Had a bad morning, slid off the road going to work, and ended up at the bottom of a ditch. Called 3 "24 hour" towing operations to no answer. Called Brent's Towing and they picked right up. Brent showed up in 30 min and provided excellent service. Explained everything he was doing, and worked tirelessly in the mud, water, and snow at the bottom of the ditch to get my vehicle out. Had me back on the road in 15 min. 10 out of 10. I will definitely use him again if he needed, highly recommend.
I reached out to Brent after getting the runaround from a couple other towing companies. He was super nice and treated me like my concerns for my truck mattered. I inherited my Chevy Silverado from my Dad's passing and I definitely needed to feel like I trusted somebody. The driver was amazing & his park job was right on point! Thank you so much!!! The starter on my vehicle failed. I initially called Danno’s to have my vehicle towed. After a brief conversation about my issue, he he explained they were also a repair shop and wanted the opportunity to earn my business. By the time I gave him my address, he already had the new starter ordered and said I would have the vehicle back by that evening. Mind you it was 3:30 when I called for the tow. I must admit, I didn’t honestly think that would happen. That type of turnaround is unheard of. Within two hours I had a call letting me know that I could come pick up my vehicle!!!! They also found and repaired another issue while it was there. I would HIGHLY recommend using Danno’s!!! Honest, courteous, and friendly. Kept me informed and was upfront about the pricing and repair. Great group of guys.
Danny was great. He answered my phone call at 7:30 on a Tuesday night and had the truck picked up within the hour. I had locked the keys in it and he took care of that to. He really knew what he was doing. The whole process start to finish seemed easy and painless. Should I ever need a tow again I’m glad I have a business card. I would be happy to refer him to anyone. Driver called to let me know when he was on the way with an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He was very courteous & helpful. I thought i needed a tow since neither my jumpbox or jumper cables had got my car started, but Bryan suggested he try & was able to get the car started so I could drive it to the auto repair shop for evaluation.

Anthony was professional, fast and friendly!! Can’t recommend them enough! Helped us out in a bad situation.
Car wouldn’t start so needed a tow to the dealership. Anthony was able to help me out and was even able to switch the destination last minute. He came in about 15 minutes, took my keys and did the whole Dropbox routine at the dealership for me as well. Friendly guy and very timely! Highly recommend!!

We broke down on I 24 East 2 miles east of exit 89. We contacted AAA who sent Anthony from Riddles Towing to get us and our vehicle. Anthony was fantastic. He made sure we felt safe while he loaded our vehicle. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire ordeal. I would recommend Riddles towing for anyone who needs their services.
I haven’t used AAA for years and can’t really remember my experience the last time but for whatever it’s worth the driver (Anthony) today was a complete godsend. From the time I put the call in to the time he took my vehicle. It was 30 minutes. Super friendly guy I would recommend these guys to anyone you don’t get that kind of service Anymore these days.

I had a moving truck stuck in the middle of nowhere. Called Finley’s and within an hour Whistle was there pulling me out. He was quick, courteous, and best of all got my vehicle out with no damage. Couldn’t recommend them more
Friendly and willing to meet me when I called but I've heard from other people that their lot fee is extremely expensive so I now dread getting the bill for them towing my wrecked vehicle.

Make sure they're charging you correctly. The guy that came out to jump my company vehicle said it was $96 for the service which did not match up to what the counter guy said. I called back to get a receipt and the guy behind the counter said I had left a $16 tip. Long story short, the guy who came out put me down for a $16 tip when I didn't give him one. It's $75 to jump a battery with a $5 card processing fee. Normally I'd chalk it up to simple negligence, but the employee told me it was $96 and still asked me for a tip. Would of been a great service if the work was honest.

These guys totally saved me. My truck was stuck in the mud in front of my house and then my son's truck got stuck trying to pull me out! They got there fast and were super friendly.
Bad customer service experience with Keith . They say one thing and do another, not reliable in regards to the auction process. I had a very shady experience. Not hospitable at all and very rude! In the end of the day if you would have disclosed the car was reserved which you didn’t twice , then I wouldn’t even have wasted my time or yours. Not trying to ruin your reputation or anything just wished you had been very detailed which you weren’t .You specifically told me and my mother that the dodge journeys were reserved. You told me other vehicles to not choose from . I called you also prior to the auction about the cars, and you yet again never disclosed the cars I mentioned were reserved. Which is not effective communication. Then even after the auction we still were trying to purchase the vehicle . You just at the last minute stated you wanted $1800. It is what it is. Thank you anyways.

