Absolutely amazing service from Pappu Towing. I was stuck in Astoria near LaGuardia with my Jeep Wrangler and needed immediate help. Huge shout out to Jared! All I can say is AMAZING! This tow company was truly so helpful and supportive and great at problem solving! I had a huge issue trying to coordinate where to bring my car for service because the roadside assistance service I was using was not helpful in the slightest, and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. EPIC was so patient with me, even though my problems caused them to be delayed with other scheduled services they had for the day. I sincerely apologize to the customers that were held up by me! But know that EPIC will do a wonderful job and they are so respectful! A lot of tow companies are definitely not nice to their customers!
My check engine light was flashing on my vehicle so I ended up reaching out to Epic Towing and Recovery to help me get my vehicle to an available mechanic. Getting your vehicle towed is always a stressful experience, but it’s worth mentioning that Azaldee Mohamed, my assigned driver for this tow, was very respectful and courteous. He showed up on time as promised, was very meticulous when hooking up my vehicle and transporting it, and was fun to talk to. His professionalism added a little light to a bad evening, which I highly appreciate when looking back in hindsight. He was very knowledgeable, patient, reassuring, professional, personable and explained the situation with my vehicle clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Rigging NYC did a great job hoisting solar panels for our project! We have used them many times in the past and have never been disappointed. Terrible service. Charged $225 cash to go 1.1 miles. A 10 minute drive. Didn’t scoop up my car onto the bed, wanted me to drive it onto the tow bed. Then wouldn’t let me sit in the front cab because of “company policy.” Asked for money while I was in my car suspended in mid air like I was going to run off. Terrible experience, would not recommend this tow company.

Car broke down in Penfield at 6:30pm on a Monday and they were actually the second place I called. I honestly didn't get his name but they were very nice, gave me all the info prior to him picking up the car. Super nice. He said he'll be about 30 mins and he came within 30 mins. Very quick and professional. Dropped off my car at the shop and they were great. 10/10 would be happy to get towed by them again.
Fast, courteous and professional! I'm in Syracuse and one of my drivers locked his keys in his work van in Rochester. These guys answered my call right away, were happy to help and showed up super fast. They even followed up with me to let me know when they were on the way to my driver and how long it would take. Amazing service from Christian. He came out and winched out my car that had a tire stuck on a trailer. It was a slightly longer wait, but once he got there, it took him no time. Great prices, wonderful attitude! Steve actually cares about customer service and driving strong business! He picks up the phone pleasantly and gives amazing prices for towing: generally but also offers towing if you have a salvage vehicle an you are towing it for salvage inspection. They take it there, wait, and tow you back! Who else does that?

Mike from Syracuse Towing & Recovery did an amazing job getting us going after our Tesla's battery died at the airport (Tesla did nothing to help with the vampire battery drain or roadside recovery). Because of weather, we had to cancel our first meet-up, but he graciously rescheduled. We got the car jump-started and a little juice, and then he got us to the supercharger. Wonderful service and a really nice guy.

Our car was accidentally parked in front of a driveway and got towed. It cost me and my husband 518 dollars to tow his car in an accident to their place of business. I understand if you need to charge a little more when you pick cars up from a accident. But when you don't get a say and you don't have a choice in who you get to tow your car. That's just ridiculous. All the little charges I felt like where outrageous. 60 dollars to sweep the street? 60 dollar diff charge? Whats a 60 dollar diff charge? 75 dollars to hook the car up on top of their base price. Also charged an extra 21 dollars for charging to a card. Thats ridiculous. You should be up front with your customers about all charges and fees especially if you are adding a fee on for using a card. Which wasnt told to us at the time. They were quick to take the money and rush us out the door. Probably because they know what they are doing and don't want anyone asking questions about any fees. They also put on the list that my husband didn't give them the keys. He did. Because one of the guys there gave him his keys. Not to mention the fee they charge per day the car is sitting in their lot. Which would be fine if they didn't charge us so much already. I understand you don't want cars just taking up space in your lot. Luckily we had someone who could help us out. But other people might not be so lucky. Just feel like they take advantage of the situation. When we were waiting on someone we knew to come tow the car, because the car isn't driveable. They kept asking how long. I hate that I feel like we were taken advantage of and unfortunately that's the world now a days. Just money hungry. If you have an accident don't.

