Excellent response time with a very professional attitude, great Service. I called them out early hours about 6:00 a.m. to retrieve my keys that were on my seat and locked in my vehicle. Russell was awesome! He provided helpful recommendations and insight while my little Subaru was stuck in the snow. Not only did he and his Boss Lady get us out, but he also recommended hotels and food for us while we had to layover for the night.
They came out to pull me out of the ditch on a snowy evening on a dangerous road. They were fast, efficient & very communicative. Grumpy was anything but! Great guy!

Our truck was stuck in our driveway due to our recent abundant snow fall in South Central Alaska, we were stuck, and stuck bad. Even though we had a second vehicle we couldn't get pass the Ram 2500 in the gate opening. The truck was highsided, and tires were just spinning, we had no choice but to call for help. Being new to the area we had no idea who was a reliable company, so we "Googled" towing near us, TOWZ R US was the first business on the list so we called. The gentleman on the phone was polite, pleasant and concerned for our situation. Even though the entire lower half of the state is snow bound, he made us comfortable, at ease that someone was coming as soon as possible. I never write reviews, but Wayne is an awesome guy, great attitude, super friendly and helpful. I was happy not only to have my car jumped but just to interact with such a class-act person. Five stars, would highly recommend. I just saw a one-star review saying that all these reviews were fake and that the reviewers live outside the state. You can't even know that, and my Google account probably still says "Florida" or "Indiana" or one of the many places I've lived in. I'm a resident of Alaska whether or not Google knows I am. The reviews aren't fake, and there are so many because Wayne is the kind of guy that leaves an impression on you and makes you want to write a review to help support his local business.
Probably one of the best towing experiences I could've asked for. I had a really tricky situation and they made sure to take the best care of me. I made my flight and felt safe trusting them with my vehicle. They treated my vehicle exactly like their own and bent over backwards to get things sorted out for me. Definitely give them a call for your towing needs. Definitely masters of their craft.
In need of a tow or help getting extricated from a snow bank, 1st Class towing and recovery should be your go to. On another day of getting people out of whatever predicament they found themselves in, Mr. Manning came to my aid in a more than timely manner, he showed up in less than 45 minutes, even when he was on another callout. Wayne is amazing! I had a flat tire. Roadside assistance had already come but couldn't get the tire changed. I called my insurance company for a tow but they said it would likely be an hour or two before anyone could come out and I only had three hours left in the day to get my tire changed before I was out of a vehicle overnight. I used Google to search for my own driver and found Wayne. His reviews were great so I called. I was able to schedule a shop appointment for an hour out and Wayne was getting ready to do another job. He said that job wasn't time sensitive and he could come pick me up and get me to my appointment on time. He was one of the nicest guys I've ever met and took great care of my truck. I highly recommend Wayne and 1st Class Towing and he will definitely be my go-to for any Towing needs I have in the future!! Thanks so much again, Wayne!
I don’t usually write reviews but the service I just had from 1st class towing was outstanding. My car broke down on a busy downtown street and the guy showed up in minutes and was able to quickly and safely load up the car without a scratch. You can tell they know what they were doing and the great customer service really helped turn a stressful situation into a sigh of relief.

I had a great experience with this establishment. I had a blowout on KGB and did not have the tools to get the spare tire down. The gentleman who I arranged services with on the phone was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. He was very down to earth and treated me more like a friend than a customer. My vehicle was towed to a nearby Auto Repair Shop and he offered to give me a ride to my house. Having just moved here and not knowing anyone they really helped me out of a bind. Everything worked out and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

