Dalton was absolutely amazing. I’m not one to write a review but with the service given, writing this was anything but an option. My Mother in Law needed Chris' services after an accident took place on her way back to Kentucky from Colorado. She was traveling alone with her dog. He not only towed her truck, but helped her find lodgings for the night. He even went in to check if the hotels accepted dogs! He went above and beyond the call of duty, and my husband and I are forever grateful that he was there to help. He took care of her when she was rattled and upset from the accident and had no one to help her. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

Our car broke down on 470 toll road coming home after dark. We called two towing services that said 24 hour service and no one answered the phone. We then called Triple M. They answered the phone, were courteous, professional and responded within 25minutes. They not only dropped off our car at the mechanic shop but drove us home. We highly recommend Triple M. If you need a tow, give them a call.

Very unprofessional I went online through peddle to sell my car. Their pick up window was 11am-3pm I called at 2 the lady said they were at a car auction” I’ll send him that way as soon as he’s done” okay so now it’s 4:00 call them and they said we can’t do it today because the drivers are all busy these people weren’t even going to contact me. On top of that had my mother waiting here all day because her name is on the title. Just very unprofessional.
Jay was super awesome. He was both helpful and kind. The company had him out to us in less than an hour. Would absolutely use them again if we need to in the future.
I blew my tire on a Friday evening, and Ryan the tow driver was there in under an hour. Both Ryan and their dispatcher made a really frustrating night way better and made me feel safe in the situation I was in! They will be my go to tow service moving forward and would recommend. 10/10 would high recommend.
Towing technician was on time, professional and as nice as they come!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about getting my large SUV onto the towing bed even tho my car was totally non responsive! Technician was on time and quick hook up to the Motorhome. Quick disconnect of the driveshaft and we were on our way. Phone # is saved in our phones and will defiantly call again if any issues should arise! He was very respectful of the coach and took extreme care of its low clearance when hooking it up.

My husband and I were stranded in the middle of Kansas on a Sunday with engine trouble while on our way from Southwest Missouri to our daughter's wedding in Colorado. After a long day of travel and two hours on the side of the road in the hot, late June heat, Xavier picked us up and towed us to a Firestone in Northeast Wichita. Xavier provided ample communication with us and was prompt in regard to his ETA. He and his dispatcher were courteous and professional. Xavier was efficient in his work and transported us with the utmost safety. Thank you, Xavier and team, for taking such good care of us!
Dispatcher was very polite and took down all the info. Jeremy the truck driver was on time, polite, and professional. Gave a call to let me know when he was on his way. He loaded up the car and made sure to take pictures before to document anything. Class act company and the rate was excellent!

Our rental cars tire wasn’t drivable and the nearest Enterprise was 2 hours away. Enterprise sent out a tow company to bring us a new car. The gentlemen from Enterprise wasn’t the friendliest person to deal with. But once this towing company took over it made the process so much easier. Awesome driver, Randall and great office work from Jen. Being in an accident isn't fun or easy, especially when you get t-boned. AAA was taking too long and was still going to be nearly as much as what Kid charged out of pocket. My truck was about to go to impound with all my tools but Randall was on scene and quickly assessed the tow. I called the office and they had Randall back out in no time. There were some blunders from the PD that were not in my favor, Randall and Jen took care of me. Fast, dependable,reliable and beyond courteous. Highly recommend will gladly use again
My sons car had a broken lower control arm. Austin from Kidd Towing was able to get it loaded and up my very steep drive and into my shop. Wasn't sure it would make it but Austin did a great job. Great experience from placing the order to the final tow. Will definitely use again although I hope I never need to 😀
Had a vehicle break down on a day with immense flooding, at night, and Kidd’s was able to get it back home for us in a reasonable time. The receptionist was incredibly kind and kept us updated, and the worker who towed us got the job done quickly and respectfully. Would 100% recommend for good prices/timing/kind people.

I was having problems getting my car started. In I was away from home. Bring in Kansas I called Overland tow service they was able to get to me within 30 minutes. As to where my own insurance company couldn’t get to me for at lease 2:30 hours. Thank you Dustin for your services. He was very helpful, respectful and honest.

