It was a busy morning for your company so it was a little bit of a wait which your driver apologized for. He took extra care of my classic 1966 Plymouth barracuda, and it was very much appreciated. Lucky’s Tow never disappoints! Lyle helped us this time - and he was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We didn’t have to worry about our Truck with him!
I want to start off by saying, this company is absolutely amazing! I was stuck in the middle of a busy street and didn't know what to do. I called one place and they were 2 hours out. I called Lucky's and they were there in 20 minutes. They not only did everything with insurance and I didnt have to lift a single finger, but they also offered me a ride home since I was nearby! After taking my car to a shop, they didn't fix it properly and I was stranded, again, at 10pm at night. They not only came out quickly and took my car to the shop without me being at the car, but they saw that the shop didn't have a key drop off and, once again, came to give me my key without any extra effort on my part or extra charge. These folks really care about their customers and are very fairly priced for all they do to help out. I will recommend this place to absolutely everyone I know!

Wow! Ryan the owner was amazing!!! We were in an electric car (accidentally rented from Turo). We were stranded in the middle of nowhere Missouri at 3:20 am! He drove an hour to come get us, was trained on a dead electric car (the only company out of the 6 we called)! We can’t thank him enough!! Thank you!
We got locked out of our Motorhome on a holiday weekend, at night. Backwoods got to us in a 1/2 hour. It was a difficult unlock. These guys had all the tools and keys needed to get the door open. Very polite, professional and calm. Thank you so much!

Great tow service! The woman who took my call was very helpful. I received almost immediate text updates which allowed me to follow the progress of my service. The tow technician was wonderfully pleasant and kind. Pay-by-text was also handy as I was able to pay the bill on my way home. Experience was cheap easy and they were super easy going and helpful, especially want to compliment Wes.He helped me get my truck from the dealership and was super helpful and polite. Got him to drop it off in front of our church and I accidently left him waiting for almost ten minutes he didn't even mention it. Exemplary
I have made a post about these guys once, but ima do it again they were phenomenal they were here early, not too early, but early they had the truck on the bed and ready to go in under 10 minutes again. Clean pick up and drop off. No damage was done, and it was a good price for good work. 10/10 recommend
My plans fell through so incredibly last minute that i thought my day was destroyed and I would have to get my truck repaired another week entirely... and then within the hour i was standing in the parking lot of the mechanic with my definitely-big-enough-to-be-inconvenient-to-tow-last-minute truck safe and sound and where it should be less than ten minutes behind schedule. i'm glad we called someone so skilled to tow it, and i'm especially glad they were so quick and kind about it because i felt like crying with how suddenly everything had changed. (they were also IMPRESSIVELY good at getting our truck on the bed of theirs with it in such an inconvenient spot. through traffic still had full clearance around them and i was very worried about that)

