Just passed my class ! Teachers were great both carlos and Chris were really helpful with teaching,testing and taking time from themselves to help us with anything we needed really recommend this class .
Qualified rigger and signal class was great. Chris(the instructor) was extremely knowledgeable on the material. I would recommend this class to anyone working witg or around cranes!
I have to admit the book and the instructor made obtaining the knowledge of crane operations easy , to the point were I even scored a 91 on my exam and I’m not a book smart guy, so I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is looking at getting their national crane certification
I recently finished the crane course and couldn’t be happier. The staff both made it feel safe yet showed us real life scenarios which shows that they care to make great students. Overall I would and have recommended the courses they provide to friends and family
My ol' man just took Chris's course. It's a very thorough course that goes over anything and everything that you would need to know and that you wouldn't think you need to know. He is very skilled and knowledgeable.

Wow, very impressed with Gonzalez Towing Services. Very professional Excellent customer service and excellent prices got three quotes before I found them and the quotes were two to three times the amount that Javier quoted me. Right there and then I knew there were the winner I didn’t have to look any further, now my next issue was going to be the waiting time. I have wasted 1 hour calling around trying to get the best price. I’m here at the Westside trying to get to the Eastside!! And not just that, but Javier himself promised a tow truck within 30 minutes because one of his tow trucks was around the same area as I was so I told him to please keep me posted of any changes and that’s exactly what he did after waiting for 30 minutes. He gives me a call letting me know that his guy is running late and taking longer than expected so Javier made me his priority and decided to jump in to another flatbed because that’s what I requested and came to the rescue I felt l was getting VIP treatment! Who does that nowadays put the customer first and make sure I was on the road within 45 minutes from the first time I spoke with him!! Wow that’s what I call Great prices and speedy services. My wife and I rented a car from Albuquerque Airport for our vacation to Utah, which stranded us on the side of the road an hour outside Albuquerque due to electrical problems. We called AAA who sent us Sergio! Sergio was amazing, making sure we were safe and getting to us quickly and safely. He was extremely efficient loading up the car and got us back to the rental center as fast as he could, keeping us engaged and distracted from our frustration the whole way. He even let my wife fulfill her dream of pulling a truck's air horn! He was incredibly kind and helped make our not so great day a lot better!
N&Y Towing made my bad day better. Want to say thank you to Ricardo Caballero for making the tow process quick and simple. He was very communicative whether it was updating me of his ETA or making sure I was fully aware of what he was doing in order to get my vehicle on his flatbed. I honestly would never want go through this experience again, but 10/10 do recommend Ricardo👍
AAA set me up with N&Y towing because my vehicle wouldn't start. Lorenzo came out to my house in far south Valencia County. Lorenzo got my vehicle started but still followed me to O'Reillys for a new battery. When they wouldn't help me put the new one on Lorenzo stayed to help me. Lorenzo wasn't able to change my battery because he did not have the right tools but I appreciate his willingness to try. I offered to pay Lorenzo but he declined and said AAA covered. Such a kind respectful young man
Completely happy with their services. Did it for a reasonable price and was there within a very reasonable time. He was extremely quick about getting it hooked up and to the drop off location. Even was able to get it into a difficult driveway to drop it off. Quick, efficient, and friendly. I'll tell everyone I know and definitely keep them in mind if we ever need a tow again!

The only towing company we will use! Our car alternator gave out tonight while driving and we were left on the side of the road in Albuquerque. I decided to call Macy's to see if it was even possible to get it towed home (30 miles south) and from the start of the phone call until the car was back home in the driveway was such a great experience and it was super fast. Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious he was experienced and knew what he was doing. He arrived to us in less than 30 minutes introduced himself and explained what was going on while hooking up the car, asked questions about what happened with the car and gave some suggestions. He didn't mind when our daughter came outside to see the tow truck when we got home and was so nice about the whole situation. I highly recommend this company!
I was in a snow bank and needed some help. This wonderful gentleman answered the phone on a snowing day and came 45 min to come help me out of the snow. It was amazing. I would highly recommend this company. Their help was perfect after I had called lots of people that couldn’t help me because they didn’t have 4 wheel drive. This company gets my 5 stars.

