I had a really frustrating experience with this guy. Honestly, I’ve never met someone so disrespectful in the service industry. This alone should have made me find someone else, but I was in a pinch and needed someone fast which he could do. We had a written bill of sale for removing junk cars from a property, and we agreed on a price for everything. He paid a little over half upfront and said he’d pay the rest a few days later. But then he never paid the second half, claiming that scrap prices dropped. He came up with a bunch of excuses that had nothing to do with our agreement. In the end, he stiffed me and took off with a lot of junk cars for way less than we agreed on. On top of that, again, he was just generally rude and didn’t treat his employees well either. I’m sure he’ll try to respond to this review with some nonsense, but I know what happened. It’s hard to believe anyone would give him five stars based on his attitude alone. Just be careful if you’re thinking about using his services. He'll even claim up front you're the shady one as part of his negotiation tactic.
Great towing service, we are from Chicago going to Texas and are truck stoped working. Called him and he was the best, and was moving fast. He took us to different places to see where they would fix it . Even made a joke to calm us down very friendly. Recommend him 100%
Excellent service. I pray I never need to be towed anywhere else, but if I need to be, I will definitely give them a call. Timiya was very patient and understanding with the wait time we endured dealing with dealership where my car was being delivered. She was very kind. Her and Chris took very good care of my car loading and unloading it. I am very grateful for all the thoughtful work that was put into getting my car loaded safely into their tow truck.
Tim exceeded my expectations! He went above and beyond with his service and offered very affordable, competitive prices—seriously, the best prices around. He answered my call on the first ring and kept me updated every step of the way, even though I couldn’t be there for the tow. From pick-up to drop-off, he kept me in the loop with pictures and videos, ensuring everything was handled perfectly. Great service, great communication, and great value. For starters was the cheapest tow around. Dispatcher not the friendliest but the Driver Gabe made up for that when he arrived. Extremely helpful and definitely will ask for him again if I'm unfortunate enough to need another tow.
There's a reason I stay away from snowy, icey areas. Called B & D when I got stuck in Arkansas. He came out and pulled me out in less than an hour from the time I called. Nice guy and professional.

Absolutely outstanding! Our Jeep broke down on the last day of our vacation, as we were passing through on our way back home. That can instantly turn a good vacation into a very bad day. But… Thank God for Bluehill Towing. From the moment I called, the dispatch person was incredibly helpful and friendly. Then we got a personal phone call from the tow truck driver. Victor was one of the nicest guys we’ve met in a long time! He went out out of the way to help us out, take our jeep to a local mechanic, make sure all our bags were taken care of, gave us a ride to a hotel, And we had awesome uplifting conversation the whole time. These folks are on another level! You never want to be broken down, but God sure did take care of us by leading us to call them, and crossing our paths with Victor! We highly recommend!!
We were stranded in the middle of nowhere unable to get an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi; Vic was so helpful, and he not only towed the car, but he also gave us a ride to Enterprise to pick up a new car.
Vic and blue hill are absolute LIFESAVERS, we were stranded in Brinkley with a rental, no ubers or lyfts avaliable and without them i have no idea what we would have done. Vic especially was so kind and really went out of his way for us. Can't possibly recommend their services more strongly!

I sat for an hour waiting!!!! I had a flat between Conway and Mayflower and I requested roadside assistance with GEICO these people jumped on it even though I could’ve gotten assistance from someone in Conway within 10 minutes or so. Greedy people!!!!! They couldn’t care less about me. It’s all about the money for them. I was infuriated
I have AAA and was locked out of my car. I called them for assistance. They dispatched someone to unlock my car who was unprofessional and didn't have the correct tools to unlock it then tried to blame my car for his inability to unlock it. So I called AAA back and they sent another guy, named Steve, from East End Towing on Ironton Rd in Little Rock, Arkansas. 50 miles away. He called me immediately with an estimate of his arrival time, which was accurate. Not only did Steve get my car unlocked, he was professional, nice, personable and proficient. It took maybe 10 minutes to figure it out when the other guy gave up after 5 minutes. So if you're ever locked out of your car or need a tow, call East End Towing, on Ironton Rd. And ask for Steve to be your technician. You'll have no regrets or issues with his service. Thanks, Steve.
My car broke down yesterday and I needed a tow. Preston was the driver and he was awesome. He greeted me with a cold bottle of water and said I could wait in his truck while he loaded my car. My trip thru Little Rock stumbled when the starter went out in my van. I was pulling my camper at the time and needed the whole rig towed. East End sent a truck right away and the driver tried everything he knew to try to get the van started but no go. Once he saw the whole rig he called the office and a different style tow truck was sent over to haul the van and tow the camper. Driver Charles was great and got us to the repair shop quickly and safely. Thank you East End Towing! Much appreciated.
On a summer roadtrip, we got a flat tire and had to get towed shortly before arriving into Hot Springs, Arkansas. He provided a very reasonable quote and he arrived approximately one hour later to pull my car out of the mud (the competition was going to take 4 hours to get to me). He was fast, professional, and very courteous. Very happy with C&T Towing and Recovery. I highly recommend them.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. He told me it would be two hours. He said this to discourage me. When I said that would be ok he hung up on me. When I called back I was sent to voicemail. Don't use these people!

