towed. Towed my car @ 10:30 pm , with my hood and all my doors open because I was having trouble with the car. Was inside trying to feed my kids and because it was unlocked, my alarm didn’t go off. Almost every private parking lot I have seen, that has a contract, usually has clear signage at the entrance, with the company name, number and rules. It may be me, but I believe whenever they are feeling “broke”, they gear up and patrol, looking to catch someone, that’s uninformed about this company reckless, and aggressive behavior. Not only that, you are required to pay in cash, which makes no sense for a “legitimate” business not to accept card payments.
You would not believe the incredible amount of lies and distress that this establishment put my family through. Never had we ever experienced such unprofessionalism and discombobulation in organization from one place of business. The amount of convoluted stories that we were told concerning our vehicle was absolutely disgraceful. Not to mention there was an employee (I forget the guy's name) who had absolutely no class when a family member tried to come down in person for the car after they told us to. The worst part was one of the receptionist girls who seemed to have a passion for making up fictional stories. On top of it all, they're incredibly hard to get in touch with. No matter how many messages you leave about your vehicle. They claim that people are there in the office each day of the business week, but I suppose they only pick up the phone whenever they feel like. I swear you could make an entire drama show episode based off of the situation that went down. The only professional person in that office who was a big help in clearing the mess up of his other co-workers, was Eric. Thank goodness for Eric having his head screwed on straight, because no one else there did. Teresa (who is not in the office) did what she could too.
Although my car was towed, I had a great experience at Waterbury Towing & Recovery. Matt addressed my questions and concerns; his staff was professional and patient. They even went above and beyond and contacted management regarding our concerns. The result and experience with the towing agency were professional and well-handled.

Complete scumbags! Roadside assistance requested a tow at 3:18 in Stratford. They said pickup by 3:44. I called roadside. Midtown told them 15 minutes. I called Midtown at 4:15. They told me by 4:30. I called back at 5 they told me they will be there shortly. I called roadside at 6 asking them what is taking so long. Roadside said they will call me back in 5 minutes. I call roadside back at 6:30. They put me on hold and said Midtown canceled the call. I call Midtown back and ask what happened. The same rude woman said that Roadside canceled it and hung up after refusing to get my car. Roadside never canceled it. I did ask Midtown to have the manager call me back considering 2 of the former owners live right on my street. The car was to be towed 1 mile. Don't waste 4 hours of your life with a company that has no, absolutely NO customer service ability.

We had a great experience with Post Road Auto & Towing Service! The team was punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable.
How do you put a boot on someone's car that lives in the complex and you're not open on Sundays
They towed me from my moms parking lot which is private, but is in a deal with superintendent at building. I was parked there no more than 5 minutes and they towed me at the request of the super.... then tried to charge me 250.00!! Well they will be hearing from DMV... SHADY PLACE!!! Report them! And Post Road, your driver is also towing for Lone Star... Lone Star, your driver is towing for Post Road,.... Something is not right!
They charge $100 for labor (putting blocks), $100 for towing 2 miles and another $100 for storage. Mind you I WAS parked illegally so they knew they had me on the ropes. Malicious, and unprofessional. Watch out.
They put a windshield barnacle on my car at my own family’s place. They don’t answer the phone. They wanted $325! To take it off. That is absurd. They finding every possible way to make money off of people. Never using this service!

Told me to meet them in East Hartford to pick up my car but the car was in New Britain....
Worst place to try and get your car back from. Waited for hours for someone to arrive.
Horrible, no customer service. No training on how to speak to people, unwilling to help with anything.
Called for tow from side of road, told me she had to charge me first, never sent bill, or showed up, never called back, poor customer service
They will take your car no warning
