My car's engine overheated while heading home from work. The towing price from Ramirez was way more affordable than this other place I initially called. Luis showed up in about 15 minutes and was very helpful. Highly recommend this business if you need towing.

This team was awesome from start to finish and I have no complaints whatsoever. From the initial phone call, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was given an ETA of 90 minutes but someone showed up in about an hour, which is awesome. Carlos was so nice and willing to jump in to get things handled. It was originally a tire change but we ended up needing a jump. When we popped the hood, wasps came out. Carlos was able to knock those out and keep pushing through. Talk about going above and beyond! Unfortunately, we weren't able to get her running but Carlos was able to push her out and get her hooked up to tow to the nearest mechanic. All in all, I found them incredibly helpful and priced very competitively. I will definitely be recommending them if ever needed.
Sons car broke down and they made the entire process easy. Will be the only company I use from now on. Thank you guys so much.

Our Road Side Assistance sent Marcus out. He was super nice and didn't complain a bit about having to work in the cold rain. The photo was of him gently pulling it out of the drive way. He then gently put it back down and hooked it up the other direction for towing from OKC to Norman.

My truck got stuck in Neutral at about 4:00pm on a Friday. I called a couple of other towing services, and they all told me over an hour before a truck could pick me up. Neptune quoted me 30-40 minutes, I said go ahead and send a truck. The driver arrived in a little over 20 minutes. While driving to the repair facility, he was super nice as we talked about what was wrong (potentially) about my truck, his time in the business, etc. The tow truck was clean, smelled nice (didn't smell like cigarettes or body odor). When we got to the repair facility, he took the time to wait for the technician to move a different car so he could unload mine straight into a repair bay, instead of just dropping it off and leaving. Nobody likes to have to call a tow truck, but if you do, This was by far the best tow truck experience I have ever had.
Needed roadside and was assigned them through Uber. They gave a time of 60 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and they still aren’t here, they won’t answer their phone or anything. I now know I shouldn’t rely on roadside packages or clubs but I still feel like answering the phone is the least you can do once you’ve accepted an offer for a job. Wish I could leave there side of the story at this point. I still have yet to hear anything from them directly and were well into hour two of the 60 minute eta. Good luck if you get them through a 3rd party!
Neptune towing was amazing!!! Danny the mechanic was clean smart, and professional!!! I have issues with walking so I'm very slow getting to door etc. Danny was so patient with me. I had just got off work and somehow ran over a wrench. It lodged in my back passenger tire. This happened at about midnight on saturday night I had to be back at work the next day at 11am. I live about an hour away. I called your towing company and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. A co-worker was nice enough to drive me all the way home. I left my keys at work for him to pick up. My car was 1/2 mile away. He towed it back to hospital for me so i could have someone change tire the next day. Service was top notch. Highly recommend Fat Alans Towing

Justin answered the phone the first time I called, I needed to have a vehicle moved from one location to another. He was ready to meet me within 30 minutes and actually waiting on me when I arrived. He quoted me a price over the phone and it was much less than I expected for short notice. He wasted no time getting the vehicle loaded and on the way to where I needed to have it delivered. He was courteous, professional and I would absolutely recommend calling him for a tow in the future. I also appreciated that he could text a link to pay online, for my clients who were out of state paying for the service. It was so efficient and easy, 5 Stars for sure!

Couldn't have asked for better service when I was stranded on the side of the road. worst service ever. we called them they came and couldnt fix our flat tire and still asked for full money, according to them they took the time to travel after we declined to pay bcz they couldnt fix the problem and we had to call someone else they starting arguing and refused to pay our money back and asked for $75 for their gas.. worst service ever!!! the guy later on started having arguments with us and started harassing us.. we got scared and payed him whatever he was asking…. later on i called their service to complain and got no positive response they said their supervisor will call us but didn’t get any call from anyone… we are filing a police complaint if we dont hear anything from them since we have all the pics and recordings!!

I called 4 different places and this company worked with me and it was less than $200 to hook up and tow 15 miles. The other places I was quoted between $240-$250. They were there in about an hour and had it back to the house quickly. The driver was very friendly, professional, and it was a good feeling to know I didn’t have to worry about anything. So grateful!