Absolutely amazing people! Never even got to use them for my tow service cause cops impounded it to another location before I had the money for tow. So Jacksonville Towing never even got my money and had called back n forth with me multiple times and called other recovery places and found my car before I even did! Genuinely cared! I did not use them so I can't comment on the service. But fifty dollar tow wanted $98 to tow mine I was seven miles away from destination so I was out of the fifty dollar range. I imagine if you only had to tow it within there fifty dollar range it would be a good option. I'm giving one star because I have to give it a rating to have it shown it has nothing to do with the service

It’s sad that for the last two times I attempted to use your service I was turned away because you all close at 5 pm and it’s 2:31pm. I don’t normally do reviews but this is sad. I will invest in AAA. The absolute worst service
They came by and just jumpstarted my vehicle ( I tipped extra just to have the vehicle put on the trailer) saw I wasn’t there, and had the audacity to use my debit card which is at their location. I tip well but you will not lie and steal when I’m being good towards. No good thieves please do not shop and more important, make sure you keep everything away from them.

Driver dropped my F450 on the driveshaft when loading. Caused me weeks worth of delays and cost me thousands of dollars.
Had a broke down Lincoln towed.. would not start. TreVon went above and beyond. Got it started enough to get the window up and manually pushed it into the spot we wanted it parked. Thank you TreVon and 365Towing.

My radiator busted on my semi and I called 365 towing to come tow me they said they would tow me for 500 if I let them fix my truck and I agreed think they were good for business. When they got me to the shop I got a room and they called me the next day to tell me that the only radiator that they could find was for 2500$ and they would charge 2000$ to put it on really taking advantage of my situation so we agreed to 4k. So they put the radiator on and didn’t clean my airlines out and cause my ac to stop working and my ac compresser to go out and they put my hood on wrong so every time I shut my hood not know they had put it on wrong it was slamming against my condenser and cracked the condenser causing my air to go out again they charged me 2100 to fix that they charged me over 2000 to fix the ac compressor and get the air lines cleaned and replaced the dry filter so all I did by going to there shop was ending up spending more money than I would’ve if I had only went to Kenworth. And there mechanic is not a certified Diesel technician so you better just go to dealer and save yourself some money. Good bless you on your journey thank me later

Our Roadside Assistance was going to tow our car, but leave us stranded, after it died on the interstate. We are states away from home and have 2 young kids with us. Rodney, with Newcomb, came to our rescue, saw us on the side of the road, and brought the whole family and our car to the nearest dealership. We broke down on our way through Benton on a Friday afternoon, and were stranded on the side of the road with a 20 foot travel trailer. I called 2 other wreckers that said it would be 3 hours or more, and was fortunate enough to reach Dakota with Newcomb Towing. He was there in 15 minutes, loaded up our truck on the flatbed, and hooked the trailer up behind. He even called a 2nd wrecker to help transport my family because we couldn't all fit in one. He dropped us off at the nearest Chevrolet dealership, and mentioned that Newcomb could tow the trailer to a campsite for us if it was going to take a while to repair our vehicle, so we had them come back and move the trailer to a state park for us the next morning. All around a great experience in the midst of an awful day. Thank you Dakota! I didn't get the name of the second driver, but a big thanks to him as well.
Today we got stuck in a ditch due to the snow, he was quick to get us out his instructions were clear in what we could do to help. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service we highly recommend giving them a call when you need a tow or have any other car problem I wish we could've gotten the person's name but thank you very much newcomb towing service!

