I called James with an emergency flat tire this morning (4/1). He was honest, and said it would be a couple of hours before he could get to me. He recommended another shop if I needed someone quicker. I thought due to his honesty and wanting to earn my business, I said I was fine with the timeframe, and asked if he could fix it. James not only showed up an hour earlier than what he said, but had all the proper tools (custom wheels) to remove my flat, and change my tire within 5-6 min. I was more than impressed with his professionalism, willingness to help, and availability. I would recommend Jason 10 out of 10 times if you are in a bind. Thank you again, James!
I recently had to use JG Towing after my car broke down unexpectedly. I was honestly a bit stressed out, but they made the whole process a lot easier. When I called, the operator was really friendly and reassuring, which helped calm my nerves. They estimated a quick arrival time, and sure enough, the tow truck showed up right on schedule. The driver was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled my car with care and made sure it was securely loaded onto the truck. My family and I were traveling and had to pull over for what I thought was a brake pad problem. I called based on a Google search. Maddie answered the phone and got to us right away. He made sure my family was safe, pulled my vehicle onto his flatbed, and discovered my real problem. A big plastic cover had dropped and was dragging. He found a shop, went in to talk with the owner, and they had me fixed and on the road within an hour. I am a female that was traveling with children. Zaben towing was excellent to work with! I made a roadside assistance inquiry and was given an estimated time of arrival. Progressive contacted me and let me know they were on the way, then the driver from Zaben contacted me when he was 10 min away. The entire process was smooth and Thaer was very knowledgeable and he took great care of my car when loading it on the tow truck. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family and I ended up saving the number incase i need them myself for in the future. 5 stars all around!!

Zaben Towing was very easy to work with. They came right within the time frame I was quoted and kept in touch with me to let me know when they’d be arriving. The driver was very nice. He let me ride with him to the shop where my car is being taken as it’s much closer to home than where I was with the car for it to be picked up. Rodrigo was amazing to work with! Very professional and friendly, knows what he’s doing, and doesn’t break the bank! Before he started messing with the car he asked me if it was okay if there was some damage from his pull because of how deep in the mud it was so I appreciated his honesty. There was no damage and he got the job done!

Boat tire blew up on the side of the 287 in Ennis, within 30 min JJ showed up and swapped my tire while also helping remove the chunks of wood that caused the issue. This guy is legit!
I called jj’s yesterday afternoon to have my car moved from my mechanic’s to the dealership. It was great dealing with him. JJ picked the car up when he said he would and transported it safely to the dealership. I felt the fee was reasonable and the driver communicated with me throughout the process. Thank you! I am telling my whole family (and there are a lot of us) to call jj’s when they need a tow!
I called JJ’s Towing needing my car towed ASAP so it could get to the dealership for repairs. He answered right away, was super kind, and had it picked up and dropped off in under an hour. The price was totally fair, especially for how fast he got it done. He could’ve taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t. He was honest, helpful, and just a good human. Highly recommend—professional, fast, and full of grace when I needed it most.
I called a few places before JJ’s and everyone said it would be an hour until they can make it. When I called JJ’s they said 15 minutes and they were there! They carefully and quickly loaded our car onto the truck and out of harm’s way. Thankful for their quick and efficient service!

My wife had a breakdown during afternoon rush hour traffic and ended up stuck in the gore area with cars speeding by on both sides. In a panic she called Panther View to tow her. The female my wife spoke to on the phone was able to calm my wife down and told her to stay in the car they would be there shortly. Amazing and quick service. The tow truck driver AWS was super helpful when my EV completely died. He parked me near a EV charge station and asked if I was good which I said yes. I called and he picked up immediately. He was in the middle of changing a tire and right after he came for our rescue. He was at our location within 20 minutes. We needed to get towed but he wanted to help and try to jump start our battery and it worked. Instead of taking a bigger cut for towing which was $100, it was only $50 for jump starting our battery. Great service! We have unfortunately needed towing a few times in the past few months. Each time, there was quick availability to come tow my car with Shook Towing, whereas we had to wait hours for other towers to come. Fair price, similar to other comparable businesses.

