Had a rental car go bad on us in the middle of nowhere. Big Jim's picked up a replacement for us and drove it 3 hours from Spokane to our location. This was in the middle of the night! Fast, friendly and resonab lpriced. I have a old Mustang that I needed moved so I could start restoration. I called Big Jim's and they quoted me price and said they would be out In about 90 minutes. Pavel and his son were prompt, courteous, kind and professional. AAA left me for over 4 hours and never showed up. Called PA Towing and he was there within the hour. Loaded my vehicle, sent me pics of the drop, couldn't ask for more. 15/10 recommend.
In the span of ONE WEEK I needed to get my car towed TWICE. (There was an issue with my battery and alternator, but the place I had it brought to didn’t catch both issues on the first visit - but that’s all beside the point). I called PA the first time because they seemed to be the closest to me on the map. I called them the second time because they were, fast, professional, and really easy to work with. The price was maybe a smidge more than what I was expecting but absolutely worth every penny. 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Unbelievable Service at 3 AM – Lifesaver! I’m beyond grateful for the incredible help I received from Satvir at Long Towing Inc. At 3:00 AM, I discovered that I had lost my car key and was parked in the wrong stall in my apartment’s garage. To make things worse, the complex had already placed one of those green tow warning stickers, threatening to have my car removed. I thought for sure this was going to be a disaster — no key, tight space, and a looming tow. But Satvir showed up and handled everything with calm professionalism. He walked me through how to put the car into neutral without a key, then expertly maneuvered it into the correct stall with zero scratches or damage — and in an extremely tight space. I honestly didn’t think it could be done, especially not without the key. Thanks to him, I was back home by 5:30 AM, and able to get some rest before work at 8:00. I can’t overstate how thankful I am — Satvir went way above and beyond. Not only is he highly skilled, but he was kind, patient, and really cared about helping me through a stressful situation. Received wonderful service from Auto towing ! I have to tow my car from a far away body shop to my house and auto towing offers me the best price. They are cooperative and patient when waiting for me to get my car out. My car was then handled properly and they add extra wheels to lift the car. The driver was friendly and offered to look for mechanics for me that would fix my car at a great price point. I’ll choose their services again next time!

I have been planning to write this review forever, but life got in the way. But here I am here ready to share my experience with this company. They are THE BEST! How many times have you had a good experience with a towing company? Almost never or never, right? Well Assad went out of his way to help me tow my Mercedes. It was parked in a tiny garage and the car wasn't working. He did the impossible to make sure the car could be towed without damaging the car. It took us a couple of hours to get the job done and I was impressed by his patience and kindness. I 10000% recommend this company!

Needed a car towed. Called Lion towing. They were there at agreed time. Fast, efficient, Professional, and punctual. Very friendly. Great price. Nice towing rig. Total time spent from loading the car to unloading was 20 min. Would absolutely recommend and will be using their service again if and when necessary.
On 11/3/2025 at 10:30pm, I called Lion Towing LLC to pick up my truck to tow it 3 miles. Over the phone the guy said $250. I thought that was still pretty pricey but it was my only option. When he had it on the truck, he changed the price to $320. I asked him “why is it more expensive.” He said “it’s farther than I thought”. He ended up popping my tire. He said “that’s not my fault”. He dropped my car off and left.
Needed a flat bed for my EV battery to be charged after it unexpectedly died in the middle of a road. He quoted a 25 min arrival, showed up in 20, with a clean and professional operation, and charged me a more than fair rate (even while waiting for me to charge and be sure everything was okay!). In an industry of overpromising and underdelivering, this operation really bucks the trend.

AK Roadside provided Triple A service when I called for a jump start in my grocery store parking lot. I have had recurring problems with the battery, and AAA service had simply replaced it under warranty a couple of times. Cory listened, but I came to believe there was a wiring issue, not a coincidental string of defective batteries. The battery tested as defective for him, but troubleshooted and did track down a wiring problem that could cause a false test result, and showed me how to fix it myself when I got home.
Corey…AWESOME!! He arrived earlier than his ETA which was appreciated since it was so late in the evening. He promptly resolved my battery issue on my RV which was a simple flip of a switch. Highly commend his cordial and respectful attitude and definitely appreciated his service. Ready to hit the road this summer!!Thanks Corey!