Hands down the best experience I've had! Arrived at my truck before I did, but didn't mind at all that i was still on my way to bring him the keys. Super friendly, easy to talk to, got the job done in a timely manner, and talked with me during the whole process instead of us working in awkward silence. He even know of some mechanics that may be able to help me get my truck back on the road again. I don't have a single thing negative to say about this company. They only charged $115 when other companies were quoting me anywhere from $150 to $175.

My wife hit a nasty pothole that blew out both passenger side tires on a Friday evening. Needed a flatbed tow to the tire shop. SouthEast responded with very nice equipment and an obviously competent and professional operator. Show time was reasonable for a Friday during dinner hours. Great service for a great price! Nielsen was challenged because of the location of the car in the driveway and the size of his truck HOWEVER he met the challenge and was able to get the car on his truck!! He has a sense of humor. KO towing took amazing Very Quick care of me and my beloved vehicle (JEEP WRANGLER)! I was stuck at the airport and they weren’t certain they could go there but they did anyway! GENE MY DRIVER WAS AMAZING AND TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY JEEP VERY WELL! I’ll always be indebted to them! From call to Allstate to deliver us both home was less than 90 minutes which is amazing here in Louisville! I’ve been 4 hours with other companies and these guys get my call first from now on! Period

Since our Uber driver that Enterprise Roadside Assistance never showed up, he offered my kids an I a ride back to the Enterprise. After calling multiple wrecker servicer providers K O, not only answered the call, but also provided a reasonable time frame to pick up a vehicle. I was with the non starting stranded vehicle, they arrived before the stated time frame, which was greatly appreciated in the freezing morning weather. The driver was curitious and efficient in loading, transporting, and unloading my vehicle. They accept credit card payment, with paperless receipt, billing was simple. Everyone I spoke with, over the phone or in person was respectful, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this company!
A great company todo business with if you want to play hide and seek with your vehicle. Delivered my car to the wrong location. Granted after a stressful morning of phone tag they sent out another driver to move it to the proper location. We discussed a refund on the phone. Sounded happy to give it to me due to all the stress and frustration associated. Until they called me back to tell me that they couldn't offer me a refund due to some random policy they dug up. Frankly there are hundreds of other wrecker companies in Louisville you can goto. Dealing with a broken down vehicle is already stressful enough without having to wonder whether or not it made it to the destination.
Car had major electrical problems on my way to work. Called K O towing and got it towed back to my house for an incredibly affordable price. David was very helpful over the phone and made it easy to give him info by just texting him. And Brian the driver was very polite and showed great patience when he arrived at my house to drop of the car and my girlfriends car was in his way. And allowed to pay with card over the phone. They have a great team all around. If I ever need a tow I know to call K.O.

Best Guy in town !!! I say that from experience several times. Super fair price, got to me in 20 min. And he is a super good person. He helped this old man get in his truck & and the elderly man had no money. And then he helped me get my car to start again and stuck around to make sure I was gonna be Ok. You don't find some one like this very often these days !!