Andres showed up early to tow a 12 foot long 4500 Lb. toolbox for me after the "other guys" gave me the runaround. He was the definition of professional and handled the out of the ordinary task like he had done it every day for years. I will not call another company again. Great roadside RV service! Charles and his team were great! On a trip from Denver to Tuscon to trade in our old RV we ran into trouble after a fuel stop and were stuck black mesa travel center with no air pressure for our brakes. We contacted AAA around 4:30pm who initially had trouble tracking down a provider that could tow our class A RV. AAA got in touch with us and gave us possible quotes between $1300 and $3500 to have a service provider come out to assist. After being connected with Charles he suggested it would be best to come out first thing in the morning since part stores were already closed. We agreed, being safe and comfortable at the truck stop to wait. Charles went above and beyond to troubleshoot our air system. He arrived ready with possible necessary replacement parts. We eventually found the housing for the compressed air filter was loose and not allowing the compressor to pressureize the system. (This was over 2 full hours of troubleshooting). An inconvenient delay but we avoided a steep repair or tow bill. Thank you Platinum towing, and thank you Charles!

Short wait time. The operator was courteous and professional. He did a clean 4 point hook up and drop off. I rode with operator to drop off site and the rig was neat and clean inside and out. Admin provided great customer service and followed up with needed paperwork. I strongly recommend their service.

Called on a busy Sunday afternoon and the dispatcher let me know of approximate time. I was told it could be 1.5 hour wait for a tow. Joe showed up at about one hour very professional and quick. We have a fleet of over 100 vehicles and Statewide Towing is my go to. It's difficult to find reliable service, so once we find it, we stick with it. Extremely responsive and very reasonably priced.
Our motorhome broke down about 30 miles west of Albuquerque. We had Good Sam Roadside Assistance, so we called. After about 3 hours dealing with them and no assistance, we found Statewide Towing. Sergio came out within an hour. Towed us to a nice hotel and took our RV to his mechanic brother in-law. Had it repaired, blew a sparkplug, by the next day and made it to Phoenix safe and sound, no issues. Hats off to Sergio and Luis. Highly recommend Statewide Towing and Recovery.

This company is fast professional, friendly and highly recommended! The only local tow company who is actually 24 hour service. All others claim to be but don’t answer the phone, are not able to do it “until the morning “ or set up an appointment and completely ghost afterwards. These guys were so helpful fast and really pulled through when I was in a bind! Call them 1st.
Sergio is a life saver. Quickly answered and was quick to get on site. Our car was in a tricky spot to get out of and just completely messed up. Incredibly stressful time, but Sergio was friendly, professional, and took care of the car even though it was extra tricky. The service was priced well. I cannot say thank you enough.

Broke my driver door on my F250 and came to these guys to have it fixed. So happy I did! Just picked up it up today and it looked great, their service from the beginning was great and very helpful. They kept in touch during the process to keep me updated, truck took a bit longer than originally anticipated but it was well worth the wait. Definitely recommend going here!
The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I am disabled and had questions about the process and my options. I was met with hostility and aggression from the manager. My vehicle had been stolen from and when asked about security he told me that anyone can break in anywhere. I am very disappointed on how I was treated and told to get off the lot. I'm not even a person that writes reviews often but this was horrendous.
Very fast and friendly service. Were able to come and get my vehicle jump started. Charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business.