Company was friendly, timely, and did a good job with the tow. I emailed them and I was called back within 24 hours. The person on the phone was very friendly. We discussed the cost of the tow and what time the driver would arrive. He told me the driver would arrive about 9:30am and he arrived around 10:00am. When it came time to pay, he asked if i was paying with cash or card. I told him I was paying with my debit card and he informed me there was a service fee to use the debit card. The driver secured and towed my truck without any issues. I have never paid for a tow before. I did not shop around for prices, but the price seemed high for a short tow. I also wasn't aware of a fee to pay with my debit card until the driver arrived. Having said that, Tuff Truck Towing did a great job and I would use them again if needed.
Super nice and professional. They were able to pick my car up right away. I also thought I had misplaced my keys to my Jetta and they were more then willing to help me out and set me up with their key guy for a lower price then I was originally quoted at the dealership. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

I can not Boast enough about their promptness, customer service and great pricing. I had a rough start to my morning promising a 2 year old he was going to the splash pad. (A huge deal with Covid forcing us indoors all the time.) I get my 11 month old and 2 year old in their car seats just to realize my car was dead! Not even a turn over none of the automatic locks worked etc. I of course called my road assistance What a Joke! After trying to keep my kiddos happy for thirty minutes I call to check on the progress they haven’t even left! I canceled the service and called locally and Paul’s Saved the Day! They arrived in less than ten minutes I mean come on that’s amazing. The man I spoke with on the phone was so polite listening to my mom rant. After AAA made my daughter and I wait 14 hours and call four times to understand why their subcontracted tow trucks just weren't coming, it was time to find my own service. I called Tony's, and Tony himself immediately picked up. Friendly and helpful, Tony quickly got my details, quoted me a fair rate and gave me a terrific timeline, telling me where he was and exactly what he had to do prior to coming out. He agreed to follow up on his way to me, and said he had his phone with him in case I needed to reach him again. I will definitely call Tony first next time!

My husband and I were hauling our pontoon boat from the lake back to Tulsa when we experienced a tire blowout on the boat trailer. We were on the Muskogee turnpike. With the help of our State Farm insurance agent, we finally found someone who was willing to come out ASAP and that someone was David with Swift Recovery and Towing. He arrived within 15 minutes and everyone else quoted 3 hours or longer. He removed the tire and headed to Tulsa with phone in hand trying to find a replacement tire. He was back within 45 minutes and quickly mounted the tire and we were on our way. He was an angel in our eyes: fast, professional and courteous!!!
Well, unfortunately for us we had our car advertised for sale on an empty lot in B.A. and the owners had it towed. HOWEVER, if you ever want someone to impound your car, this is the place!!! HAHA! We are from out of state and we broke down on a turnpike headed to Tulsa. I typed towing near me and Swift popped up first. I called and David was very friendly and got to us within 30 min. He took us to a wonderful mechanic . David went above and beyond what was expected of him and was so friendly and professional. Some jerk had my car towed from in front of my house to Allied impound yard and when I went to get it the battery was dead so I had to have it towed back to my place. Called several other tow services and they either didn't pick up or told me they would call back. Swift Recovery answered right away and gave a good and fair price. They are quick and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!

10/10 would get winched out of the mud again. I bought a bus outside of Lawton tonight (yesterday) and drove it 2 hours through tornado weather and back roads. Less than 3 miles from home, I slid it off into the mud. No way I was getting it out myself or with a pickup truck. Called Bronco Towing after catching a ride home—they were at my house in under 10 minutes. Picked me up, took me to the bus, pulled it out, and followed me home. I called around 10:30pm and was home with my bus in an hour!! Affordable as hell. I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he’s a damn lifesaver. Angel? Super patient (it was my first bus driving experience). Saved me from a full-blown panic attack-ugly crying and all. I almost ugly cried when I got home safe. Can't thank them enough.
Exceptional service, fair price. $153 total charge for about a 17 mile tow. Initially I gave them the address of a dealership (not their warranty location) and they were so on top of it, they had us call the dealership and confirm the correct address to drop my car off. Bronco Tow was right! Saved us money and heartache by catching that the address we provided wasn’t correct initially.
Process was fast and easy, a little pricier than I thought but cheaper than competitors in the area so no complaint about that. Pick up was fast and the man who picked up was courteous and kind. Cool dude pick up my poor cobalt who hit the BIGGEST oklahoma hot hole ever. He even recommended a really nice place to get a car, even took us to the auto store where we fixing the car for free. Respond pretty fast too, like say 30-40 minutes after call.

