My son's car broke down on his trip back home (3 hours away) and it was late in the evening. Ryan towed the vehicle back to his shop and made sure my son and the other passenger were safe until I was able to get there. He has also helped us try to find the right mechanic in the area. Can't say enough good things about Ryan and Broke-N-Tow.
My daughters Jeep broke down on her way to Aiken. I was 45 minutes away. I called Broke-N-Tow, LLC and spoke to Ryan. He gave me a fair price and within 20 minutes he arrived to pick up the Jeep. He even stayed with my daughter until her friend who lived closer was able to pick her up. He arrived right on time with my Jeep at my mechanics shop. I definitely recommend calling Ryan if you need a tow - or just think you need a tow. He made it to my location in less than 15 minutes. I thought I needed a tow, turns out I just needed a jump. He quoted a fair price for a tow prior to arriving but checked my battery out and had me back on the road within minutes. He didn't charge me a cent and certainly he could have a strapped my car up and towed it without ever looking to see otherwise. Super nice guy! Honest and all around genuine human being.

Dispatch was so kind and helpful when we were in a tough spot. Good Sam was giving us the run around and big tow told us they could be their in 15 minutes. We were on a road trip and broke down. Dispatch even recommended an amazing shop that helped get us back on the road.
They were very prompt, got to us quickly. Joe the driver was very polite and made us feel like we had known him all of our life. Got us to a garage and then to a hotel. All of this while the outer band of hurricane Helene was dumping rain like crazy. This was on Thursday around 4pm. We had to stay till Saturday because of all the destruction but that was ok, we were safe. That Saturday morning Cody had Joe to load up our truck, because we could not get it fixed due to the power outages , and take us home. We were about 4 hours from home. They made our experience less stressful. The garage they took us to was Carolina Auto. Frank and Sadie the owners were very helpful also. I called different companies and received different excuses for not getting a tow... It would be 2 hours before sending someone, the price is double because the wrecker service was several miles away at the time, there was nobody working on a Saturday morning, etc. A friend of mine was able to recontact this company and they called me back due to being disconnected. I am so grateful for the help I received from the driver. He loaded my car up fast and efficiently while being careful and respected my car and got it over to the dealership for repair. The dealership was able to repair my car today and I opted to do a couple of other repairs recommended while I had it in the shop. I appreciate how quick it was getting there because I was able to get all repairs done today and am back on the road without delay. I highly recommend this company.

they made everything very difficult and overcharged even after making me sign the title to my truck over to them. watched me the entire time i was getting pictures and getting belongings out of the truck. left my welder machine, toolbox, and various other things in a neat pile at the crash site as if they were coming back to take them later. charged me a ridiculous $25 fee to use a credit card to pay the tow fee. all around an awful experience, would not recommend.

Greetings to everyone reading this, I had a situation to happen that caused my car to need towing day before yesterday! I was limited on funds, and needed a tow very quickly! So, I went to google to find a tow company, and 803 Towing & Recovery was recommended among the top three. The reviews were awesome, which encouraged me to try them. I gave them a call, but for some reason, my phone lost signal, and the call dropped before someone answered! Almost immediately after that, I received a call back From a very kind woman who said she noticed I called, and asked if I needed help! For the life of me, I cannot remember her name, but she was so welcoming, so polite, and immediately started to help my Anxiety Go down before we even started talking about the business at hand. She made it a point to make sure I was mentally OK, which stood out to me! To make things even better, she agreed to tow my car at the lowest price I have ever heard of, and were there in less than 15 minutes after we got off the phone! Mr Steven Arrived with the most welcoming smile, And funniest sense of humor! He made us laugh and briefly forget that we were in the sweltering heat, and having that type of emergency! He went above and beyond to take care of us! He treated us as if we were a part of his own family! I told them that I pray to never have to need them again for obvious reasons😩😂 lol, But if I do need this kind of service, they are the first, and only company that I will be calling! I will also be recommending their service to everyone I know, and to everyone I may meet that is in need of it! I urge, and hope everyone reading this will do the same, because they truly deserve the support!
803 was the contracted towing company through my insurance after I was in a accident while moving across the country. Steven (the owner) provided me advice about where to tow my car after seeing pictures of it and saved me the hassle of towing it 2 hours to my final destination since it most likely would be totaled. He was informative and kind after a scary situation. Not to mention it was 8 pm on a Friday night! I fully recommend 803 Towing & Recovery. (Also, I don't usually leave reviews, but that's how much I appreciated their service!)