Incredible people that are not after your money but actually there to help with the exact price they qouted you for it took us almost an hour and a half the battery of my Mercedes was was dead for almost 2 years they literally waited patiently to charge the battery then we jumped it after that then they towed it properly and even offered me a ride to the destination that i wanted the car dropped at. It's the middle of the night. Your car is on the fritz and won't start. You've called all your friends, your friends' friends, and like 99% of the towing places within 30 miles. Everyone is either busy or can't do it. You sit on the curb and sigh to yourself, because nothing is going right tonight. It's getting cold, you think about abandoning your car just to get an Uber home. In a last ditch attempt, you search for towing companies again, just in case you missed one. Turns out, you did. It was PNW Towing and Recovery. But you think to yourself "Probably busy like the rest". Already giving up, you call anyways. The line is busy. You put your phone away, depressed. But then your phone lights up. You got a text message. It's PNW Towing and Recovery! He says he's currently on a job, but will try to get to you in an hour. Excitedly, you tell him where you are and what kind of car you have. He doesn't arrive in an hour... He arrives in only 30 minutes! Super professional, super polite, and has great rates, PNW Towing and Recovery did a 10/10 job and I know who I'm calling if I'm ever in this situation again.
The ONLY towing company that was legit 24 hours! Even though most towing companies listed that their hours of operation were 24 hours, this one was the only one who we were able to get a hold of at 11 PM. When I scheduled for a next-day morning pickup, it was fast an easy. He showed up early and was friendly. In a world that has been lacking in customer service, we received great service and he took very good of my brother’s car. I highly recommend!!
My control arm on my 2007 bmw convertible snapped. I love this car so I picked a company with great reviews and RJ was quick, professional and didn’t put a single scratch on the car and expertly maneuvered the car into my extremely cluttered garage. Had a great experience. My boat was stuck and needed to be towed within the same dock. I explained the problem over the phone and the owner drove over to us and helped us move it for free. We tipped but he was genuinely doing it to be nice. Will use him for toes and likely his docking class as well
Our boat broke down on the water. We called Tow Boat Seattle. Captain Doug was able to come out right away. He charged up our boat thinking it might be the battery. The boat started but we didn't get far. Doug followed us for a minute to make sure we were okay, but we ended up needing a full tow. He effortlessly got us back into our slip. And even made a stressful experience into a positive one! I would highly recommend Tow Boat Seattle.
The fuel pump on our boat went out as soon as we got to Andrews Bay - we called Tow Boat and Doug the Stud answered . We told him our cousin might have gas and that we would call back if it was something more wrong with our boat .. Doug was very kind and said no problem, give us a call back. Well it turned out we needed a Tow, Doug did bring more gas in case it was just gas. Overall, we enjoyed the tow back to our dock, we kicked back and enjoyed some additional time together as a family and Doug the Stud got us right into our slip with no issues. Had a great experience with Tow Boat Seattle. When my boat broke down, I happened to see Doug passing by and flagged him down. He stopped his boat and bailed me out of trouble in less than 10 minutes. After he got my boat tied up he towed me to my mechanic nearby and didn’t even charge me for it. This is the best towing company in seattle, I have used Seahurst as well as Seawest, they have horrible customer service and WILL disrespect you if you call them. They are always atleast a few hours late, and they are extremely unreliable and doesn’t give you any updates at all to when they are coming and when they do, they are always wayy off with their promised time. Guardian Towing was different, I felt respected and they updated me throughout the whole process by phone call rather than text, they told me exactly when they were leaving, they called me periodically to update their arrival time and towed my car extremely quick and simply. Overall, the best towing company in Seattle!! Would recommend to anyone if you like reliable service and respect!
My ‘57 BelAir was broken down and Guardian showed up for the tow. The operator, Jerry, was fantastic! No chains on the car so the paint would stay good UNDERNEATH the car. Soft straps, nice and controlled lift and obviously experienced! And really enjoyed talking with him. He got my baby to the shop fast and professional. What more do you want from a towing company. First Rate Service!
Keep getting told they are 60 minutes out. It's been 2.5 hours since they originally said they would arrive. They tell me traffic is really bad - my wife drove to my location from the same direction they are supposedly coming from in 40 minutes. These people are dishonest. Unfortunately this is typical for many "top" tow truck companies. It's just bad business practices. By the way, I've been stranded for nearly 7 hours.

Got motorcycle towed from Wildlife Preserve to Westside Motorsports(@ 10mi). The cost was over $600.
Great service and friendly people. I called to get my 66 Plymouth Sports Fury towed from storage to my house. The dispatch lady was very kind and polite, ensured me she would send out a flatbed and that the wait time would be about an hour. A short time later the Driver called me warning me he may be over an hour because he was just getting back from lunch. The driver ended up showing up in about 30 minutes, I believe his name was Ryan. He help my move my Fury out of the garage, loaded it with car and when it came to dropping it off was even able to back into my driveway off a narrow street and pull out in one go. Would recommend them to anyone with confidence.
Completely unprepared to load a 4-horse trailer with living quarters. When I told them it was unsafe to load it the way they were attempting they argued with me. Then when I told them I didn’t need them they wanted to charge me $1,500.00. I ended up paying them $500 to remove a tire. Way to much. You can see by the photo that the blocks were not going to work and they had the wrong equipment for the job.
The guy that came out was straight forward with me, he was there in less than 60 minutes and had the job done in no time including him having to go get s new part. Totally recommending them anytime I break down again. The service is not listed below but he worked on a 2018 peterbilt.

