417 towing helped me out today. He was fast, friendly, and took the time to see the best situation to get our Subaru on the rollback with the least amount of damage other than what was done. He is a small business owner who cares about his business. I will not hesitate to call James at 417 Towing in the future and neither should you.
I’ve been having issues with a work vehicle and was needing it towed for the third time in about 6 weeks. The normal place I use tried to increase the price about 25% and then acted as if I was a jerk for questioning them. I called 417 Towing, and they bounced right out. Upon normal inspection, they realized the battery was not connected properly and they fixed it and charged me a small fee. Props to them for their integrity and service!
417 towing was quick, friendly, and got my truck moved with ease! I intend to use them for any future tow I might need.
I needed to have my car towed to the mechanic, but due to a bad storm, several large limbs from a neighbor's tree blocked the road. Two super nice guys from 417, came out and moved the limbs so they could get to my car. Way to go above and beyond the service. We will only be using 417 towing in the future. Thanks so much!!

Truck battery died when we were in KC from out of state. The woman who answered the phone was helpful and the technician that gave us a jump start was awesome. My tow driver was very personable quick and knowledgeable. I watch as he put everything back in its place. He didn’t rush just to get the job done. And he maneuvered the it to get the vehicle under the carport which was a tight squeeze. He even got out and pushed it so it would alight correctly in my spot. Great guy, went above and beyond. I left a 5 star review before I noticed the damage on my vehicle. But we called our insurance, asked too help unlock our car as I left my keys in the vehicle and the vehicle was locked. And noticed damage on our vehicle. Damage includes door not being able to shut properly, 2 dents on the top of the vehicle door which can lead to rain getting inside of the vehicle which can attract mold. Been trying to reach someone to help fix our problem but we have had no phone call as we have called multiple times and said the owner would be giving me/us a call.

I made the call to Jim’s Tow at 4:58 pm with a blown out tire on the side of the road. Jim arrived so quickly and gave me the best customer service I’ve received. I was driving away with my spare tire at 5:15! Could not recommend them enough, customer service is absolutely everything!!
Recently called them when my vehicle wouldn't restart. By the time the truck came, it was working again. Instead of hooking up, the driver followed me home just in case. I offered to pay whatever was needed, but they were kind enough to let it go. They also were very genuine when they said they were glad all was good. I highly recommend Big Master. While I was at a business appointment, my car battery died and I needed a jump start. I called several businesses in close proximity to my location but they were either extremely expensive or the wait times were ridiculous. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was moving to Missouri from Arkansas with everything I own and my two kids in the car when I got a flat tire. I called all the nearest tire shops to see if someone could help me loosen the lug nuts on my tire because they were too tight. None of them were able to help. One of them suggested backwoods towing. I called and asked if they could help me out and he immediately agreed. I couldn’t afford the initial price he quoted for a full tire change so I asked if he could get it on the Jack and loosen the lug nuts and I do the rest how much would it be and he quoted me 30 over the phone. When he got there he changed the tire completely and made sure it was aired up as well and gave me tips on how to make it to my destination safely with my donut on the car all for the 30. He helped me out when I could have ended up stranded. Definitely reccomend. Very kind man. It was Ryan. Thank you Ryan.

Fast response time. Less than 15 minutes. Kidd tow, default company on HAGERTY insurance. They took 2 1/2 hours for response, no flatbed, old style wrecker. Driver refused to get out of his vehicle, and decided he was done. Your employees were courteous and loaded my car with care. A++++ Thanks

I ended up in a ditch when the roads were icy and it was late at night. Larry of Withworth Towing was recommended and came to get me back on the road. What a kind, professional, courteous man Larry proved to be. After getting my sprinter van out of the ditch, Larry just gave me his card and told me to call him later to settle the bill. When I told him I was from Canada and didn't have a phone plan for the US, he told me to call him when I got home. He wasn't worried about the bill, he said he needed to go and assist other drivers and left. I was stunned by his trust and kindness and managed to get his address to return to his place of business to pay the bill instead of waiting until I got home. When he arrived at his business location, I find out that while I was able drive off into safety and security Larry still had not gone home from the previous night; he was still getting people out of ditches. He came back to his place of business because I requested he come so I could pay the bill. Larry said he wasn't concerned about the bill only about my safety; he reminded me that he said I could have settled the bill when I got back to Canada. I hope I never need his service again, but if there is ever a need, I couldn't get a better person than Larry from Withworth Towing.

