My truck broke down about 80 miles away from Tigard, Oregon, and I called Mian Towing for help. We were in need of a jumpstart for our Motorhome in Newberg. Alex from Baker and Baker towing responded from Woodburn, OR. Alex was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get started and was very pleasant and responsive.
They suck at communicating logistics but they were timely and friendly. After they loaded my car onto the bed of the truck and I signed paperwork they said they could only take 1 person -there was 2 passengers that needed a ride. So my friend and I were left stranded and we could not get our belongings out of the car because it was already loaded. If we had known we could not ride with the tow truck I would of taken my belongings out of my car and I would have coordinated a ride way earlier in the day or used a different company . My car had to be taken to a totally different area than I was going so this caused a huge hassle. If they communicated 2 hours earlier that they could not give me a ride I would have coordinated a ride and collected my items from my car but because they didnt I had to wait an hour on the side of the road after the tow truck driver left for someone to get us then I had to go a half hour out of my way just to collect my bags from the car then go back another half hour to start my journey over again. So they waisted 2 hours of my day because they could not say from the beginning "we cannot give you both a ride". But they got my money and coerced me to believing all was good till they had me in a choke hold and I had no options but to continue with their service.
Very quick, younger kid paid attention to be careful not to damage vehicle in anyway, speedy, honest and got my car there in one piece. A++

I had a breakdown on I5 1 mile south of Woodburn and needed a tow to Corvallis i 11/11/2025. I called Baker and Baker. The tow truck arrived in about 20 minutes and the employees were friendly and curtious. I give 1 star for the following reasons: #1 The route taken was not even in the top 3 most efficient routes on google maps. We took I5 to exit 228 to get to Corvallis. This was done solely to increase the mileage of the tow. #2 The more experienced employee training the new guy had only been on the job 5 months. Both of the employees were not more than 22 to 25 years old. Again they were curtious and professional, but having that new of a tow truck driver training a new hire says to me the owner of the company is vastly underpaying their employees. This is especially off putting when they are trying to gouge customers by over charging for towing miles. #3 The tires on the tow truck were bald enough that if my kids were with me, I would have refused service. I would not place my children in a vehicle with 1/8 tread remaining in Oregon in the rainy season. Iv you are going to go out of your way to increase tow fees, at least show up with equipment ready to work. #4 I was told there is a 3% add on charge to use a card of any kind. I tried to use a debit card and was told there was a 3% surcharge for using a card of any kind. I generally don't carry enough cash to cover a tow charge. I understand the charge to make up for credit card fees to vendors, but applying that to debit cards is just sticking it to people in vulnerable situations, and should be condemned. #5 At the end the payment screen had a tip request. I paid plenty for a tow. $492 for a 50 mile tow. If the owner of the company cant afford to pay a decent wage to their employees from that, you're being robbed. I will never employ the services of this company again, and if you value your money you shouldn't either.

Absolutely 10/10 experience! Called Roland on a Saturday morning when my car was marooned due to a failed fuel pump. He picked up the phone, clearly explained the pricing, told me he’d be there in 20 minutes and was! Hookup was super quick and efficient, pricing was as he explained (no surprises) and he dropped off my rig at my mechanic. Even offered to give me a ride home. Look no further. I hope to not need his services again, but if I do, it will be an easy call!
Driver Roland arrived timely as he said. He was polite and very respectful. He was able to hook up my car quickly and get me home. I highly recommend his service.

Muhammad was very kind and helpful I was scared when my car suddenly died and I was stranded in the smoke and after calling a bunch of tow companies American Eagle was the only one to respond and help. I appreciated Muhammad coming out and being comforting as he took my car to the shop and dropped me off back at my home. This was a wonderful experience and was not expensive at all I would highly suggest American Eagle Towing and if I need a tow I know who I am calling first.