Quick, professional, friendly, experienced, skilled, courteous indivisible. I was broke down on the side of the highway at night and I called All Star towing. For a police officer can pull over to check and make sure everything is OK, as they usually do on highways, the tow truck was pulling up. It did not take long at all for the tow truck to get there and to get my car safely secured on the bed of his truck. As I was sitting in the truck I was explaining what happened and what I was doing, as we all probably do. Well before we get to the destination he actually pulled over so I could pick something up. I was not expecting it. I was so grateful because it saved me half of mile walking just to go back out. He even has a network of people that he could refer me to for the issues I was dealing with for my car. All together it was a very nice, easy, pleasant experience and I recommend anyone who needs any towing to call All Star towing. Thanks again
The tow was booked through AAA. The driver was on time and very respectful. He towed my car and gave me a ride for over an hour one way. All while trying to book other drivers for other tows and run his business. I would gladly use them again if I need a tow. If you are stranded and get to pick your tow service this is the company to use!
This is the most sketch towing company. No office just a person in a car that takes a ridiculous amount of money and picture your ID on their phone. Also, they messed up my alignment. Beware of this place and dont trust your vehicle with them.

On our way home from the Chapin Labor Day parade we began to experience throttle cable malfunctions on the 1968 Mustang we used in the parade. Due to safety concerns we decided to have the vehicle towed home. I was a bit worried about having the car towed because it was borrowed for the day from a friend. Not knowing who to call, I found Schroder's Towing on Google. I failed to get her name but the girl that answered the phone immediately put me at ease. She took our information and had a truck headed to our location very quickly. On arrival, I was greeted by Jesse Kennedy. He listened to my concerns about the car and was incredibly Kind and Professional. He did a top notch job caring for the car. In many ways, I felt like a long-time good friend had showed up to help me in my time of need. The charge for the tow was More than Reasonable and much appreciated as this was an unforeseen expense. I have saved Schroder's number in my phone and they are the only towing company I will be calling in the future. A big Thank You to the Team at Schroder's towing. My Jeep randomly broke down this morning on the way to work and I didn’t know what to do or who to call. One of my coworkers told me to call Schroeder’s to get them to tow my car. They responded very quickly and got to me fairly quickly. The staff is very friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands. I am a Supervisor with VIP Courier Express out of Charlotte,NC and we needed a tow from Bamberg SC to West Columbia SC. After 6 attempts at finding someone, I lucked up and seen one of Schroeder's wreckers and gave them a call. One of the quickest response times at arriving to the location an hour away. They are very respectful and professional. The driver Dennis is very thorough in his work, pays attention to detail, and will make sure that your vehicle is secure properly as safety is his #1 attribute.
We had 2 guardian angels on the evening of Tuesday, November 11th. We were going to Elite Ballroom and it was a very poorly lit entrance (no lights). We missed the entrance and landed in a ditch. We were stuck with the back end of our car sticking out into the road. I got out of the car and asked a person in a truck if he could help . Little did I know he worked for a towing company. This post may seem odd, but it is 100% true. It was 8:00am on 1/1/24 and my husband was pulled over. Long story short they decided to tow the vehicle. I am in the hospital and have been for a month. I don't know when I am getting out and I'm the registered owner of the vehicle. I asked the State trooper who was towing the car and he said Eagle one towing. I googled the number and called right away, I don't know who was on call or who answered the phone. Whomever it was, he was sooo nice, professional and understanding. He explained the process, the price and was very empathetic and compassionate. My husband actually said he cheered him up and gave him hope. Not only did he do his job, but he showed us that some times a complete stranger can change your outlook on the future. There are still good hard working people out here. Really honest gentleman! I thought I needed my wife’s car towed but we talked and I drove it to the nearest tire spot and they fixed my issue. Really really appreciate the man he is.
We were on our way to a vacation. we were in a 5 car pile up on the I26. Dave was on the seen in minutes, after we found his listing on google while still sitting in our inoperable van. Dave was like an angel sent from above. He calmed us down gave us all the information about what was to come. Waited for the police to get all there paperwork done. He towed our vehicle, then drove us to the Columbia airport to pick up a rent a car. I had never been through anything like this. We were all very rattled, this guy took care of us like we were his family. Don't hesitate to call Dave, you will not find Better
Called for a tow, Dave said he was 15 mins out and arrived in exactly 15 mins. Excellent service, and the quickest tow I have ever witness. I’d like to say I’d use him over and over again but truthfully I hope I don’t have to use him again. Hahahaha! Also best price in the area. Overall very impressed.
Car was towed on the 22nd. As of today they say I owe $1241.I only just got the information on the tow yard today. The minimum wage is still $7.25 in this state for christ sake, who knew the state could rob you worse than criminals. I've resigned the fact I'll never get my car back at this point. Driving there now to get my personal items. So demeaning, in an already demeaning situation They're going to ruin my credit, and leave me without a vehicle, in america. My only family who might've helped, died last year, and their birthday is comming up on the 17th. No sympathy in this world for a man in turmoil
If you need towing service near Columbia, SC look no further!! Dave did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what we would expect from any towing service, and is a truly a life saver. He handled our tow in a safe, prompt, and professional manner and helped us find everything we needed to get us back on the road. My husband and I were hundreds of miles from home when our truck broke down outside of Columbia. We were hauling our 5th wheel camper, and it was after hours on a holiday weekend. Our insurance told us that other towing companies would have had to send two trucks (for the pickup and the camper,) one of which would’ve been an out-of-pocket expense. However, Dave had a truck big enough to tow both vehicles together. He not only helped us book a spot at a nearby RV park, but also put in a word for us with Robert (Apex Auto and Diesel Repair) who got us up and running first thing the next day. We are on the road again and incredibly grateful for the service we received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We were stuck about a mile and a half from the marina with wind blowing out. Guys came within 20 minutes. Filled us with 10 gallons and followed us back to marina to make sure we made it. Great service! Professional, and kind. Would recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I took On The Water (OTW) boating lessons with Captain Rick and Captain Doug. We never operated a boat before and wanted to get hands-on training. Captain Rick and Captain Doug were very knowledgeable and made the whole experience educational and fun. We would highly recommend anyone interested in boating to take the OTW training offered by Captain Rick. You will enjoy it.
I called them after dark one evening when my boat wouldn't start. They came out quickly and made all of us feel so comfortable and well taken care of! Our motor wouldn't start on our boat this past weekend so we called TowBoat US Lake Murray and they answered immediately. The parking lot at the tennis center was a tight space to work with but he made it look easy. Set up a tow through insurance company. I was expecting a very long (hours and hours) wait, but Mike, the driver, was there within 20 minutes of getting the call. He promptly loaded up the car and took it to it to our requested repair shop. To save us the trip, he dropped off the car and the key (in the overnight slot) and sent us pictures of the car where it was parked and the envelope he had completed for me right before he dropped it in the slot. I have used many tow companies over the years, and this was by far the best experience ever. I would highly recommend Richard Wright's Towing and Recovery. If/when I ever need another tow, that's who I'm calling!
Man this is one of the most loyal and honest tow company’s I’ve come across Freddy and John went way above and beyond and made sure my truck was safe after my keys were stolen , called in another tow truck to keep my price low because of steering column and other labor issues with having no key. They did not have to do that, saved me over 300 bucks.