This was a very scary situation and Lex Towing took the fear out of it. Our truck broke down at the edge of a merge lane onto Circle 4. It was terrifying. I had a tire blow out at about 10pm. It was a White 97 Ford Expedition. I wasn’t in a safe spot. They gave me the best price in town, at 60$. The service provided to me 6/10/24 was timely, super professional and more than I expected. Instead of just loading my car and taking it to the destination, my tower took the time to ask me questions to see if I even needed to be towed, gave me options without any pressure and insured my comfortability with the ending decision. His price I also found was less than 3 others I had called but still well worth it! If ever i am in need of towing services again, AJ’s is now my go to 😊
My car was stuck in a shopping center parking lot not far from home but it was evening and I was a little nervous. Luckily AJ’s Towing was decent with communication. Needed to have my car towed to a repair shop. I called the shop to see who they recommended and they gave me a name and price that I considered too high. I called AJ's service and within an hour and a half, my car was at the repair shop. The service was prompt and courteous. He took his time loading my car so as not to cause any damage. Never get a tow from this company they made my husband wait on the side of the highway for over 3 hours in the dark. I kept calling bc his phone was nearly dead and they all just kept transferring me to the “higher” up person. It’s sub contracted out. It’s not local, u will not get the tow truck drivers contact info until u have waited pretty for like 3 hours when they tell u one hour! I will never use this company they are scammers they literally were laughing at me when he was in a life or death situation. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! NOT LOCAL!!!!
No one ever responded back to me. Was told I’ll have someone help me tow my car to an auto repair shop around 9:30am. It was almost 11am and still no one showed up. I called the company’s number (on Google) over 10 times and no one picked up. At least have the courtesy to let me know that you’re not going to get to me. Poor communication.

I own a shop and these people where given specifically detailed instructions where to drop the vehicle... Instead they blocked my whole drive way with a car that dont start or move...I have no help to push the car so I have to shut down for the day! Good job!!!! If u need a car dropped off and put in a specific location they dont care! Dont use this business...Plus u cant contact them if u have a problem! Just sad and super unprofessional! THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE LOCATED 1MIN UP THE STREET FROM MY SHOP!
Horrible customer service reserved a lock out was told by the dispatcher to wait 20 mins arrival. I wait 30 mins call back and the same dispatcher told me another 20 mins eta . Horrible experience donot recommend at all

Exceptional service, got to me from another state quickly, easily understood instructions on how to find my car, and was friendly and professional. My parking lot is usually a challenge for large trucks, Danny retrieved my car with ease. Best in Louisville if not the state of Kentucky! someone you can trust.
Danny P rescued us from the freeway at night when our tire went flat. He was very caring, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I have only good to say about him. My concern/question is that I asked for a tow, not a tire change, when I called AAA and when I spoke to the Rescue Ranger dispatcher. Danny said he was there to change the tire. After some discussion, we unloaded my fully packed car onto the side of the freeway, located the spare, changed the tire, repacked the car, traveled to the nearest service station for air (the tow truck did not have air), couldn’t get their pump to work, and then got towed to my home….like I’d requested in the first place! I was grateful to be home safely but wish I’d been towed from the start.
I had a flat that I was unable to change due to the lugs swelling just enough preventing the wrench from fitting. I was directed to rescue rangers by Tony's Wrecker. Bryce showed up, diagnosed the problem, went above and beyond to fix the problem. He took the time to remove a damaged aluminum cover with minimal tools available for that task. This allowed all of the lugs to be put back. Very appreciative of his effort!
The only folks to come through and go above and beyond on a difficult night were Jason and the Rescue Rangers! Two rear wheels blew out on my dad’s RV as he came through town. His expensive RV roadside assistance did nothing to help him. Various other tire and fleet service shops were unable to get his unusual tire size out to the roadside during the overnight hours. Jason showed up personally and was committed to finding a way to get the RV safely to the campground until tires could be replaced the next day. Once my dad was underway and my car wouldn’t start, Jason, Mark, and Yoshi made sure my car got to a good dealership and that I got off the roadway to safety. I will always keep the Rescue Rangers number in my phone. You should too!
Had my car towed May 16, 2025 and I never received a receipt! I called May 19th and spoke with a lady who said she was going to send me a receipt via email. She never did! I’ve been calling every couple of days since May 19th. I contacted the tow truck guy that picked up my car and explained what was going on. He told me that all the ladies are at the office and he just spoke with them to call. Again no answer. I’m really not sure how you can run a business but no one picks up the phone?? Finally June 2nd, someone answered the phone and told me that only a manger can write a receipt and they mite be in around 12pm today. So I have waited around 1pm and still no answer! All I am needing is a receipt so that I can turn it into my insurance company. I really don’t understand what is so difficult about writing on a piece of paper. I’m not a happy customer and will definitely be telling people not to use this tow service. They definitely didn’t have an issue with taking my $220.00 for the tow.