Got my car repaired after a semi tire destroyed my front end. Joseph and his team were so kind and helpful. They were constantly keeping us informed so we never felt out of the loop. We had an eventful car issue recently and we called tow masters for help. They were absolutely WONDERFUL, the dispatcher said 40 minutes and they were at the location at the exact time. Timeless is huge for me and I was grateful. This happened on a Sunday evening and most places are closed but they are 24hrs which helped tremendously in this type of situation. I will definitely use them again if I have to.
Fast: I only waited a few minutes for the tow truck to show up. He got there and loaded up in about 10 minutes. Had a small issue so I got in touch with the owner. He told me not to worry we will get it all figured out. We did get everything figured out as he was willing to pay for what ever he needed to. Everything is back in order now and I didn't have to pay anything. The owner was very helpful and honest. I would recommend using them for towing.

Their availability is far more flexible than I expected but the driver tried to overcharge for towing my car 1.5 miles. This was very unacceptable to me.

I was up until 3AM waiting on a tow/winch in a very rural area in a creek bed. When the original company finally told me the driver turned around and was headed home (?!), I gave up and waited until morning. Despite our agreement to try again in the morning the company ghosted me (and the insurance agent). Insurance then found Freddy at Anytime Towing. He was responsive, helpful, and I was pulled out in a matter of minutes. Upon arrival he was friendly and reassuring that it wasn't that bad and then talked me through what to do. Great Customer Service, Great attitude and Fabulous Professionalism. 5 out of 5 for sure!
Not sure the gentleman's name but he was great!! He came to get our rental after we had an issue with the brake system. He waited around 3 hours with us while we waited to get other accommodations to continue our travels. From Oklahoma to Arizona!! We were just passing through. He gave us tips for what to do next. He offered to transport my husband to get another rental. He was personable, patient and cool. Thank you sir! We are good now!!
I needed two vehicles towed in one day - and I was stranded at work. I fully expected to be on hold forever and sitting around for hours waiting for a tow truck. But, I was able to coordinate my vehicle pickup with the time I got off of work, ride with my vehicle to the mechanic, and then to my second vehicle at my house. The dispatcher and the driver, Shawn, went above and beyond to help me coordinate all of this, and made the process super easy. We broke down in our motorhome in Santa Rosa, NM. Brett drove out there, almost 2 hours away, got started hooking up right away. He was extremely meticulous in everything he did to make sure the trip to Albuquerque for our 40' motorhome was safe and secure. We drove our car behind him all the way to Albuquerque. He was an incredible driver, so safe, I was thoroughly amazed. Brett is the kindness, courteous young man who does quality work and works hard for his company. I would use them in a heartbeat and give them the highest recommendations possible! Thank you Brett for taking such good care of our home. You are THE BEST!!!
Not even worthy of one star. Right off the bat of someone answering the phone he was rude and very unprofessional. Never do business with these rude inconsiderate people ever. When you work in a business you should be understanding and respectful but no this business doesn’t even know the beginning of that. Negative 5 stars.
They told me to tow my truck in 1 hours and didn’t show up for 3 hours when we call another company they said we had to pay you because we didn’t cancel even they they don’t have eta for pick up
I'm so happy I called here. Unexpected car trouble is the worst and it was nice to be able to call a place that was friendly, understanding and had great communication. They answered all my questions and I was able to follow them to the repair shop. Response time and price was reasonable. I felt taken care of and although I hope to never need a tow truck again, if I do I would call Knittles Towing again.
My boss just asked me to call Knittles Towing to tow a few vehicles that have been parked on our commercial property for years (long story). Dispatch was very responsive, courteous, and the trucks came out very quickly. The driver I spoke with was very easy to work with - and again, very courteous and friendly people. I had no idea Knittles was in ABQ, and so easy to work with. From now on, I'll be calling them to tow away vehicles illegally parked in our commercial parking lots. Thanks so much!

