Nick was super very conscientious. Knows what he's doing. I followed him to the destination in my car. and he stopped to check this chains very nice man. You should be glad to have him work for you. Also, the girl that answered the phone very pleasant. You should be glad she's your frontline.

Used the service a while back and was very impressed by the quality of the service and the knowledge of the driver. Used again to get some work done on my car but wasn’t happy and then figured out that the driver/owner of the garage was not the same. Called the driver/owner directly and figured what happened. I would recommend to look for only AJ Towing and get a helpful driver coming your way. I guess AJ Towing and AJ Towing and car care are two different things. Please only look up AJ Towing for a good deal and reliable service

Very fast, and reasonable pricing!
My friends had a shredded tire on their boat trailer. The only person that came through is this company. Id bet 1000× to trust thist place.
I was out on the Green County Cheese Trail and I broke a transmission belt on my side by side. Someone drove up and told me to call Al's towing. I'm sure glad I did. They showed up in less than 15 minutes & offered to change my belt back at their shop. Dawson was the most helpful tow truck driver I've met, period. He had us back on the trail in less than an hour and we are a million percent thankful for his service. My morning started off rough when my car wouldn’t start, but Liberty Towing came to the rescue. The driver arrived promptly, checked my battery, gave me a jump, and waited to make sure the issue wasn’t my alternator. Thanks to their help, I was able to drive to the shop and get my battery replaced, saving me a lot of money. The service was professional, friendly, and truly helpful. I highly recommend them!

I was traveling for work when I found myself needing a tow. Hannah was superb. I don't know anyone in the area, and she spent the time to find out what kind of service experience I wanted and helped me find a repair shop that fit my needs. Had to have my daughter's car towed. Gabe was there very quickly and was very professional and helpful. Went out of his way to ensure the car, that had a busted window, did not get more damage while being towed in the pouring rain. I ended up stranded on the side of the road after losing my serpentine belt. I called Gessler Auto and Kyle arrived in his tow truck in a relatively short wait. He was very professional and friendly. He safely took my car and me home. My evening was better having met him.

Had a tow today from Silver Lake towing and our driver Brett for the 2nd time. He is and was the most knowledgeable young man we have ever come across. He made the experience comfortable for my husband and I. He was very friendly and is honestly the reason we called the company for this 2nd time. We will continue to use the company moving forward! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this towing company, and especially with Brett. I had a tire blowout on the highway, which is terrifying in itself—but even more so when you’re pregnant and have your toddler in the car. I was genuinely scared and felt completely helpless. Brett arrived in what felt like no time—maybe 15 minutes—and immediately put me at ease. He changed my tire quickly, walked me through how to safely drive on the spare (like not going over 50 mph), and made sure I understood everything before we moved on. But what really meant the most was what happened after the tire was changed. He didn’t just leave—he literally protected me and my car by guiding me across traffic with his tow truck so I could safely exit the highway. That level of care, kindness, and awareness for my situation was something I really appreciate. Brett was calm, kind, professional, and made me feel safe in a moment that was really overwhelming. If you ever find yourself needing help on the road, this is the place. I’m so incredibly thankful!

Excellent service, called over a dozen tow services and no one could help. I was stuck at the Wind Lake boat ramp on a weeknight with my young family and a 21ft bass boat. Lost a bearing on my trailer. Needed to get to Franklin. Tow showed up within 30 mins, we loaded up the boat, and safely transported it home. Driver even helped my push the boat back in the garage! Excellent service. If I could rate >5 stars, I would.