I've used many tow services over the years with varying results, some even including damage to the vehicle. This was the first time using Overland Tow Service and they were definitely the best I've experienced. They gave me an ETA and price over the phone. It was more expensive than services I've used in the past, but I believe you get what you pay for. Donovan arrived sooner than expected and called me when picking up the car. He then arrived at the destination, even willing to carefully put the car in the garage for me. He took photos of the car before and after, and I was provided a link where I could see them. Overall, their service was very thorough and exceeded my expectations.
Always unfortunate when you need a tow truck but I've always used Overland Tow and for good reason. They are the best in the business! This was the first time I needed to ride with the driver in the truck and I could have not asked for a better person to do that with than Donovan. He had my car loaded it in no more than 5 minutes and got me to work smoothly. Great conversation too. Thank you Donovan and Overland Tow!

Funny driver. He told me I couldn't park there, lol as I'm in a construction mess surrounded by 8" concrete. He said it was stupid day, and I didn't disappoint him....he did not add that part. Skilled driver with sense of humor sure lightened my hubby's mood
If you use a tow company, use this one! On Monday I was driving when my gas pedal got stuck down. As you can imagine, it was a highly stressful situation. As I waited for the tow truck to arrive I was fearful, and stressed for the cost of taking my vehicle to the mechanic as i dont have much excess income. Once the truck arrived instead of immediately putting my vehicle on the truck, the man got out and inquired about the issue. I told him, and he asked to take a look at my engine. After a few minutes of investigating, the man went to his truck and grabbed a wrench. He tapped what I assume is the throttle cable, and my gas pedal popped back up. He told me to turn my van back on, and everything was running fine. Instead of loading up my vehicle and taking my money, this honest man helped me! I insisted on paying him for bringing his truck, but he denied any compensation and asked I leave a nice review. I cried, I was so relieved and grateful for this man. 10/10, if you want an honest company who's going to be mindful of the care of your vehicle with integrity, go with Elite Towing!
Locked my keys in the van and they came out to meet me in a very fast and courteous manner. The company was very polite and helpful on the phone. The driver was very polite and let me know about their flat rate fees in the area. It was A LOT cheaper than having a local locksmith come out to help me. The evening fees for a locksmith are way too high. Especially at 6pm in the afternoon. Again, thank you. I really appreciate the prompt service.

I really wish I had remembered to get my driver's name. He was very good and professional. He deserves some recognition! This was a Nissan Altima pick up off I35 between Wellsville and Ottawa on the evening of 8/21/25. We were originally given a 1-1.5 hrs arrival time by dispatch. They told us we didn't have to wait with the car so we went home about 10 miles away. Before we even got home, our driver called and said he'd arrive in 20-30 minutes. I was super grateful he could get there so quick because we had already waited 45 minutes for State Farm Roadside service to find us a tow, which isn't J&K's fault. Today marks the two year anniversary of my mother's passing so it's been a rough and emotional day. Our driver didn't know that but his professional demeanor ensured that I didn't have any added stress to an already stressful day, and for that I am thankful!
The driver Shawn and owner Jonny went above and beyond helping me and making me feel safe. They are THE Best! Highly recommended!
Our truck broke down on a Saturday evening in Olathe. We were 2 1/2 hours away from home. We called J&K based on the their online reviews. They did not disappoint. Our call was answered promptly and politely. We ask if they could accommodate a ride for my husband and I with the truck back home, which they did. She said they would have a driver to us in an hour and they did. Our driver text us when he was 15 minutes away and was very professional when he arrived, as well as our ride home. My experience with All city tow didn’t start off on the best note—while towing another vehicle, a window unexpectedly flew off and struck my windshield, causing damage. Naturally, I was frustrated, but when I went to their office, I was met with a professional and helpful team that immediately took responsibility and offered to make things right. They handled the situation quickly and with care, replacing my windshield the very next day at no cost to me. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the process. What could have been a very negative experience turned into a positive one thanks to their responsiveness and integrity. Special thanks to Tim, who was hands-on throughout the entire process. He ensured everything was taken care of and followed through every step of the way. His commitment to customer service really stood out, and I’m grateful for his support. While we had a rough start, the way they handled the situation left a lasting positive impression.