This place is a joke. Had a car broken into and towed to GMC. While picking up the vehicle from the apartment complex, they rammed the vehicle into one of the garage doors. Once vehicle arrived to the dealer, the driver crashed the vehicle into a brand new $100k 2025 gmc sierra. Driver then proceeded to argue with our boss saying the damage wasn’t that bad and that he would tell his boss what happened and proceeded to charge $120 for the tow ? After damaging the vehicle twice ? When we called to confront management, they were completely unprofessional and said their driver said he didn’t hit anything which is a complete lie. He was caught on camera and 4 people witnessed him hit the truck. Do not recommend. Go to A-Albuquerque towing

Randy's Towing came to my rescue earlier this evening. The driver, Rafael was excellent. He not only showed up 10 minutes earlier then expected, he was extremely polite and friendly. He deserves a 10 star rating for sure.
The tow truck came quickly, flipped my truck back right side up, and even had things cleaned up quickly. Also, great customer service!
I am not sure what the tow driver‘s name was, but he was excellent. Gave me really good service help me out after the first tow company had towed my vehicle to the wrong destination got to me within 10 minutes of me making the call the other company they didn’t really care. It took them an hour to get to me, but Randy’s towing was quick and efficient overall highly recommend 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience. Sierra, my driver, was absolutely AWESOME! He actually got my van started before it made it the shop. He still made sure I got to where I needed to go an assisted with talking to the mechanics. I recommend and would use them again. Ask for Sierra. He's the best😉

The employees at Discount towing will rush you into making a decision. Every time I call they'll leave you on hold 20 minutes then make you feel unimportant as if they are too busy to address the issue. They gave me the wrong info then then get hotty when you ask for clarification. That company is such a mess. They are very difficult to work with.
It was late evening and my sister got a flat tire. I google and this company and it pop up so I called. The receptionist was very friendly and told they had a truck and will be there in 20 mins. The driver was friendly and fast. Towed my sister car safely back home. Highly recommended this company!

A little slow getting to us but they was busy when I called. But they came at night and picked up my motorcycle. Did not charge me alot by far the most reasonable price for a wrecker in Albuquerque. Will most definitely call them again if in need of a tow.
Travis saved our Christmas! My family and I ended up in a dire situation when we were driving from Los Angeles to Albuquerque on Christmas Day. About 30 minutes outside of our destination, we got a flat tire and ended up stuck just off the freeway as the sun was setting and the temperatures were dropping. We were unable to fix the tire on our own, our insurance company couldn’t send someone, and there were no Ubers or Lyfts in the area. Just when we thought that all hope was lost, we were able to connect to Madrid. They got us in touch with Travis, who went out of his way to meet us and fix our tire, on Christmas night, no less. He was able to help us install our spare tire and allowed us to wait in his warm truck, even with our little chihuahua in tow. Eventually, the car was up and running, and we were able to drive safely to our destination. Travis even went the extra mile and drove close behind in case anything went wrong. We are immensely grateful for Madrid and Travis for going out of their way, and are happy to recommend them to anyone in the area.
The woman told me 20 minutes turned into 3hrs! Each time I called for an ETA I was given an excuse! 1st one was that the guy they just hired was not all there..non-professional answer..next..the emergency brake didn't work so the guy had to go and exchange the tow truck..guy arrives and doesn't have a jump start! He wants to drag my all wheel drive up on the tow truck! No! Cancelled and sent him back. Called Bones towing company and they arrived in 20 minutes and had great servive5with them..will never call Madrid Towing service again😥
We had a car that was stuck in sand in a mesa. Our insurance company sent two different towing companies, who both said they did not have the equipment to do the job. I called Madrid and they were very friendly, responsive, quick and able to get the job done! I highly recommend their services.
Constance was courteous and kind when I needed my car towed last week. She made a stressful and scary time more tolerable. Today she also went above and beyond to get me a receipt...on her day off. I highly recommend this company.

Did a good got once we got them out there. Charge us a 165 ton crane price and did the job with a 100 ton crane didn't adjust price when asked about it.