super grateful for the quick and friendly service i received after my car broke down in the rain. wish i remembered my drivers name, but when he arrived he escorted me from my vehicle to the cab of the truck, quickly loaded up my car and delivered us both home safely. thank you.
This is a crooked company that takes advantage of people. They charged $1,840.63 to pick up a running motorcycle and haul it a few miles back to their lot. My daughter hit a deer while riding her motorcycle. She had to be taken by ambulance to the emergency room on a Saturday evening, where she was treated for a severe concussion and road rash. She was in the emergency room for about 12 hours. The police called Jerry's to come pick up her bike. They were closed on Sunday, so her boyfriend went to pick up the motorcycle on Monday. The motorcycle had almost no damage and they said they were able to just drive it up out of the ditch. The invoice had some ridiculous fees like a $150 filing fee and $75 gate fee. They charged $500 for 2 hours of labor for going a few miles to pick up the bike. There was a $550 charge for use of the truck and a separate charge for the actual towing. In total the invoice said $1,590.63 (with tax), but they charged the card $1,840.63. This is robbery and taking advantage of a bad situation. Their tactics need to be made more public and should be illegal. Both my daughter and I called them multiple times, but we get told that the manager will call us back. 4 days later and we still can't talk with anyone in charge.
My car had hit the ditch under snowy weather on the highway and the cop said it would be about 75-100 dollars to tow hitch. the tow employee had pulled up with an attitude and was very unconcerned about anything then automatically assume he was going to bring it to the impound. He pulled my car a foot out of the ditch and asked me to drived my damaged car towards the exit on the highway. I had asked him how much is his rate to just attach the tow to my car he had stated it to be 200 (I thought this was high since it was only a foot off highway) after we had reached the exit. He pretended to be on the phone and asked for $314. This was very uncomfortable and I highly suggest this tow company learns some costumer service and sympathy for others. What a joke of a company. Terrible service. Watch out for these people.

We called at midnight on a dark and rainy night, stranded on the side of the interstate. The truck arrived within 15 minutes and had us on the bed of his truck crazy fast. Super helpful, friendly, and great driving skills- dropped the car inside our garage even with a tight driveway.

Absolutely the WORST towing company out here. I had a tow scheduled for 1030 am. They called me at 1217 and told me “it will be about 1 pm”. 145 came around so I called them up and they told me they had canceled my tow because “the driver we had you scheduled with actually doesn’t work today”. In what world is it acceptable to completely cancel a scheduled service because of a mistake on your end? You get a different driver to take the tow. You make it right. They didn’t even tell me when they cancelled the tow; I had to call them and ask “where is my tow” before they admitted they had cancelled it. I have been sitting in my car in freezing weather, unable to start the vehicle for heat for HOURS. Terrible company. Would never recommend. If you have AAA, this company will put you on the back burner and forget about you. They also will not share the number for their supervisor’s office.
They followed my instructions. I got their phone number from them to make sure that it went to the right place and yeah, it did! Much better than the first place badger something that came and just left for no reason.
Finish Line Towing was dispatched by my insurance company to pick up my car after I hit a deer a week ago. They arrived far before the estimated arrival time, and the driver was great (I regret that I did not get his name). All good things to say about the service.
Brian came out and towed my car and took it to the shop I needed it to go to. He got to my house within 20 mins and was so kind and even when he had to block traffic, he made sure people could still get around and would wave them to go. I am very very impressed.

NuNu is a professional company and it was easy arranging services to remove an old vehicle from my property. Casey's awesome and very professional.
If you want property damage and an unresponsive company in resolving said property damage, this is the tow company to use. Driver admits he wasn't paying attention. He needed a tow truck for his tow truck. If that doesn't speak volumes, then him hooking up to my house without permission to get unstuck should. He tried to use my porch steps as an anchor and completely tore the step from the house. Let's not forget that he got stuck in my yard, leaving four beautiful holes/tire marks/divets that I now need to go spend money to fill in and fix. It's been a week since I have contacted them about resolving this issue. They asked for pictures; I sent pictures. And, silence. It's disappointing that a company can't take responsibility for the actions of their drivers. I would absolutely not recommend using this tow company.

