Walter was quick to answer and quick to show up. He got the car on with no issues and even gave me a number to a mechanic he knows. Will be my first call if I need a tow! Also a generally cool guy. Price was great too.

Great tow service! Abraham was nice, efficient and got my car to a shop quickly and carefully. Will definitely use them again if I need another tow.
My vehicle would not start in the parking lot of a grocery store. I found this company online and they told me they would be there within 15 minutes. Abraham arrived in five minutes. He determined it was not a battery or alternator issue and had me back on the road with a quick fix within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Abraham was efficient, knowledgeable, personable!
I called A & Z Towing and talked with Abraham about towing our all electric Ford Mustang Mach-E. He was very friendly, and professional as he described the process of a "wheel lift & dolly" to get our disabled car to the dealership. I called too other tow companies and the price was similar but their customer service was not. Abraham showed up on time after a text notification and was very careful handling my car. We can’t thank Hayes towing enough they come to our rescue after me and my husband and our 4 dogs broke down headed to Texas from Florida, they did everything to help us including finding us a hotel close to a rental car place and even booked it for us. We have saved audio texts of you cussing my sister out for a simple question. Whether it is miscommunication in pricing or language barrier, you do not treat others in that manner. Your racist remarks are uncalled for. You called her "Chinese, with small eyes, so can not see pricing"... you also stated that from now on, you will "ask for picture of ID and anyone that have small eyes you will not do business with". Would you like me to post your audio text here as proof? Being the owner of the business, you should be ashamed of yourself. Mind you, we are not "Chinese", but we're sure people of that ethnicity does not appreciate your remarks either. Edit to your new response: She did not expect you to tow and not paid. She just wanted to know why she was quoted $145 and charge $175. Instead of explaining or talking to her like a professional, you left her 3 separate audio texts. You used profanity, racism, and disrespectful comments. Once again, I can post the exact audio here for everyone to hear and decide the type of person you are if you keep saying she was causing trouble. This was best professional experience I have had in towing service. The price was very affordable and the staff was very friendly, kind, and professional. After I had waited for another tow company for hours, with this company I had received service within 20 mins. They are highly recommended
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a scheduled tow that didn't show up and the company didn't call or contact me to tell me he was not showing. GOOD THING I CALLED OR I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN. He had the nerve to have an attitude with me because he dropped the ball and messed up my scheduled appointment. Save your time and money!! Deal with a company that will actually show up and that has customer service. This tow company is TRASH!
Zain Towing went far beyond my expectations when I had a blowout on the interstate. They responded quickly and were very efficient. It was my first time calling for a tow truck but I know they will be my first choice from now on. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Need a car pulled out of the mud after sliding off the exit ramp in Slidell. Many other towing places didn't even answer the phone. This guy said he will be there in 25 minutes and he was there in 20 minutes. Given the distance from his location to us, he was putting on his boots and heading out the door. Very professional.

The people are very nice the driver was very friendly!! We had some very serious payment issues I have still not got resolved I’m having to get lawyers and insurance and credit investigation involved. I’m hoping they can make it right. They seem like good people. It’s been over a week and over 1400 dollars. I will say they have been very nice but have yet to resolve my problem
Recently towed my car and they were very responsive. Communicated everything with me from the time they accepted my tow to dropping off my vehicle to the body shop. They were excellent with communicating and working with me so that I didn’t have to wait for them and could leave the not so safe area my car was located. They even notified me with a picture ensuring me my vehicle had arrived safely. Thanks so much for your professionalism and customer service focus!

I paid on the phone after calling. After I paid they told me it would be 90 minutes so I asked if I could leave my keys and go home (where the car was being brought) they told me no. So I asked if I could ride back with the driver so my ride didn't have to wait. They said no, they aren't letting anybody ride right now. After 90 minutes i had to call and they said another hour. At this point i asked again if i could leave the car, they said no. I asked if i could have a refund so I could call another company that would be quicker. At this point, they said "oh, you already paid? Yeah I guess you can leave, but you'll have to meet the driver at the drop off" I said okay. They told me they would call when the driver was on the way. They never called. I called, and called, finally the driver had my car... AFTER 6.5 HOURS!!! I had to wait up until 3AM to meet the driver!! And not once did they call me, I called them every hour. Very disappointed.

He also provided assistance to me that was above and beyond his assigned duties. For this I say "Thank You". Common courtesy has gone away from us in our everyday enterchange with each other. I was driving home from Hammond to Lafayette on I 10 when my car started to lose power and ALL of my problem indicator lights came on. I was fortunate enough to be able to safely get to a local mechanic shop before I entirely lost power. No Limit Towing was recommended and that was such a blessing. The dispatcher was kind and understanding of my situation. Mr. Terry showed up in 10 minutes and was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this towing company. My very FIRST time having to call a tow truck to come rescue me when my SUV would not go into gear. The service call was answered promptly - informed my location and was given estimated arrival time of 45 minutes. During this time I got a phone call within 15 minutes of arrival to my destination and also received a 5 minute en route text. Shawn was very polite and thorough during the process. I was stuck in Metairie and he towed my vehicle to the Northshore without hesitation. I gave him my key to my vehicle so he could put on and take off tow truck. He sent me pictures via text with my car at the mechanic shop. Great Service!!!