So a friend had a blow out so I went to help her. Her jack sucked so had to buy one come back get the tire off.amd went to raise the car more to put the tire on and the jack i bought broke. I had been on the phone with my insurance for an hour and a half already and decided to just call and pay out of pocket. Owner didn't have any drivers but threw on a jacket and came to help. Price was reasonable. We had tried to jump the car previously but it didn't work with my husband's vehicle. He asked if he could try his jump box and it started right up! On my drive home this evening, I had my first tire blow out ever. I guess I was due since I put over 30,000 miles on my car annually. He was headed home and said I looked lost about what to do (understatement). This man was extremely nice, and I appreciate his time so much! Met Josh and his wife today at Fort Thunder HD. Great people and Josh was putting air in peoples tires for free. And Josh rides motorcycles too so he knows how to properly secured the bikes and get them where they need to be safely.
Wow what a luxury this was having my motorcycle delivered to the dealer for service. This was well worth the money to not have to leave work and tie someone else up for a ride home. Josh let me know when to have the bike ready for him in the driveway and he grabbed it while I was at work. He sent me a confirmation text with proof of delivery and notified the service department. Thirty minutes later the service department reached out for service requests. Easy Button!

We contacted our insurance for a tow truck. And these people were assigned to us. Quoted time was an hour and a half to 2 Hours. No big deal, well wait. However they never showed up or called to try to find us. My insurance tells me they said they completed the job, but they left us stranded. Very frustrating
Was told they would be there within 90-120min. Called the number and the guy answered said it would probably be 45-70min before they got to me so I made a call and got a ride. Then the drive called me and said well it’s 6:05pm and the dealership closed at 6 so we are just gonna have to leave it there for tonight and get it in the morning and I told them I would rather not do that and that I’ve already contacted the dealership and they gave us instructions. He then proceeded to tell me well they won’t let us deliver it after hours but I can go ahead and deliver it but don’t get mad when they say they can’t find it or loose the keys. About 45min goes by and ford calls back and said they told us they couldn’t do the job. Just down right ridiculous and a terrible way to treat a customer.
Billy did an amazing job!! He came out and was so respectful and fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to come out!! And man o man does that man talk highly of Mexican food.
Highly recommend! Quick and amazing customer service! The towing equipment and service was top notch! They have fair pricing as well. I am very impressed and thankful, I had a broken down truck that they hauled from Harrah to Wellston with no issues during evening hours!

An honorable mention goes to Roadside Relief Towing Service. This morning when our car broke down, they had it connected up and on its way home to us in less than an hour (everything else required a minimum wait of three hours). The driver was courteous, accommodating, and professional, as were the dispatchers. If we need a tow again, we will gladly call them.
Van overheated in the middle of a long drive. They towed us to the nearest shop and even gave us water while we waited. Really thoughtful.

He was able to give me names of a few reputable local repair shops to go to and which ones to avoid. Had a great experience with them. I'll would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.
We were traveling across the country when our water pump broke. The towing service was prompt and waited around with us to be sure a taxi was on its way since we all couldn't fit in the tow truck. At the actual automotive shop, the people were amazing and went above and beyond to service our family! Honest and fair pricing. What shall I say about Jonathan??? He towed our big rig to the Freightliner dealership in the scorching Oklahoma heat with quiet authority and minimal fuss. I sat in the cab with him and in the short ride we spoke of the importance of hard-work, family values and taking time to decompress. He shared pictures of his beautiful wife and children and expressed his pride. His mechanical acumen is evident. I am so very glad he was our recovery agent. This company has some serious integrity. We had a hiccup on a very complicated transport and things honestly didn't go as anyone planned. But, these guys got it figured out and treated us well, and that is more than deserving of a 5 star review. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our big hauling business after seeing how well they handle the unusual and difficult situations.

I have lived in Tulsa and had 2 cars towed. The first was with the City of Tulsa and they were hugely disappointing and rude. A & W towed my car earlier this week after the steering went out and I wrecked in a ditch. They are EXTREMELY professional. Very friendly group. They let me get the stuff out of my car I needed, told me what happened to the car, gave me a fair price to get the car out and were very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend with 5 big stars!!!
Driver seems to know nothing about the laws of the road. Hangs out in the left. Lane will not scoot over out of the left lane. I mean, someone lacking that much common courtesy cannot be that good at anything else probably rips people off...

This place still uses handwritten illegible receipts and charges they can’t explain to run up your bill. Got charged 2 “doc fees” for the other owner or lien holder even though I bought it brand new from a dealership and it’s been paid off two years. Before you go out there make sure to get cash. They won’t tell you that before hand but it’s cash only. Then they won’t tell you that it’s exact change. I wish I were making this up. My bill was $530.15 and I handed them $540. The office guy (Jake I think) asks if “you can get any closer to the $530…we don’t have change.” Asked for an ATM and there isn’t one for a few miles. This place will scam you in a second. Not my first time dealing with them but will certainly be my last. If you have a choice please choose ANY other option that’s an actual professional towing company. Oh and that’s for a 5 mile tow and 6 days of storage then random unexplained fees for that total. Try to explain it away all you want. Still doing shady business. Being messy. Try comparing yourself with a modern professional tow company, you will see how poorly you stack up. BUYER BEWARE…if you have a choice, call someone else.