Road Angel was a saving grace when I caught a flat tire. I got a flat on my way home from work. My insurance does not provide Roadside assistance so I had to move quickly on finding a tow service. Spoke to Jimmy and he was so nice and professional. I wasn't even sure if I had enough money that be able to pay for the service. Jimmy worked with me and told me what he was able to do to help me. I had a spare tire already so he gave me the price for them to come out and put the spare on. There was an issue with the spare tire, so Jimmy took the spare to tire shop nearby and was able to get me a regular tire. I was so.thankful. He worked fast and diligently. The fact that he was able to get to my location so fast. I will forever work with Road Angel going forward. They were honest and quick. Got a flat in the evening that couldn’t be changed because of lock-nuts. He picked us up in 10 minutes and was very friendly. Now our go-to tow company!
I chose Texas Towing because he didn’t badger me for payment up front. The other towing group asked for payment before and that felt like a scam. Andre called and texted very professionally and concisely. I was very worried about my subaru but watching his towing process showed me that he is well-experienced. I rode passenger and felt safe; there is a big empty space between the driver and passenger seat that is great. The inside of the truck is clean and well taken care of. He has Good Samaritan energy, and his receipt says “In God we Trust,” so we like that too.

I had a great experience! The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. The driver even followed up with a call when he was 20 minutes away from my location. My disabled truck was pulled out of a muddy, grassy area and was safely delivered home. They were very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.
On a day that capped a very bad few weeks, Two Bit Tow was like a gift from Heaven. It isn't often you can attest to someone's honesty and decency after only just meeting them, but I'm this case I can--both to the owner's and the driver's, his grandson.

My truck broke down on the 114 express. Nathan from Irving towing service answered my call quickly and was able to give me an accurate arrival time estimate and price. The driver, Nathan, asked me a couple of questions regarding vehicle than in less than 3 min, he had his truck ready and my car ON the back if his truck ready to go. I told him where I needed it taken, about 1.5 miles; he met me there, unloaded it...we were good. Nathan was awesome and courteous. I am keeping Irving Towing in my phone!!!!

Zak’s Towing is THEE BEST in all of Dallas! Zak is highly knowledgeable in the towing industry and extremely thorough when explaining the process. His dispatcher is just as thorough and they all seem to have a standard of kindness throughout this company. Also, he was the only towing service that got to me in under 10 minutes. Everyone else quoted me 1hr 45min. This is the Towing company to go! You will not regret it!

Billy and Shawn are awesome! Last week my truck broke down. Billy got to my vehicle quicker than the estimated time that was quoted by my insurance app. He towed it to my house. He was quick, efficient, and nice. I had to get my truck to the mechanic this week and I called Bill’s Towing again since they did such a good job the first time. Shawn came out and got my truck. Our daughter‘s car broke down completely when she was visiting a friend on a Saturday night. We expected to have to wait hours to get someone to tow it for us. Eriker towing came out in 15 minutes! They were extremely professional and worked quickly to hook up the car. Their previous ce was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

By far the fastest tow I have ever had. Arrived within 10 minutes (Grand Prairie). The young men were very proficient and professional. Very affordable. Due to my situation they had to drop the car and come back the next day to tow it to my house and they were very understanding and rescheduled me with no problem. Definitely will be my go to company!
I had a rough morning when my car broke down on the side of the highway. The insurance company sent a tow truck from another provider, and unfortunately, the experience was awful — both my car and I were treated poorly. Later, when I realized the car needed to go to the dealership, I contacted Eriker’s Towing — and they completely restored my faith in tow services. Their communication was excellent, they handled my car with care, and drove cautiously all the way to the dealership. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and more reasonable than other companies I contacted. Highly recommend! I’d definitely use them again. 10/10 service!

JP towing is a great company! Very nice people who communicate with you every step of the way via text messages so you know what’s going on. Prices are very reasonable and the payment process is very simple and easy to do. JP came right back to get my car when I found out I had to take it to another location, and gave me a great deal to boot!
