Ran over a screw driving into a wedding. Within minutes Luis called me and was on his way. He took care of my flat and topped off air on all my tires while I was inside. Customer service was great , definitely having them as my emergency contact from now on.

These guys were amazing!! They arrived quickly and my Driver was so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and took great care of my car. He was efficient. The dispatcher was amazing. She was so helpful and kind and caring and helped me during my less than fortunate event. The driver knew exactly where the dealership was. I was so impressed! Don’t waste your time on another towing company only call Go and Go.
After being left stranded by AAA for 6 hours, we called GO GO TOWING. They responded immediately and the driver was there within an hour. He was able to tow us, professionally, and was very friendly also. From dispatch to the tow driver, the experience was excellent.
Raul was so nice and made us feel at ease . He made it seem so easy getting our RV out of the dirt road desert 🌵. We were stuck out there for two days and no one wanted to do the drive but he did. Is was just over an hour . He was wonderful

Excellent service. I needed my car towed to the dealership by 9:30am so I scheduled for a 8:30am pick up and was given the price, and to lock in the time I had to pay half which I was ok with. The price they give is the price you pay no surprises at pick up. They arrived right at 8:30 and dropped the car off, even sent me photos of the car once it was off the truck. Don’t bother with other companies this one is the best.
Well what can I say. I was stranded on freeway 93, in the mountains. I was using a rental car place called turo. I had ran out of gas, and I had insurance on the vehicle , through the rental company. So from 11pm the precious day till 3am. It wasn't not this guy who came from the insurance company. He just got the call 30 minutes ago I seen on his phone. So thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul I made it home safe and sound because of you sir. So thank you..
Came within 30 minutes while me and my car were broke down on the Las Vegas strip in Cromwell casino parking lot. Everyone else was hours away and wouldn’t take cash because of how late it was at night. Max showed up faster than lighting McQueen and only charged me $140 cash. Everyone who needs a tow in the Vegas area should call Reggie Towing LLC and ask for max every time I know I’ll be asking for max each and every time.
Always friendly, on time and when I was shit down by two other tow companies, he had a solution! I definitely recommend!!

The service was quick, fast and efficient. I really appreciate the fact that I did not have to wait hours on a Tow Truck. I called and within 15 minutes RDX was there. The tow truck arrived very quickly. I did not have to wait long at all. The driver was kind, courteous and very helpful. He also had a wide knowledge base which was very helpful.
Awesome!! Our semi broke down in the middle of nowhere. They got a truck out fast! Tried to drop our trailer at our delivery but they wouldn't accept it that way so I set up through them a daycab to pick up our trailer and make the delivery the next day on time. They were reasonably priced, efficient, and enjoyable to work with.
Steve was wonderful! Picked me up at 5 am for a tow on a Saturday and dropped me off downtown to get breakfast and helped me load my car on a trailer all while by himself. Extremely kind and friendly, highly recommend probably the best towing service around.
My Family owns a towing business so my expectations are very high ! I had to use them 3 times in a bit over a week and each time they were right there no long wait and very accommodating on towing when i could not be there in one occasion, which is not what they normally do. There dispatchers are some of the best I have seen in the business. Great job ladies you all saved my bacon a few times in a week!
I want to give this place 5 stars only because the experience with my driver, who did all he could to treat my car right and with caution of potential towing damage. didn’t over charge as he could have squeezed me for more. Have to give 10 stars if I could . Rae the dispatch was so great . I had to drive from Saltlake Ut to rescue our truck . Dealer wanted 4 to 5 days to just diagnose it . She told me 1 hour the driver was there at the dealership in 32 mins . He loaded the truck on his flat bed and put it on our trailer like a well trained tow operator. Hands up All Point is in my phone book if I need help again . All the other tow companies wanted 10 times the amount they charges me . Thank you Rae and your tow company.