Speedy Peedy has been a great community partner for our local schools! He donated his time and equipment to deliver a playhouse that the high schoolers built to our elementary school free of charge!
So I have lowered Mustang and I blew my charge pipe off my supercharger and was stranded. Not one towing company would touch my car but SPEEDY. The driver took his time, had race ramps to avoid scraping. The meticulous amount of time spent to avoid any damage on a car he knows I spent on so much money on speaks volumes of this company. I have them saved in my phone now but hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does, I know I can trust them!!!
From Henry Rahr Green Bay WI I was broken down with a sheared ball joint and blocking others from leaving. I called Midcoast auto to help with repair, they recommended Speedy Peedy whom they trusted. I was able to contact James immediately at Speedy Peedy. He knew the emergency situation and proceeded to come to my rescue. Arriving before the estimated time, James went to work fast. He hooked up my vehicle with the greatest of care, with his experience, James applied the best way to transport. I was also invited to go with my vehicle. I was not from the area with a broken down vehicle and to find an excellent towing service and driver, James, was like a miracle. Their price to tow was lower than expected and service higher than expected. I also want to thank MidCoast Auto for their recommendation plus their outstanding service to get me back on the road to Green Bay. Both of these companies are above standard and can be highly trusted.
Speedy Peedy and Zoran are simply amazing! They are prompt and very friendly, and went the extra mile for us. They got to our vehicle in 30 minutes, when others were over 3 hours! Andrew, the tow truck driver, was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and took extra care with my wife’s car. They are above and beyond anyone I have ever used for towing. A++++ all the way. I highly recommend them.
I received a tow from Matt the driver. He was extremely kind and very helpful. He even helped me identify the problem with my vehicle saving me hundreds of dollars in service fees. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for a tow.

I was locked out of my vehicle tonight while picking up my car after an oil change. The weather was horrible. This occurred during a massive I90 multi car accident. The tow truck driver was in the middle of towing crashed cars. I talked to a sheriff who in turn asked Bernier’s to help me. He unlocked my car within minutes. I forgot to hang my placard, and I got towed. The fees associated with the tow were in excess of Wisconsin State Statute and predatory. I have no problem paying for my mistake but double the statute is a flagrant disregard for the law. No wonder they continue to be sued for predatory practices.
Nicole, the dispatcher, helped me immensely with a somewhat complicated towing situation. Friendly, efficient and helpful...that's what I call EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you, Nicole! Stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire and 2 grandchildren. AM Towing came out within the hour as promised and politely took care of removing flat and mounting the spare.
Called in a panic when my sons car was in a ditch during a snow emergency. They didn’t have any trucks available but took the time to establish location and provided a solid recommendation to a local tow company that could help us quickly. Thanks sooo much!

There are two locations. One in elkhorn and one by Big Bend. Have only really had dealings with the elkhorn shop. In the past there had not been any issues and they did good work. However more recently there has been issues with time. They have had one of our trucks for over 2 months. What work we have had done has been good. Wish they were better at prioritizing jobs. Get our truck done!
Great folks here! Driver arrived super fast considering I called after 9PM. Friendly, and efficient. While I hope I don’t need to use a towing service again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call up AM again. Thanks!