I called in an emergency situation stuck on the Sandy M Highway and I used my phone to find the nearest tow company and it came at BC towing. The initial receptionist was terrific! She said she had a driver in sublimity and that would be closer than anybody else and they could be there in an hour and they were there in about an hour and 20 minutes rescue us and got us to the Ford dealership and everybody was home safe in their beds by 9 PM. I would definitely recommend BC towing. They were easy to work with and very professional.
The driver was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. When I called to be sure they knew where to go, the dispatcher had already figured out where I was because the insurance sent them incomplete information. Insurance paid them so I have no idea about pricing.
Peter and Nicole are ALWAYS 100% polite, professional and knowledgeable. Nicole brings the joy to the phone call when this really isn't a call you wanna make (who wants a tow) but she makes it the best tow experience possible, then here comes Peter with his amazing smile and positive attitude. Even tho your car isn't in top shape you know it's in top care being in his custody enroute to the shop as he takes time to ensure your Vehicle is secure and safe. I have used them several times for my specialty vehicles IE lifted/lowered simply because of their professionalism and attention to detail. I'm sure the remainder of this team is just as positive as these two are, I just have yet to have had the please of meeting their acquaintance.
The tow truck arrived quickly and their staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was taken promptly to my drop off site where my tire could be replaced. Awesome service! They made a bummer situation that much better.
One of my school buses broke down. When I called BC, they responded lightning fast and had my bus at the shop in less than 2 hours! Unbelievable! I will use them every time, but hopefully, never again. Wish me luck with that one!

Shot out to Shane! This was our second scheduled tow company through the insurance company. Shane dealed with the insurance company who only requested a tow for our truck (wich included a travel trailer). Thanks Shane for getting the insurance company straightened out! You were very professional, kind, and refreshing to deal with. Our driver was also very kind, methodical (on how the truck was placed on the flatbed) and that the trailer could be safely towed. We highly recommend AE Towing!!
Really not sure what to post. The last time I tried to use this place and use insurance I was told I had to pay for the service first and then get paid back by insurance. This time insurance called them and they towed without me paying out of pocket. So really if I had to choose I don't think I would use this company to my towing needs. I will say that the young man that helped this time took great care to make sure the car was hooked up correct and towed with care. At least the tow truck drivers are nice not so much so for the office staff demanding customer pay when insurance called them out.
Wish I could give them 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help us get our motorhome off of I5. They had a special trailer they used that accommodated for a 12 ft tall motorhome that couldn't be towed the traditional way. The communication between us before, during and after was great, kept us in the know. They towed us from between corvallis and Eugene to north Portland. They were also very careful not to scratch, dent or damage our rv. Two other people with the company came to assist the driver. I highly recommended this company and their drivers. They were also very reasonable on their price. It was around 120 miles from where we broke down to the shop they towed it to.
AE was fantastic. My call was answered with professionalism & then communicatied proactively throughout. They showed up when they said they would and got our car to the shop first thing in the morning so work could begin when they opened. We needed an easy button. Thank you for making towing our car so easy.

After reading the news report about how they were charging five times as much as other companies and the city officials were requesting the charge a fair price through the negotiated City agreement I felt like I should make a review and let people know to do your homework and be careful I own my own company and it's sad when I see people getting taken advantage of. Hopefully the owner takes responsibility or can explain in their own words.
Oregon roads thrashed my tires but thanks to Elite, I was able to get it home safely and quickly. Troy my driver was very prompt, knew what the hell he was doing, and even had great conversations heading to our destination. If you want you and your car to be taken care of by good people, choose Elite Towing.
I’m glad I don’t take everything I read at face value without checking the facts. I’ve spoken with the staff at the Elite office, and they’ve always been friendly and professional. Their phone etiquette is excellent. I’ve needed towing services more than once, and I can honestly say their drivers are the nicest I’ve encountered—always helpful and informative. Pricing is comparable to the other two tow companies I’ve used, and once it was even cheaper. It really depends on the service and circumstances. I have absolutely no complaints about this company.