Great pricing, great service, quick and efficient. Car broke down today and I called a bunch of towing companies but none offered affordable services. Priority towing however was excellent and really courteous. Highly recommend to anyone in need. My driver Victor was really professional and any questions I had was answered.
We needed to reposition a broken truck that was blocking our garage door. Priority Towing arrived in 30 minutes as they had promised on the phone. The driver didn't have the proper equipment for the size of the truck (not his fault, we didn't inform him properly) and he was still able to do the job going above and beyond. Charged exactly what was promised on the phone. Thank you!
I have not had a vehicle towed for years and have heard horror stories from friends about their experiences. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Elite towing. I called yesterday to have an old truck that I bought moved. They answered the phone right away, requested that I sent them the to and from address via text, and responded they responded with a price within 15 minutes. They were able to move the vehicle the same afternoon and showed up during the 1/2 hour window that they set. Reliable, flexible, friendly, AND can follow directions. I was not there when Nelson dropped the vehicle off but he dropped off the truck exactly where I wanted him to. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Customer service rep quoted me a reasonable price, so I agreed to the tow. Two and a half hours later I finally get a call from the tower and he tells me a different price but much higher than before. I called the rep back and she admitted that she gave me the wrong quote and that she couldn't help me with the original quote. I cannot express enough how amazing this company is. We called them after another company screwed us over. Dispatch was incredible and let me vent and immediately put me on the phone with Issac. Issac said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. He texted me, and communicated with me every 5-7 minutes until he arrived so I knew he was coming. He was so professional and friendly. He clearly loves his job. He knew we were so stressed and took extra effort to do this to make us feel confident in his service. He also called me at drop off and before he pulled away again to double check I was ok, the car was ok, and I had the keys and all was good. Issac and the entire staff fixed our horrible morning and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Roy was very friendly and efficient. He came out at the set time to pick up our vehicle. 100% will use them again if I need another tow.
Was dispatched thru Geico for a jump start. Received two eta and txt notices that technician was enroute. Two hours later learned through Geico they had no driver available. Dispatched different co with another two hour eta. Communication with this tow company was sub par, unprofessional and unproductive.
The tow truck technician was super quick unlocking my vehicle. Quicker than any I’ve used in the past couple years.
I was stuck on the side of the highway at night and the insurance company was unable to provide assistance because they required an exact address. "I'm on the side of the highway. There is no exact address!" THANKFULLY, I looked up Gutierrez Reno Towing, and he was able to pick me up right away. Thank you Gutierrez Towing for picking my vehicle up when I was stranded.

Called & within 20 minutes the tow truck was there. The driver was nice & fast putting car up. Would recommend to anyone in that area.
The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said he would be at our location in 20 to 30 minutes and was right on time. He towed the vehicle to Chevy Henderson and gave me a receipt.The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him and the company. I did this review back in November and wrote it but didn't post. They are excellent.

Jorge was amazing; I was stranded on the side of I-15 on my trip to Vegas due to a flat tire. It was 12am in the morning and 2 hours away from Vegas. He came all the way to get me and my car and tow me to a tire shop in Vegas. Very thankful for his patience and service!

Needed to move my car about 50 feet from the front of my house through an RV gate into the side yard. Jorge showed up right on time at 1:00 and had the car exactly where it needed to be by 1:12—job done and wrapped by 1:20. Super efficient, professional, and respectful the whole way through. $100 felt totally fair for the service. Would definitely call them again.

I am consistently happy with Around the Clock—I’ve called them for three tows and they are always responsive to texts and the drivers are friendly. One of the only LV company numbers I have saved in my contacts.
I cold called them after a blow out on the interstate. I had tried several other tow companies nobody had anything available for hours, They asked for locations of pickup and drop off, waited less than 5 minutes, it took less than five minutes to load up . Super friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. I realize I got lucky with the short time it took to get to me but regardless I have never had a tow this painless ever. Highly recommended!!!! Will only be calling them first in the future.

These are my go to guys for tires. I bring both vehicles here and they are honest if it can be fixed they fix it they dont just upsell a tire. I even got tires for my Range Rover here and they are hard to find . I've been coming for years cause they're fair and fast
Definitely recommend tow my car with care
I had such a fantastic experience with Royalty Towing, on a late Friday afternoon (traffic rush) with 117 degree outside in the heart of downtown . They came exactly on time by communication with phone and texting (with GPS coordinates). My car was T-boned and the back air suspension was deflated, Miguel (attendant) took every precaution to lift and elevated with 3 ramps to avoid scratching the back of my car. I was really impressed. Even the following day Eddie from Royalty Towing has extended a communication line to the body shop and assured to me that my car is stored in a safe place and be brought to the body shop after Labor Day. From the beginning to the end Royalty Towing has gone beyond my expectations, they do have your best interest from service to customer care. Thank you again, Miguel and Eddie.