Whitworth came to my rescue! On my way home and on 76 heading home to Cape Fair I had a blow out and luckily made it to a safe area. Larry is a very compassionate and caring person. He may come off as the macho tough guy but he has a heart bigger than Russia. Anytime I’m in a bind I call him. He comes quickly and provides excellent service. Him and his son Cody are good genuine people.
This man is awesome. A rental car got stolen from the resort in Branson MO. It had the handicap car seat, Ramps and power wheel chair in the car. This wonder man got the car, that was abandoned, and the equipment. We went back to MO , from PA, and he let us have all the things we needed and was just great. My 14 year old granddaughter finally got to go back to school and she has her power wheelchair. Thank you for your kindness.

I have made a post about these guys once, but ima do it again they were phenomenal they were here early, not too early, but early they had the truck on the bed and ready to go in under 10 minutes again. My Ranger broke down about 3 miles from my house, i called my insurance and they set me up with Around the corner towing. My insurance said he was 4 hours away, he called me and let me know he was only 45 minutes away. Called me and gave me updates and whenever he arrived we sat in the air conditioned truck. It was about 95° at the time. Very professional and very good at what he does. Hopefully I don’t ever need a tow again but if I do I’m calling Around The Corner Towing
We ended up stranded, 3 hours from home or family, and this place really pulled through. They had some technical issues going on, that nearly ended up cancelling their ability to come tow our vehicle. But they managed to get to us and make sure we got taken care of. Above and beyond service. These guys were so wonderful and sweet to our 5 year old twins throughout the entire process. Cannot thank these guys enough because they helped save us during a very stressful situation. - They made sure we got to where we needed to go, safely, and that we could get to our hotel to stay for the night. I cannot express the amount of professionalism and kindness we received from them.
OUTSTANDING service from start to finish! Tyler from Around the Corner Towing LLC went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. He was incredibly polite, patient and professional the entire time. Not only did he handle the tow quickly and safely, but he also took the time to offer helpful suggestions on where to take our vehicle. Tyler even noticed our original drop-off location and realized there was a much closer, more convenient place for us- saving us time and hassle. Tyler waited patiently in his truck while we confirmed the destination and made sure we were completely taken care of before leaving. That is a very rare quality these days and one that should be spotlighted and praised. It's rare to find someone this courteous and genuinely helpful. Today my alternator went out while driving and I got stuck on a hairpin turn. I called AAA and they sent Mr. Billy Ray to tow me home. I only waited 22 minutes (I was in BFE) Very quick gentleman. Had me out of that turn in 5 minutes flat. It was very warm and although I had water in my car, Billy Ray offered me a cold sweet tea. It's small tokens of kindness like this that takes customer service to the next level. Ride was quick and smooth. So grateful for Finley River. Great service! Definitely recommend!

We had just dropped our daughter off 3 hours away😢 (back with the Air Force after not seeing her for a year), had plans to celebrate our 13th Anniversary when we returned, and then brokedown 20 mins from home. They showed up, were super nice to our family (we had our two youngest with us-one of which left his own review), and worked with us on getting home. Couldn't have ran into any nicer folks! Needless to say, no Anniversary dinner for us, but they made our anniversary have a better ending than we thought.
Great service. They towed my motorcycle when others wouldn't. The owner himself came out and towed it for me. No doubt I'll be using them again in the future.

These gentlemen were the upmost helpful people I have ever dealt with in the towing industry ever. The service i received today was befitting the name. Both the dispatcher and the tow driver were professional and friendly. The tow truck arrived very quickly after my call and the driver was efficient in loading my car. I hope I don’t ever need to get my car towed again but I would definitely use Integrity Tow and Recovery again and would not hesitate to recommend them either. Thank you for the great service.
Extremely friendly and reliable. I called at 7:30 in the morning one day needing help in Gladstone. They were on the scene with my truck by 8am and it was at the shop it needed to be at in Liberty by 8:30am. Great, honest people to work with.

Justin from Big Boys Towing arrived within 45 minutes of calling. I was so thankful, as other companies estimated they would arrive in 2-3 hours. Justin knew exactly what he was doing! He explained how he would get the vehicle back to safety and he did just that. Exactly how he explained. Super duper professional job. I was so impressed!
Well, they made a killing off a crap situation. We finally got someone's car out of impound who wasn't able to do it themselves, which took several calls, runaround, and so forth while the car racked up $900 in fees... most of which could have been avoided if we didn't have to follow up multiple times after being told we had to pick up the form, but later it could be emailed, then multiple calls to get the form, or any of the other steps. And once that was all finally figured out from out of state, the guy said "we only take exact cash, so I'll just keep the extra $10." Uh, no? The one star is for taking off a few days of fees from over the holidays when it wouldn't have been able to get picked up anyway, so it didn't top $1k... thanks?
My car broke down and the company was very punctual. Josh called me almost immediately after I placed the call for a tow and provided me with an eta. While waiting I realized I was accross the street from an auto zone so I went and purchased a battery. I was getting ready to install it when Josh arrived and offered to help in any way he could. Offering tools, and extra pair of hands, or whatever i needed. After the installation of the battery my car started and he cheered that I got it working. He wasn't upset that I no longer needed the tow and gave me a Keychain for future reference. People like Josh is what brings people back to businesses. If I need a tow in the future I'll be sure to call this company.