Service was fast. The worker who was dispatched, Devin, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I’m very happy with the assurance I received and would recommend Metro to a friend.
This company and it's owner Todd Cooper are real jerks. One of there tow truck drivers hit my truck while delivering a Comcast truck on the parking lot of the dealership I work at. They where find until they got the bill for $1,868.00 and now refuse to pay. Have a witness and who saw it and when they found out the cameras did not film it they changed there mind and basically said SOL. I turn them over to the AG and they lied to them and I can not get anything done. I have to take them to small claims court to get my truck fixed. The truck was sold and now I can not sell it until it is fixed. This company and Todd Cooper are not REPUTABLE , WOULD NEVER USE THEM BE WARE OF THESE KIND OF BUSINESS AND PERSONS. I would not rated them but had to rate them one star they are a - 5 star company.

The tow truck driver doesn't know how to drive. He cut across multiple lanes and cut me off. I had to lock up my brakes. Please try to train employees and make sure they know how to drive.
They were very pleasant and willing to work with me when I was pushing it trying to make it before they closed. I’m not gonna say I’m happy about the price but that’s with any tow truck company. Overall, my visit was friendly, easy and convenient. Hopefully I never have to deal with another tow truck or a tow yard but if I do, I will be using this one.

Arrived timely and called ahead of time to let me know when they would be there. Wrecker driver was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to set up to pull out a mini to mid size excavator that went back in a ditch and,was buried up would move an inch. After setup he had me out in less then 10 mins. And charged me the minimum. Can't ask for more then that

I had a tow dispatched to one tow company (Action Wrecker Service) through my roadside assistance and East End Tow was notified by Action as their sister company to handle the tow. I thought I was driving to meet the tow driver to where my car was to follow him/her to the destination of where I wanted my car dropped off to. East End cancelled the tow 10 minutes before arrival time and without notifying Action Wrecker so that my roadside assistance company would be notified as well. I personally called East End for clarification and was told by the dispatcher that she accidentally cancelled the tow and they don’t have any drivers available! My first bad encounter with East End Tow in an already frustrating situation!
Read the other reviews. Its there M.O. I waited on them for over 6hrs and no one came, I called at 12:54, They said it would be about 3hrs, Called back at 04:23, I was told a driver was finishing up and he would be on his way, at 07:00 I knew they were not showing, canceled and got another tow company in 57mins.
Can't say enough good about East End Towing. Called 4 other places that had been recommended that could not haul an RV. Driver Fount was there within 15 mins of my call, price was great, no robo call voicemail. Promt, courteous and professional the whole process. Hopefully won't ever need them again, but if you do, give them a call!!

I was stranded in a busy area of freeway at rush hour. I called Fire 2 towing, and was promptly answered, and reasonably quoted.. The driver wasted no getting to me and had my car loaded and locked down in less than 3 minutes. A quick ride with the driver to my house and he unloaded and rolled out in another 3 minutes. This is a professional outfit. No nonsense. Reasonably priced. 5 star performance.

Customer service and sticking to your word is gold in business. Site says 24 hour towing but when you call they are very rude and say they don’t open until 8-9am. Why even answer or have 24 hours listed? I also think I was charged more due to the vehicle I own which is an expensive car. I was quoted $135 over the phone. When they dropped my car off my total was $191.00. I paid $200 cash and driver never offered to give me my change. I would not recommend AT ALL.
The office personnel there are Con Artist. The presented me with a final bill with all sorts of charges not communicated before. Administration fees, certified letter fee, ( which they could not produce me a copy of), set out fee, etc. These "fees' were on top of the tow charge and storage fees. I will be pursuing this matter with the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board.
They were very nice and friendly treated my vehicle as if it was there's they need a 10 star..
If you're needing a vehicle towed I recommend you give Ivy Hall a call. They been around for over 50 year's and take care of your vehicle.
Great communication came right on time, dispatch and driver both called me would highly recommend if you need a tow or cash for clunkers type deal they came with check in hand and towed my clunker outta here within a day of setting it up I used to deliver mail to ivy when they were on main street in Jacksonville and they have always been super polite and also check them out for good deals on cash cars at times.