Kelly Mogg with Midnight Sun Towing does fantastic work! Very professional and super personable at the same time! Nobody likes having to get towed, but he made the experience equatable to being picked up by a friend and the ride home flew by. They had the lowest prices of any company but definitely didn't sacrifice anything to do it. Kelly and Midnight Sun will get all my recommendations from here on out. Thank you for doing a great job! Driver’s name was Jeff. He was very professional! And personal, the guy was cool and did a great job. I recommend Midnight Sun towing for all of your jobs. We use them for all our scissor lifts and all our company vehicles. This is why people like Jeff.
Using my insurance company, they contacted Midnight Sun Towing at 10 with an estimate of 90 min wait time. At 11:36 pm I was informed they were in their way. 2 hours later, several phones calls to the tow company that was answered by a voice message with no return call. At 1:45 the insurance company cancelled Midnight Sun and requested another company who will be here in twenty minutes.
We all have bad days, some people have worse days than others. We were fine physically after a low-speed busted axle, though the front end of our truck wasn’t. When Jeff showed up to help, he was dealing with a couple people (us) who were shaken up and kind of confused, and his priority was making sure things got to a better place. Tow truck professionals, EMTs, and other emergency service workers are often the first on a scene where something has gone down, and they rarely get credit for the essential role they play in getting people back to a good place, whatever that looks like. Jeff is among the best of the best and rightfully earns the praise of people like me who choose to leave voluntary reviews like this. I see I’m not alone. We’d all be better off with more folks like him, who give off the vibe that helping people comes first, above their vehicles (and obviously does a great job with both).
Jeff was a real help, he started with the basic stuff and all i needed was a jump when i thought it was my starter, much appreciated and excellent service. He saved me from my headache and probably an expensive shop bill all just for a battery, definitely recommend Midnight Sun Towing for anything, I’ll definitely call them if im in a pickle again.

Was a great company to work with that did not take advantage of someone in need. Not that I call a tow truck every day but I would call them agin if the need ever comes up. They were fair, fast, and friendly!

I needed an older, rusty vehicle transported to the UMV for inspection. He brought it down for me and made the whole process very easy for me. He lowered the vehicle for the inspection process and loaded it back up while I was inside working with the UMV to finish up paperwork. I'll be calling these guys when I need their services in the future.

Five stars go out to Flattop towing! We called around 6-7 different towing company’s and they were the lowest price. Other quotes were almost double to triple as we were going from Anchorage to Big Lake. Once we called, tow guy (I’m sorry I have no name of the kind man) arrived to pick up our vehicle within 45 minutes, even showed up to our destination before we did! Great service all around! Will always use them as a go too, as well as recommend them to anyone I know!

My ball joint snapped in the Creekside Plaza parking lot after 9PM, leaving me stressed and stranded, and outside the business hours of my normal towing company. The folks at Help Line Towing were friendly and professional on the phone, gave me a quote for free, and had a driver out for me within 45 minutes! The driver was careful with my car and friendly and funny (even driving through fair traffic!) to get my car back to my house in the Butte. 100% recommend these guys! Thank you thank you thank you!
Helpline Towing was amazing. I got my rental car stuck in the mountains above Anchorage. No local companies would come! After 20 hours of dealing with insurance and companies turning down the assignment these guys came down from Wasilla. Their truck was powerful and had tools for every contingency. They had to put on chains and navigate up a steep, narrow, slick, and off kilter slope. My vehicle was in deep snow near brush and a metal pole. They set up fancy rigging to pull it out at an angle and avoided any scratches and damage. They guided me and gave me advice to get my car back to pavement. I was so stressed and they saved the day. They were kind, friendly, calm, and so well equipped. They pride themselves on tricky assignments and deliver!!!

Vulcan towing saved my bacon. They really went out and beyond the Call of Duty to get my materials trailer to the Port. To catch the last barge of the season to western Alaska. My family and I sincerely thank you.

Carlos has the best customer service manners I have ever came across. He was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and was very respectful with my vehicle. 100/10 would request him for all my towing needs.
I had a motorcycle stolen that wound up in their lot after it was found by the police. I didn't have much time after work to recover it before closing, I had to scramble around town to get the documents I needed. Thankfully one of the employees, Carlos, was willing to stay a bit late to help me out.
Driver was super chill & very accommodating & understanding. The wait was a little long but luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. Dustin was very friendly, professional and I’d definitely recommend his services.

Hit a pot hole after leaving the airport, the kind man who came and helped was very professional and gave some safety tips for driving on a spare tire. Highly recommended company to use if your in need of the service.