Son’s car needed towing so scheduled with State Farm app. The first company didn’t respond after an hour wait so we called and they said it would be almost two hours more so we cancelled and submitted a new request. Had a personal call from AE within 10 minutes saying a driver was scheduled and would call me. Received another call from the driver within 5 minutes saying he was in route and 5 minutes away. He was super kind to my son driving him to the auto shop, was careful with the vehicle, helped to push the car into a parking space, was very quick and professional. Would recommend.

Larry was flawless in hooking up my truck and trailer. We drove back to the mill where he dropped my trailer on the concrete, then dropped the truck in our truck parking lot. I was in a real bind and needed a car moved. My son parked his car in the wrong place on campus before he left Portland for his college winter break. Being out of state, I called Randy to see if he could move it. He figured out the best way and did it while we were on the phone. And he didn't overcharge me at all for this unusual request. Randy is a rock star!!
Randy at Hercules Towing promptly answered the phone when I called, worked with me to get a tow out to my car when I needed it, was courteous and professional the entire exchange, and was also a lot of fun to ride in the cab with to my mechanic! Fast and quick service! I just took possession of a fire damage house which 2 derelict vehicles came with the deal. I alerted the neighbors that I have to go through the legal process to dispose of these vehicles. Neighbors decided to call the police instead… I explained the situation to this towing service and he came literally at moments notice at a fair price. I think I only waited 15 or 20 minutes. That’s amazingly fast for a tow company I believe. He had these vehicles back on the property within about 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more thrilled at how quickly my issue was solved with his help. The linkage on my steering column broke while I was parking in a 15 minute zone in front of a hotel so I was half in the road, half in the spot. That's not a good spot to be in. I called Portland City Towing and they showed up faster than any towing company I've used before and were very nice and obviously greatly helpful. Since it's Sunday I couldn't take my car to a shop, so he offered to take it in when I found a shop. Great response time, great price, and great service! 10/10 would recommend!

Unprofessional and rude to my partner. Over priced and under serviced. I understand small businesses have to charge a bit more maybe but there should be better service with that. When the driver is repeatedly told you'd need a ride back home (busted car, duh) and says nothing about not being able to do so until getting to the destination then leaving without a word except a remark to the attendant at the mechanic that is just messed up. And all of this at a premium price to boot. If they can't give a ride back why not just say so up front? Instead, they left her stuck there without a word to her. Professional. Would not ever, ever recommend. Even the clerk at the garage the car was dropped off remarked that the guy was a not pleasant at all, in so many words..

This tow company towed my car may 5th 2023. Upon dropping off my vehicle the driver damaged my vehicle (scraped it against another vehicle). I was Told i would Recieve a call in the morning to get the crash figured out. This tow company is registered with the city of Portland so i didn't think they would do something so illegal. Well a month later they still have not returned my calls and caused thousands of dollars worth of damages. They will be getting sued and reported to Portland for evading the cost of repair for damages caused to my vehicle by this tow company. Stay away!!

Zee was a lifesaver for us when my tire blew on an overpass and I was stuck. My insurance’s roadside assistance wouldn’t take us because of the dangerous spot, but Zee arrived within 20 minutes and got us quickly towed to a parking lot, where he replaced the tire. He even took extra time to walk us through how to change a tire, which was immensely helpful, and gave us some referrals for a replacement tire and auto work. We very much appreciated him and will absolutely call him again with any issues!

It ended up being a lot more work for him than I thought it would be but he was super good natured about it. DO NOT USE!!! Absolutely trash driver knew nothing about hauling bikes completely maxed out my forks blowing my seals company says well might have been like that!! NO!! My forks blowing seals were not leaking and now there’s a puddle on my tire every day!! They refuse to call me back even after a month still haven’t gotten any word every time I call oh ya I have the note let me talk with the boss and I’ll call you right back month later no call!!

I have to give big props to Herman the tow truck driver. I broke down on I 5 and he came to our rescue through Triple A. He was the most courteous professional. And I don't think I've ever had anybody take the time to send a picture and video to verify that my car got to the place that it needed to be. I would most definitely highly recommend working with this company and if you can ask for Herman. Absolutely awesome experience with this tow truck and driver.