This company was and is the best it can be , not only were they honestly humble they were pretty sound on the over turned truck I was driving. Set the ol girl back on her tires as easy as I have ever seen . I don’t recall the drivers name but I was one of the FedEx drivers that was broke down all the way out in Harrisonville on 9/3. We did have to wait a couple hours but the level of respect and friendliness when our driver arrived was purely amazing. Our driver was very friendly, offered to stop at a convenience store after we were loaded up and in the road so we could get a drink or use the restroom and had several great and interesting tow stories to tell us about, 2 stories from years ago we passed the scene on our way back to Olathe. Until today I had never even heard of Simple Tow Service, but now you will be the first call I’ll make if I ever need towed again.
Great company! The driver was extremely friendly, there was no extra charge for a holiday, and I had my truck back less than 30 minutes. The driver even parked it in my garage. Again, great service and pricing.

Almighty Tow Service was assigned to me through AAA. Ron was my two driver and he was so sweet and kind. I just needed my car towed from Olathe Kia to Subaru of Olathe. The entire process took 15 minutes. With the stress of car problems, again, Ron’s kindness was appreciated!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR THINGS STOLEN!!! Almighty Tow Service transported a friend’s car from the accident scene (that was heavily monitored by police) to their lot. Either while in route to the lot, or once on the lot, thousands of dollars of tools were stolen from the vehicle, along with the friend’s wallet. When brought to Almighty Tow Service’s attention, they showed extreme lack of empathy, and took no responsibility. They didn’t even offer to look at their cameras that are on the lot to see if they could be of any help in finding out where everything went.
We got connected through AAA for a tow. The technician arrived in under 30 mins and was polite and efficient. He had the car assessed and loaded up on the truck in under 10 mins, safely dealing with a heavily trafficked road. It was a great experience!
Huge shout out to a couple drivers, Alex and Billy B. Alex has come to my house twice once to tow my 2025 Jeep Gladiator and another to tow my 2018 Dodge Challenger. Alex was prompt, kind and courteous. Good guy and treated me and my vehicles with respect. Billy B came to my rescue at on the road when my 2018 Challenger overheated. Billy B was a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and treated me and my car with respect. I would highly recommend Almighty Tow! If you get Alex or Billy B. tell them Ken says hi!

I have to say, they have integrity at the Olathe lot. I lost my chopper during a minor arrest. It is a custom vehicle so the process to p/u was non standard. If they were a shady tow service like so many, They could have found a reason to keep it. Shanise at the Olathe lot was a very good natured person ❤️ If your car is stuck in the lot, or some minor beauracracy is holding up the process, they will work with you. Thankyou to Kidds Towing.

Me and my family went to go get dinner at “El Gallo Food Truck “ and on our way to drive back home our vehicle, didn’t turn on at all due to some mechanical problems! My insurance contacted us with kidd’s towing. Cody did a really god job on getting there before the time frame we was told he’ll be there, very professional, and very polite! I called them when it was pitch black out needing to quickly tow my car and in no more than like 20 minutes there was someone there to help me. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me but that man needs a beer, a party, or something along those lines because he absolutely came through for me. He even had to wait while I got my prius off of jack stands and he didn't mind at all. It was like hiring a member of my own team, and to top it all off he made it to my house faster in a tow truck than I did in a normal car. So glad they had the flash on standby because I'm not sure where I'd be otherwise.

My first time dealing with Twisted Towing was GREAT!!! They showed up, within 30 minutes of me calling! Driver hooked up my truck, fast an very professional! He strapped it down with out scratching up custom paint on my suspension, delivered it to a shop, the shop said truck was to big to fit on there alignment rack. (After Twisted Towing dropped it off) So I had to call Twisted Towing again. They were back in 10 minutes loaded it up. The owner of Twisted reccomend another shop he knew could do the work. So I had it sent to the other shop that he reccomend. My trucks work was all completed an ready for me to pickup that night! 10 out of 10 Reccomend. I've used them multiple times now, they are the only tow service I use now! Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional. Nice to have a tow service I know I can count on 24/7. I've made reservations with these guys and both times theyve called the day of pickup and told me I had to wait even longer because of someone else needs to be picked up. Even though I called the day before and set up a pickup time. Plus they are over priced compared to other town companies. Unless you're in an emergency I wouldn't use this place.