Alvin helped me to get my brother's car from the Rochester airport to the Cortese Dealership so new key fobs could be made. Great Professional Service! Called for a tow to remove a junk car from a home I just purchased; their customer service was excellent start to finish. Pls do not book with this company. At 4pm I called them and asked for an inquiry about towing my car. One of the representatives said it will be $300 cash and if with card 326. He told me the driver will be at my destination in an hour. An hour passed by I called him again and asked for an accurate ETA and he said another hour. This was going on for four hours . The representative wouldn’t give us an accurate time of when the driver will arrive to me. He kept saying the driver will be there in 60 mins, and this is where it became frustrating. The tow driver ended up coming to me at 8pm. The driver told me the company just sent him out at 7:31 and they never told him about towing my car earlier. Which they wasted my time for four hours. When I got to the destination I took out cash to give the driver and the driver said the total was $326 and not $300. He then called the same representative that had us waiting and the representative told me that he forgot to update me about to price and how it’s not $300 anymore. This was so unprofessional and has an issue with communication. Please book with other tow truck companies.
Absolutely terrible experience. I called this towing company at 12:00 PM and was told a truck would arrive within 2 hours. Nothing showed up. I called again, and they told me to wait another hour. Finally, at 3:45 PM, a driver arrived—only to look at my truck and say he wouldn’t tow it, despite the fact that I had clearly explained all the vehicle details when I booked. I called the call center again and was told a different driver would come in 30 minutes. That driver finally showed up 2 HOURS later, and also said he couldn’t tow the truck. I ended up wasting my entire day because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism. These people clearly don’t care about you or your vehicle. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs.

My wife called to have our son's car towed from our driveway and was told it would be 3 hours before someone could come out. She scheduled the appointment and after 3 hours no one showed up. She called to find out when they would be here and the receptionist was extremely rude and defensive, telling my wife that the driver showed up and called her phone but she didn't answer. My wife works from how and our home office is directly in front of our driveway. When my wife stated that no one showed up, the receptionist just repeated "my driver was there" and told my wife to call someone else and my wife hung up. Then in this review section they decide to spread lies about the call and speculate about the condition of my son's car. The car actually does not run (imagine that!) and it was undrivaeable (deal breaker I guess), those are the types of cars that most tow truck companies tow, in my experience. Apparently the trucks owned by this company only tow running cars... okay, that's fine. If I could give zero stars I would. I recommend that you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, specifically with a company that's more empathetic, wants your business and doesn't relish in shaming customers for their reviews... using the comment section like political Twitter. We actually did spend our money elsewhere... we gave our $125 worth of business to Elonoc Towing. Good luck.
This company sucks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt; however, the communication skills are terrible. If we give our information to your dispatch and you arrive at a destination, you should be able to assure your customer about your whereabouts. The dispatcher was very rude. Driver came late twice and never communicated . Horrible experience.

Only guys we use for big truck towing! Service is exceptional & timely. They come highly recommended from me! Plus even if u call other places many will just refer u here anyway. I think peer recommendations says a lot
Service and prices are great but hours of operation takes a bit of guess work (they say 24/7 but that doesn't mean you can just call in a schedule an appointment whenever). Staff could be a little bit more friendly.

I recently called bx towing express to tow my car. I had parked on the street to visit a friend. I made my way back to the car just over a hr later. And the car wouldn't start. I explored other options than thinking it was the battery. I stopped a car for a jump as last resort. Still nothing. Finally called the tow. Driver Eric came to me promptly. He looked at my car before towing me. He came to the conclusion it was my battery and gave me a jump. Presto engine started!! I so pleased. He save me money and time dealing with a repair shop. Of course I tipped him well. And was on my way! I highly recommend them to anyone who has car problems. Thanks E!!

Luis was amazing, normal tow trucks take hours to get to you however he was able to get to me and less than an hour. Service was great. Came on time and reasonable price. If you’re looking forward to company you have to look no further because Luis and Bronx towing express is your option.
Great company. Great Service. I was stuck in the bronx for 4 hours waiting for mercedes tow service to come no one ever showed. I called them and explained my situation they had a tow truck to me in 10 minutes.
The team was very informative and helpful. Luckily, they were able to service me in less than 10mins after I got off the phone with them. Carlos called 30 seconds after and came straight away. I was lucky that they were close by my area, but I recommended all the way.

Someone else pointed out the fact that driver Ray has the skills! We have a location where people park and block our driveway A LOT. It is very frustrating to me and I'm SURE I'm known down at the local precinct as an EDP(Emotionally Disturbed Person)! Once we got the car ticketed, I called a Hook & Go competitor who told me he couldn't hook it because there was a car parked in front of it. Duh! You know, Ray has the equipment and skill to slide that Hyundai SantaFe sideways a few, then hooked and impounded no worse for the wear. Thanks guys. See you next time.
I contacted this company to get my car out of a pound. Johnny showed up promptly (much quicker than AAA) and with the proper licenses to gain access to the car. He was careful not to damage my car in the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make what was an extremely stressful situation a lot smoother. If I ever need a tow going forward I will not use another company. Thank you so much Johnny!!
Excellent service! Fast! A vehicle blocked my driveway at the middle of the night during a snowstorm. After the cops ticket the vehicle, I called and the guy came in 25mins. Highly recommended.

Johnny Merizalde towed two cars for us on the Saturday before Easter. I had called 6 other towing companies, including the one whom I had an appointment with, that didn’t show up at all, and just left us hanging out in the breeze. To say that John went above and beyond to help us out doesn’t fully describe the service we received that day. We had two non-running basement parking garage extractions, nowhere to put the cars and a time crunch to remove them. If you call Hook and Go Towing you are in good hands. I highly recommend. Best tow truck driver I’ve ever met.