05/15/2024 I had a minor accident and needed to be towed from a storage lot to a place where the vehicle was going to be repaired. I called Victory Towing and spoke with Michely. She was courteous, polite and professional. She had a tow truck available and they were able to meet me at the storage lot in 20 minutes! Talk about fast. GREAT service. The tow truck driver appeared with the right equipment and he was also friendly and professional. He placed my vehicle on a flat bed and took it to its destination to be repaired. QUICK SERVICE and a very reasonable rate. Total: $220.00, which is reimburseable by my insurance. I have used AAA in the past but they said it would take all day and they were not responsive. Victory Towing will be my GO TO towing company from now on without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Horrible experience, I had parked in front of my clients garage door hazard lights on since I was doing a pickup for my client. As we're gathering a few items, my client tells me "someone is stealing your car!" and she runs downstairs. This man gets in my clients face then starts pretending that he has been injured when he got in my client's face. This genius did not realize that I spoke Spanish, as he tells someone that he's speaking with over his headset "estaba pescando" (I was fishing) $400+ they charged to get my car back. While we waited for Metro, a neighbor told us that this same sad little man towed his car out of his garage and damaged his driveway because the vehicle "looked unatended" These people are the parasites.
Hi, I am a owner of a vehicle parked within a HOA community’s community lot. I’m wondering who gives the authority for one of your tow operators to come tow my vehicle. Does the HOA have a representative that notifies you a parking violation has occurred? Do you have the authority to tow my vehicle without any authorization? I’m asking because I had a call with your customer representative this morning and she basically said that you guys took it upon yourselves to put a violation sticker on my window and hung up on me.
Called to get off road towing, sent pictures. One of the drivers said he could do the job. He came out, took a look saying his truck was too big, and he was going to go back to grab his other truck. He said he would be back in 45 minutes, keep in mind we were stranded in the desert at night time. 2 hours later still didn’t come back. Called twice, no answer. Then we get a text after we’ve been waiting hours in the cold , that he can’t do the job we need to contact someone else. He could have told us that to begin with instead of lying saying he could do the job and kept us waiting. Terrible customer service, do not ever try to do anything with this company. Communication is absolutely terrible, and no human decency. Long story short, we went to other tow company and got the truck out of the ditch within 20 minutes no problem. Don’t waste your time here.

J.P. the owner is friendly and they provide towing at a good value. Many companies try and take advantage of that fact that you’re in a vulnerable position when you need a tow by charging insane prices, not this company. If I ever need a tow again in the future I will call Del Rey Towing. One a side note. This company has sister company that provides collision repair and mechanic services. They offered to waive the cost of my towing since I chose to use their body shop.
Despite the circumstances, the team at Del Rey did an excellent and efficient job at repairing my flat tire. They came quicker than the dispatcher’s estimated time and Luis, the roadside professional, was super knowledgeable and had me on the road in no time! Good towing service
I called this towing service to take me home because my car wouldn't start after a long trip. They were on time and were in touch with me the whole time. The driver also helped me put some of my items in the car. Overall, a towing business that you can trust and that is honest.
I had to bring my ancient car to a show. The flatbed truck driver treated it like it was his own. He tied it down well and put something over it to protect the paint. It was a great experience with a staff that worked hard and was good at what they did.

I called Anthony's, and they asked all the relevant questions and quoted me a price. After calling 4 or 5 others. Anthony's was the most professional as well as having the best price. Then we set up a time to meet. (I already went home, when I called.) Soon after, they called me back and said they can be there earlier. When Anthony arrived, he too was efficient and professional. During the ride home, he tried to diagnose the problem basing on the symptom. I know a lot about cars and know that he was not bluffing. Meeting Anthony was the high point of this unexpected troublesome day. Thank you all!

My wife had my daughter's car towed. She was quoted $100 for the tow. And they said it would be $140 at the most. The car was towed for only 2 blocks. The driver started arguing with her that it is $150. So is that the company quoting the wrong price or the driver? We're never going to use them again or recommend them.
I have had a couple tows before and one of them was recently. This was probably the longest time we had to we for a tow and the most expensive. $200 for a tow and we had to wait for this guy for an in a 105 degree weather when we call in advance for an appointment.

Went for an auction. Great deals. I ended up buying a car for $1700. It's has a Cracked windshield and I had to put the front bumper on. That's it. It runs great.
Spoke to Jennifer on the phone seems nice but get a better job... I just want to say thank you for ruining my day for taking money that I don't even have going into debt so I can pay your paycheck or rent space ..so happy I could help you make your quota. I parked at ampm yes I went to go get coffee in the next shopping Center and guess what I was going to go into ampm warm springs and Jones 7 minutes I was in the coffee shop PhinSmith no way anybody called them in this tow truck just hangs around making his quota of the day. I will be driving around there I want to see this person and thank him or her personally.

Our hybrid system stopped working... Once the driver arrived, he explained what would happen since the emergency brake was engaged. He gave us time to review the owners manual & YouTube videos to see if we could avoid our tires squealing (at 11p in our garage) & leaving marks. No fixes but we were lucky the brakes weren't fully engaged. Great customer service by Quality & Ervey was amazing.
DO NOT They fired a hero. All they cared about was their pocket book. They clearly couldn't have cared even if their own driver got hurt. Anthony Garcia did the right thing. But you as the owner (whoever you are) clearly has never done anything good in life nor do you care about any of your workers. I know for certain when I go to. Vegas next for off roading. And need to get hauled. Definitely not calling this place as they have zero morals.