A + Towing - They are awesome folks one of my drivers broke down in Eugene Oregon. I googled tow companies in the geographical area and called several tow companies. The quoted fees were all over the board and I’m not one to be taken advantage of even when in a vulnerable situation! I reached out to A+Towing and Christine answered the call, I knew right away I had called the right company. She was professional and empathetic to our situation sitting on the side of the road in a not so safe spot. She quoted me very reasonable rates and dispatched two trucks immediately to tow my truck to the dealership for repairs and my 53 foot step deck trailer to their lot to store it until the truck repairs were completed. The rescue drivers were professional and proficient as well took my driver to a hotel. I don’t know the owner or the driver’s names but can tell you they are a class act. I’ve had many trucks towed in for repairs over the years some good experience’s and some nightmares. I can tell you this was one of the best Tow companies I’ve personally had dealings with. So happy with the friendly service and driver had ability to put key in the oven night box for me.
towed my low profile car without me being there (causing damage) that they are not going to take responsibility for because of their blurry pictures. proceeded to say i can pick it up until midnight when i called them, i arrive at 11pm and the last driver is about to leave and is surprised we were told I can pickup until midnight. he helps me and i pay IN CASH a huge fee. my car wasn’t on their lot for any more than 6 hours. 13 days later i receive lien papers in the mail saying theyre auctioning my car off. i am out of state, ive had my car for weeks. after you’ve already reamed me of my money, you’re claiming i never paid. I call to discuss what i received in the mail just to find out they say I haven’t paid on record. the employee says they will call back once they’ve fixed it, but never do. We call back, it’s fixed in such a weird way. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. also, it’s so stupid that they leave people stranded when their car actually is broken down, but the minute they have an easy tow (aka private property owner) they will be there right away!!! Once they attempt to fix the mistake and give me a receipt, it is the most sketchy thing ever. It says i paid an entire 12 days after picking up my car. this allowed my name and car to pick up all the storage fees and of course lien papers. SO UPSETTING, SKETCHY, and GROSS. ps: definitely prayed on the young customer thinking they wouldn’t know. my car was also wrongfully towed in the first place so to have to fight the towing company after the property who towed me is one of the dumbest things i have ever been through. in relation to the private property, the tow request stated my car was in a certain #spot and it was not. I wonder why the tow truck driver didn’t challenge this…? dumb question. these people rob kids.
If they tow your car and leave you stranded in the night, you will have to pay $460 CASH to get your car back the very next morning. And they damaged my front tire so now I have to buy new tires as well. The two gentlemen working at the office were polite and respectful and even called the owner to ask if I could use my debit card to pay and I could hear the owner/manager yelling through the phone that he supposedly had already told me twice that they accept cash only which was absolutely not true.
We got stuck on the on ramp and utilized emerald valley and our driver, I think his name was Jesse, took all the stress out of the situation :) we got picked up earlier then we thought we would and the whole thing went smooth. the service was covered by our insurance so I can’t say anything about price but their service was top notch!
Emerald Valley Towing are the best! Shoutout to Jesse for quickly changing my tire and making sure I'm safe to drive to a tire center. Jesse was a total gentleman, very kind, patient, and provided great customer service. I'd call him for help anytime!