My battery died so I had to get my car towed to get a new one.These folks were professional from the beginning, and Gilbert was an absolute joy. I will certainly use this company the next time I need my car towed. Highly recommend!
Place was amazing. Bought artificial turf from artificial turf recyclers and had them deliver it. Also, aaccommodating on what date/ time. Laughed about military discount. My only warning is if one of their delivery drivers tells you that they “can do a job, it’s what the do in the side” steer f’n clear. He cannot do the job and you’ll get scammed!
Originally placed a call with NM towing but Acme was dispatched. Arrived when they said they would and driver called me when he was 5 minutes out. Had the pleasure of working with Nick who took care of my vehicle. Since it's a low height vehicle he was diligent and used 2 x 4s to help get the car up the ramp, I usually bring my own with me since this isn't usually the case and appreciated the extra step he took to do this. Ended up having an issue with availability at the garage I was taking it too as well and ended up having to bring it back to my house. Nick worked with dispatch so I wouldn't have to pay double, which was great! Would recommend!
It started out as a bad experience because my vehicle wasn't in my name and the original owner is deceased. So i ran into a few issues, but mike was cool. He told me what i needed and i got my car back without being rummaged through and that means a lot to me. Thanks so much!

Don’t use this shady company, if I could give a 0 I would. I contact them to tow my truck he claimed to be a mechanic hired him to work on my truck, he ignored my calls and messages for 2 weeks. Told me what was wrong with it, paid him he ignored my calls and messages for another two weeks. Told him I need my truck if you can’t fix it I’m going to have to take it elsewhere. After my truck was broken down for a month! I live alone need my truck for work and to buy groceries, He never gave an estimate or a deadline. Or a receipt of everything he did when he finished. He said it was fixed don’t have to. Paid him for his labor, later on I found out he did modifications to my battery wires and the end of the terminals I didn’t agree to, he bought the wrong battery so that’s probably why he modified it. The old battery was a side terminal battery he bought a top battery terminal. Don’t know if he bought it or it’s just a used battery that he had around no receipts were given to me that indicates he bought it. Stole my cbd pen, my rosary that I had in the truck is broken, my rear view mirror was broken off damaged my window, my prescription eye glasses were stole or lost there not there anymore in the glove compartment. Lost my key to my door. He said he’ll replace it never did. The very next day after getting my truck it broke down didn’t want to start in the morning shady company don’t bring your business here. Texted him that it broke down need a tow, need you to check it out thought it was fixed? Just ignored my messages. Had to take it to a different mechanic he fixed it in 1 day. Now it runs fine. Contacted him to replace the key still hasn’t answered, he’s ignoring me so bottom line don’t trust this company with your business, or property.

Called to request towing, I spoke with female associate and was assured our car would be picked up the next business day. We never received service. We called and left messages due to no answer. Never did receive service or returned call. Horrible customer service!

They were late, the driver refused to speak, had me only talk with dispatch and they over charge for their services by 4-5 times the going rate. I’ve also requested an itemized receipt but they have chosen to ignore me. Don’t ever use this company for towing purposes. They’ll empty your wallet and cry about how difficult it is to tow. Screw this company!
This company has been amazing! My husband was in an accident in which his car was totaled and these guys were SO quick to get to us before the city company did, which would’ve charged us both towing and storage fees...Town and Country has a flat towing rate and said we didn’t have to pay a storage fee at this time because we have insurance and our insurance company was already investigating. The company driver (I didn’t catch his name) Informed us of this when the city company showed up and our car was already on his truck. We could’ve been facing 2 towing fees and a city storage fee if we would’ve went with the cities towing but this WONDERFUL company stepped in was informative and compassionate to our situation and is taking care of us! All my personal belongings were stolen, yes stolen, typical of a tow yard. They also said that the attending officer to my accident had my belongings. I have spoken to that officer. Officer said nothing in my vehicle was removed by him. Someone is lying. But when I got to my vehicle... it was vacuumed out. Super clean!