I had to call a towing service, because I parked too close to a concrete pillar in a parking garage and I’m trying to fix it, I made it a million times worse to the point of needing a tow truck to remove me from the pillar (seriously, who does this?!). Anyway, they were finishing a job when I called and gave me a time frame, and were there right after when they said they would be, and the driver was very nice. It made a situation that was very stressful to me a lot better. I would 100% recommend Leo’s towing, and I will call them again if I ever need another towing service (which I probably will, bc clearly I have poor driving skills).

Had an issue with my front bumper. James was the one who went out and was able to fix it and saved me a tow! 10/10
My car was completely dead and I had no way of moving it from a Whole Foods parking lot. I was recommended Anthony’s by a manager at ken towery and I was surprised to hear that it was less than competitors. Pros: they know what they’re doing. Mike had no issues getting into a busy parking lot in the cold and securing my car safely on his truck. Price. I payed $63 for a 2 mile tow. Responsive. I spoke to a man on the phone multiple times and unlike other companies he was patient while talking to me. Cons: Since they were busy over the snowy weekend it took an hour and a half after I called to get to the sight and load my car. However if you plan accordingly this shouldn’t be an issue.
Austin came to my rescue today quickly! Picked up my car, kept me informed and even texted me to let me know the details of when my car was delivered. Thank you so much Austin. Getting stranded sucks, your kindness is super appreciated!!!
Anthony’s had my wife and I back on the road with a spare tire within 20 minutes of us having to pull over to the side of the interstate! Very fast, professional, and responsive, gave us recommendations for the best place to get our tire repaired in the next town, highly recommend!
Saved our Fourth of July trip, the dispatch lady’s voice was like an angel, so nice and courteous Driver’s name was Austin 5/5 conversation with him. I hope I never break down again but if I do, I need Anthony’s towing to be close by. AAA had us waiting for hours Anthony’s towing was there is less than 30 minutes.

Jeff was the person that did our tow and he was excellent in his service and I drove with him in his truck and was very polite. I definitely would use them again.
After driving through thick fog and unrelenting rain for 5 hours on my way back to IL from the Smokey’s…finally after getting out of all of that weather…my tire popped after hitting a pretty sizable rock. Initially called Progressive roadside assistance and they gave me an eta of 3hours for someone to come out. Needless to say, I wasn’t planning on being on the shoulder of an interstate for three hours, so I called Mosby’s. MARY was extremely helpful and sweet and told me exactly how long it would take to get her driver out. Her driver, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name unfortunately, was quick and helpful….even followed me off to the exit and gave me advice on where togo get a new tire in town. I really hope I never have to use them again :) but if I ever do, I certainly will. 5/5 on all fronts. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!

I work for a company who finds its drivers needing a tow more often than not…especially on rainy or snowy days. I myself have had to use Hittles services on 2 occasions. I must say both times, their drivers were very attentive and knowledgeable. They tried a couple of different troubleshooting methods before outright getting the wench. It’s something to watch! On top of being really good at what they do, the staff I’ve encountered were super friendly! Dalton, I really appreciated your assistance the other night! Mike saved my husband’s truck today after I got it stuck in a deep ditch. He did a great job, showed up quick, spoke to me with respect, and took the time to explain and give me options on how to move forward. We have found our go to tow truck company from now on.

My car died right at a busy intersection and I couldn't even get it out of the way, but these folks saved the day! The guy who showed up was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful and i wish I was better with names to give him the shout out he deserves. He got my car where it needed to be and discussed realistically what had caused the issue (and he was right) as well as how to resolve it. He was absolutely a joy to work with and kept the mood light despite how stressful it was. A+ job, would absolutely recommend.

Tony (driver 68) was amazing!!! He was courteous and knowledgeable and helped calm me down after a major car malfunction. Not only that - I mistakenly left the keys to the car he delivered to my home - on the back of his tow truck. He drove many miles to another job before he realized it! I was in a business meeting so when he could not reach me - he drove all the way back go my house to drop off the keys. Amazing experience above and beyond!