Terrible place to get your car fixed . I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I got it towed to them using they towing service , they had my car for 2 weeks , told them to fix timing chain , they fixed timing chain and destroy the engine . The boss is terrible with communication and letting people know what’s going on with the car . DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !
I was stuck in my Company vehicle today with children aboard, and while speaking to the kind gentleman about a possible tow over the phone he promptly diagnosed my issue based off the symptoms I discribed, and helped me get my vehicle back running to be able to continue working, he saved me a couple hundred bucks as well, he was definitely a blessing!
Where do I start? If only I could give them a billion stars as opposed to just the 5 star. I have used AJ Towing both for tows as well as vehicle repair and both times was left wildly impressed by their work. As far as tows go, I must have called every towing company in greater Milwaukee trying to get my inoperative vehicle removed from my apartment’s indoor parking structure, with all of all of these places telling me that the parking garage’s structural height was way too low for them to fit their trucks into, thus unable to help me. I called AJ Towing after a full day of failed attempts calling other places. Immediately, I got a foreign voice on the line, informing me that he would come to my place and figure it—I was skeptical and wasn’t getting my hopes up. When the man on the line came out—as it turns out the manager—he resourcefully thought outside the box and after only a few minutes of brainstorming had my vehicle successfully transported from the parking garage by way of this specialized dolly structure he had in his chest of random odds and ends in his truck. It gets better from there: Not only were they the only towing company in greater Milwaukee to be able to get the vehicle removed out from the parking garage, but this foreign-voiced manager’s white male mechanic, Logan, who does the car fixes is genius. Logan is very personable and has spent his whole life fixing vehicles, and it shows in his amazing work. I was left with a great tow and a great car repair. The two of them make an unstoppable team. I should note that they do ask that you make the final payment in cash and because of their integrity and the fact I want to support them because of their work, I don’t mind doing that at all and pay them whatever they deem fit. Please support their business and pay in cash and pay them what they are worth. Great towing companies like this will go out of businesses if people do not do everything they can to support. Logan and AJ, you are a brilliant team. It’s also fun talking to them because they have fun personalities, and Logan is filled with great stories about his life. To my knowledge, I think it’s only Logan and AJ and they are a smaller business, so during busy times of year when there are lots of accidents, may be hard to get in. Not sure on that because I’ve only needed them when it wasn’t busy. Whatever the case, this place is gold.
BEWARE!!!!!!! Called AJ towing because my daughter was in a horrible rollover accident and we were in desperate need of a tow truck because the suv needed to be cleared from the intersection per the police dept. I asked the man who answered the phone at AJ towing if they did emergency tows for car accidents and he said yes they do, asked the cost and how it works? He said the cost is $95, explained the car would be towed to my house and the insurance company would retrieve it from there. He asked where the car was located and hastily rushed me off the phone, didn’t even ask my name, how I was paying or anything. The tow driver arrived, told me the cost would be at least $250 and he didn’t know why his boss, whom he said was the owner quoted $95 because he just changed a flat on the freeway and that cost $95. He said it seems like it was a break down in communication and then said they don’t do rollovers. Called the company back and the same man said you should’ve told me the car was a rollover I can see it, that’s your fault!!!! Service was horrible…., poorly run, confident the price quoted is not the one charged, and we we’re stuck still needing a tow truck 20-30 mins after initially called because they left. Their service wasn’t even worth a one star!

Unreal response times! I submitted my Roadside request on the AAA app and they called me back with an update in less than FOUR minutes. I’ve needed Klement approximately 3-4 times in the last 10 years or so and they are like Jimmy John’s……freaky fast response times!
My battery died in downtown fort, I called Klement. Despite being swamped with calls at the Jefferson swap meet they answered the phone and rerouted a tech to help me jump my bike. Two good Samaritans helped me pop start my bike by the time the tech arrived (thank you to the guys who push started me) which was only about 20 minutes after I called, too many good people in fort I guess! But I called back and offered a service charge and the guy on the phone (owner?) Declined and said don't worry about it. Thank you so much, sorry to waste your time but I'll absolutely call Klement if I get in a situation again!
AAA said Klement would be 45 minutes which is great service. The courteous, competent driver was here in 4 minutes on the coldest day of the year. Had to move truck by flatbed so now if I can catch a little luck on the repair...
We used Klement through AAA when we had a flat on 94. The man who came to help us was so nice & did a great job. HOWEVER, when we got the initial call from the business the woman on the phone was so rude. Obviously having vehicle issues on a busy road is already stressful, and her horrendous attitude was absolutely not helpful.
Called AAA and Rod came out and rescued us on I-94 as it was about 8 degrees. He arrived earlier then I was told. He set us up to wait in his warm truck while he loaded my SUV. One of the friendliest guys I’ve ever met! Gave me some great advice and referred some decent places to call for service. Rod and this company was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Klement towing is definitely an asset to AAA!!! Thanks again Rod!

