I called around to find a Towing service and they were all so expensive or unresponsive. What a relief that my friend recommended Shawn. I called him and he answered immediately. He was cordial on the phone and the price couldn’t be beaten. When he got here, I seriously couldn’t get my car to start. I’d tried many times. I believed it would have to be towed. He looked at my keys, he said he was going to try it and he jiggled the key in a way that allowed the car to start! He said he wasn’t going to charge me either! Said I just needed to replace a simple part in the ignition. What a blessing! You’ve got a customer for life, Shawn 😄
Shawn came and personally changed my spare tire since my lug nut was stripped. He was extremely nice and was able to get to me within 30 minutes! 10/10 service!

My car broke down as I was driving home on I-70 last week, and Roy was the only one who answered my call for a tow. Got to me ahead of when he said he'd be there, hooked me up and got me and my car to the shop for a reasonable price. Got to chat with Roy on the way to the shop and he's such a nice guy. Super easy to talk to, friendly as can be, really helped me calm down after I was in full on panic mode earlier that night. If I'm ever in need of a tow again, Roy's who I'm calling first, and I'm recommending him to anyone that needs help as well.
Roy is who I call every time. He's towed my car, once jumped a battery for me.. I've recommended him to others who call him first as well. He's a good guy, helpful and fast.
Roy deserve a 5! He came faster than ETA. Unlocked my car and did a tow! Definitely a 10/10.

Oh, unfortunately I picked up a nail off of interstate 65 in my Tesla, and needing to get back to Louisville by 6pm…. These folks were simply amazing, they were at my vehicle within 35 minutes and was able to get me towed safely to the big O tires in Lebanon. - the professionalism of the driver, and how clean the cabin of the tow truck was super impressive. I would highly recommend these folks in the future. In these times is refreshing to find folks who are kind and considerate when you’re dealing with adversity, this driver certainly was.!
Your heavy driver Andrew is absolutely amazing! I was stranded at McClure Fuel Stop off exit 140 in Lebanon. ETA was 60-90 minutes, I myself am a tow truck operator, and knowing what I know about the industry that was expected. What wasn't expected was that Andrew called me 15 minutes after I got off with dispatch and said he was about 10-15 minutes away. SCORE! He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and my favorite of all, personable. He made a very long rough night just a little bit easier to bear. Will definitely use Paddacks again in the future, just hopefully not the near future.
This guy was so professional and nice! The rate was reasonable at $145. I was stranded on 69, with a tire blowout and had no idea where I was and he came quickly! Way faster and cheaper than another company I called that was going to be $269. I would highly recommend this company’s services! Pretty handy when you’re in a pickle!

They are absolutely amazing. My work uses them all the time and they've been great. Had to get my car towed while I wasnt there and they were so understanding. The person who picked up my car communicated everything from when they picked it up to how long it should take to when the car was dropped at the new location, to where the keys would be placed at the new location WITH photo proof. Great guys for a tow and repair, in my case. My Civic's alternator gave out in the middle of the night after my work shift. My tower Jose picked the car up, and advised me he had a small shop nearby and could repair it. We negotiated terms and he took it to his shop, put in a brand new alternator in about a day and a half. Charged me a really great price too. Highly recommend these guys especially Jose. P.S. -- Other local towers wanted almost double what this guy did it for.
This is hands down the best towing company in the Indianapolis metro area! I randomly found about this company in a Reddit thread and I’ve used them twice since (today and yesterday) to tow one of my vehicles. My tow operator was very kind, competent, and professional and their prices are amazing! They are also very prompt, coming sooner than the eta. This should be the only tow company people use, it is now definitely my go-to.

Blackout Towing & Recovery was very quick and professional! My BMW had to be towed , Jon was amazing Loaded and unloaded how I wanted ! Even suggested where they might have the upper radiator hose I needed. Just wanted to say thank you again ! Definitely would suggest calling !

Jake provided excellent service when I called him for a lockout on behalf of a woman who spoke very little English. He was fast, he was patient and professional, and he treated all of us with respect even though we were probably a little annoying trying to help. I will absolutely call Blackout again.