This company was SUPPOSED to come and tow my Buick LaCrosse after my brakes went out on me while I was driving. My insurance set it up with my roadside assistance. Instead what actually happened is TNT stopped responding to my insurance’s phone calls, and also mine. They sent my calls to a voicemail that’s not even set up. I was stuck outside in the middle of July in the heat for multiple hours trying to organize a tow truck to get me and my car safely home. Thanks for nothing TNT. I’ll recommend you to nobody.

I got a flat tire today and needed to get my car towed while the city was still trying to clean up the road from a winter storm yesterday. The waiting time was a little over 3 hours, but the driver Sam totally made my day. He was awesome, friendly and personable. He checked the car carefully and patiently explained the details that I need to know and on what to do if the car needs to be towed again. This is a very poorly ran and highly unprofessional business they're strong suit is predatory towing they come they steal your car make up excuses and lies of why they took your car and once you let them know you have all proof they try to cover up their tracks not this time guys my car was unlawfully and illegally towed for the third time in a row so I've been documenting every instance and taking pictures of everything you guys are going down.
I recently had to move a vintage tractor to a new location so it could be restored. I wasn't exactly sure how to move it but after I explained what I needed to do over the phone, they came right out and I would of thought your driver Albert did this every day. After looking it over, he hooked on to it and asked where exactly did I need to go with it. He got it there, no problem, unloaded it and even helped us push it into the space. Fast, friendly and very professional. That was about the easiest thing I did that day. It cost about half of what I expected it to be and was done in no time. Highly recommend the Happy Hooker for a tow.

I have been using this company for years. They saved me amd my company more than once. This is alwqys my 1st call when we have vehicle problems.
Hydroplaned on the I-70 10 minutes out of Topeka. SUV ended up about 70-80ft down a hill. Tyler and crew came out with his F350 and an extra tow truck to pull out my SUV. He attached his F350 and had my SUV out within 10 minutes. My SUV was was undrivable so they got it on the bed of the tow truck and Tyler personally drove my family and I back home, which was about 45 minutes away from Topeka. This company was very professional and respectful throughout the encounter. I highly recommend Taylor's Towing for any and all towing needs you may have!
I had a benefit Poker Run yesterday. Unfortunately we had an accident. Called taylors to pick up both wrecked motorcycles. Not only was they there very quickly to get motorcycles off the highway but both drivers was very professional and courteous. I recommend this tow company.

I was in a bad roll over accident on I-35 toll road as I hydroplaned-not room in the construction area to do that obviously & I wasn’t going fast. (Sorry I shut down the interstate on May 24th) I’ve had experience with tow companies before & I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve had (in such a bad situation). I had my 3 dogs with me & he let me bring them in the truck (otherwise animal control would’ve taken them😳) I had a fractured sternum & ribs but otherwise we were ok. He let me stop at the gas station to get a drink (watched my dogs while I was in there) & was very informative about costs & definitely had my wellbeing in mind. I can’t recall the guys name but THANK YOU so much for making a horrible situation better & thank you for all your help & information. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I’m not easily impressed-I’m high maintenance so I don’t give compliments unless they’re earned. This guy definitely earned it! There was flooding & im sure it wasn’t pleasant for anyone to be out there in the storm.
Locked my keys in my car and within an hour It was unlocked! Mrs Laurie is the sweetest dispatcher in the world and Mr Kevin who unlocked my car is a true professional. I broke down on the highway. The tow company was really fast and helpful. The man was very kind even offered to carry my groceries for me. My car is lowered and a pain to get on even ramps or a jack. He took the time to make sure my car was loaded properly and didn't get damaged. He did all this is pouring rain. They made a bad day a little better and took care of my car properly. Recommended
Do not recommend this company! Was told by two different people that it would be $95 for my tow. When the driver got here, he told me a different price and charged for mileage since it was technically outside of Wichita even though it is a Wichita address of where they picked up. Talked to management and she admitted it was her fault and still made me pay the higher amount. Do not recommend at all!