This is a company owned by a very rude person. He hung up in my face because I inquired on how he put my motorcycle on his tow truck. At he shop he parked my bike against some old car doors he'd taken off another car. He then said if he tore my bikes up there is nothing I could do about it so he did not care. Let's join together here in Anchorage Alaska and let this person know we won't except this type of treatment. Call another towing service. His prices are also double what others charge. Join me in stopping Payless Towing from ripping us off by not using his services.

I wanted to warn you before using this tow company. I got my car towed after a APD called for a tow after accident. I was too busy calming down my kids so I asked them. All seemed smooth, driver was nice. But what a shock when I got the invoice. They did charge double than any other tow company I asked for rates after I saw the $151 bill for a tow in town maybe 10miles from the accident to the body shop. I asked why are they so expensive. They started bragging that they are the least expensive in town. But they forgot to mention that they double their price when APD calls them. I asked APD, they were not aware of that practice. None tow companies I contacted after this accident do that. Just JT towing. And Thank you so much hanging up on me when I asked for explanation, JT Towing! Such a great customer service! I sure learned a lot from this one!
Had a flat tire on my Tesla and was towed to my house by a different company and everything went fine. When my tire arrived in stock I used AAA and they sent JT towing to take my car to the shop. The driver incorrectly secured the car to the flat bed using the winch and heard and audible crunch as he broke the skid plate underneath my car. It was obvious there were different methods for securing the car, especially since the first company secured it fine and didn't break anything. JT towing agreed to compensate me for the damage but I kept getting the run-around. I was finally reimbursed by AAA. Edit: I was finally sent a check by JT towing, and added a star for it
Removed my shift release part and didn’t put it back. Didn’t even leave the pieces back in the car. Didn’t inform the service center my car was towed to. And did not get into contact with me when they arrived at my vehicle to be towed when I was not available to be there. They don’t care. I would avoid this company. Update: The owner never called me like Melissa said he would after this vacation she didn’t know the duration of. It’s been about a month or so.
Really nice and helpful staff. Best experience I’ve had in a long time.

I had a horrible experience with this company. My car had slid into a ditch. Not bad, two wheels still on the road. I called this company and did not ask for a price, because the REPUTABLE towing businesses generally charge around the same price to be pulled out of ditch/snow berms. Imagine my surprise to find out I had been charged 225.00 ! I called the company and spoke to a manager who told me that I had been quoted a price. I informed him that I had not and that I record my phone calls. So he quickly changed it to 'well my driver told you how much it was.' Well, he didn't, because believe me, if I'd know what I was going to be charged, I would have sent him on his way and called someone else! A When I called the company to try to work out a reasonable price, he was so insufferable and condescending! Never, never use this business!
Called them at 11am, and they told me its a 1 to 2 hours waiting. Then I asked for the price, the lady told me $100 for towing. Speechless. Most of the towing places' appointments are already packed or longer waiting. So I agreed on their service and I had to reschdule my doctor's appointment. 2 hours later, they're still not here. Called them again and they told me one of the guy is around my area and he will be here 30-45 mins. 45 mins later, they're still not here! And the auto shop I need to take my vehicle to was almost close. Basically, they just wasted my whole time and other important things. So I cancel it. Worst towing services ever, I'll never call them again.
They were the only ones that were fast, really good service, and good price, other companies say they have time and I have to wait wayyyyy longer then I expected,
I broke down in Glennallen and the first ones available were 24/7 towing. It was an easy process from beginning to the end. Great experience and definitely recommend them!
A friend was charged an enormous amount for a 7 mile tow to her home & asked me for help. I called to get a copy of the invoice since they never gave her one. I asked why a charge for chains since no snow. They said chains needed to secure the vehicle. I said that’s part of the tow price, they can’t tow a car without securing it. Ridiculous! I talked to a woman who had a nightmare ordeal with them & have seen reviews on Yelp where they actually auctioned off people’s vehicles. Read the horror stories on YELP.