This business is a disgrace. On Saturday April 26th, 2025 they were dispatched to pick up my truck for a tow. The driver was supposed to be there at 2pm. At 330 the driver informed me that he was not coming and turned around at went home. This driver left my vehicle stranded for 48 hours until I was able to reschedule with another company. This tow was covered by USAA and so if this is how you treat Veterans then shame on you.

Our farm in Northern New Mexico just worked with RMS Cranes out of Albuquerque and they were solid. It was a complex job with two very large cisterns getting placed in some tight spots around our farm. Brandon made us feel confident that it would get done well from the beginning and worked with us the whole way through. The crane driver Demitri(?) was also very good and professional. The price was very fair and the job finished at the budget quoted. I would highly recommend this outfit for any crane needs in the area.

Car was towed due to an accident on I-25. Complete ripoff, $255.00 for a 4 1/2 mile tow. Then they wrote down a wrong address on the tow slip so I had to call to find out where they were located. MAYBE TELL ME ON THE PHONE THAT IT'S CASH ONLY! Seriously? Awful ripoff artists. Also the hours say 7:30-5:00 I was there at 8:15 AM and it was locked up.
A driver from this company almost drove me off I25. I tried to call to report the incident. Never got a call back. The driver was driving so fast I couldn’t even get a license plate number. He almost hit another car too right ahead of me he was switching lanes and speeding like if he was driving a race car down the road with no one else on it. Very scary situation. If i ever need towing I will def not call this company.
My car was in a wreck on I40, and I give credit to the tow truck driver for loading my car incredibly quickly and being easy to work with. However, when I went to retrieve my personal belongings, the company had already released my car to the insurance company with no release from me. I need to get things like my license plate...and now my car is further away and at a place only open M-F 8-5 which is a pain when we work and only have 1 car at the moment.
Their towing drivers like to cut off other drivers on busy roads without directionals. Careless drivers. One of their drivers cut across 4 lanes of traffic going up the hill on 528 and didnt even use a directional while cutting in front of us. Still didnt use a directional when turning onto westside blvd either. If they drive like this with their company vehicles Im sure it’s only a matter of time till they inevitably wreck a customers during transport.

I set up an appointment to have my car towed and the truck driver showed up with another vehicle on the back of his flatbed. Then the driver Jose tried to make excuses why it was my fault the car couldn't be towed. Even though he never answered my question about how my car was supposed to fit on a flatbed truck with a vehicle already on it. What a waste of time this company is.