I’d avoid this company at all costs. If I had the time and patience I’d file a legal claim. I got a call from an officer and this company claiming my vehicle that had been stolen had been recovered. I asked if I could get photos (as I live in Colorado) and they said they legally can’t. I then get a one-way ticket to MO where it is, and get there and he won’t show me the bike or the pictures until I pay, I demand to see the photos (thank god) and it is not my bike. The VIN is incorrect. I ask the statute that bars me from receiving pictures of the bike before being in-person and paying and it is suddenly “just a company policy”. Good thing I demanded to see the photos and not just give away the $372 that he was demanding. They are by appointment only on saturdays, but wanted to charge me an extra $65 a day to store a bike that was stolen from me (i thought) so I called and asked to set up an appointment for Saturday and was told that you have to call same day. I called at 8am when they opened and got told to call back in 15 minutes. I called back and was told I’d get a call shortly with an appointment time. 4 hours pass and I get a call asking if I can get there, I say I can in an hour and they say okay and I start driving. I arrive at the shop and then wait for 30 minutes outside of the shop for someone to show up to the appointment I made, in the heat, 900 miles from my home. I now am out $500 in plane tickets because they can’t read a VIN and the story keeps changing for why they couldn’t send me pictures. Not to mention the guy was rude and basically demanded my money before he would do anything when he had the wrong bike and it wasn’t even my bike. Very unprofessional, wasted my time and money, and they seem to have not care at ALL about the end user. EDIT FOR THE RESPONSE: Initially I asked for a picture of the bike, was told they legally couldn’t, and I said okay. I then asked for the statute that mandated that and the story changed to “its company policy.” I asked to see the bike before I paid, and was told no. What if I had paid and then found the bike wasn’t mine? Would I be in possession of stolen property? Would you have sold stolen property? Why did the answers change? Why did you make me wait 45 minutes to meet you when I had called and made an appointment? Why did I have to call back 3 times? All good questions with no good answer. A dishonest company with a rude employee that changes their answers when convenient. “Integrity” goes out the door when you change your answers. For clarity, I did not ask to receive the vehicle before paying, I asked to SEE the vehicle before paying, which was met with more rude answers, and thank GOD I did (even though the company didn’t want to show me the vehicle OR pictures) and didn’t pay $372 to get a vehicle I don’t even own. For all future users of this company, RECORD ALL PHONES CALLS, so that when the answers change you aren’t left looking like a bozo and out hundreds of dollars.
I used Finley River Towing through my AAA membership. I had originally asked for my vehicle to be towed. Brody was able to jump start my vehicle allowing me to drive it to be serviced instead of having to be towed saving each of us time and effort. Brody was very kind and friendly. I especially enjoyed how he told me to have a blessed day!
Brody was absolutely AMAZING. He truly went above and beyond. Even with some curveballs thrown his way, he stayed professional and efficient and figured out how to get the job done. Took a while to get there however friendly service. Cheaper than most AND the only one that answered at 3am. Ty B&F Trucking & Tow Service.
Arrived earlier than the estimated time, was quick on the pick up, and took into consideration the direction of my car to avoid the chance of me getting a parking ticket after drop-off. My car couldn't exit park and, even with that hurdle, had my car fully off the truck and disconnected in less than 5 minutes with zero damage to my car. Definitely gonna be my go-to tow service if I need it again.
They came in less than an hour to tow us from independence to North Kansas City. Great service, friendly,safe,and professional service.

We hit a construction sign that blew into to middle of our lane on I44 and it blew out both tires on the passenger side also did some damage to the wheel well. We called Dynamic Towing & within a short time two fellas by the name of Nick & his dad Smitty came and gave us excellent service. I would highly recommend this company for your towing. Very friendly! I would definitely use this company again if needed.

We had a flat tire and were stuck on the shoulder of I-44 about 6 miles west of Lebanon. I called my roadside assistance number and waited about 20 minutes and they had not found anything. I found Dynamic on Google and they were there in 15 minutes. Driver hauled my car where I wanted it and gave my family plus our German Sheperd a ride to the hotel I choose. Nicest guy ever! I highly recommend them.
I recently got into a wreck that dynamic towing picked me up and I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was very friendly and kind. One of the nice men even stayed with my past close till my ride was able to get there. Very accommodating and made the bad day a little better!

My daughters were involved in a late night car accident. My insurance company said they couldn’t find a tow service. I was able to get ahold of Integrity at 2am no problem. The driver was there quick and the eta was accurate. We had a great chat as we drove back to my place.

Makayla quoted me on a towing price & told me that I could decide if I wanted to get a tow through them after I called a few places. I decided to go with a cheaper company but Big Boys showed up first, without calling in advance, and it had been about an hour since I called originally. She told me she could have them drop my car back off and I could recall the other company. Terrible customer service and attitude from Makayla after she made the mistake. The man who towed my car was very kind and I’m thankful the company worked with me on price, but the lack of communication and Makayla are the reasons I won’t use this company again.

My family was driving home tonight when we ran over hay bale wrap on the highway. It wrapped itself tightly around the drive shaft. I have serious back issues and wasn't able to cut it off myself. I called Yates Boys Towing and within 20 minutes Levi arrived. He put it on the tow and lifted my car as high as he could, got under the car with knife and scissors and started cutting away! 20 minutes later it was all clear. This is far above and beyond what a tow company should do. It's dangerous work to do especially at night. I am very grateful that I made the call. Please use this company as they are very kind, helpful and efficient.