I can't emphasize enough. This is a company run by good people. The dispatcher GENUINELY cared when I called, and he was able to get someone there very quickly and for a totally reasonable price. I needed 2 tires, and this driver very nicely waited with me at the tire shop to make sure I wouldn't need another tow. That was wise because the first shop only had one tire. He towed me to another shop, waited again, and left when he knew I was in good hands. They deserve everyone's business.

We received excellent and prompt service when working with this tow company. We had broken down nearly an hour away from home and the first towing agency the insurance company sent never showed up. Yaffo however showed up quickly, communicated well and made the process super easy for me, my wife, and our dog. Would totally recommend to anyone in the area in need of a tow!

Giving three stars for what seemed like compassion from the managers after the incident happened. They were speedy, so most reviews I cannot relate in regard to this, however the tow driver ran my car through my garage door… I know it was an accident and the tow driver seemed remorseful and I want to give credit for that. The second manager I spoke to said that this would be handled asap and I appreciate the reassurance as my home is currently for sale. I was distraught as I’ve been dealing with the stress of moving across the country here soon. I am concerned on how this will affect the buy of my home if potential interest drive by to see my home until it is fixed. Obviously it is unlikely to reimburse me for emotional distress but it’s my reality. I now have to add something else to my to do list in keeping up with the tow company’s word on fixing and repairing my home from the damage. I have not checked my vehicles damage since the tow was late in the evening and having two younger toddlers at home. For both parties, I wish this never happened. Again, I do want to emphasize what seemed to be compassion from the managers and tow driver after the incident. For this, it pains me to write this review but I have to document my experience in the event this is not handled properly and fairly

Brandon was as professional as they come! Extremely sympathetic & down to earth and just an overall gentlemen. The tow was like tying his shoe and he was absolutely courteous through the entire experience! I blew out my tire and damaged my fenders and wiring. I had a f250 super duty. I was worried I would have to call a mega wrecker truck in to get a tow. After calling Chuckles towing on memorial day weekend they arrived in 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle safely home. I would definitely recommend them. We used them to get a tow through Allstate insurance ! Mindy took the time to answer my call early in the morning & sent a driver to us first thing. Even though Allstate messed up and didn’t send them a timeframe. She moved stuff around to make sure we got a tow! Paul was AMAZING. He was very professional and so friendly. They made what was a bad situation with the car; way better with their friendliness & above/beyond actions.
Above and beyond outstanding, they picked up my GMCTerrain on time like they said, Rob who was the tow Driver was the nicest person that you can possibly meet and so helpful. I wish I could’ve took a picture of my car being towed, but comments are a lot better. Customer service was a godsend. The woman that spoke to me on the phone. I forgot her name, but she was very nice to me and very helpful and informative. I will be using OTF Towing in the future. I was calling to a couple different towing services in Plainfield and they were just rude they acted like they just wanted your money and didn’t care about customer service satisfaction how can you trust people with your vehicle if they don’t have a great attitude they sounded like they hated their lives. OTF Driver (Dre) was knowledgeable, professional and beyond helpful! Saved me time and money which is all you ask for these days.
These guys/gals were great! A very nice woman answered the phone quickly, gave us a quote which was 30% lower than the other 2 quotes we had, and had a truck out to us in under 30 minutes. Driver was polite and loaded the car quickly and dropped it off without issue. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Sick and tired of the way these guys drive. They are constantly doing 10mph+ over the speed limit and drive super aggressively. This guy was going 10mph over on Ardmore by Portage Middle School. There was another driver in a RAM flat bed a few months back that was doing almost 60mph up the hill where Ardmore turns into Hiligas just to get ahead of everyone. A few weeks before that there was one of their largest trucks doing 15mph+ over the speed limit going down Coliseum hoping lanes driving super agressive, dude about caused a huge milti-car accident. I even saw one of them wrecked in a ditch over the winter with a car on the bed. I have called multiple times and nothing seems to have been done. One of them is going to kill someone eventually with how they drive. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if at all possible and make sure you call in and report their driving before someone gets hurt.
Sasha did a great job taking our call and giving us. reasonable rate to tow truck back to Marion from Fort Wayne. Their rates were very reasonable compared to other companies in Fort Wayne. The driver, Godi, delivered the truck to the house in a very reasonable time. I am thoroughly impressed with the company and would use them again. Thank you Blue Eagle!
This company is TOP NOTCH! We had a mishap with a car coming off the car dolly we were renting one wheel landed in the middle of the Dolly while the other was in the wheel well. When we called at around 7:30pm, we were asked to send pictures of the situation. Then we were told they could get someone to us but it would be a little wait….A couple guys from Blue Eagle came to our rescue! We couldn’t have asked for a better company! VERY professional, caring people who definitely knew what they were doing! Thank you so very much!