The lady working the office was extremely rude and unhelpful at first but I then turned out that we got everything figured out n she did help me to get the job done and the car outta the impound.
Scammers, my family got in an accident. Thier car was towed here, they stayed in contact and was told that they had time to get there vehicle out by a certain time. When they went to pay they were told that they were to late. This place is misleading, criminal, and heartless.
I felt like I had a positive experience until I received an unsettling piece of certified mail. Im a local business owner, one of my vehicles was involved in an accident and towed to their yard. Went out early the next morning to get my vehicle out of the yard and sent to my mechanic since the damage was easily fixed. Talked to the office folks, they were kind and courteous. I was missing a document and they allowed me to fax it in and they would tow the vehicle. I paid what I thought was the full balance of what I owed before ever getting my vehicle towed. It went to the shop and I thought that was the end. Now Im almost a week later and Im getting a certified letter with a lien on my truck for like $40 without so much as a call? The thing is even post marked the day I went to the yard to pay. This is just grossly unprofessional. I've been stiffed by clients before and I get covering yourself... But $40? Make a phone call, I'll pull out my card. Would not reccomend to anyone on that basis, and I have several towing services I use on a regular basis
We had a vehicle towed here this morning that got stolen over the weekend. Dealing with this place is almost more stressful than dealing with having your vehicle stolen! After receiving a call from APD this morning that our vehicle had been towed here was a relief. Being close to the yard, we left work and rushed over to see the condition of the vehicle. Just to go back and see whether or not we’d be able to tow the vehicle out was a nightmare. On top of that, the driver who brought it in had forgotten to leave any records or paperwork with the office for our vehicle. Hence, the receptionist didn’t even believe that the vehicle was even on their lot! It was like pulling teeth to convince them that we are there for a reason. We ended up having to hunt down records somehow that the car on their yard was delivered to...their yard. Almost an hour and a half after being at APD’s records office, we got a call saying they found their record slip. Mind you, APD doesn’t update their reports for 10-15 business days at a time. Could’ve been worse but what’s with the runaround? Can’t check a vehicles VIN number on the dash to our proof of Ownership? So, already eager to pickup the vehicle, we picked up a trailer and head back to the yard. Apparently from the time we left to the time we got back, their credit card machine magically disappeared. Which we asked ahead of time if they accepted card and the lady approved whilst pointing to the machine. The total bill came out to 300 to get the car out of the yard. Luckily we had cash on hand to pay the bill, but how do you lead people on like that only to just say “whoops, I can’t find the credit card machine...we can only accept cash”? Imagine not having cash, with a truck and trailer, and needing to drive another 30 minutes to a bank to pull 300 bucks and head back to the middle of nowhere. Pain in the a**. Doubting this is the first time they’ve done that to people, I feel inclined to report this business to the department of Taxation and Revenue. Might as well call an Inscepctor from the City of Albuquerque or the County to come out and check on this place. It should be Red Tagged for not meeting commercial ADA requirements, in my opinion. The runaround can go both ways. The only reason this post gets two stars is because the receptionist was at least halfway respectable about the situation. You can tell she was trying to just do her job and abide by backward policies and disappearing credit card machines.

After reading the reviews I was super nervous about coming here to get my car after it being towed . My parking pass had fallen and so I got towed for it not being visible but the girl who helped me out was so sweet and did an amazing job. If I ever get towed again I honestly hope it’s with them.
Called and asked about why my car was towed, they lied and said they had authorization, then said "we don't need authorization" before telling me: "it's always the broke ones who call in and complain." Absolutely disgusting business practices
my boyfriend had his car towed at my Apartment complex and did not live there , although it’s not a great and happy situation. I can tell you these people are still respectful they are not rude , they answer all questions and help out as much as they can . We were still able to get our Grey Buick in a timely manner . I’m grateful . They worked fast to get us in and out . We paid $325.00 towed over the weekend they do except money orders, cashiers checks and cash . You can’t be mad at them doing there job and Bottom line there keeping the city and your location safe . 🙌🏽
This company is a scam. This company said my car was towed due to being double parked because my tire was in the line. Which many cars have a tire touching the line at my apartment. I was in the process of purchasing this car. They auctioned off my car and profited at my downfall. And im a combat veteran. This company is a scam and profits at the loss of others.
My car was towed at my apartment complex despite my permit being displayed. I was adamant on the phone it was there. Larry said he did not see it. Luckily he called me afterwards and said he looked again and it was there. He apologized but the damage is done. Made my husband and I late for work and missed wages for their mistake. I’m glad they took accountability but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I’m disappointed but glad they took accountability.

If your vehicle was towed to this place, I recommend you to take it out of there as soon as you can. that’s all I’m gonna say.
They tow my friends car from an accident, we never been on an accident before so we have questions, the guy don't even listen to us he was SO RUDE!!!
I would very much like to thank the employees working here. They were so kind and helpful in helping to recover my son's stolen vehicle. It was an awful experience to go through, but berceuse APD was so helpful in assisting to locate the vehicle, and taking it there. A very horrid experience became a blessing. Thank you very much!
The people there are so friendly and nice as long as you go in knowing everything you need ahead of time you will have no problems at all. Definitely made me feel better about my car getting towed and gave me great info on what was needed to get my car back.
