In 74 years this is by far the best experience with a towing company I have ever had! They responded promptly, came when they said they were going to, and gave me an accurate estimate of their arrival. Terrell was just the nicest young man who got my car loaded on the flatbed quickly, followed me to the dealer and unloaded the car. All while we were under a severe thunderstorm warning. Every towing company should model their service after what I experienced tonight! I would recommend this company without hesitation and especially Terrell!

I was having a pretty crappy day and my car not starting was just the icing on the cake. I went through my insurance and they connected me to Midwest Towing. Chris#66 came out and was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. He made my day ten times better. He got my car back to my apartment and even told me some tips and tricks about fixing my car without spending an arm and a leg! Thanks Chris!!

My car had mechanical issues. The first unit sent out by the company was called back to help with an accident. The second unit – I don’t know what happened to that. The third unit that was sent out came in a timely manner, and I could follow its progress.The driver was helpful and got my vehicle to where it needed to go. I paid over the phone with my credit card. The receipt was sent the next day by email.
Driver was very courteous and friendly. He even arrived earlier than estimated. They were timely in their notifications keeping me up to date. Would definitely use them again if needed.

These guys have been great, helped us quickly after hours and we're patient with us as we worked through insurance process.
Definitely recommend and would use again. My 1 ton crew cab dually (big truck) broke down on a Saturday night outside of Lincoln. I made a phone call to the dispatcher, he assessed the situation efficiently and he had a truck there quick. The driver was well qualified and courteous. He took excellent care of my vehicle and got us to safety. The value was very fair even though it was a late night weekend call they didn't take advantage of me.
I would recommend Meyer Towing & Recovery to anyone! Instinct Pet food has used them several times. They are prompt, courteous, & efficient. They have recovered our trailers from melting asphalt to towing our shag truck. They even went all the way to Omaha to pick up our semi truck that broke down. Thanks for all that you do!!
On a sunny Sunday afternoon, Jeff Day brought his rotator to help me pull my camper out of a ditch before it tipped over. He did an excellent job and kept my property from receiving any damage at all! This is such a great company that I am thankful to have in our community! James and his wife were very professional and responsive, I called while they were getting dinner and they both took time out of their day to help me out when my engine stalled leaving from the mechanics! They showed up in under 30 minutes and not only towed me back to the shop, but also offered to drive me a short distance back to my home. Excellent service.
James with B&C towing was very helpful, other towing companies were charging an arm and a leg but James was very reasonable. He quoted me a time frame and they were running behind but James notified me so communication was great on their part. They also notified me when the car was dropped off which was a plus as well. I would use this towing company again if I need anything towed. Thank you B&C Towing for everything!

I had an awesome experience with B&C Towing. First off they were able to quickly come get my car. Several other tow companies were too busy and none of them could match the price B&C quoted me. I have a really low profile HiPro Mustang, so not all tow companies have the equipment to safely tow it...but B&C was able to easily. They were easy to work with and were able to grab my car and take a payment without me being there on site. I would definitely use them again!

I unfortunately had a car accident what required a tow. Quality towing was recommended by the dealership where I purchased the car. When the police officer asked who I had called for the tow, the Officer said, ‘they’re solid they won’t be long.’ When the tow driver, Anthony, arrived at the scene, he was very professional and quickly got my car loaded up. As an elderly woman I was rather unnerved by the whole event. I started having a meltdown (crying, shaking, etc). I’m not sure why but I asked Anthony if he could hug me. He was so very sweet and gave me an big old bear hug. What a guy! That’s service above and beyond just a tow. I would highly recommend Quality Towing, not only for their quick response but for the exceptional understanding of this employee to alleviate my fears. Kudos!