Bobby was an awesome dude. Came to my house and towed my vehicle to a dealership for service. Polite, respectful and treated my car as if it were his own. I would definitely use these guys again if I were ever in another jam.
Interstate Towing has amazing service. Called dispatch at 4 am and they were right there and answered the call. They provided a quick dispatch within the hour and called several times with updates while we waited on the side of the road. Matt the tow truck driver is a professional in his field. He was excellent in taking care of my vehicle and making sure we got safely home. Matt had exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Interstate Towing.
Hit pothole on 465 E, tire blew instantly, zero pressure. Very stressful because traffic was heavy, called my roadside service and they sent Interstate Towing. The driver was Matt, he arrived quickly and got my car on the truck. I had children with me so we had to wait for a ride (only one passenger allowed in tow truck and no child seat) Matt stayed with us until our rescue ride arrived! He was great! Give that boy a raise!!! Good employees, should be valued!
My truck towed by interstate towing. They damaged my commercial truck from the Drive shaft nd the shaft is bend after they tow. When I ask them to fix it they refuse it and they are not responsible for any damage. I call the road service nd brought the new parts nd fix it. They are so rude and irresponsible people. Stay away from them I wish I could give -5 stars. 😡😡
My tow truck driver this morning was phenomenal! My 25 foot RV was in a difficult, tight spot at a storage facility. He expertly winched it out and reposititioned it so it could be towed from the front. Very conscientious about safety as well. Great work!

Can't say enough about this place! We broke down on the interstate last week and called these guys. Owner, Chris, picked us up with a tow within 15 minutes after calling for service. Calipers had locked up. They replaced all rotors, pads, calipers and master cylinder the next morning. All for a completely reasonable price. The receptionist, Angie, was more than kind and extremely helpful with explaining the mechanical problems. Very down to earth and upfront people. I would recommend Shaffer's to anyone.
I had accidentally locked my keys in my car and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I have roadside assistance from my insurance and I couldn’t even get them. Called Shaffer and they came out and helped me immediately and were so understanding and so nice.

I had two of our company's service technicians stranded on the highway having run out of fuel- I am a couple hundred miles away and didn't have very specific information. Shaffer's was able to figure out where they were by description of landmarks and delivered fuel within a half hour. It was really great service and I am more than appreciative for this company!!

Suburban is tried and true towing company. If you have larger trucks, you can't find a more reliable tow company. An employee called another company because he was new and didn't know. He called me after 3 hours, broke down (Turbo issue), and said the tow company he called came with a wrecker too small. I immediately contacted Suburban, who responded in less than 30 minutes. That's true service.
My mom got in a wreck last week, car’s out of impound after a state cop sent it there. Checked today for my wallet, which was in the passenger side door pocket, had my driver’s license and roughly $50 in it, is nowhere to be found. Is there any way I could contact someone about this?
Everybody hates to get there car towed but it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would and she doesn't charge daily for weekends. She met me at the lot so I could get an item from my car and was very nice.

I was in a difficult situation with a fully loaded concrete truck stuck in the mud to its axle. Suburban were out within an hour. They were very professional and stayed even after the issue to make sure my concrete got offloaded and the concrete truck did not get stuck agian. Highly recommended.

Earl did a great job getting vehicle off of 69 he made sure the state trooper followed us. He put a jump pack on. It got it started where I could drive it and follow them because you could not hook it from the front and make sure I was safe getting into my vehicle, he got me to a safe area before he hooked up to my vehicle. He brought me home safely spoke with my wife to calm her down. That really made me very proud cause she was upset worried about my safety. He brought my vehicle home safe you put in the safe spot and a very, very, very appreciated and being there for me thank you for your service.