I came across this number on google, called and Eli came within 20 mins! He was very helpful & professional. He even went out his way to tow. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. My car needed to be towed out of my underground parking garage at my apartment building. My car would not start. FYI - There is only a 7’ clearance to enter the garage. Long story short the first company that Roadside sent said they were not aware that my car was in the low clearance garage hence they couldn’t tow it. Roadside said they told them low clearance, we will let them battle that out. Roadside set up another tow company to come out. That company never showed up. The tow company set up to come was Precision Towing. Once I had their contact information I called to ensure that they were aware of the low clearance. They said they were aware and arrive shortly after we talked. They arrived with the flat bed & a smaller tow truck. The smaller tow truck would not clear the low clearance garage. But that didn’t stop King & his coworker to get the car in neutral, pushed it out of the parking stall, then pushed up to the exit garage door, backed the flatbed down to the garage opening, attached the wench to the undercarriage, carefully wenched it out if the garage right onto the flatbed. Any tow company like the first one that did show up could of done the same thing that King & his coworker did which was think out of the box as to how to get the car to the garage exit so they could load it on the flatbed. So call Precision Towing they go above & beyond with caution, professionalism and very positive friendly personalities.

I had a blown tire on my trailer. Went to their shop and I gave them my spare tire to be replaced. They charged me 205$, just to replace it. Guy didn't even take off the rim. Lady said that they charge 195$/hour. The guy did the job in 25 min. She gave me the bill like he worked for 1 hour. 2 stars only because they did the job right away. Overall too expensive.

I had never used a towing service before, but I had to call one on a Sunday when my car overheated. This business picked up the phone right away, and within 30 minutes, I was being towed to the closest repair shop. They took all the tension out of it.

Though the situation was one of hassle and a bump in the road to my destination five star towing MKE reduced the situation being more time consuming than it normally would’ve been. Adrian (driver), is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Roadside assistance dispatched this company to me. First issue, they go to the wrong address and then call to ask where the car is. Second issue, two employees show up both unmasked during a pandemic in which there’s a mandatory state order to wear a mask in order to operate or patronize any business! Third issue, I requested a flatbed, they showed up & opted to use the wheel lift portion of the flatbed. Fourth issue, tow truck did NOT drop the vehicle off at the address requested instead he opted to go down the street & leave the keys in the vehicle. Even after being asked to move the vehicle he RUDELY refused & said to me “you can do it yourself!” If I ever need a tow service/ lockout/ tire change and this company is dispatched I’m requesting a new provider IMMEDIATELY. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! ........ From reading some of the more positive reviews I can tell that these aren’t actual customers but rather people who have been asked to give a rating to boost the reviews, because nothing about the service I received would even remotely suggest Professionalism, Value or Quality service!! They were too comfortable with speaking disrespectfully & not adhering to my requests (I mean after all without the customer there is no revenue nor need for the business!)

Great customer service!!! Our car was towed here and Rob went above and beyond helping me out!! He stayed late, offered to change a tire, and helped me get to where I needed to safely. He is a great asset to this company, I even thought he was the owner for how accommodating and helpful he was, so thank you Rob!!

My family was on a trip with our camper and blew a tire on our trailer. We happened to pull off at the exit where AM towing is. We pulled in to ask if they could help and they got us right in and changed the tire for us. Very nice crew. Very helpful and quick service!

I got stuck in a parking lot on January 14th and they couldn't get to me until the 17th because if the number of calls they were getting. Owner himself called and apologized for the mixup and delay. They also have a washout place next door that does a good job.
Just has a blowout. I have never had a tow truck get to me as fast as you did. Thank you so much for saving me. Also I'm not from the area and the amazing driver helped figure out what was around.
These guys were very kind, had a service call but couldn't fix on road so did a temp fix to get to their shop and was immediately brought into a bay. Fixed my issue quick after would definitely come back if in the area with another issue.
I’ve personally never been towed by them but man do they keep their trucks clean. The drivers at homers know how to drive damn good as well.
We had a tire blow out on the interstate. He got to us really fast, and went above and beyond to help us, making sure we were safe. Thank you!