Great, professional comapny to call and rely on for service. We broke down on a Sunday in our motorhojme. They promptly came out and towed our motorhome 40 plus miles to a repair facility, our trailer to storage for safe keeping (at no extra charge) all nearly half the price of what I was expecting. They are family Owned and operated and I can say they were looking out for our best interests. Definitly recommend to anyone who needs it.
Hi u doing if I can give a 0 starts or less that will be great I have been towen the police of the city and this towing company r scammer because they work together scamming truck drivers don't give any rice until they hook u up and they appear with exorbitant prices of 750 dollars just for the hook price and the officer calls and charging u for milles from their shop until they come back to the shop no just what Im been tow for they double the milles on u and on top of that they don't give u no prices at all until u get hook and been towed to the other place I want to go and after that they tell u have to pay or we town ur truck to our yard and on top of that when u pay with ur card they enforced u to sign that u r agreeing with the price and service but I have no choices other wise they don't even let u pay and they just told u if u don't check that box we just tow ur truck to our yard and have to pay way more so I will like the city and the state of Mo to do something on this scamming system between towing and saymor police station thanks I will talk to my lawyer this Tuesday coming up because this is no going to stay like this this is an scamming system and I don't play around

This review is Long overdue. I set up Jackson County Tow to move my Hot Rod from a shop in Independence to my home in Grandview. This was the second time that I had used them to move my baby. This project has been a long term expensive project. The first time all went great even though its not an easy vehicle to move , low no brakes and not running (yet) . The second time the driver showed up and I meat him at the shop to load the truck every thing was great , still low and hard to load. Each time the drivers new exactly what to do and how to over come all obstacles. When we arrived at my home and began to unload a safety hook failed and the truck got loose with the bed tilted and the truck side swiped the garage door and hit a pole in the center of my garage. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. The driver got a strap burn trying to hold the truck back. After the initial shock of how fast the truck rolled into the garage wore off I saw the damage to my baby that just happened. I had not even fired the new engine for the first time and it had already been in its first accident. I was speechless and said very little. (apart from the first few anguished swear words) I got the driver an ice pack for his hand and he immediately called the office to explain what had just happened. It seemed like only a matter of a few minutes two guys from the office showed up at my house and arrangements were made to return the truck to the shop it had just left and to have it repaired. The truck was repaired and returned to me this time with no problems. And all the damage repaired. I did not even have to pay for the tow. It was just great to see a company do the right thing for the right reasons with little to no involvement on my part. Even though it was my baby that got hurt I will never use any other tow company. Thanks for being that company that can turn a negative into a positive.
On our last tow by Jackson County Tow Service, the driver called and told me he was going to "reverse tow" our truck (hook to the rear of the truck, and tow it backwards). He called a short time later, and told me that the left front hub had caught fire, but he was able to immediately put the fire out, and asked me where I wanted him to tow the truck. I arranged a service place, and Jackson County Tow Service charged for another hookup (2 hookups for 1 tow). When I tried to explain it was just "1 tow", they told me that they were charging for 2 hooks anyway. We will not use Jackson County Tow Service again.
RED (driver) with JaCoTow is a beast. Was able to literally thread the needle with his semi onto my property and drop off a 40' connex. 11 out 10 service. Bravo.

Called on a Sunday afternoon while travelling through the area, broken down with an alternator issue. Just looking for a tow to a garage that would be able to get me in the next day. He said, "Let me see if my service guy is available". Service guy was available and in about 2 hours, in a gas station parking lot, I had a brand new alternator and was on my way for the same or less money than I would have paid for a tow & a next day repair. 10/10 would break down and call Gann's again.

First time I totaled my husband's truck and that was a hard day. Dakota talked and was very kind and put me more at ease as well..it was traumatic. I had a catastrophic breakdown in the middle of nowhere on a hot day with 3 children while on a daytrip. My roadside assistance people contacted these guys and they came quickly. The driver would not leave us alone along the road waiting for our ride. He stayed with us for almost 30 minutes until he knew that we were safe. If you need help I certainly recommend that you call these guys.

Not happy with a business, that survives on info from complex on which cars to keep eyes on close to expiring. To make matters worse, I was hospitalized, management called 911 for me. Vehicle was towed 8/31 at 6:20pm. So 20 minutes after close if business in a holiday weekend. Tow Bill Over $300. Car registration. $37.00. Oh yeah towed out of my personal Disabled spot on private property.