Called after trying to fix car for over an hour on our own. Finally convinced to call a tow. Glad I called them first. They were there within 30 minutes! Technician was quick and friendly.
Time to wait wasn’t bad but I’m not sure how getting my car towed less than 5 miles cost $184.00. The guy said something about it being cheaper if under 5 miles but I can’t find any documentation of that. I also don’t have a receipt to go off of either so I feel a bit ripped off.
This is a third party call center that contracts tow trucks around the city. I called for a tow and only ended up needing a jump. The technician was great but isn’t affiliated with this company as they are a third party. I received a bill for the tow that I didn’t receive ($205), so I called to get that cleared up as well as an itemized bill to send to my insurance. I had to call several times before I was able to get ahold of someone, explain what happened, and get my bill emailed to me ($115 for a jump — last jump I got was $50). After being told on two separate calls that it would be emailed to me and I never received it, I called again and was told it had “already been sent” and then they sent it while on that call. They were quite polite when I called needing a tow, but everything afterwards became an unnecessary hassle. Hanging up the phone without ending the conversation, lying about having done what they didn’t, and the priciest jump I’ve ever had. Overall poor service and wouldn’t recommend. I recommend calling an actual towing company.
I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and the driver would call me to let me know when he was on the way and I never received a call so after an hour I called back and they told me the driver already called me and was already on the way so it would be an $80 fee to cancel. I waited 3 hours before receiving a call that they were on the way Don’t use this towing service they will just lie to you

I cannot remember the mans name for the life of me and I’m so sorry for that but these guys are amazing!! After dealing with my unreliable insurance road side assistance program for over an hour and 20mins I called these guys and he was honest about his timing and showed up when he could, meanwhile my roadside assistance was still not even on the way. He got to me and he fast and friendly and very helpful!! These are some really awesome people and they made my night even though it started poorly. Couldn’t recommend more!!!
Im from out of town, my car broke down on me, I had them tow my truck to a shop near by, once there the owner of the shop said he wouldn’t be able to even look at my vehicle until next week, knowing we were from out of town, the driver went out of his way and called shops around that he knew, he was able to find a place that could look at it as soon as the same day. If it weren’t for him, I would’ve had no idea where to take it, he was a real life saver. Very well prices as well!

The owner Nick has an employee there that will not return our motorcycle and instead of nick answering or returning a call like an owner of a company we get ignored. Howard pay for your bike or give us our property back before you all are taken to court. We called, left business cards, talked to your secretary (who pointed you out NICK) to come talk to you and you lied and said it wasn’t you after your secretary pointed you out. Your employee had our property, we tried to get it back and you guys said you didn’t have it on file (no fees were being added daily because you were not charging Howard. When Howard couldn’t pay we tried to get our bike back. Then after days y’all had a crazy number over 1400 dollars which is paid. You shouldn’t be allowed to have a business good sir. It’s embarrassing for you. You need to rip people in your community off like that? Lawyers have been contacted so see you guys in court. I’m over dealing with people who suck. I own a business on 15th. Your guy dropped an 800 dollar set of tires and did we have to give that back no? Did we yes! Mike was quick to arrive and pick up my service van unbelievable pricing. I would highly recommend getting a hold of this guy when you are in a tight situation and need your vehicle delivered safely.

This is a horrible evil company. I called to ask how much it would cost to get my car out. On a Thursday. Told them I might not make it up there till tuesday or Wednesday and They told me the price plus 20 dollars a day. I repeated bak to them so $×.xx plus 20 dollars a day to which they said yes.then when I was ready to pick up the car the told me there was an extra 300 dollar fee because it was there for 5 days then the receptionist who lied to me the first time tried to say she wasn't who I talked to and when I asked to talk to the supervisor who supposedly 10 sec before told her about this fee she said he had "stepped out for the day". The tow driver was excellent! But whoever the lady I spoke to this morning to get a link to pay the tow driver was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I kept telling her that I haven’t received a link, and even verified my phone number with her, and she assumed that I was the one in the wrong. I had to call the tow driver to apologize, because I didn’t want him to think that I wasn’t trying to pay him. He ended up telling me that the service they use to send the links to pay usually don’t work most of the time and they always have that issue. The lady had poor customer service. Note to self: don’t use the link to pay, please save yourself the hassle and take out cash!!
I requested a tow. Told the dispatcher the vehicle is in a parking garage. Dispatcher said no problem. They cancel my tow without informing me because their available trucks don't fit. I had to call and see where and why my vehicle hasn't arrived. Despicable customer service. Get it together
I am thoroughly impressed with the staff from Tow Mate. They were kind, thoughtful, friendly - all with a pleasing professional touch. They were there to pick my cute little car up in no time! The cost was very, very reasonable. I highly recommend Tow Mate. I will not hesitate to call them again.
Worst towing company in the state of Oklahoma!!! Waited 6 hours for a tow!! No phone call, didn't answer the first few times i called!!! Then when i did get ahold of someone, i get yelled at and cussed at!! I'll definitely never call this company ever again. Save your money go somewhere else. There's plenty of other companies in this town that'll treat you better.

