We had a great experience with Tim’s Towing. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and our driver was professional, experienced, and very easy to talk to. He handled our vehicle with care, towed it without any issues, and even maneuvered it right in front of the mechanic’s bay for a simple push inside. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I worked with Poly’s Towing LLC and i was extremely satisfied with their service and responsiveness. My vehicle has a bad transmission and i needed to get my car towed over to the service center. i called Poly’s Towing and the man on the phone set a pick up for 9am. The tow driver made it to my home right on time, exactly at nine, stuck to their previous quoted price and had me where i needed to be in less than 30 minutes! I totally recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow on their vehicle.

Called Tim’s towing because I had a Ford F450 stake bed truck not start. He picked up the phone within the 2nd ring and had my vehicle back at Larry Miller Ford in mesa within an hour. After Larry Miller Ford had my truck three times in a month for the same issue. I wish they were as competent as Tims Towing. Hell I should have just had Tim and his guys fix my Truck, would have been repaired right the first time. Thanks Again. Tim.

Piggyback towing made a terrible situation a whole lot better really Quick, he was there to pick my car up within 15 minutes of me calling him. There was no hour to two hour wait, which I thanked him for that because it was really hot outside. Blessed! Ivan, you made light of a very dark/ bad day. My Lincoln suv broke down near vee quiva Gila River casino on my way home from work. Already calculating newfound mechanic expenses, tow truck fees etc. I was dreading it. With the passed experiences Ive had with Tow trucking services, was only gas to the fire. They’re normally super expensive on top of having you wait 2 hours, best an hour and change. IT towing was the opposite. I wasn’t there long enough to sit down after looking over my vehicle when he arrived. He was shockingly fast and literally I paid half of what I was expecting. Blessed thank you so much. I’ll save your number and recommend 100%

Called and he came within less than ten minutes after waiting for AAA for 2.5 hours. Handled my car with care and was very nice.
Tyler was absolutely wonderful, he arrived before anticipated, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others and hope they receive somebody as great as Tyler.
I scheduled a transport for the next day. Robert was on time and also showed interest in the car hobby. The project car was loaded quickly and efficiently. At the delivery location Robert unloaded the project car between the two post lift so we wouldn't have to push it around by hand.
Robert did a great job getting my ‘55 back home. He showed up quick. Was careful, clean, and knew the tricks to handle a classic car. He is a total professional.
Ariel showed up promptly and did an amazing job. Loading our large Sprinter van in very tight quarters had to be a little tricky, but he managed no problem. Thank you Emergency Towing & Transport!

Bronco towing did a fantastic job. They were accurate as far as a timeframe was concerned and even got to us earlier than anticipated. Driver was very nice and courteous! We waited on another tow company for several hours yesterday and they never showed up. I would highly recommend bronco towing. 1321 N Pioneer St Gilbert, AZ 85233 [Kenneth] I think one of the reasons for some 1 star some 5 is the people working there and which you get. During the time my car was stored and I and the insurance guy dealt with the storage yard, there were very different experiences between who you get at the desk/phone. Kenneth was great at just making the experience the least painful and being easy to work with. He did the required stuff but in a way that made it feel like he cared and was doing his best for me.
Brett was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that our car was running and we didn’t need further assistance before he left. His customer service was excellent. With so many people focusing on themselves nowadays, it is nice to see that there are still kind and respectful people who put their customers’ needs first. Thank you Brett!

I had to move a project car from a residential neighborhood to a townhome. The service was available on a Sunday evening and the driver showed up within an hour of my call. They actually missed my call at first then called & texted back within 5 minutes. The truck was huge and barely fit in the townhome complex but the driver made it happen. My neighbor’s car was in the way and he wouldn’t answer the door to move it so the driver had to drop the car at an angle. My driveway has an incline and my brother had not yet showed up to help me push the car in the garage. The driver blew my mind when he offered to help me push the car (1979 Cadillac Seville) into the garage. That was so unexpected and very much appreciated! AND THE TOW SERVICE WAS $135 CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION!!!! I would definitely use this service again! Thank you Alex much appreciated!

Texted AAA roadside at 300pm at my residence. Tow driver Patrick called about 10 minutes later. Took about 15 minutes to arrive. 5 minutes to coast the car out of the driveway and secure the car on the flatbed . Patrick takes his job seriously, knows what he is doing, and was above average on everything. Had to make it to the mechanics property before 500pm. Arrived in 15 minutes with 15 minutes to spare. My experience with 101 towing was extremely positive and I am greatful for Patrick to care for my vehicle.

These guys are amazing, they drove 2 hours into the sticks to winch out my camper, starting at 7:30pm! They arrived way after any traces of light had left the sky. It was a tricky job but my man Israel came with the best cheer, problem solving, and professionalism. Stressful to get my house stuck but because of these folks, it turned into a positive experience. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

My battery died by indian school so I called Freeway and they got to me pretty fast and did the job rigth. Price was what they told me on the phone the driver was careful with may car and i was back on my way quick.
Great customer service from start to finish. The guy who answered the phone was pleasant, and the driver George was also very professional and pleasant. They called me to give me status and was really surprised how fast they were able to get me a tow. Price was what was not overly crazy for the tow. I would use them again.
The company caused damage to my vehicle and refused to take care of the issue. Will not provide insurance information. And does not communicate. ALS the owner says the have 24 hour live coverage of all pick up. The owner told me that they have and would send videos coverage. But. That was a lie. When asked to provide video footage from the pick up the story changed to they have a glitch. Also they refuse to give me their insurance I formation
They were sweet, funny, lighthearted, quick, and very fair priced! My serpentine belt went out and 30 minutes after we called them, Luis was pulling up! 5-6 hours (9:30pm-2:30am) of trying to find the right belt (which didn’t happen) and limping my truck home (which resulted in a dead battery hence the tow) all saved by this amazing towing company and their team! Highly recommend! Thank you for getting my truck home safe!