Kara and Dylan are both amazing people amd amazing company Kara Was very nice and helpful. Crooks.. 1st Said tow to shop from just about 3 miles was 55 bucks charged 155. Asked shop for an estimate to fix alternator. We already knew what the problem was.. Had to call 3 times to get that... then got charged 135 bucks for a diagnostic that WAS NOT approved. We knew what the issue was. Had to pay for the diagnostic to get the vehicle back from the shop.. terrible service lack of communication i had to give 1 star to give review.. so really no stars for this terrible awful shop.. don't use them.. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND
I am very un-satisfied. My wife took off work to schedule a vehicle pick up. Nobody came and when I called to ask why they didn't know when they were coming. I understand that customers can be difficult but when I explained how frustrated I was and I made it clear my wife can't take off work again they decided to cancel the pick up and hung up on me. Not a service I will use again. Not helpful and that's pretty rude. I get that your person wasn't in and you are busy but this is customer service. Dealing with upset customers is your job. I've been yelled every day as a fast food employee. I didn't refuse to serve someone. If you guys aren't coming that's fine. Just make sure the client doesn't sit around all day waiting on you. Because if they have a husband... They will get an earful at work!
Rob Rob and Jared were awesome! As Rob like to say they think outside the box. They were able to help us safely and securely lay an 1100 lb band saw in a crate onto its side, and we did it slowly and successfully. Once that was done they had the brilliant idea of using the Gantry crane as a dolly. We lifted the crate up about 3 inches off the ground then used straps around the Gantry crane legs and the crate to keep the legs from splaying and the crate from swinging. We then easily rolled it up the long driveway out to the truck, turned the crane sideways so it would straddle the truck, and put the crate right on there easy peasy. Rob and Jared had the can-do attitude and were a lot of fun to work with. THESE GUYS ROCK! CALL ROB AND JARED AT WINCHESTER TOWING YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lied to me and the cops about not having my boyfriend’s car for 3 days straight, and then claimed it was their system messed up. They weren’t going to tell us they had the car until we had camera footage to prove otherwise. Don’t recommend this place.

Tow was fine and price was fine the reason I give 1 star is because I called the business 3 days in a row asking nicely for a receipt and was told the first time “ I’ll call you back when I’m at the shop and send it over.” Never got a call ok no problem so I call again next day “I never got back to the shop yesterday I’ll call you when I’m there and send it in just a little bit.”No call. Called 3rd day and was met with a very rude response and hung up on me as I was mid-sentence. Needless to say I never got my receipt. Just wanted it to get refunded by my insurance. Just gave up and ate it instead. Towing itself no problems but it’s not that hard to just be cordial to the people who pay you.
They were great! Fast friendly and some of the best prices around. Will use them anytime I need a tow. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
All American Towing is a great towing service, I had my tire blow-out on the side of an expressway, and after calling, Jamie arrived within minutes. He was exceptionally friendly and was one of the more genuine people I have ever met. Shortly after my tire was fixed, and I was on my way. I'd rate Jamie, and this company higher if I could.
I highly recommend this company. They were responsive and got to my location quickly. The driver was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond at drop off. First time customer but will continue to use this company!

Lazo Towing has help me out many times with towing needs. Great drivers and the Owner called to follow up to make sure everything went as planned. I called them one time at 3 am my son was getting off work and the battery was dead on his car. They came right replaced his battery. Awesome Company. I would use them and recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE LAZO! (Alert!!!They have suddenly added a bunch of fake reviews to drown out mine ) I don't think they're insured. An employee dropped a car into our garage today when their equipment failed and the owner refuses to take our call. The owner told the poor hourly worker it's his problem to clean up. Absolutely terrible horrible company. Avoid at all costs! ** UPDATE to their sketchiness: Maria from LAZO said she is "not at liberty" to share their insurance information, once again indicating likely that LAZO IS NOT INSURED. I will be contacting the Kentucky Department of Insurance. Maria had the gall to offer us $110, supposedly to cover the full repair. Nevermind the reputable estimates we've gotten for $2-3k. RUN RUN away from these unscrupulous clowns!!