Disgusting customer service. Would never recommend giving any business to this company. I can recommend 15 tow trucks to call before you should EVER call these people.
I belong to AAA for 26 years. Never had a problem until recently. As you know its a membership organization, I must call them directly. On two separate occasions I call AAA. And they called Lucky's Towing. The first time was in June 2015, they did not show up at all (glad I was not waiting on the side of the interstate, remember the weather). Finally another towing company showed up (sorry I don't recall the details.) Sept 3, 2015 Called at 10:45AM, gave to AAA my information, etc. At that time request the towing company that came the last time (above). At 1:30 after many phone calls Lucky's finally showed up. Said they thought address was in Little Rock instead of Pine Bluff. Ok, talked with AAA dispatch, they said the specifically gave them Pine Bluff as the city. They are located in Mabelvale AR and are trying to cover the whole of this area, and can't. We have several towing services in Pine Bluff and until this new company was involved there was no problem. Once again I am glad I was not having to wait ourtside or in my hot car.
Lucky's Towing is great. My wife and I were stranded both with a flat tire and out of gas. Danny Thompson fixed our flat, and when AAA refused to help us with gasoline (even though we paid for the "Plus" Membership with gasoline assistance), Danny bought a gas can himself and helped us get fueled up and on our way. I'll be a lifetime customer. Thank you for the great service!
Unfortunately nice people with probably a great towing and recovery service towed a vehicle of mine through Triple AAA by Brent Hollyfield (Driver). The vehicle was requested by the owner to be parked in the driveway but Brent Hollyfield indicated he was not allowed to do this. We question their driver. Anyway the vehicle could not go to the shop until the next week so by day four the police being unable to locate the owner had the vehicle towed by another company because the vehicle was parked 3 feet away from the curve and they thought the vehicle had been abandoned. We thought the vehicle had been stolen and when notifying the police they provided to us the towing service and their number. We paid unnecessary fees and charges because of their driver Brent Hollyfield's negligence in his decision to park a vehicle three (3 feet) away from the curve and not honor the owner's request to park the vehicle in the driveway. I have also been a member of Triple AAA and this is the FIRST time ever having any trouble. Triple AAA did not honor me so I had to go to the next level. This particular case is being investigated to have Lucky's Towing and Recovery LLC Provider of Triple AAA Plus Member's Service to make good on their driver's poor standards in detailed parking required by the City of North Little Rock and the Arkansas State Towing Associations Policies and Procedures.

Beware the actions of this company are criminal. They displayed racist behavior as well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on May 5th and 6th, 2024, at your tow facility involving one of your employees, Peggy. The events that transpired during this interaction were deeply concerning and necessitate formal action. On May 5th, 2024, at approximately 12:00 noon, my vehicle was towed and brought ot the facility at 257 Front Street, West Memphis Upon contacting the facility l encountered Peggy, whom the driver informed me was the owner. Unfortunately, our interaction quickly devolved into a heated exchange characterized by Peggy's rude and abrasive demeanor. Despite my attempts to communicate calmly and resolve the situation, Peggy adamantly refused ot release the vehicle that day, insisting that ti could only be retrieved on May 6th, 2024 after speaking ot her. The folowing day, May 6th, 2024, upon returing to your facility, Ionce again attempted ot reason with Peggy and provide the necessary documentation to secure the release of my vehicle. However, Peggy continued ot exhibit uncooperative behavior, refusing ot acknowledge my status as the registered owner and disregarding the sales contract | presented. Instead, she resorted to cursing and verbally abusive language, ultimately escalating the situation to a threatening level. She engaged ni physical aggression by chest bumping me and brandishing a bat while threatening violence. At this juncture, Ifelt compelled to seek assistance from the West Memphis Police Department. Upon their arrival, Peggy continued to be uncooperative and hostile, making unreasonable demands for payment in cash only. She initially stated the cost would be $250 on 05/05/2024 and later advised when the officers arrived that the cost would be $448.54. This entire ordeal, which should have been a straightforward transaction, was needlessly prolonged to an egregious extent, lasting three hours due to Peggy's belligerent conduct. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on al tow truck owners ni Arkanasa but also poses a serious risk to the safety and well-being of your patrons. Ifirmly believe that Peggy's actions during this incident are entirely unacceptable and warrant immediate attention. It is evident that her behavior is not in alignment with the standards of professionalism and customer service expected by the Arkanasas Towing anbd Recovery Board. Furthermore, her actions represent a significant liability to your organization and undermine public trust ni the services provided by alitow companies in Arkansas. Inlightoftheseconcerns,lurgeyouot conductathoroughinvestigationintothismaterandtakeappropriate disciplinary action against Peggy. Additionally, I request that she issue issue a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused by this unfortunate incident. As a responsible member of the community, it is imperative that actions are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Itrust that you wil address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to uphold the integrity of al towing companies and ensure the safety and satisfaction of al citizens. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Peggy claimed to be the owner but refused ot provide any further identifying details. Additionaly, cameras within the establishment recorded the incident.
Clark Towing of West Memphis was a lifesaver when my college-age son and his friends broke down on a road trip far from home. Peggy was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. Even late at night, she worked quickly to get a driver to them and offered the best options for their situation. She went above and beyond to ensure the boys were safe and never made us feel like a bother, even with multiple phone calls. Both drivers who assisted were also very professional and kind. I highly recommend Clark Towing for their exceptional service and care!
Was very fast but not personable....
First, I want to thank GOD for giving his grace and mercy to me and my family! We had a tire blowout and soon as we crossed the new TN/AR bridge. Needless to say it was a nerve wrecking experience. AAA was having all sorts of issues. James’ phone rings and it is truly a GOD sent angel named JJ! He assured us he was close and would be there quickly. After many hours of being stranded, Kendal was able to get me home 🥰 He tried everything he possibly could at the site to fix my problem, and when it was apparent it couldn't be fixed there, he towed me home. He was extremely professional, and a very sweet and kind man and I thank him with all my heart 🥰💖