I was locked out of my vehicle and Doig showed up within 10 minutes to unlock my vehicle. This was awesome since it’s a 90° day here in Tulsa. Very professional and friendly.
Answer service states you can pick up your belongings with a title, OR insurance verification. After driving all the way after having a wreck the employee states you need the title. But that’s not what their answering service says. Also if your 3 minutes passed 5pm you get a $20 charge for “after hours” having a fee for “after hours” when this is a 24 hour tow yard is odd. It’s unfortunate this place sucks so much. I wish insurance wouldn’t even pay them for the tow service. They should probably update their answering service.
Allied towing did a great job towing my driver's box truck. They got there on time, and towed it quickly. When they got to the drop, the mechanic said the box truck was too tall for them, so they towed it an extra couple of miles free of charge. Thank you Gary and Sean for the amazing customer service and help!

Scam! Tried to charge me several times on the credit card. They own no tow trucks, they are a referral service if you dig deep enough in the reviews you will find out. A bunch of what seems to be fake five stars reviews claiming they are a local tow company but their Google maps listing is in a residential area despite the dispatcher claims of having ten trucks. They charge more than anyone despite fake reviews claiming otherwise, then the subcontract out to actual tow companies. After an hour of no show and no call from the driver I called again and asked them to cancel after finding out they had no trucks. The dispatcher lied 18 minutes prior to that, claiming a driver was trying to call. About 75 minutes after the first call a truck from Highway 40 towing showed up, sent by these scammers, but by that time the scammer dispatcher was laughing and saying I couldn't do anything about their deception. They claimed one credit card declined, then asked for a debit card which they claimed went through. In a few days I'll know how many times they charged me. Avoid like the plague, scammer referral service, find a real tow truck service. Fat Alan's showed up 20 minutes after I called, by that time nearly two hours sitting on the side of the road. Be careful, lots of scams out there.
I had called around different places and was expecting to pay ALOT more for have to be towed over 10 miles. My tow driver David was super nice and he made me feel he knew what to do even when my explanation was not so great. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need a tow again!!! (but let's hope I don't) 😉

One of the pricier towing services I have used. However still affordable and hands down one of the most put together services I've used. It was easy, reliable, and fast. And the employees were very polite!! Would recommend!
I got stuck in The Oaks with a car that refused to start. Sheridan Bros Towing OKC arrived swiftly and provided excellent emergency towing service. The driver was courteous and even shared some local tips while we waited. Their customer service is top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Jose got to my location sooner then his ETA. He assessed my situation fairly quickly and got me back on the road in record time, that I know of. Jose was a very polite understanding and I guess going above his call of duty on this job. I highly recommend y'all calling this service to get a recovery. They pulled my big truck out of a ditch, my mistake, they fixed it very fast. Jose also was understanding of my situation, he stayed around while I tried to get out of the situation that I was in, he followed me to a safe place. very very professional man I think the people at speedy's towing and recovery were all very polite very understanding and very professional. They ripped the axel out of the transmission housing of my car tried to call to talk to a manger about it and the manager hung up the phone on me after lying to me about documents his driver took now I’m stuck with a broken axel and fender and a wedged tire when all it should have been was a simple bolt to fix my car can’t believe they are still in business with the people running the place will be filling an insurance claim DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CAR ABOUT YOUR CAR AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY Photos of my car before tow included

So i got my truck stuck out in the middle of nowhere Oologah lake area. Worked on getting it out with a couple trucks and Jeeps for about 8 hours with no luck. Called on a Saturday morning at 3am, immediately i was talking to a real person and he said he could help me out right now! Called them back around 5pm Saturday, dispatcher said he'd have a guy call me soon and Zach was there with a skidsteer two hours later, he pulled me out and made sure I made it back to the main road. The whole experience went way better than one would expect when dealing with a stuck truck. My truck was 4wd and stuck in 3 foot of mud at the back of a creek just for reference, lesson learned and if it happens again I know who to call. Thanks again for the help guys.