Today I was in need of a jump start on my white 2015 Grand Cherokee Jeep …I talked to the owner and he came immediately to us and jumped our vehicle got it started and were able to get a new battery at the NAPA store in Cudahy …our experience with JMB Towing service is second to none,for how fast they got to us as we were in a parking lot with no heat and no running vehicle.The owner was so very kind and professional,I would definitely use this service again as i have JMB as a contact on my phone if I ever need there services again !! Absolutely a 5 star company …thanks again from my wife and my self 👍a great company!

Incredibly terrible and harmful experience. My car got stolen in Milwaukee and when found, had to be towed from the city lot. I had to drive 3 hrs to Milwaukee to bring my keys to the tow truck driver so they could take it to a mechanic, and the mechanic never received the keys. The tow truck driver denied ever receiving the keys, however the city lot found security footage of the tow truck driver receiving the keys. When I let them know, he changed his story to say that he gave them to the mechanic, which very clearly never happened. When trying to find a way to make it right, multiple employees denied that the tow truck driver lost my keys, despite all evidence to the contrary. He raised his voice to talk over me while trying to find a solution, repeating over and over again that the tow truck driver said he didn’t lose the keys, and therefore couldn’t have, and that they will not be paying or providing compensation for any loss of property. He then hung up on me. I’ve already had my car stolen, destroyed, and I’m having to spend way more money and time without a car because of a simple mistake that they could easily own up to and make right. The tow was literally a 2 min drive from the city lot to the mechanic. Horribly unprofessional and rude staff. Impressively incompetent as well. do NOT get a tow from them.
They kept giving me different arrival times and just never showed up or called. Left me stranded for 5 hours until I just had to call a ride and leave my car where it was. Worst experience I ever had with a tow company. Will NEVER use them again.

I hired this tow truck to take my car to the dealer for major repair (undrivable). They picked it up fine, but delivered the car to the wrong dealership without letting me know. I called to ask where my car was when i couldn't find it at the dealership I had an appt. at, and they said they would call back, which they did not. I had to locate the car myself, and demand several times over the phone to take the car to the correct address, taking most of the day. I would not recommend unless your car is drivable and you can fix the mistake yourself. My assumption for a tow truck company would be that they could get from Point A to Point B, not randomly dropping at Point C. EDIT: After 15 calls, I was able to have them correct the issue and move the car to the correct dealership. This took about 2 days from the original tow date. I am glad they corrected the mistake at no cost, but am still frustrated losing 2 days of time my car could have been repaired. I am lucky to have a second vehicle to use, but if you need guaranteed delivery, I would like to present the risk of using this service. I originally gave this a 1 star due to the service I paid for not being rendered, but have since upgraded to a 2 star due to the time, stress, and effort it took to get the mistake corrected.
Don't expect reliability when you hear this company I got set up for a pick up after my car surprise broke down on me. They originally told me the eta would be 1 hour. After waiting in my car for and hour and 15 minutes I decided to give them a call to check their eta. In which they responded with another 20-25 minutes further for eta. I wait for another half hour and a driver reached out to me letting me know it would only be about 10 to 15 more minutes. 40 minutes go by and the tow truck is finally backing up to my car. My initial phone call to schedule was at 8:19 AM and my car got picked up at 10:40 AM, so we did just barely miss that 1 hour eta. I did call to try to get a discount. They mentioned that they gave the biggest discount they could so there only resolution to the situation was to promise a discount in the future for the next time I need to get towed and the told me I didnt need to pay sales tax but I did still have to pay the unmentioned service fee. Please don't make false promises!