With this being said, the clear coat failed in areas and Richard Wright assured me this should not of happened. He scheduled the car to be repainted and made complete again. After the job was done,the results were astonishing! Wife's BMW looks better than OEM paint! The manner and professionalism Richard and his staff handled this situation was above and beyond. This is most definitely a rarity in today's business practices. Greatly appreciate Richard Wright and staff for the attention and dedication to fixing my wife's BMW! So my son backed his car into a drainage ditch when it was really dark and he couldn't see. The first two tow companies that were going to pull it out declined saying they didn't have the right equipment. The third tow company I called said that they couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't damage the car trying to get it out because it had to go out the same way it went in which isn't true. Finally, we called this tow company and he came out and did it in about 20 minutes. Absolutely no problems, no damage to the car and was also a super nice guy. Totally recommend 100%!!!
Bulldog was incredible! We were stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire and he came within 10 minutes of us calling him. He towed our car to a local shop and stayed with us until they changed the tire. We were back on the road in no time. I’m so thankful he was there for us during this unexpected emergency!
Very unprofessional company. They would not provide a paid invoice to our company for a truck we paid to recover from their lot. They have stopped answering the phone when I call. I had a driver call from a different cell number and they answered; they hung up on me when I got on the phone. Can you not provide a paid invoice because you're a shady business?
Driver answered when our transmission went out while driving home. We had 3 kids and a dog. Said he was on his way. We called to check his ETA after about 30 minutes as we were coordinating getting transportation. No answer. Called again at 40 minutes no answer. At an hour my husband called from a different phone. He answered then hung up when he realized we were the same family. Didn’t even extend the courtesy to say he wasn’t coming. DO NOT USE this company.

If you ever need a tow give this place a call the were quick to respond and fairly priced. The driver was amazing very detailed and caring about the vehicle he towed, asked where to put it at the drop off location and even put my windows back up. Express towing was fantastic to work with.
I was very pleased with the services I received! I watched the camera to see who was in my yard and the young man who towed my truck went through hell trying to get my lock off my gate but kept trying and finally got it and was able to squeeze through a tight spot and get my truck !