Brandon was terrific! My keys were locked in my car and he came prepared and got my car unlocked in a minute flat. After my car was up on the truck I rode with him to our destination and he was very kind. Had to have my truck towed. Angie showed up in less than 1hour. She is the most experienced tow driver I have ever seen. Professional, polite, and courteous. Would have her come and get me every time. If you have to have roadside service, Express Towing 24 is the only one to call. And request Angie, you won't be disappointed.
on 7/16, around 5:45 one of your drivers was being reckless on dixie highway. license plate F58067 or something of that nature. the traffic was so bad that i needed to slow down to get over before i missed my turn coming off the highway. your driver was so impatient, he act like he was going to run into the back of me. he was so close on my bumper while blowing at me! teach your drivers some patience about traffic! you should fire him!

The tow driver arrived with no notice and refused to let me get anything out of my car. He called to say he was outside. I asked politely: "please, can I just have two minutes to get a few things out of my car?" I hadn't received ANY advance notification of his arrival. He refused. By the time I got outside, he'd already started driving off with my car. (And, by the way, he didn't even have the key to the car, which the body shop would have needed.) I waved him down—"hey, please, wait a second!" He stopped the car on a side street. I asked him again: please, I need to get a few items out of my car, I had no notice! He refused, got angry and rude, and said he wasn't going to tow my car after all. He moved the car back to where it was, but didn't properly line it up in the parking spot lines, so now it was hanging out into the street. I've never had such shockingly bad service in my life! When I asked him his name, he said, "None of your business."

Sorry excuse of a company towed my car (not even my car) as I was visiting my parents apartment at midnight for ONE. HOUR. and currently about to sleep in front of the tow lot at 1am with my dog since I can’t retrieve the car until the thing gets signed off and notarized at 1 am in the morning. Don’t ever plan on having VISITORS at The Rye Apartments in Louisville they WILL get towed.

I was stranded between Hazard and Whitesburg KY and Robert came and picked me up, and drove me all the way to Lexington. Super nice guy, not a dull moment the whole ride! Shared a lot of laughs too. Robert's Towing definitely cares about taking care of your vehicle and making sure your shared trip is comfortable and fun.

Two weeks ago my dads truck broken down and he was able to find a local shop and after a run around from the owner we called Candido's heavy duty Towing. Once I gave them permission, they towed the tractor within the next few hours to another shop at a reasonable price. They were very professional and responsive at a timely manner. I highly recommend them for their fast service.

We broke down this afternoon in our RV and AAA sent us the BEST DRIVER AND NICEST GUY!!! Had no idea where we were gonna get our belt replaced or who would look at it, as we were calling around on one cell phone our driver called me to find out where I was and how long before he got to me (15 mins away) wow! Then asked me questions about what was wrong said he'd see me in a few. Called back said he was gonna be a little longer because he had been calling locals he know could fix our RV, but needed some engine info. Said he'd been there in 20mins and was there in 15! This past Sunday we were in need of a tow to move a truck that has been parked for several years. After calling Mosbys the most knowledgeable person came to help. He was courteous and showed a genuine appreciation for the vehicle ( protecting the back window) that belonged to my father in law. Not only did he take great care of the truck, he took pride in what he does. He was very professional and took care of the job as though it was his own business.
Great service, from the nice lady that answered the phone and wasn’t rushing or rude to the driver Philip that got to me in about 30 min after I called, and stayed in communication with me even when he ran into a little bit of traffic, got me hooked up and off the highway then managed to put my suv in a very tight spot without damaging anything and was very patient but determined. His hospitality while in the truck was great and was a very safe driver. I’ll definitely be using Mosby for my future tows. Highly recommend

Of all of the towing companies that advertise 24 hour service, this was one of only two that were actually available. The other one was worse than Jessee James on the price. Our driver came right out after the phone call at 2:30 am and hooked us right up. Kudos.
My car started to have troubles when I was in Kentucky. When I told them that I needed to get towed back to Maryland, they made it happen. Super professional, highly recommend them.
It was literally a life-saving experience for me. I was stranded on the side of the road. The clutch went out on my Mini Cooper, the young lady that responded Dakota was extremely professional knowledgeable and was able to tow my car and she also gave me a granola bar to help with my sugar issues so I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re awesome.