Rays towing was such a huge help for me today I was worried about how I would transport my kids trampoline and they were ready to help me speedily! I appreciate the service and care from this company and definately reccomend it to anyone!
I just want to say that Ray's Towing far exceeded my expectations yesterday relocating my Corvette. I called to schedule the tow and voiced my concerns about a careful tow. I was told that they have a operator who's specialty is moving classic cars and Corvettes. Then and there my anxieties were put at ease. The operator, Joe, was the perfect example of professionalism. He called to let me know he was going to be at the pick up location on time. He let me know when he departed that location and that he was enroute to the drop off location. Joe even helped us get the car into the garage. I was absolutely impressed with the service, care and expertise of both Joe and Ray's Towing. I would absolutely without hesitation reccomend to everyone to use Ray's Towing again. First class all the way! Thank you Joe (and Ray's) for a job well done! Dennis

CALL RAY’S! I would give ten stars if I could. I had a flat tire. Two Good Samaritan men by me tried to help but the lugs were stripped and they couldn’t unscrew them so I had to call for a tow. I called a different company (NOT RAY’S) after brief Google search and they essentially delayed and delayed and no-showed. I then came across Ray’s when looking to call another company. They were the kindest men (one on the phone and one who performed the tire service) and the arrival and then service were so fast! The date I used this company was 6/25/2022. The man I spoke to on the phone when I initially called was kind, thorough, and honest. The man who arrived in the truck, his name was Jaime, was awesome. So personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuine. If I ever again have car trouble, I will immediately call this company. I will also encourage any friends and family to utilize this company.
Not only did Ray's take care of my car, they took care of my son and I after a really scary car accident. The guys went the extra mile to make my son smile by giving him tow truck toys and letting him look at all of the tow trucks. They were so kind and helpful!

I was in a pretty bad deer collision and Sun City was dispatched through my insurance. They were so nice over the phone and in person, which I appreciated during a stressful time. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
I called them and within a half hour my car was out of the ditch. The people were very nice and it wasn't too expensive given the conditions.
My car battery died as I was on the way to get an oil change lol. The man who came was beyond wonderful and helpful! Came in the amount of time he told me, was super friendly which is awesome cause I hate taking to car guys since I am a typical clueless woman lol. The price was great as well as the service. I ended up being able to drive to sun city garage after he helped start the car and decided to get a battery as well as my oil change and he was so fast! Definitely did not feel like I was getting played in any way and he also took his time to explain everything to me. Sun city is my new go to!

Highly recommend Jerry. I had a vehicle that would not start and could not be jump started. He was there within a few hours, figured out the problem (electronic issue with the security system) and got the car running so I could take it to have the battery replaced. Keep him in your contacts.
Called around 6:30pm on short notice because we had tires showing cords but we conveniently had a spare set with us that we just picked up. With an instant answer of his phone and even a booked out evening he was able to complete the job and swap out our ties. Would highly recommend!
After letting my car sit too long during safer at home, my breaks rusted and needed to be towed to be serviced. Jerry came highly recommended so I called him. He remembered a tow he did for my family more than 10 years ago! When Jerry arrived, he was able to loosen my breaks and didn't end up towing my vehicle and didn't charge me for coming out. Definitely have his number saved in my phone for any future towing needs.

Family owned and operated, Road Rescue not only takes good care of my car: Jerry and his wife are the epitome of good neighbors. Their swift response, careful assessment and intake, and gentle transport are unrivaled. He has positive working relationships with most mechanics in town and goes above and beyond to make sure my mechanic knows what's going on when he delivers my car. I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else. Jerry is knowledgeable, professional and beyond courteous. Road Rescue's prices cannot be beat. No one is in a good mood when her car needs a tow. Yet Jerry always leaves me confident my car is in good hands, with a smile on my face.
My small subcompact tractor slipped off the side of my driveway and got hung up in a snow bank. The driveway was clean and passable otherwise, I was just winging out the snow berms on the side making more room for future snowfall. Called Jerry (the closest tow service to my house) to see if he could find some time to winch me out before the next snowfall. He said, and I quote, "you got it stuck, you get it out." That was not the response I was expecting from a tow truck operator.