The worst experience ever if you want A big scene for your whole neighbourhood to hear. This is the right place for you. Dude showed up he was The most disrespectful Person I have ever met very unprofessional. I will be telling everybody I know about this. Dude was throwing a temper tantrum in the front yard for about 10 minutes yelling and cussing was asked to leave did not leave overall the worst experience I have ever had he was lengthy white boy with glasses
Friendly staff with reasonable rates.
Don't leave your things in your automobile if they tow you. My kid's had a wreck- this tow service was the one local law enforcement called. When we were able to empty my kid's car- money...tools...ect were missing. No inventory taken....no security cams to review- when I spoke to the guy running the place- it was obvious that along with inventory and security- accountability was also not required or practiced here either.

We recently had a very bad experience with a towing company that refused to let us pay and move the truck to their yard ourselves. Even though we were willing and ready to pay, they went ahead and towed the truck without our consent. The original towing fee was $383, but now they are charging $776. They claim to accept EFS and Comcheck, but many companies don’t use or support those systems. On top of that, they also charge a 4.5% fee on credit card payments. The man we dealt with, who goes by Anthony and claims to be the boss, refused to speak with us directly and avoided all communication. The way they are operating seems questionable and possibly illegal. So please be really careful while working with them.
Really bad customer service attention. As a customer, you expect to be helped and not yelled at. You are already dealing with the downs of a breakdown in the middle of the road, and you getting that service and attitude is not acceptable.
Alternator went out in my SUV in the worst possible place and had to just leave it parked right on the McCain exit ramp. My son called JHook and Jose braved the crazy traffic to get the truck on the rollback safely! He had it to me and off his truck in less than an hour. Absolutely Awesome! 💯 caring, kind and professional in the 'feels like' 107' heat! Will call them again if needed and definitely recommend them. 👌
I didn't even want to add one star for this wracket of a business. One for the books. So. My car was stolen from in front of my home. This was on a Monday 3/25/2024 about 2am.. I called the cops, nothing for about three days, then I received a call from the Jacksonville police, stating that my car had been found, by the lonoke police. Supposedly , it was involved in a high speed chase, & had ended up in a ditch. When I spoke to the lonoke police they said basically the same thing about the chase and ended up being in a ditch and would need a few days to process it. And once it had been processed it would be released back to me through Jhook towing. Now it's Friday, they called me and said it was ready to be picked up. All the way in lonoke, my car just got stolen, and they insisted exact cash, And that it would end up 'ONLY' costing me $350 or so to get it back. While talking to this extremely sarcastic, very rude, woman she msd mentioned they that they close at 4pm and are closed on the weekend. It Sounded like she had a smile on her face. Lady was over the top rude. whatever, moving on. I only had a short time left. I took off work early, hoping to save any additional storage fee. But Nope. The entire day consisted of the runaround. Avoiding Till after 4pm. So Monday, I went to retrieve my vehicle. They wanted 568.68!! What?! Exact change and only except cash. WTH!? & it gets better, they couldn't tow it to my house until later, no time, Just. The Guy who took my money Couldn't remember how to write the breakdown, so he couldn't give me a receipt. And ontop of that, didn't return my driver's license. I had to call not only the lonoke police ( who had no record of the incident report) as well as Jhook several times, who are so rude and condescending, but I kept calling, until my vehicle was finally returned at 830 that night. My DL was not the center console like Jhook rep. Said it would. And the receipt dates, prices, and info was strangely inaccurate. Apparently the vehicle had been picked up just by my house off military Rd. In Jacksonville AR. Why did it end up in lonoke? Stranger still was the random stuff left in my vehicle. Even had infant clothes!? Duck calls!?what?? To top it off, after I made a complaint to the Attorney general, they responded by saying I refused to pick up my car, and that I had been trying to leave my car with them because I wouldn't pay. Boy oh boy. That's just down right a fabrication. Untrue. I tried to call to speak to the owner, I figured maybe he was unaware of what was going on, unfortunately the responses were rude, and I was even laughed at. WOW. I definitely would not recommend Jhook towing, especially, the lonoke location, $& especially not by choice.
The most unprofessional, predatory towing company I have ever worked with. I would rather push my vehicle 100 miles than have this sorry excuse of a business tow it. 3 miles = $1400, these guys are probably mathematicians in order to come up with these numbers. Do not do business with these people you are better off throwing your vehicle off a cliff. When they say(We'd like to learn more about your experience and what happened to cause you to feel this way. Please give us a call and ask to speak to a manager so we can learn more. Thank you and have a great day, JHook Towing & Recovery) it's just to make them look better they do not care, and they will not try to help you out in any way. They will actually do the oposite and say they "do not trust you" and will not take card over the phone because everyone disputes the transactions, yea I wonder why. Anyway if this is your only option to tow take your vehicle, either burn it, abandon it, or throw it off a cliff like previously stated. DO NOT do business with them. Also to the owners good luck dealing with the BBB.