Ray’s was incredible. They were kind and quick. They came for us immediately, took us back to town so I didn’t have to pay a cab. Later, after hours, I realized I’d left my purse in the car. They answered and let me come after closing to get my purse. Then they facilitated getting my car to the repair shop when my insurance company was dragging their feet. I couldn't have been treated better if I ran the shop myself!
Ray's was the best towing experience I've ever had... quick, kind and courteous. Ray also gave me alot of useful advice on how to take care of my car issues which was highly appreciated. This guy cared and was a huge help to me. I'm glad I called his business. If ever I need another tow, I'd call him again.
Had to have a car towed this weekend and could not be happier with the service; specifically provided by Chris. Called AAA and they said Sunday was busy, there was a backlog, so might take a while. Chris was there in just over 30 minutes from the time of the initial call. Loaded the car up without a hitch (pun intended) and delivered it where it needed to be. Their driver showed up sooner than expected and was very courteous, polite, friendly and quick. He explained what he was going to do and what we could expect. He took our insurance information and got right to work making it as easy as possible for us. He very carefully and quickly placed our vehicle exactly where I wanted it when he arrived at our residence with it. I would recommend Puddle Jumper Towing and Recovery to anyone at any time.
A real professional outfit. My driver Nate showed up early and was polite, friendly, and thorough. He showed attention to detail while hooking up to my RV - which is also my home - explaining what he was doing and answering questions all along. During the tow he was attentive and stopped to check the rigging, though it needed no adjustment at all. He had it locked down real solid. He also drove carefully which I was grateful for - I’ve gotten tows from some total cowboys before and found all my stuff inside the rig thoroughly tossed from the ride. This time everything was right where I had left it though!

Anthony helped out tremendously, got the insurance to cover the majority of the recovery of the vehicle, with only liability insurance. They only charged a couple hundred for storage and the title which was fine with me compared to the price of the tow bill. I would recommend them for any recovery of a vehicle within a waterway. The prices might be high but they know how to go about getting insurance to cover most of the cost and they know the laws that insurance companies must to follow.

Today is our Christmas because our children work graveyard and worked Christmas day. So I went to Winco off 82nd and Powell to pickup a few last minute ingredients. When I got in the car, wouldn't start. Checked battery etc and had a good Samaritan give me a jump and still nothing. Finally called my insurance company and was put in touch with Naythin at NW Towing. Naythin was at Winco within 15 minutes and took me over to a local shop and was back home ready to cook our Christmas dinner all wihin an hour of finding my car wouldn't start. A job well done. Found myself in a terrible situation today. Got a flat on a major highway and was stuck in the emergency lane of the fast lane and barely fit. Called Northwestern Towing explained I was in a terrible situation and they had a tow truck to me within 20 min~during rush hour!! The driver was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding! After this experience I will not go to any other tow company!
Mikey was great! This is the first time I had experienced a broken down car. Had a lot of anxiety during the process until we got in the tow truck. Maybe a weird way to explain his personality but he gives nice dad vibes. Super funny and kind. He even took the time to pop the hood to potentially see if we were dealing with the same issue he was. Along with recommending another shop if we needed. Great guy and id definitely go with this company again if needed. Would leave zero stars if possible; customer service was rude and unhelpful. My truck was towed improperly as I can see the drag tire marks on the street. Truck was left for two days in their lot and I seen a rat in it while driving home.
The two young gentlemen that showed up in 15 minutes were awesome. The other company was going to take an hour. I'm glad they work with Geico. I hope others consider tipping. They do a great job, and I can't think them enough for saving me from getting locked out of my commercial work truck.

I was in a bit of an emergency situation (staying in Troutdale from out of state, car got broken into and steering wheel/ignition were vandalized to the point of me being unable to start the car) and Loop Hi-Way Towing really helped me out. The original wait estimate was a couple hours, but they showed up in around 45 minutes and towed my car to a nearby garage. Price was reasonable and the tow-truck driver stayed with me until everything was properly set-up with the mechanics. He made a very stressful day instantly better and I'm very appreciative! My car stopped running when I stopped at the light. would not start. Some guys from a business pushed my car into the parking lot out of traffic. I called AAA and they sent Aiden from Webfoot towing. Friendly, helpful driver. Waited till I called two auto shops in area but not open on weekends. He suggested a Toyota dealership and called to see if they could help. Not able to see car until Monday. Since this was 4th of July weekend I just had Aiden tow the car to my home. Aiden towed car to my house and parked it As instructed. Very helpful driver. Good company I highly recommend!