Can't stay in the lane with the truck. We watched him almost hit 4 cars, while riding in both lanes all the way up North National!!! Report him. He's drunk or high. Dangerous drivers of that Tow Truck. please do because it was got out disrespectful. He rode in both lanes from National and Commercial all th way to Kearney. Nobody was able to ride along side of him for over a mile. It was dangerous and disrespectful to the community. That will cause Deadly Accidents. It was Reckless.
If you are looking for a wrecker/towing service I would tell you to always use this company every time. Very friendly. Very quick. Very respectful and understanding. The brakes went out on my vehicle on Saturday, August 17, 2024. I called this tow company and they arrived within 30 minutes. Micah was the driver, and did an amazing job getting my truck out of a ditch on a very steep hillside. He was friendly, professional, and drove me all the way to Lebanon, Mo to a repair shop. I hope I never need a tow in this area again, but if I do I will call this company. Thank you for your great service, and god bless you all.
A previous post on my account was not done by me, and I am giving this review to make it right with the people who own this business. I can honestly say that it's been years since I have met a nicer, more helpful young man. There was not ONE negative thing that came from this experience I had with them. I'm 59 and I was given back some hope in the human race. My situation wasn't a happy one, yet Mr. Stauffer was the silver lining behind my cloud. Overcharged and then gave permission to go in property then charged extra for doing so while he wasn't there. Overlooking the car they also damaged the back end of the car unnecessarily with the winch. As pictured. He did accomodate an early pickup on the car before hours. But Wouldn't recommend.

I was stranded near the Pomme de Terre Campground when my jeep broke down. It was 90+ outside and no shade to be found. I googled the nearest tow truck. I was in a panic, more worried about my 13 year old service dog than anything as the pavement was too hot for her to walk on. Luckily, I had a change of clothes, 2 tarps for shade and more than enough water. This young man and his son were there with the tow truck reasonably fast considering where I was and hard to find. They were amazingly kind and waited with me until my folks arrived to pick me up. They couldn't have been more patient and made me feel very safe. I think they would have taken me home with them had my folks not been on their way from Springfield. My mom was so impressed. She asked me how I found them, I know I was blessed to have googled the right people!!! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!!

These guys are fantastic! While in Kearney Mo., the lower ball joint broke on my car. These guys collected my car, towed it to their shop, and replaced the ball joint. Then towed it to my home in Raytown. This all happened between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM on a Sunday. I could not be happier. Thanks!!!

First snow of the year sure got me! Spun off the side of the highway, down a small hill. Got passed by multiple people, understandably, offered to be pulled 5 feet for $250+, waited a little longer and here came CTS tow! I told him I didn’t have any money, and I had someone on the way to take me home until I could come back to get my car, and he said “nah. I got you. I’ll pull you out” and I’ve never been more thankful. Great people, willing to help in a pinch, and not just looking to make a quick buck off the misfortunate!!

I have had to use several different tow companies and agencies over the years due to my working field and let me tell you this is the by far the best tow service around this area. They take extra caution and care when handling your property were most others just want to hook you up and tie you on as fast as possible to make a quick buck this is not the case here they really take their time and do a great job!!

**update** I am adding 2 stars to my review. The owner called me and was professional and apologetic about the miscommunication. She refunded me the difference from the verbal quote I received from their dispatcher and what I was charged at pickup. I appreciate the initiative, and them making it right. Original review: I'm dissappointed, although service itself was fine: the driver who showed up was friendly and professional. My car was delivered to the dealership without issue. Longer wait than they originally said, but the real issue is they said it would be $95 on the phone, and I was charged $158 after all the fees and surcharges. None of those charges are mentioned when you call them, so just expect to pay an additional $60-70 over the price they tell you up front. 5/10. Would make sure to ask questions about real cost before engaging their services.
My son’s car broke down late last night, and Floyd’s Wrecker Service was amazing! James, the tow truck driver, was professional, kind, and really went above and beyond to help us. The lady in the office who took our call was also wonderful—she was calm, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s never fun to deal with a breakdown, but their great service made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend Floyd’s!
I got stuck in the mud up to the middle of the wheel where the park board has the street tore up on Cedarbrook and Floyd's came right away and wrenched my car out in less than 5 mins. I had called several other wrecker companies and Floyd's prices were DRASTICALLY cheaper.