Just had my bike towed with a flat back tire and the two guys that showed up were excellent!! I had called the round to multiple places who wanted almost double what Miller's charged me so they are now my go-to tow guys! But the guys that picked the bike up were very respectful and careful with my bike they knew exactly what to do to keep it on the back and I couldn't be happier. Well I could had my back tire not gone flat in the first place but all things considered I will be calling them if I ever need a tow again! Thanks guys!

My vehicle was recovered as a stolen auto on Friday because of Holliday and the fact that they are not required to be open any day not only am I getting charged 475 dollars for hook up and tow but also each day 35 dollars until Tuesday when they have someone available to be there to release my vehicle . My car was recovered without keys so now i have to pay another company to tow it home the receptionist said basically its my fault her vehicle needs towed and she lives an hour away from the location. And can't help me .worst tow company ever please do not give them your money call anyone else.
It is almost impossible to get someone to answer or even have someone in the office. They delayed our time to pick up for a day and a half and then charged out the a$$ to get our car out. They literally said you have 15 min to get here or I'm leaving, or you will have to wait to get your car until tomorrow.
Great Service and Great People! We use Allied towing for our automotive shop. They are always true to the time given on the phone. The drivers are always so nice and they have trucks to fit all our needs.

Approximately October 19 , 2024.kenswas called into service at then request of the Sedgwick county sheriff subdepartment deputies. The debate of ownership rights bound by vehicle title appointed owner and possession. I honestly haven't had my motorcycle sense the date mentioned above. I'd be very thankful the day my dirt bike is returned.
Kenny picked up my project vehicle, took it safely to its new home. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, helped me get it secured. Will definitely use their services again..

I can't express how greatful we were to work with Ken's Auto Tow. Our car was stolen in Nov and recovered Feb 1st. The sheriff's office had the car impounded by Ken's, closed the case as unsolved and never contacted us. Only found out after Ken's tracked us down and sent a letter, unfortunately by that time the car was on the lot for half a month incurring fees. Receiving the letter from Ken's we went immediately there in which we were able to discuss our options and they worked with us and the sheriff's office over a few days to make sure we weren't charged for the time the car was there without us knowing. They provided customer service above and beyond and were so compassionate in an unfortunate situation. If I am ever in need of having a vehicle towed I will most definitely contact Ken's.

I can’t express how appreciative I am for Charles are all his help and generosity. Great guy to have on your team. We even offered him extra money for his trouble and he refused it. The place he towed me to to get my tire fixed was closed, so he helped remove my tire and told me to to take the tire itself to Walmart. Awesome!

My moms car was hit while it was parked in the road at work. Dale’s Towing was sent to tow her car through your insurance. The estimated arrival time was 1 hour! So I wait, I receive a call from a gentleman saying the other driver was sent to work a wreck but that he was coming and would be there in 10 minutes! 10 minutes later here he comes! By this time I’m exhausted and I don’t really care how he gets the car on the truck I’m just ready to go home! Kenny was amazing! I called up Marvin's today after a sudden flat tire on the 169 nearby, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Called them up after realizing my insurance would take several hours to go through their process for roadside assistance, and Marvin's got someone sent over almost immediately. It took about 20 mins for the tow to come by and get my car loaded up which was so much quicker then I expected. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I appreciate the quick help during the craziness, and will recommend the place to friends in the area if they ever have sudden car troubles in the future!
Lost complete wheel assembly on my cargo trailer, left me with leaf springs on dirt road. Tow truck driver (?) took extra care loading and unloading back at my house—my trailer was challenging to deal with but he did the best to keep from further damage. Price was less than expected and I’m grateful overall. I would recommend Marvin’s but hope I never have to call them again…
Between dispatch Brennan being so kind on the phone and the driver Jon this company is absolutely amazing. From ensuring that my child was ok to dropping off my car to my house. Jon was so patient and kind due to the damage of my car it wasn’t an easy task to get off the trailer but he made it look so smooth. Tow Rifik was a lifesaver. Right outside Platte City, MO, my truck overheated and they promptly responded to request for tow service through USAA. They recovered both my truck and packed U-Haul trailer. Complete pro's. Their service center did a great job diagnosing my truck's issue, finding, and installing the needed part. I was back on the road within hours whereas other maintenance shops quoted me days. If you have an auto need, I recommend checking them out!