Nightmare parking situation at our complex, could not park in most any of the spaces due to multiple carport collapses. I had parked legally where there was no "no parking" sign and they illegally towed my car. Was told it would be $300 to get it out of impound. Called first thing when they opened, told me I couldn't get my car until after 3. Argue on the phone about why they towed my car and they insisted it was illegally parked. It was not. Go to pick up my car, the guy says it was parked in a fire lane, it was not. He was talking about a car from a completely different complex. Gave me serious attitude the entire time until his boss told him he needed to let my car go for free. Changed up his attitude right away, but refused to admit they illegally towed my car. I lost $200 in work that day because I did not have my car. They are predatory, condescending, and completely unprofessional. They prey on people who live in poorer apartment complexes. SHAME ON MILNE TOWING. y'all know exactly what you're doing and then have the AUDACITY to ask prior customers to call and talk about it? What a joke. My only regret is not reporting them to the NTA.
They impounded my car, obvouisly wasn't happy, however it turned out great it was them. They did everything they could to get my car back asap. They secretary even stayed an hour late on a Friday. If it was me I couldn't have had as much patience as she did. I feel like I owe them lunch or something. Then they towed my car to another location the minute I asked. Anyways I know who to call even though they took my car. Funny but true. Thanks.

These guys did a great job. Tanya in dispatch was on top of things and knew what resources were needed to get the job done. I had a massive vehicle to move with a variety of technical issues that needed to be overcome. They showed up right on our scheduled time. The operator Wade was extremely competent and had a great sense of humor. I would use Milne again, no questions asked.
Had a friend come pick up some food last night, took about 10-15 mins, came back out and his car was getting towed at the Reno Regency. Now I understand it wasn’t a permitted parking for non residents. My complaint is the guy lied consistently. Called us liars saying a car takes 2 hours to cool down in cold weather. Saying the security guard called him when the guard told me the tow truck guy emailed him. And almost $200 for a drop fee is ridiculous, talk about “there’s 7 cameras on my truck, can’t do anything”…Again I understand the reasoning to an extent. Be careful they act a little shady. I called to get a tow and asked for an estimated total cost, several times with no response... They responded to other questions quick though. I ended up cancelling as not responding to that seems like they're trying to set you up for overcharging. I'm sure they can get you towed wherever you want fine and they respond quick, but you might get bilked on the price when they show up
Called at 9am was told driver was an hour out 6pm my truck is dropped off . If your in a hurry might want to look else where
I called and waited an hour for them to have me call back and ask for the ETA, well that turned into them telling me it was a 15 minute more wait. After about an hour I called back and they told me again to wait and for 30 minutes this time. Called an hour later and I was told 40 more minutes due to traffic. Then again was told 15 minutes, then I was given the driver's number and called in 30 minutes and he didn't answer. Then called the dispatcher back and he said he couldn't get in touch with the driver too. Don't touch this place.
We needed an emergency tow when we got stranded on the 15N & we called Larry's towing & they sent over Juan. He was super friendly & arrived within the hour. Would definitely recommend this business. Thank you so much Juan!!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called them yesterday to get my car towed and informed them that I had a baby with me. They told me they would arrive in a hour or less. An hour and a half passed by and I called them back, they informed me that they weren’t too far away. Then it turned into a two and a half hour wait. I called once again and told me they would be there in fifteen minutes. Three hours passed by and when I attempted to call them I realized that they had blocked my number. Thankfully I was by a grocery store and was able to wait inside with my baby. I can’t even imagine being on the side of the road with this weather and with my baby waiting for a no show. Please save your time and call some other towing company!!!

Tow drivers lack experience to assist in a proper manner. Managers refuse to return calls or emails once damage has occurred. Save the hassle and either figure out your situation on your own or go with a different tow service. * Been over a year, scratches all over my vehicle still thanks to them and now rust in those spots. No calls from them or email even after I spoke to a manager and gave him the information. Glad they disregard customer complaints. Sorry my vehicle isn't brand new and didn't deserve the care like someone elses
I was traveling through Nevada this week and had a tire blow out on me on Carvers NV. I needed to get to Reno to find a new tire so I called these guys to get a quote to come out and tow me the 131 miles back to Sparks. The quote I received was $2450.00. Needless to say I said no and made few more call and found someone else. Sure felt like price gouging to me. Certainly would not call these guys if I was in need in the future.
One star is to much should be minus 5 stars. Towed my son's truck under RPD orders after being totaled. Will not allow access to get personal belongings from truck for no reason except expired registration. Should be under criminal investigation. Would not trust them ever.

Very helpful! Called every tow truck company and locksmith company and every was asking for 100$+ with a 2 hour wait to get my car unlock. Me being from out of state thies guys came in 30 mins and and a very good rate! Very thankful for these guys i wish i remember there names but if u see a guy with flame tattoos on his arm u r in good hands, Very professional got my car unlocked in mins. Thanks again!!! 5 plus stars !