I recommend using Cool Cats for any type of service in which they provide. Their professionalism is off the charts. I used their towing service and Derrick made it me and had my truck on the towing bed in no time! Not only that, but he made it to me in the time frames in which he promised although it was a last minute call. Thank you all again.

Shout out to Cool Cats Towing in Baton Rouge, LA. I had two severe blowouts on Sunday 8/18/24 in my Lexus on Jefferson/Lobdell (bad road hazard as a second car pulled over minutes later). The tow truck was new and very nice with a professional and courteous driver. Dropped me at tire repair shop and took care of it all in a little bit over an hour. Flat rate of $150 in town. Had to get my truck towed to a repair shop after it wouldn’t start. Dispatcher was polite, and the tow truck arrived quicker than I expected. Driver secured everything properly and even gave me a quick tip about what might be wrong with the battery.
My battery died while parked at a grocery store. I called for a tow, but they offered to try a jump first. It worked! They saved me time and money. Really honest folks who don’t push services you don’t need.
Overheated on the freeway with no clue what to do. Found this company online, and they sent a tow truck right away. The driver was calm, helpful, and even gave me a shop recommendation.

These people are awesome! They got my big box truck out of the mud in 15 mins! They even went above and beyond to come help me at 11:30 at night and I appreciate it so much. I had a great experience with Minor Roadside & Towing. They were fast when I needed someone in short notice. They were very efficient and fast and got the job done in a timely manner. They even went the extra mile to help us with our car troubles after the fact, and I appreciate them for that. They were easy to talk to and cared about their customer and I would definitely use their services again.
I asked Jeremy for a quote to pick up my truck and take it to my mechanic shop. He gave me a quote over the phone and I agreed to the price. He called me after he loaded my truck and told me that he needed more money because my truck was an f250. We argued about the price change and I decide to get another tow company. Since he had my truck already he kept my truck all day and didn't drop it back off until hours later. He's a lying snake, don't use minor towing.

Jerrell is an incredible guy. Has great prices, is always positive, and always looks to help. I almost needed an 80 mile tow, which was going to be at a crazy low price compared to others in Baton Rouge, and instead of taking advantage of the situation, he just helped me out and solved the problem with my car. Definitely calling him up if I have another problem any time soon.

The guy showed compassion and apologized for having to tow my vehicle out of my job's parking lot, wishing that I had been informed of cars been towed out of the physicians parking. It was a $201. Not well spent being that money was just spent on my child's graduation and a recent knee knee surgery.

My car needed a tow from The Fly to my dealership. I called a highly rated tow company that could not find The Fly after 2 hours and multiple phone calls. I canceled it and called 3 brothers. They showed up in 20min. Loaded my car in less than 5 minutes and made it to the dealership at the same time I did. It was 20% cheaper than the company that didn’t show up. I have saved their number in my phone. They were great. They were also unfamiliar with the Fly but asked me to drop a pin and text it to them. They showed up 2 minutes before the ETA they communicated with me while I waited. Use these guys. They were great.
My vehicle was towed here after a gas station called about being parked there for only 4 hours. This tow company was helpful and professional however I think charging $250 is a little ridiculous. My vehicle was easy to access, and they couldn't have had it for any longer than 4 hours, also it was only 2.5 miles away... Charging $60 for an "after hour gate fee" on a 24-hour business... come on. Then cash only it's 2024 most people don't even have cash. I did appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with someone and fast getting my vehicle out was. Thanks

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Mike is rude as hell and they continued to waste my time and inconvenienced me. They kept saying they could come pick up my vehicle at a scheduled time and NEVER DID. Blocked my phone number as if I did something wrong and left me hanging. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They’re misogynistic and unprofessional.

I called for a tow to the repair shop since my truck wouldn't start one morning. The driver was really nice, showed there on time, and took fantastic care of my car. I really enjoyed how swiftly and professionally they helped me.
My automobile became stuck in the snow and I couldn't move it. They hauled me out in 45 minutes after I called for a tow. Thanks a lot for getting back to me so quickly in difficult conditions.

I thought I would be late for hours when my truck wouldn't start when I stopped for gas. The tow truck driver came immediately away, found a dead battery, and instead of taking me away, he gave me a jump start. Prices that are reasonable and service that is honest.

Kp showed up, helped me stay safe, a got me the rollback tow I needed for my lower car. I cant thank him enough. He went above and beyond to ensure I was safe from traffic since I put myself in the worst possible spot when my tired de-beaded.
Brick’s was 100% on point today.. I really appreciate people that enjoy their job, and take pride in doing said job. This gentleman showed up in a really nice flat bed tow truck with all kinds of bells and whistles. He communicated with me what he was doing before he did iit. He very skillfully loaded my prized possession onto that flatbed; gently secured the wheels and promptly delivered it to my requested address. I’m giving him two enthusiastic thumbs up! I HIGHLY recommend Bricks for your towing needs!!

I had a blow out and I use my roadside assistance and they dispatched bricks. My driver name was AB. He was quick to respond. I was terrified to have to ride but he drove carefully and also nice and friendly. I would recommend him again