When I called and asked about it they played stupid and tried to say the police took them. But why wouldn’t the police take everything . These people think they can do what they want and get away with it. They’ve been reported to the better business bureau and also to the city of Leavenworth. Called on Tuesday to get a quote. Asked for pictures and I sent them They give me a quote and never called to adjust the quote. Today I called and sent me text letting me know the price was 2,000.00 MORE!! Maybe a good towing service in town but not for out of state. Arrow and Kidd had better pricing. I sent pictures before they give me a quote.

I had to call Johnson County Tow Service today because I was dumb and locked my keys in my running vehicle. I was told that they would have someone sent to me within about 10 mins. Jason showed up in less time than that, and was very polite, professional, and quick to help me. Jason was like a knight in shining armor who took no time to come rescue me in my time of need. I would recommend Johnson County Tow to anyone and everyone I come across. Everyone there is so nice and professional, and it's always a pleasure dealing with them. Terrible, terrible towing company. The damaged my front bumper cover during the tow and wouldn't accept the blame. Not only did they damage my car, but they are unprofessional and downright rude. I wish they had their own reality show, that way the world could see what worthless, unprofessional swine these people are.

After previously waiting for another tow truck company for two hours on the side of the interstate, I was pleasantly surprised when Quality Tow showed up to pick me up much earlier than I was expecting and for a lower price than most places in town. The driver was friendly and helpful. While paying, I saw the driver skip through the payment option to add a tip so I was not pressured or asked to leave one.
Excellent service throughout, from arranging the tow to getting a car to the mechanic. Cody called me 30 minutes prior to the prearranged time and was actually early for the pickup. Great person to deal with and I would definitely use Quality Tow again if the need should arise.

After last night I doubt I'll use this company again. Vehicle wouldn't start called the dispatcher told me the driver was just finishing up after an hour I called her back found out he was in topeka and he had been on AAA tow so I asked her how much longer she said she had no idea she couldn't see the AAA calls/tow only the owner and driver would so I asked her he could actually be on another triple a tow and she would ny have a clue. She agreed. I waited 10 minutes called another company they were their in 12 minutes thank you Hillcrest service. It is absolutely outrageous they don't share this info with dispatch to communicate with other customers! Glad my wife and children weren't the ones stranded definitely a business that shouldn't be!!!!

We had been having a rough time trying to get the car off the side of the road and by the time Alex, our tow truck driver, came we were so grateful. He was efficient, polite, and helpful. I have used roadside assistance previously. They all performed. This company stands out from the pack. They made special arrangements and effort to reach me. I had been taking my 84 year old mother to a doctor appointment. My sister was able to come and pick her up. She was in a great deal of pain so I was glad for that rescue. However the office reached their driver. Explained my situation. Office called back and gave me a 25 minute ETA. They showed up within that time frame. Santiago could not have been experienced, personable and professional. I am so grateful.
ICT was awesome. They were there when they said they’d be there. The gentleman that picked up my 2006 Mustang was fast, friendly and courteous and very professional. I called into the dispatch to Bragg and they were awesome as well. I look forward to using ICT towing in the future. They are now number one on my call list.

The waterpump in my truck failed on my way home from work. My regular tow service was unavailable and recommended Sunflower. When I called I was told it would be at least 45 minutes to an hour before the driver could get to me. However he showed up within an hour. My truck was loaded and secured quickly and with care. The driver was professional and polite but also very personable. We had a nice chat on the way to the dealer where my vehicle would be repaired. I even received a text with the invoice before my vehicle was back on the ground. Very happy with the service, will happily use them again.
We used Sunflower to tow a truck almost 100 miles, and it was good value and very good experience. Our driver, Patrick, communicated well and let us know everything we needed to know. He was a super nice guy and I would definitely use this service again if need be.

Car broke down on Kellogg and Andover Rd. They estimated 1 hour but came in 30 minutes. She was quick and took extra care to make sure my car did not end up with dings or scratches. Definitely cheaper if you have cash on you but affordable if you use a card.
