Engine died on 95 while passing through the area. I don't have roadside assistance, so I did a quick Google serach and found Leo T's. I called him up and he was at my location in roughly 30 minutes. He was very friendly, very professional, took care of towing my car properly (AWD), and helped me feel at ease with getting my car towed to a shop I also had to Google. Issues have arisen in my car situation, which needed another tow to another location, so I called on Leo T's again. He said he'll take care of everything in regards to the towing and getting my car to its final resting place. I would definitely save his number and HOPE I won't need to use him again, but if I'm in the area again, I most definitely would.

Joe rescued us from I75 when the transmission in our Chevy 1500 failed. We were towing a small sailboat and he had a truck that got us to the repair shop late on Friday night, and got us and our boat to a safe place. Super nice guy, professional and knew his business. I highly recommend breaking down near Gainesville so he can help you too!
My car broke down in a very bad spot, I called four other services before contacting them. When I got a lot of them they gave me a fair price and had my car picked up in moved quickly and efficiently. I’ve never seen a towing service with 5 stars before but they definitely deserve it

We would give Gatorback 10 ☆ if we could. Joe and Maria rescued us after we had to leave our truck at a dealership for an unexpected transmission replacement. We were traveling on I-75 with our 2 big dogs trailering our Winnebago. After we left the truck, we needed a trailer tow to an RV park, 17 miles away. Not only did Joe tow the trailer, he also gave us and our dogs a ride with him. Using Gatorback was a rose among a day filled with thorns. We unequivocally recommend Gatorback.
I’m from Texas and was riding my bike to the bottom of FL and broke down and these guys came to rescue me when no one else would help me because it was mothers day and Sunday. As soon as i called them they drove over an hour just to get me and my bike. Then even better they dropped it off at the shop for me without me even being there. Best tow experience i’ve ever had.

Over all experience was above and beyond my expectations. The driver showed up on time as we scheduled, picked and pulled my truck with no problems, and even texted an image of the space where my truck was dropped. Mr. Alvarez was a superhero today. After loosing the clutch on my motorcycle, in the rain after working all day I called at least 4 other tow companies. Mr Alvarez was the only one that answered the phone. One company actually had a voice mail that was full! That’s not a business, that’s a hobby. These guys came out on a Sunday in the rain to tow my car. They showed up sooner than I thought and took care of everything. The prices are the best "at least half of others". Most of all is that I felt comfortable with this experience and I'm glad I chose them.

I definitely appreciated Jovany who was my tow truck driver. He was great, patient and understanding of my situation with my rental from Enterprise not starting. It's been rough for everyone in Tampa this last week after hurricane Milton and power outages. I finally have my power back tonight. Next time I need a tow I'll be calling and requesting Jovany.

Fantastic towing service, Mario was extremely knowledgeable and came as soon as I called. Prices were also very reasonable.
My car broke down and I was stressing about getting it towed, and worried about where it was parked. I called M & E Towing Services and they helped me get my car back to me safely. Friday afternoon in the middle of our day in the sweltering heat, the car breaks down. I called several towing companies in the area. Trident seemed to be not too far away. They had the fastest time and quoted on the spot. We were picked up within 30 minutes and no problem giving us a ride as well. The cost was actually less than quoted (I have never experienced that!) Very personable, professional and friendly. The number is saved in my phone!

Was extremely happy with the gentleman that came with a flat bed truck at well after midnight. He was very professional and realized how distraught I was. The courtesy and kindness were amazing! He took great care of my medical mobility scooter (with a dead battery) treating it as if it was a high end luxury vehicle instead of a very unique scooter. I have already been recommending Trident in case of future need. Also, when I am scared or nervous I talk non-stop and make really bad jokes. This kind young man was laughing with me and not at me. Took the time to push my scooter up the driveway and got it all plugged in to charge. Can't say enough good!

Llame a esta gente para transportar mi carro de una direccion a otra... me cotizaron un monto. cuando recogieron mi carro y ya estaban en ruta me llamaron y me incrementaron el monto a casi el doble de lo que mi habian dicho amenazandome en que si no pagaba ese nuevo monto iban a dejar el carro tirado en medio de la ruta viendome obligado a pagarles mas... no se dejen estafar.. ademas de eso me prometieron 45 minutos de espera y me hicieron esperar casi 3 horas diciendome cada media hora en 5 minutos llego.. asi por 3 horas. la verdad me hicieron pasar un mal rato y me robaron en la cara. I called this company to transport my car from one address to another. They gave me a quote, but once they picked up my car and were already on the road, they called me and increased the price to almost double what they had originally told me, threatening that if I didn’t pay the new amount, they would leave the car stranded in the middle of the route. I was forced to pay them more... Don’t let yourselves get scammed. On top of that, they promised a 45-minute wait, but made me wait almost 3 hours, saying every half hour “I’ll be there in 5 minutes.” They really made me have a bad experience and basically robbed me to my face.
1st time using this company. They were quick getting to me so my car could be towed to my mechanic. Very resonably priced! Driver was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Sam literally went to tow my car at 1:30 in the morning after two tow truck companies claimed they couldn't due to 'not being able to put my car in neutral". He did it in an hour and delivered my car safely and even gave his advice on what may be wrong and to reach back to him if the mechanic needed help with anything. Was very professional, sent pictures & video along the way and was very kind.
After going out to dinner on International drive our van would not start. We quickly realized it was most likely the starter. It was around 9pm. We called around for tow truck companies and this company answered our call. They were able to come out within an hour and a half and tow our van to the dealership. This two truck company is Amazing! If you need a two truck company for any reason do not hesitate to give them a call.

We called the closest company to where our car was broke down, they gave a us a quote, we called Linkup next and his price was almost 30% less and he was there within 30 minutes. Brindleys literally went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Benton was super knowledgeable and took great care of my BMW 650i and my motorcycle which were loaded up ion the same truck for transport!! Great Job !! I definitely recommend!!!

Quickest service!! Incredibly helpful person takes the calls. The driver Yonis was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend calling them directly. They were so reassuring, empathetic and understanding.
Best towing experience yet!!! Yonis really knew what he was doing. It was a bit of a challenge because I drive a lowered sports car, and he had it up on dollys in no time. I waited over 5 hours for triple A and had no responses. Called Yonis and within 25 minutes he was at the car and ready to go. He was quick, responsive, and had great communication. Plus for a great price, will definitely be a returning customer.
My lowered 350z broke down on the veterans highway during rush hour after work. I must have called 10 places that either didn’t have anyone available for 2 hours or nothing at all. I called TBB and within a half hour he was there to pick me up. He did a great job taking care of my car and getting us home. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. He was very professional and polite and also had a lot of information on where to take my car for help. If and when I need a tow, I’m calling TBB first! Thank you so much!