My car was towed held by the police. It took the police 4 days to get back with me. When they finally did Yates boys called me minutes after.. they could have charged me for the whole time it was in there but he didn't he knocked off two days because he understood. Their guy Tyler took time out of his day on a weekend, just driving by, to help me out right after I got into an accident and made sure I was healthy and didn't have to wait hours for insurance to send a truck. Their guys and service are top notch.

I used EB's towing this morning. When he took over getting my vehicle ready for the tow truck. I reminded him beofore he started doing anything not to move it, he said "oh he wasn't going to" he started it, I assumed to put it in neutral. He then started to move it. I said "don't move it" he continued moving it, but then stopped. He said I have to move it. I reminnded him of our conversation this morning before I hired him. He seemed to get upset. This was not what I wanted. He told me he knew what he was doing. This is beside the point, I had set up the towing service based on he not needing to move my vehicle. He was disrespectful of my concerns, and gave me an altimatum of hiring someone else. Believe me I wanted to, I had paid him, and even though he said he would refund my money. (I know how that goes) Customer service was disregarded. I didn't catch his name. I've called the phone number a couple of times to get it with no one answering my calls. He's the one that proclaims, his illterate when it comes to being Tech savvy, and that "he's not as old as he looks" Thin man, bushy eyebrows, with graying hair. ***Also when he pulled up to my home, I waited for him to get out of the truck, but didn't. Instead he hollered at me, that I would need to come to the truck to do the paperwork. I did so, because it was cold. But the manner in which he hollered, instead of getting out of the tow truck and professionally addressing me. He continued taking calls, and texts. I asked him if he would be able to tow my vehicle soon; he did stop taking calls, texts and started the payment pocess. (I had ask him when I had called, if he could hook up my vehicle without moving it. I was concerned because of the seriousness of the problem with my vehicle, he assured me he could take care of it without moving it) I encourage you to try EK towing, I called this company afer EB left. His starting price was quite a bit lower, and seemed professial.

What a bunch of clowns working dispatch refuse service and when asked follow up questions the clowns get mad tsay call someone else and hang up. Since he's made where I can't reply to his comment I'm adding it here. He tells you $25 then refuses service based on vehicle saying he's worried about his alternator. Well if you're so worried about your alternators then you shouldn't be offering the services to begin with, or have other methods to jump start a vehicle. Try asking them follow up questions like who they'd recommend and that's when you get hung up on. Then he tries and hide like a coward after someone called him out for it

Highly recommend! Super nice and very professional. had to have my truck towed one day and had a blow out and needed my van towed the very next day! The very awesome folks at Parsons/Shoemaker tow saved the day!!
Called on a Friday to pick up my car on Tuesday at 9:00 they got there late had to call them back oh I forgot
They brought an air tank and filled my tire so I could get it to the place where the warranty repair had to be completed.

Unfortunately, no one wants to have to have their vehicle towed, but Shoemaker was Great!!!!!! Chris was very friendly and did a great job!!!! Took me and my husband home along with our vehicle...Great experience during an unfortunate event... :) definitely recommend!
My insurance company dispatched Shoemaker Tow for my flat tire. Middle of the night, on the side of the interstate, wasn't sure what to expect. They were fast, super nice and professional. I didn't get the young guys name, but he was great !! Thank you !!
Had car troubles on the side of the road, person who answered was professional and helped me calm down and give him proper directions. Actual person who can to tow my car was a yound man named Scottie, and he was a delight. Helped with the car right away, had it up and ready to go in a matter of minutes. He was great, in that he gave my grandfather and I a little lesson on jumping cars, overall really appreciate this service, and will call them again if needed.
Beyond exceptional service and help getting me where I could be fixed and going. Out of state for a graduation and so grateful to Justin! Highly recommend!! 10 stars!
Absolute wonderful experience! My car quit working and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called around and Shoemaker's was the cheapest by a long shot! Ryan and Chris were amazing! Very professional, easy going and made me feel much safer in an area I did not feel comfortable in. They took my car to an automotive shop I use AND took me home at no extra charge! In the middle of the night/early morning hours, my transmission went out in my truck. We we're broke down across the street from Monett Airport and almost a hour away from home. I called Thomas Towing, Matt took the call, came out rescuing my son and I. Thank you, again Matt!!
On our way back to Oklahoma on Labor Day, my electrical system in my car shut down. A sweet woman stopped to check on us and recommended this company. When I called, the woman I spoke with (I cannot remember her name) was so nice and very helpful. She sent Brandon (sorry if this is the wrong name. rough day). He was wonderful. He tried everything, service wise, he could before having to tow it back into Oklahoma for us. I highly recommend this company due to their empathy and compassion. Thank you for being so wonderful in a stressful situation!