Chance towed my semi and trailer for me. About 1700 lbs shy of being 80k. This wasnt an issue for him at all! He was excellent, friendly, and very skilled. He doesn't take short cuts, he's safe, and professional. Quality actually had no trucks available when i called, due to flooding and containers washing into a bridge, but he sent Chance, who was already on his way to another job. Very skilled driver. I have nothing but great things to say about this towing company. I’ve used them twice and have yet to be dissatisfied. Very friendly and punctual. They went out of their way to ensure I was picked up when no other company could.
I HIGHLY recommend Scott to anyone! My car was in a ditch about 1.5 miles off the highway on a gravel road. Other towing companies in the Lincoln area said they wouldn't do that type of work because their trucks would get too dirty. I called Scott at 5pm and he was around an hour away on another job. He drove around an hour to the gravel road and winched my car out in not an ideal scenario. He was concerned about getting the car out, not damaging anything, but also got very muddy in the process! After my car was safely out of the ditch - He offered for me to come by his shop so he could air up my tires prior to heading back to Lincoln. GENUINE AND QUALITY SERVICE! Affordable price. I could not recommend him more. Please call Scott!
Scott exceeded my expectations in the most genuine way I’ve experienced in the car repairing realm. What started as a simple tow for flat tires (ended up needing rims too), turned into Scott offering to help me find parts and even put them on, when I had no idea (and a bit in shock still) what to do, best place to go, and tight on cash. The parts I was looking at were ranging from $450-650 a piece. Scott looked around and hooked me up with $70 a piece. He cut me an amazing deal and helped me out with a smile on his face. It’s apparent to me Scott wants to do this because he cares. I felt like more than a customer with him. The next time I have an issue I know where to go and feel at ease with the trust I have with him.
Scott took on a tough rural snow/ditch recovery job when everyone else refused. When he showed up and evaluated the situation and did not blink! Saved the day. Thanks again.

Kenny is the nicest tow person on earth you can find and he’s in Lincoln! I would always recommend Kenny to anyone who needs tow services. I called him at 4:30pm on a Monday, the roads were slick with ice, and he came to tow my niece’s car in just 15min! I had gotten a flat tire and didn’t have a spare and was honestly quite distraught because I had called 8 different companies, I was on hold for a long time, they didn’t have a truck, or it was extremely expensive, but when I called wiestar, Paul (the gentleman that answered the phone) was VERY kind and dispatched someone to me right away. Then the man who came to tow my vehicle (I didn’t get his name) was very pleasant the whole ride to my destination and even answered all the questions I had for him to kill time during the ride. Also for a really great price!!! Cheaper than the other 8 places I called.
Daniel came and towed my little hatchback from my house to the body shop without complaints over the uneven and tight driveway. Great service, friendly, and polite!
The location of my car was a country and gravel road that got stuck in mud after a slight rain fall. Wiestar towing was my third call but should have been my first, they pulled through and were super quick getting there. Super nice and professional, I will ALWAYS call them first from now on!

I hate a horrible night with a flat tire and no spare..next morning I called this tow company. Very inexpensive at $70! I called at 7:30, by 8:35 I was sitting in the truck. The driver even met me at my house and brought me to my car to be towed. The driver Jeremy was very friendly and talkative! Very nice to have a service like this in Bellevue. I highly reccomend this family owned small business!

I had a recent experience with them , towed my vehicle while in hospital while expecting my kid . Was told to move it before it’s towed thanks to code enforcement they marked my tires after I was moved up the street 30 min prior from a family member. Neither the tow company nor code enforcement would let me a break as I did as told but still didn’t get a break even though I am a 8 year veteran pretty much told me it’s to bad . Just out to make a $ don’t recommend to use these guys . Paid 125...$because when I was notified it was they were about to close and Charges 20$ a day 80 for tow and picked up next day . Not willing to help out our vets and neither is the city of Bellevue.both out to just make $. Very unprofessional
If I could give them a true rating, it would be a Zero star. Their towing service was called to come and tow my car away and I was not there when they towing service got there. They towed my car away incorrectly (by dragging it up the back of the tow truck instead of doing it the correct way, in neutral). So they damaged my ABS and emergency brake system sensors and wiring in my car. I am now responsible for paying out of pocket because THEY are claiming they did nothing wrong to my car, and I am unable to drive my car because my brakes do not work. So, if you need a reliable towing service, it is not them. Own up to what you have done wrong, train your employees to care for others property as if it is their own. They are not trustworthy with your vehicle, especially if you are not present with them while they are handling it.
I have used Roger's Towing twice and have not had any problems. Excellent Service and price. 85 Dollars for two from I-80 to a mechanic in Bellevue. Highly Recommend.