5 Stars Forsure!! I called about 4 towing places before & they most definitely were the cheapest! Told me it would take about 25 mins and they were on time! They came & were very polite and professional! I most definitely will be using them & let everybody know that’s in help!

They came and picked up my car and when I got it back none of the sensors on the front work and the cruise control won’t even come on this is really ridiculous the way they treat someone’s property and then when you call you have to leave a message. What does everyone leave at the same time.
My car was towed and they were rude, did not answer the phone, and while towing they messed up my car. The guy that towed my car left my car key in his truck and I made an appointment to get my car and drove an hour there and they told me my key wasn't there. Ridiculous. Would not recommend. Ever.
I know of this place only because a friend had to be taken there when his car was towed there when they mistakenly took it after someone read their paperwork wrong having a repo done . Although when we got there it was a fairly friendly place. Clean for a tow yard the 1st two people spoke rather rudely to us when we arrived. Then faces changed from mean mug to all smiles as they discovered this was the man who had to drive almost 2 hours to pick up a car that should never had been towed. He wasn't behind in payments, it was a wrong read issue. All was solved before getting there though because to stop this from happening to him again,he laid out over 3000.0$ to pay in full! Not only picked up his car but also the title as well. Simply this people should make sure of what they are doing before doing it. And when an error occurs like this a customer should not need cover towing charges for something that shouldn't have been towed. Not only did he have to pay tow charge but the cost of gas to get him there then also the cost of two vehicles coming back in gas. When asking if they was going to cover this costly mistake they said no that they didn't have too. Maybe you didn't by law have too but for customer relations you "statewide" should have offered to waive the tow fee at least & really offered a free fill-up either for the gas tank or the belly! Rather rude if I was to be asked!!! As we are a friendly people & not sue-happy they got away with being ugly to someone who was not behind on payments, just a mistake in reading their paperwork. Just not costly for the tow company who makes thousands but for the single father of two who had serious need of his car, school,doctor appts., Grocery store, simple life issues made very rough over a simple little mistake they said!!! They are choosing to eat this & not go to court to recover this simple mistake's cost from his way smaller pay check & go about his life. Shame on you Statewide you should care for yourself if not your company name more than this. Maybe the future holds better for your manner's than this family was given. You would think since you have to make an appointment for a certain time then you should be seen in that time. Work on your communication