Kevin took great care of me with my tow today to Discount Tire. I had a flat tire on my Tesla and I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He also made sure I was ok during the ride to Discount. I would definitely recommend him for any future tows.

Adam tried to reach out to me to confirm pick up my phone was in driving mode. I never received the call. Adam still showed up! Adam was Happy, energetic and concerned. The worst company and the worst service. They are liars who make customers wait longer than the specified time and lie that the service will arrive within 45 minutes. We end up waiting for three hours. Every time I call, they tell me that the service will arrive within 15 minutes. This goes on for more than two and a half hours. When you ask about the reason for the delay after all the waiting, they tell you that this is what exists. If you are not happy with the service after waiting, you can cancel the service. I do not advise anyone to use the services of this company.

9.30.2025 - I used AZteca Towing to haul my lowrider car (78 Lincoln Continental Mark V) w/hydraulics to a local shop in the Phoenix Valley, because my fuel pump decided it had enough, and wanted no more gas to go through it. I called, the dispatcher, Gilbert said it would be around 35-40 mins for flatbed to arrive, it arrived in 38 mins (I was timing because normally when "other" companies give a time such as "35-40 mins" I'm stuck waiting for an hour or hour and a half). This was not the issue with AZteca Towing! The driving/hauler, Benjamin was professional, and a good driver with over 20 years experiance hauling/ towing. I mention this because it matters, and I even road with him to the shop where we were taking my car to get the work done, good dude! From call, to pick up, to drop off, GREAT SERVICE. I phoned owner from Oregon a few days prior to attending the Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium (very near his business). I inquired on where I might park for the event without having to purchase a parking pass; thought I would reach a big business with many employees. Nope. The owner answered and he quickly suggested I park at his business driveway when I come! Wow. That was extraordinarily nice, way beyond anything I could have been expecting. Greg was a life saver for us today. He was nice and extremely accommodating. Went over an hour and a half out of the way to change a tire on our car, just to find out that he had to instead tow it. My company had a boom lift get stuck in some really wet mud due to an underground sprinkler leak. Being that the boom lift was 15k lbs, we needed a heavy duty pull out from an area that was not easily accessible. BD AZ showed up in a timely manner, and took special care of our rented property and our customers property. Brandon was very professional and great to work with.
Our newish diesel pusher RV cratered the driveshaft at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. The day was pretty much a nightmare until finally BD’AZ got the call about 930 pm. They worked hard to make sure they brought the right equipment, they communicated very well with text and phone and rolled up 1030 that night. The very professional operator said give me the keys and told me to go home as he had it all handled. What a treat and a relief! He texted when mission accomplished. April 18th, 2023. We had a flat tire at the airport when we went to pick my sister up and so we had to pull over in the arrival section, security called maintenance and priority towing showed up. The guy’s name is ZECH #27 and he repaired our tire, the man was amazing. He was smiling, he was very professional. He answered all our questions. He had that tire changed in no time at all. He was just very, very nice and I would give him a five star. He is definitely a good worker and you have a very good employee, there’s not many good workers these days and Zech #27 did an outstanding job, thank you! Bob n Patti

Beware shady company! They did the unethical thing while my son was in the hospital. When he was released, we went to get it, and they already put the car in his name even though we were in contact with them and let them know of the situation with him in the hospital. Who wants to do business with people like this?

Had an unexpected car breakdown on Olive Ave the other night. I decided to call Roadside Ranger Towing. The driver was at my location in no time and handled everything professionally. He even gave me a lift to a nearby diner while my car was being towed. It wasn’t a fun situation, but their prompt and courteous service made a big difference.
Had to get my truck towed after an accident on Glendale Ave. The whole thing was stressful, but Roadside Ranger Towing made it a lot easier. They arrived quickly and handled my vehicle with care. I’ve used towing services before, but this was hands-down the best experience. If you’re looking for towing in Glendale this is the company to go with. Highly recommend them!

AAA had me waiting for over 2 hours with a heat advisory and in a very sketchy neighborhood. When I called for an update they told me I would have to wait at least another hour just to get a truck dispatched and there was no guarantee that it would only be an hour, it could possibly be longer. I couldn’t wait any longer so I looked for some towing companies and called a few and was told it would be at least an hour wait. I came across the number for DHS Towing and when I called the dispatcher said he could have a driver there in 20 minutes. I agreed and sure enough a driver was there in 15 minutes. DHS had great customer service and even though I hope I never need them again I will definitely use them again if need be and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who asks. Thanks DHS!

I was stranded in Scottsdale, and spoke with Omar on the phone and he was super nice and professional. Had a tow truck out to me in 25 mins as promised, as he understood the urgency being a female stranded alone in an unfamiliar place at night. I was very impressed with this towing service. They were the best price I could find - yet they were also excellent, I did not sacrifice quality for low cost. It's family owned and you can tell, everyone treats you well. They were booked for hours but were willing to accommodate me after 5pm when they had someone available next. He was very quick, professional and polite. Dropped my car off at the mechanic, putting the key in the door, without making me drive along. Even sent me photos of my car after it arrived there. I will be using them again, they are my first choice should my car need towing again.