This company literally waits till after apartment office hours to go to apartments and look for cars to tow so you cant call the apartments. Also, apparently your lease doesnt matter either they just do whatever they want. Have pictures to prove. My lease very clearly states we get a notice before being towed even if we have a sign out that says otherwise. My boyfriend got warning when he didnt get his permit right away due to not having a plate yet, but my brother helps me bring something inside for 10 mins and I came back outside to it being towed. The visitor parking lot was to far to carry what we were carrying, but the tower said that doesnt matter and the lease doesnt matter. The tower threatened my boyfriend but wouldn't repeat himself when we told him too then tried telling my brother he wouldn't even be able to get the car back at all. As he was driving away he then decided to take a picture of me. NOT okay.
Hands-down, the best towing company in the city fast courteous very very dependable. If I’m ever in need of a tow it’s the only place I’ll go LI. Towing is a step above. Where do I start. Waited 3 hours for AAA to show up. THEY DIDN'T. There AI assistant just puts you off. L and I was amazing. At our house in 15 minutes near Bennington. Very reasonable and super friendly (gentleman with long beard, didn't catch his name). I will never go anywhere else. Don't make my mistake with AAA. Call real professionals L and I towing is the best when you need emergency roadside assistance. Thanks Guys!!!
This company towed my vehicle from MY apartment after I already had permission from the property manager. I was literally gone minutes bc I came out in time to see them with my vehicle in the parking lot. When I tried to go talk to them to tell them I had permission, he drove head on towards me until I moved!! I had no choice but to pay $200 to get my vehicle back, and they were so unprofessional at the office as well. They don't care about any agreement you had with the manager of the property you are at, they will just claim they have a contract and they are allowed to. It was an illegal tow, and now I have to take them to court.
They say towing isn't a racket otherwise they wouldn't be in business. But we all know it is. Especially when apartments collaborate with them to make residence lives even more complicated. Trolling around looking to remove a vehicle is the opposite of a service. It's a racket. I rest my case. But keep telling yourselves it's not.

I got towed from my friend’s apartment complex and I’ve never been towed before so I was totally spooked. These guys were really helpful and accommodating! Getting your car towed is never fun, but the people that helped me here made it a smooth process.
DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER TOW COMPANY!!! ONLY CALL AUTO 1 TOWING!!! Charlie not only talks you through your crisis, he keeps you informed and updated. He's very detail oriented and does not keep you questioning or guessing for answers. I called around 430pm to have my car towed to the shop. He was there in less than an hour. Very quick, very efficient. It was easy to communicate to him my needs and he followed through perfectly. Once he picked my car up, he took full control and it was great to have the stress off of my shoulders. They are miracle workers here!!! Great team! Great intents, I've used them for over 3 years and this is why!!! Even the office staff is great! You know that grimy/icky/questionable feeling you get sometimes when you pick up your car from a tow lot? YOU DON'T GET THAT HERE!!!! THANK YOU CHARLIE!!! YOU'RE AN ANGEL!!!
These are the times when you should be able to give negative stars! Their employees will confront you, while on the clock, if they hear you speaking negatively about them! They will repeatedly tell you they are an MMA fighter and then hop out the truck like he's Bud Crawford ready to go. THEN has his TWO girlfriends stop by and try to jump one person there. So unprofessional, and dangerous! I would not trust them with my worst enemies car! Stay far away! And Charlie will deflect, and defend his behavior
Horrible.. they towed my vehicle which I admit was my fault but i called within 20 minutes of them taking it and they said I cannot retrieve it til the morning when they open. So you have time to take it but can’t give it back? I have the money to give them now. I explained I’m supposed to be leaving for work and my medication is in there as well. She said nothing can be done.. why is there a 24 hour service for towing but zero customer service?
Absolutely amazing. The mission of this company is admirable and they are super kind people. Instead of towing my car and costing me hundreds of dollars they just moved my car around the corner. So thankful for Charlie Anderson he is great