I had a buddy park on my lawn in the rain, and of course while we were chatting, his Civic sunk about 6 inches into the mud. So, I had a choice - mess around for three hours with gravel and boards and cat litter - or call Thomas Towing (who I've used before). I called, 15 minutes later Austin came by in his personal vehicle - since all the company trucks were on calls helping other stuck people - and he had my buddy's car back on solid ground in about 3 minutes. The price was $60, no muss no fuss. They can process a credit card on-the-spot, and everyone I've dealt with at Thomas Towing has been professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Five stars. Every time. I have their number saved in my phone, and so should you!

$375 towing for 7-8 miles. That’s taking in consideration we are local customer supporting their local business. This is what they do in return. Bad thing about local is I will be very public about it, word spreads like fire.
Stalled out at a stoplight but the guys were there with a truck in less than 15 min. They were able to tow it back to the shop and determine it was the battery. Within an hour I was back on the road with a new battery! Highly recommend!

When I was rear ended and my truck was totaled, these guys helped me out. The driver was professional, accommodating, and patient with us. He explained what all would need to be done, and even offered to give his personal phone number for when we were ready to get our personal belongings out of the truck before the insurance company came to pick it up and take it to the insurance sales lot. It was refreshing to have a friendly face in a very stressful situation.

Dustin came to tow my car today and was there quick to pick my car up and had it towed to my house within 15 minutes. Price is also affordable. Great experience. 👍
Don't call this guy. He is not a very confident driver, and he's said NO to two jobs that I have done dozens of times prior. He's a very nice guy, but he's not someone who is capable of getting the job done. I would only use this company as a last resort, but I'm assuming that everybody else can do the jobs he can't.

The convenience store is clean and the young lady at the counter was very polite. BUT....our car was stolen and left at a gas pump. I was charged $125 to tow it, literally across the I-44 bridge, maybe at best .25 miles. I realize it was a Sunday but HOLY COW, I have had things towed farther, on a weekend and be cheaper. The car had the keys in it and was running so an easy tow!! I do not usually go on and give google reviews but I have had A LOT of people agree this was a high price and that I should.
Amazing people. My sway bar broke at Chestnut and 65. I was stuck like Chuck, and so was my 13 yr old. Here comes Stop & Shop Towing, our Heros for the day! They came without a horrible wait, loaded my car (careful not to do any further damage), and brought it home. AND didn't break the bank. 10/10 will be the only towing company we ever use and will always refer anyone who asks if "We know anyone" Again, thank you guys, you're absolutely fantastic!!

Told that the tow would be 75.00 and if paid by credit card, it would be 2 percent more. When charged a 100.00 and when I called to ask why, the female on the other end was hateful and rude and told me not to use King I would never use them again, bait and switch . Your person I talked to was rude from the very beginning. I guarantee you I will never call Kings towing ever again. Obviously, she has been rude before per your reviews.
Incredible experience. Customer service was outstanding, and my vehicle was picked up at the exact time anticipated over the phone. Now let’s talk about the price. If you don’t use this company to tow your car, you’re getting robbed by the $300-$400 I was quoted by other companies. They have Costco prices, and don’t skimp on their shining customer service. I’ll never call another company again for a tow, unless I’m way outta town. King Towing is the Royalty of Tow Companies, in my opinion.
My wife's car wouldn't start at the gas station. Michael responded to my call within 10 minutes. I asked that he tow it to the Ford dealer. He asked if he could try to start it. He started it and said that he was pretty sure all that was needed was a new battery. I took his advice and drove the car to a battery shop where they installed a new battery and solved our problem. Car was stolen from Wyandotte County and found in Independence MO. They picked my car up within 5 minutes of my call and delivered to me within the hour. Michael, the truck driver was wonderful! Easy to get along with
Good people, prompt, always gets the job done quickly. Good company. I've had them out twice, not one issue.
We did not end up using Absolute Crane LLC's services for offloading a large delivery, however, I was still very impressed by their responsiveness and courteousness. They were very easy to work with via phone/text. We're definitely keeping these guys in mind for future needs.