Just had a ball joint bust so needless to say I was in a bind far from home. Matt showed up quickly and was very professional! He actually saved my car from alot more damage. He was really quick and knew exactly what he was doing! If ur ever needing a tow call these guys!
I had a buddy park on my lawn in the rain, and of course while we were chatting, his Civic sunk about 6 inches into the mud. So, I had a choice - mess around for three hours with gravel and boards and cat litter - or call Thomas Towing (who I've used before). I called, 15 minutes later Austin came by in his personal vehicle - since all the company trucks were on calls helping other stuck people - and he had my buddy's car back on solid ground in about 3 minutes. The price was $60, no muss no fuss. They can process a credit card on-the-spot, and everyone I've dealt with at Thomas Towing has been professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Five stars. Every time. I have their number saved in my phone, and so should you!

Our work truck broke down on the way in on a Monday morning. I called Eckert, and they were professional, courteous, and sent a truck right out. The driver loaded up our truck like he’d done it a thousand times, and got it on the way to the mechanic immediately. I’m super impressed. Thanks, Eckert!
I highly recommend if you get in a bind and you need a tow that you choose All City. It's never a good situation when you got to make that call but I've never felt so relieved as I did when they showed up. Not to mention how quickly and how genuinely empathetic and helpful the driver was. The rates were surprisingly Fair. They absolutely delivered a five-star experience! Thank you all so much!

The convenience store is clean and the young lady at the counter was very polite. BUT....our car was stolen and left at a gas pump. I was charged $125 to tow it, literally across the I-44 bridge, maybe at best .25 miles. I realize it was a Sunday but HOLY COW, I have had things towed farther, on a weekend and be cheaper. The car had the keys in it and was running so an easy tow!! I do not usually go on and give google reviews but I have had A LOT of people agree this was a high price and that I should.

Very pleased with the ease of getting our truck towed by Duste. No matter when you call him, he will be there ASAP. The rates are VERY reasonable and they don’t try to rip you off. I highly recommend Stop and Stop for your towing needs.
Me and two of my girlfriends were on a road trip from Chicago to Arkansas and at 3am while I was the one driving, I hit a full tire that was right in the middle of my lane…it instantly gave me a flat on my front drivers side. I pulled over immediately and luckily a sheriff was behind us shortly after. The sheriff recommended we call Stop & Shop Towing-since they were likely the only ones open at that time of the night (which they were!) We spoke with and got help from Duste. He was WONDERFUL! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Duste went above and beyond to help us. He towed us to his pop’s auto repair shop and not only took off the popped tire, but found a tire for my car, leveled the tire, and put it back on for me. He was so kind and I cannot thank him enough! It wasn’t ideal to have gotten at popped tire at 3am in a place none of us were familiar with, but Duste was honest and kind and one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. We got back on the road within 1.5-2 hours (timing from the moment I called, towing us, replacing the tire-everything) and went on our way. Duste truly went above and beyond to help us. Look no further if you need help. :)
Don't call this guy. He is not a very confident driver, and he's said NO to two jobs that I have done dozens of times prior. He's a very nice guy, but he's not someone who is capable of getting the job done. I would only use this company as a last resort, but I'm assuming that everybody else can do the jobs he can't.

My family and I were on our way home from a long trip when our vehicle broke down. Jeff was very helpful and friendly. He towed us to a shop and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. We can’t say thank you enough for his kindness!!

Called these guys after waiting for over am hour on express tow... they were very nice, very helpful and we there on about 30 minutes! Definitely would recommend if you or a loved one gets stranded. Also very cheap compared to company I called before them and much more responsive.
Incredible experience. Customer service was outstanding, and my vehicle was picked up at the exact time anticipated over the phone. Now let’s talk about the price. If you don’t use this company to tow your car, you’re getting robbed by the $300-$400 I was quoted by other companies. They have Costco prices, and don’t skimp on their shining customer service. I’ll never call another company again for a tow, unless I’m way outta town. King Towing is the Royalty of Tow Companies, in my opinion.

Only place I go for cranes
Personally I have never been here, but I ran into an employee at my job and he was super friendly and driving a fantastic truck with the best logo ever, " DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRO".
These boys know how to lift stuff. Big or small, high or low. They get the job done professionally at very competitive prices. Family run business established by word of mouth. Now they got 8 cranes that can pretty much lift anything you need lifted.