Very professional. Quick response. I did not have to wait long at all for them to arrive. The driver took a look to see if the issue with the car was something that could be quickly fixed. I prefer not to need a tow in the future, but if I do, they will be the one's I call.
This towing business did everything right after an accident. They showed there on time, loaded my car properly, and drove it safely to the repair. Very reliable.
Flat tire and stripped lug nut left me stranded. They had the tools to remove it and got me back on the road fast.

I usually don’t put reviews but had an issue with my gs300, where the lower ball joint snapped causing wheel to be at opposite direction as the right wheel .. David knew exactly what it is was and even said he had fabricated a part to lift the left side using the lower control arm instead of pressing my tire to the fender , took good care of my car like if it were his vehicle. It was the first time using his towing company. But most definitely will have him as my permit tow company he even parked it in a parking spot no problem and let me have a block to set my gs300 on instead of the dropping to the cement . I even for some reason locked my keys in my vehicle and he unlocked in less then 60 seconds no charge .. honest hardworking man can’t stress enough how good he handles your car. 💯💯💯💯

This last weekend my husband and I hit a rock and got it stuck. We were stuck in the road and feared a car was going to hit us. David with Jacks towing was the next car around the corner and was a huge blessing as he was able to get the rock out from under the car. Surprisingly little to no damage was done to the car. Definitely calling them again if needed.

I have used Broadway Towing for both personal and business towing and they are excellent - professional, skilled, and very efficient. We needed a cargo van to be dropped off in a tight spot that required a difficult angle to get it in and they had the equipment to get it done quickly. The company that came to tow it away later spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to move it. I always call Broadway first and highly recommend them!

I was stranded, it looked like the car's electric system went haywire. Called Elite Towing, and Courtney K appeared with her flatbed, and before anything, she checked for possible fixes. She did her magic and presto, got fixed rather easily. She saved me from going to the dealership, and she even escorted me in the freeway in case something went wrong. I must say that her wittiness and charm alleviated my waiting stress. Thank you Courtney K for your help on the road! truly appreciated!
Courtney help me a lot. I was already stressed about the situation and she help out a lot to her fullest extent, she got my car to where it needed to be and provided amazing service. I personally hate a lot of towing companies mainly because they are always rude or unprofessional. But Elite towing and recovery changed my perspective. Having someone like Courtney helping definitely made me change my bias ways about how I feel about towing companies. I know for sure I will be working with Elite towing if anything ever happens again!
This company is contracted with my insurance company. They were assigned to come tow my vehicle and never showed up. I scheduled the tow for later and was assured a driver would be there within 15 minutes more than once. They ended up not showing for that tow either and I had to go with another company.
I had a wonderful experience with Courtney today! She met me at the shop where my car was at, even got there a little bit earlier than the estimate. She was super pro and friendly and a joy to chat with. Can't necessarily speak for the rest of the drivers @ Elite, but if you get Courtney, you're getting the best you can get.
Zach from Elite towing did a great job. He was friendly and professional. His rig was new, and as I had been expecting a flatbed, he took the time to explain how he was going to lift my AWD Subaru safely. Highly recommended!!!

After calling around to at least 20 different tow companies that all wanted $200+ just to show up (plus per-mile charges), I was thrilled to find this owner-operator on Craigslist with very reasonable rates. They charge a higher rate than I feel like they should but that's only because they can usually get it when there's a insurance claim who needs OEM parts well I'm not insurance and I've felt like it's a premium price they want every time I've used this place. And it's sat a little uneasy with me like I said everytime... And parts are usually damaged when they pull them for you... But that's my experience...
I chilled in the back with my dad (who works here) and everyone was super chill. It's a little baised cause my dad works here but would recommend. Many people were able to find what they needed the day I was here.

Just had some lady crash and take out about 80 ft of our fence. The car ended up in between some landscaping and wrapped up in our fence. B&r came out and got the car out with limited damage to the landscaping and cleaned up very well.
