My shifter cable snapped while I was at the beach Jose came out to tow my car and he went above and beyond while doing so, the car was stuck in park but he had the right gear to safely get the car onto the truck. The car is quite low so getting it off the truck he took extra time to make sure the front end/bumper wouldn’t get scraped or damaged in anyway. 10/10 recommend Jose he cares deeply about peoples property and will take the extra time to make sure things are done right which you don’t find often!
Great service both times I needed my car towed! Hector was amazing and did the job fast and efficiently! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs a personal tow! Great prices and took very good care of my car! Thanks!!
I have a lowered 2020 BMW M340i which is a challenge for most people to tow as I was told they could not tow it without damaging the bumper because it was lowered and they did not want to be held responsible for any liability or damage. This is what I was told by atleast 15 towing company’s. When I called luxary car transportation company’s that I knew were capable of towing a car like mine they told me they do not specialize in towing but recommended to me Grasso’s. Upon looking at the website I saw cars similar to mine being towed and contact with them, specifically Kelly was quick, easy, and amazing. They had someone over to me in just 30 minutes which was extremely amazing especially since I was 45+ minutes away from where they are located. This was also great since triple A took 8+ hours to send multiple trucks out all to tell me they couldn’t move my car by the end of the interactions. Alex who was the driver seemed extremely confident in his ability to tow my car which I can now see why. He was able to move my car in minutes perfectly angling the car to get on the truck without even scraping the bottom, which I constantly do by my self just going over bumps. I was genuinely impressed by his experience and capability’s handing my car. As long as I am in Rhode Island Grassos will be my first call going forwards.
Jose was very friendly, super fast in changing the tire and very effective. I didn't have the right tool to get my own tire changed and spare installed and it was easier to call the insurance. Jose took the assignment with no issues and did a great job.
I had a great experience with Jose! He was able to fix the problem with my car so that it didn’t need to be towed!! He popped the molding piece on the bottom of my car right back into place with his tools and saved me SO much time- He also arrived super quickly! 10/10 recommend Jose!!!

Mike is the absolute best!!! Can’t say enough about what he did for me. I was for SURE going to miss my flight out of TF Green to vacation in Daytona Beach for the week because of a flat tire on the side of 95 at 4AM in the pitch dark. 25 degree weather. I had completely given up even trying to change the tire and make my flight. A-Towing was the first company on the list when I googled for a tow truck. I swear, like Superman, this guy basically teleported in front of my car with a flat bed tow truck. I’ve never heard of a tow truck showing up in less than an hour… this guy was there in less than 2 minutes. It had to be fate. Nicest guy in the world too. All of a sudden, it seemed possible to maybe make this flight and save my vacation! My plan for the week was to park the car at my girlfriend’s house near the airport and then go get my flight, and now there was a little hope, but there was still not enough time left. Mike offered to take me to the airport, car in tow, and then took my car to my girlfriend’s house and dropped it off. Didn’t charge me extra or anything. He was more than happy to help. It’s hard to tell the story even without getting tears in my eyes. It was like a miracle. This guy is a REAL genuine human being. And Anna, the owner, was also incredibly nice. I didn’t even get a chance to pay until the next day. I can’t say enough about this company. Thank you so much from myself and my whole family, Mike!! You are a godsend. Customer service at Town Line is definitely better than some other towing places from my call to the tow truck showing up was about 45 minutes. Mike was helpful getting me and my car home. The price is a little steep $200 for 13 miles (flatbed)
Was violently harassed by a flatbed driver on Christmas Eve. After yelling at me for easing into traffic on mineral spring ave he proceeded to yell at me and threatened to pull over and fight. He then got with me on the highway where he forcefully tried to run me off the road twice. He then got in front of me and jacked on the gbrakes making me skid out of control. All this because I got in front of him in stop n go traffic.
Needed my son's vehicle inspected. They were quick, and thorough, and gave some extra information we were not aware of. Great service station!!
Everytime i call for a tow they are all ways honest with time and fair with price i been a customer of theirs for years and will continue with their tow service as long as they are in business
Was involved with the little accident the police transported my vehicle my vehicle to town line recovery what what a great place and great people great people they did everything possible to transfer my car to an auto body And I wasn't even worried about vandalism because they locked up securely in their locked yard I would do business with them again thank you not Providence police