I was very pleased with the service I received. Ten tows made it convenient for me and came and got my car even when I was at work and got it to where it needed to be. I would highly recommend if you have any car issues and are in need of a tow.
I picked up a nail out in the middle of nowhere and needed to get back to Lincoln pretty late in the day (8pmish). I had no idea where to even have my car towed to and it didn’t look like any tire places were open that late that I could see. I called the first tow company that popped up (Ten Tows) and they towed me into Beatrice AND patched my tire, allowing me to get home the same night. They were super friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them enough!
I ordered Towing, and dispatch advised that they would charge us $165 per hour, which is already more than they usually charge since we had box trucks and it would be harder to get it from the snow, which was good for us. They were able to get us out in one hour but charged us $940, and the only argument for such a difference was that it was more complicated than they expected, which doesn't make any sense since they are charging hourly. In the end, they blocked out the truck and didn't let him go till we paid that crazy and not reasonable rate. This company is a scam and a fraud. Totally do not recommend using them.

Had to tow my work truck since it broke down on the job. They got there soon and didn't waste any time. That matters when you're losing money every hour.
While I was hauling gear, the transmission in my pickup broke. It wasn't a good time, but the tow truck they dispatched was the appropriate one for the task. The driver knew just what to do with bigger cars. I felt safe the whole time.
My car wouldn't go back in my driveway. The tow truck driver came immediately, found a tiny problem, and even suggested a local firm without charging more. It seemed more like a helpful neighbor than a business.
Picked up the phone right when I called. He was so patient with me, I was clearly frustrated. My insurance charged me more & I had to call my insurance for them to tell me the tow truck was an hour out after I had already been waiting on an ETA from them for 45 min!! But this guy Dispatched his guy RIGHT when I asked. I paid cash. Dropped it off right at the same time I got home. Thank you for getting my car home safe !!
Truck wouldn’t start in the middle of nowhere. I was expecting a long wait, but they showed up faster than expected. The driver was great—got me and the truck safely to the repair shop. Definitely recommend for emergency towing.

JoAnn (the dispatcher) and Reed (the driver) we’re both amazing. My insurance wanted to send me to Exeter where I would have had no place to stay and no way to rent a car. Basically no services whatsoever. They helped me find a Jeep dealer/service in Seward instead and gave me a ride to a motel. Reed even helped me get my luggage to the door. So professional, quick and really super nice. I recommend this towing company highly. I was have good experience in this shop to fix tire on my trailer. Truckers if you need quick to fix or change tire you can came here on your truck. This review is on behalf of Ameritruck, LLC in Charlotte, NC. As a business owner for over 20 years, we understand you can’t please everybody, but a business should try to help if the customer is grossly overcharged for the work performed. I have never personally written a negative review on a business before but in this case, it may help someone else from making our mistake. Our best driver, with a good driving record, unfortunately lost control of the tractor/chase car he was driving on 2/24/17 due to excessive wind and ice. Hitz Towing was called and we had a recommendation that they were a good company that would treat you fairly. When they arrived, they were directed by the police not to remove the truck which was on the side of the road until the weather got better the next day ($800 charge for no work done). They recovered the truck on 2/26/17 and we received their tow bill yesterday for $5,534.50! We have a good local wrecker company that reviewed the bill and was shocked at the cost. His consensus: Highway Robbery Without A GUN! I spoke with Randy Hitz (owner) concerning the bill and was deeply disturbed by his comments and position on the situation. In our business, customer service and relations are very important. Based on our conversation, this is NOT something Randy cares anything about. He called our driver an “idiot” and said I was one of those “do-gooders” that will never do good in business by helping people. He proceeded to state “you used the cheapest driver you could get at 30 to 50 cents a mile and deserve what you get”. How somebody that doesn’t know anything about the driver or his compensation and blames him for an accident beyond his control, is ridiculous (police report confirms no fault). It’s obvious he only cares about money and will make false statements to defend his position. There was even a $50 administration fee which I guess is for making sure they absolutely charge the most they possibly can knowing you must pay it, or you can’t have your vehicle. BUYER BEWARE: If you have a choice, I would highly recommend considering an alternative for any wrecker service needs. These guys will prey on you and could care less about your situation. They don’t care and will make you pay HUGE MONEY to show you that!
I highly recommend this company 100%!! We were moving from Bismarck North Dakota to Conroe Texas. We stopped in York first night, had to extend stay 1 more night but was asked to move our huge, long uhaul truck with trailer to the near by lot. What they didn’t mention to us was that if it rained (which it did) that the lot turns into a marsh! Our 10,000 lb uhaul truck loaded to the gills with stuff sunk down into the mud. We called AAA but they wouldn’t be able to help. So we called uhaul and they said it would cost $350!! Even though we had trip insurance!! I called Hitz and bless their hearts, the cane right over and pulled us out of the marsh!! We didn’t have to pay $350 that uhaul was going to charge us either. They are friendly, fast, reliable for their word and a GOD send when you think everyone is out for themselves they look out for you.