I had the best experience ever! Wayne and Kelley are absolutely beautiful souls and their heart is amazing. My husband and I hydroplaned into a tree and they picked us up and even gave a very upbeat mood due to myself crying lol. They were patient, understanding, attentive and even provide words of advice. Quick & efficient! Coming back from Atlanta, heading home to Va Brach after a baseball tournament, our tire ripped after hitting something in the interstate and we had issues with our jack. I called and let them know what mile marker we were at and they were there in about 20-30 minutes. Tire was changed quickly, talked a little baseball and hit the road. Absolute joke of a company. Towed my truck after major accident, gave me no assistance getting my personal stuff from my truck, made me wait on the side of the road for an employee to come open the gate for me to get my items. Driver was aggressive and rude when I asked him if I could help him open the gate since he had an obvious problem with one of his legs. Made me wait while he spoke to his dispatch that told him to meet me here an hour earlier. Calling to speak to a supervisor or someone who cares isn’t an option since they just hang up.

TVCM was dispatched by her AAA membership; when you call for service through membership, you don't always know what type of service you will get since you don't pick the business that responds. Best big Crane company in SC.
Southway Crane is a top notch company from top to bottom. We have used their services many times over the last 20 years and every time they have exceeded my expectations. I run a heating and cooling company and when a system has to be replaced time is crucial. They are easy to contact and schedule in a timely manor. They are always on time and all the operators are friendly and good at their job. Carter is our rep and he’s always been easy to contact and goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs crane or rigging work done.

My son made a little mistake with the kind if gas he put in the car for his first fill up so we needed a tow truck. AAA was going to take three hours so we called a local tow truck company. Gonzales was so AWESOME I feel the need to recommend him to as many people as possible. He was to the gas station on Rosewood in less than 10 minutes of being called, he was VERY friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He said he hates to keep people waiting in their time of need. I will absolutely call him should I need his service and I hope you will too.
Great company! He stayed open late to fix my car, got the repair done in one day. A lot cheaper than everyone else with excellent service.

Freedom Towing was scheduled through my car insurance to help transport my car when I lost my transmission on the way to work. Casey called me directly to inform me he was only 13 minutes away and showed up promptly and loaded up my vehicle with care. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness in a tough situation. I would highly recommend Freedom Towing for future service needs.
While trying to recover Son's Stolen Truck the Two Companies Together "Freedom Towing and Lexington Wrecker" NEVER contacted the Registered Owner of the Towed Vehicle, When asking for a copy of the Towed Order ALL Professionalism went out the window. We were treated like Criminals and Lied to and Screamed at, Hung up on and Changed the amount owed (in the same day) for the Tow when we went to pick it up. Please think twice before dealing with a company in Business to line their own pockets and NOT care about their Community their doing Business in... Definitely reporting to BBB!!!

My son was in an accident as we left our family vacation in Myrtle Beach heading back to Georgia... Since we had to spend several hours at the hospital, we weren't able to retrieve his belongings from the car until the next morning... When we arrived, his wallet, with all of his money, a couple hundred dollars was still there... Along with his PS5 gaming system and other expensive items... If this were Atlanta, he never would've seen that stuff again... I wish I could remember the man's name that assisted us at the tow yard... He was truly wonderful, very helpful, and professional... Since we were coming from vacation, my car had a bunch of stuff in it, as well as my son's but, he helped us fit everything from my son's car into mine... I would definitely recommend them...
Casey arrived quickly and was extremely accommodating. The individual who answered he phone was also excellent! It was amazing to have help within 20 mins, especially on a Saturday evening. Definitely recommend this towing service!

Needed my car picked up off the highway, and they were fast.
TnK Towing got to our location quickly to help us with a boat trailer, so we could get back on our way. He was very accommodating.
I called him after 3 towing companies didn't have drivers. He had us out and on the road within 30 minutes! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue!

During a national crisis these people tow my truck without giving a notice to move it after they put signs up how shifty can you be when I'm the only one able to work to support my family during this time.I drive a tractor trailer to move the essentials. He is absolute LIAR. When you try to pick up your items he make up reasons why he can't meet you. So he can charge Excessive fees. When he Never had a conversation about a fee. Lies about his location just so he can get more money. Then he ignores calls when it's time to meet. He give tow drivers a bad name. Especially Black Businesses..

We parked legally at a hotel in Columbia SC. The sighs say you must pay to park, which we did. The tow company stole our vehicle and never checked with the hotel. They lied to us and the consumer affairs agency.

Fast and easy!
I had damage to the front of my car because of a deer strike. Parker Jones at Anderson Towing repaired and painted my vehicle. The paint looks better now then it did before when I purchased the vehicle. I have a second car that was hit in the rear by a distracted driver. It will also be repaired at Anderson Towing because they repair vehicle’s the proper way. NO SHORTCUTS!!!!