Had a blown tire on I 70 at 7:30 on Fathers Day. Within 30 minutes of my call a tow driver was there to help. Eric was the driver and he was top notch and could not of been more professional and helpful. Great value as well. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do Joe's garage is in my contacts.

My experience was great came picked up my car towed it to where they were asked very respectful and cool people. Actually saved $15 by doing business with them then what other tow services we're going to charge thought I possibly had to wait an hour for the driver to show unexpectedly showed up in about 15 to 20 minutes. Hannah is my favorite. I was arrested Thanksgiving morning and my vehicle impounded. I was released Friday morning and called about my vehicle. It woul cost $250. I had proof of insurance, was the registered owner and a valid drivers license but would still need a release from the Police station $5 to provide tow yard. Plainfield Police station would be closed until Monday morning. I was frustrated and without a vehicle while the Police Dept. Created roadblocks Making everything more difficult. Hannah and the guys at Whitlow were poffessional considerate and patient. Thanks so much. I hope not to have to do this again but if it should happen I hope Whitlos gets the call.

This is my first Google review ever but I have to give a big thank you to Jones Auto. This past Saturday afternoon my car had a radiator hose pop off and was unable to be driven after parking at the Coliseum for the circus. I was looking for a tow truck and saw that Jones Auto does towing and repair and gave them a call and I am very glad that I did! My car was towed out of the Coliseum parking lot within 15 minutes and they then repaired the hose and refilled the antifreeze that afternoon. If I would have had it towed to another garage, it would have been at the earliest Monday that I would have gotten my car back and probably would have cost a lot more as well. I really can't thank them enough for getting my car back to me that same day on a Saturday afternoon and at a great price!

They said they would do a job and kept bailing on me. The weather this, too busy today. Said wait until the rain cleared, too wet. Wait until the ground freezes, too much snow. Wait until snow melts, too wet again. They agreed to a job and left me hanging. I understand waiting based on weather but at this point its inability and refusal.

Thor is a great guy and came to my rescue when AAA couldn’t find a tow for me. The flatbed tow for my van to a dealership was cost effective too. One of the last things Thor said to me was that even though his business depends on people’s cars breaking down, he’d still prefer to see customers with reliable vehicles. Obviously he’s a good guy and took care of me quickly. Also, I’m now sure if it’s a service the two company offers or if it’s a side hustle but he said he can make minor repairs as well.

From all the past years of towing. I like it when a local company shows up and acts 100% professional. Even though my vehicle was totaled, the pictures show professionalism in his work.
We are a delivery company that delivers doughnuts and Amish Baked Goods. One of our vans broke down and Riverside was fast and prompt. We will use again when needed.
No experience with their actual towing service, but like many others in the area, they drive like they want to make your car in need of a tow. Aggressive driving like their rigs are little sports cars.
Chris wenched my vehicle out of a deep ditch. He arrived in less than the promised time. He kept me updated on his location en route. He's the friendliest, most personable man! He was concerned about any injury that I may have had. He also helped me inspect my vehicle for any damage. This man EVEN went to the extent of following me as I test drove my vehicle to make sure it was drivable, and that I didn't have any problems. Also, his company's services include billing AAA, so I didn't have to go through all of that hassel. He was there sooner than AAA could have been. There is nothing more that I could have asked for during this service. He went over and above, even during peak times. Thank you SO much, Riverside Towing!

From dispatch to towing it was nothing but awesome professionalism. Needed to get my car from a spot to a safe spot to be looked at. Hadley had the best pricing around hands down. The driver actually talked laughed and joked with us as he was loading my car up. If you are looking for a safe honest and friendly towing company this is the place to go.

Hadley Towing is the best ever. They have towed several of our cars as well as rescued car keys which have been locked in our cars. Every driver that we've worked with has been super friendly and informative. They have been prompt in service, treated our cars with respect, and just the company as a whole is top-notch.