Our car unfortunately got stuck in the driveway, and a driver named Ben tried to dig it out and eventually just had to use the tow truck but he did all he possibly could. He was very very nice, helpful, all around a great guy and we appreciate him so much. Triple A told us they canceled our request because they don't understand how we got our car stuck in the driveway...awful
I highly recommend Blackburn Towing! My son had a motorcycle accident and they went above and beyond to help me with his motorcycle! Ben was nice and helpful and was easy to deal with! The lady that answers the phone was also very friendly and helpful and I had zero issues working with this towing company! The cable came loose on my new battery and the car would not start. Have AAA and they would not respond to a direct call. Called Blackburn's and the rep came right away. Took car back over to where battery was installed and they tightened the cable.

Got a tow from this company and they broke my ignition. The driver jammed the wrong key in there and twisted it, so now you can't even turn the key. He wasn't able to put it in neutral (though he claimed he did) and pulled it onto the truck with no tire skids. When I spoke to them they denied that it happened. Now I can't even get to a mechanic.
Our serpentine belt gave out just as we were merging onto I80, and to our dismay, we discovered another part had also broken. I swiftly called for help, thinking we'd just get a tow to the auto parts store so my husband could make the repair. Instead, they went above and beyond, offering to pick up the necessary part and fix it themselves. In just an hour and a half, from the time I made the call to the moment they completed the repair, they had us back on the road. I'm immensely grateful for their swift and generous assistance. Thanks to them, we didn't have to endure being stranded on the roadside with our little ones and pets. Thank you so much!

Amazing job! Very helpful crew. It was my first time calling for roadside assistance, and they were very transparent about the whole process. It was not easy! My vehicle was stuck in very thick mud about 1/2 mile from gravel pavement. These guys put in a lot of time, effort, and energy trying to get it unstuck. Eventually it worked out! Thanks again!

Less than stellar location but the staff was very helpful. Parked on the street to load but it was wide enough.
These guys put in a pool at a neighbor's house and either the pool subcontractor or they themselves decided to use my front yard to turn their semi multiple times after I specifically asked them to stay off of my yard with their trucks. I asked them who the pool contractor was and they claimed to not know who the company was after hearing my complaint. What kind of an answer is that?

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Worst experience I've ever had with a towi g company. The operator was extremely rude to begin with. Then she tried telling me it would be THREE hours & $300 for a winch out!! Are you kidding me? Thankfully I was able to find someone else! Extremely rude & unprofessional & I'll never do business with them. And I'll steer everyone I know away from them as well!

They take advantage of the situation. During cold weather my semi truck air lines froze up. I had it towed to a shop3.5 miles away. Truck only no trailer. They charger $765. I hope they sleep well at night.

Would not recommend this service they towed my vehicle incorrectly and damaged it
I just got back home after a road trip with my sister. We went from northern California to Eastern Ohio in the beginning of June 2020. Our car broke down in Nebraska about 16 miles from Lincoln. We contacted this tow company for assistance, and even though it was a long. hot wait, we immediately forgot our misery when the driver showed up. His name is Josh, and he is a awesome young man, and our saving grace that day. He went above and beyond his job duties to help us with everything, which I won't bore ya'll with the details, but just know it was very kind and considerate of him to help us so much. Little things for some are humungous for others, so I'm very happy we were sent Josh and not some stuffy, dull driver that would've been uncomfortable to deal with. To the owners of this business, just know you are very fortunate to have such a kind,caring and funny individual working for you. Thank you so much. Jami and Julie