I was stuck in Seattle at 11pm and I didn't have a jump box with me. I initially called them to ask how much a jump would be and they quoted me with something I couldn't really afford. I was honestly either going to wait it out or try to take transit home, but they called me back and asked for my budget. They came by in about 5-10 minutes and jumped my car for me at a price I could afford. Incredibly kind of them to simply come out that late, and to do the service for a lower price than they usually do. Without them I would've been placing myself in an unsafe situation and I'm incredibly thankful for their kindness. Will most definitely call again when I am in need of help.

My pickup broke down in Graham, Washington a few weeks ago. I called Chad Voorhis at Veteran Towing to get my truck and I home, approximately 30 miles away. Chad arrived on scene quickly. As a former Police Sergeant, I have dealt with numerous Tow drivers in the past. I can honestly say Chad is one of the best, if not THE best, I have used. He was very professional, very quick, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Veteran Towing and Transport for your Towing or Transport needs.

Awesome company. We were broke down on the side of the road, when a guy pulls over to help me and my son push our car to a side street. He pulls out his business card says he’s the owner, his truck is on its way and to text my address. We were only 1/2 mile from home (so my wife and son walked home)but within ten minutes his truck pulls up and towed me and the car home. Absolutely great group of guys. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my go to for any future needs.
He real saved my butt, my truck died on meridian and for 3 minutes the cars were backing up and getting distracted before I grabbed my phone he pulled up right in front of me and threw my dodge on his tow trailer in about 20 seconds dropped me off for free said I don't even worry about it I've been there.. that's love right there.

Driver met us, pulled our car fairly quickly right up on the trailer, and away we went to our destination. He was very friendly and knew his job very well. When we got to our destination, down it went right in place. He was great!!! Gene’s was very reasonable on towing rates too - saved us over $100 from other quotes we received for moving our classic car. I highly recommend their services.
Called them on Monday morning around 8:30. I waited an hour for a call back from the driver. Nothing. Called back in at 9:50. Was told the driver was heading to Sumner then to me and would be an hour or less. 11:10, still nothing. Called back in and was told they got called to another job and was heading to my house from Sumner. Waited another hour. Still nothing. I canceled and went somewhere else. I'll never even consider them again.

Legitimately the best experience I've ever had with a tow company, absolutely incredibly professional and courteous. Joe was super cool and very friendly and even offered extra help and expertise on the car I had towed. The equipment used was top notch and he was even about 10 minutes early. Our 2007 Honda element got a rear driver side flat. We were on i5 and close to traffic. Triple a sent Herman to tow is to a tire shop. Instead he changed our tire on the side of road next to busy traffic, to save us money instead of towing. Then he volunteered to check the air pressure on our tires and waited for us to drive off. Could not have been more lucky during this experience. Herman was kind, informative, helpful. He saved our trip.

My driver was super professional. Obviously well experienced with the use of his truck. We definitely asked him to do some weird off-the-shelf things and he got it done for us! Everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with and the price was well worth what I got.
It’s never a good day when you have to call a tow truck, 😂. Gene’s towing was able to come out to our job site and recover our truck. When I called, Alice was very helpful in our time of need. And, in what seemed like no time at all, “JR” or “junior” showed up and recovered our truck safely and without causing property damage to our truck or customers property. I highly recommend genes towing, from the customer service all the way to the recovery of our truck to AP Brenda helping us out. All around good experience. Thank you Gene’s. It was a very busy rainy windy night when our assist came. Power outages too. He kept us advised of where he was & when he'd arrive. He fixed the problem. He made sure we were reassured before he left! Very good, professional.

They called me before they came out asking for pictures so they wouldn’t “waste their time”. I took some. They arrived, waited for a long time while they called my insurance (State Farm) then refused to do the job and left, telling me my insurance “probably wasn’t going to cover it”. My insurance got a replacement towing company that did the job no problem, and since plenty of my neighbors volunteered to help too I honestly don’t think the job was too difficult. I think they just wanted to try to charge my insurance company extra. Super disappointed that Gary didn’t actually do the job! I guess the name means they only do the towing that’s easy? Had to wait several more hours for a replacement company to come out after they refused.

I got a flat tire in the snow on my way to pick my husband up from work so he couldn't put our chains on. We had just had our tires rotated so the lug nuts were super tight not to mention frozen and no one could get the lug nuts to loosen. I'd called for roadside assistance through my car insurance and was given an ETA of 65-85 mins. We waited 60 mins and got a text that the tow truck driver that had been dispatched to help us has just been canceled. It took another 30 mins to find another tow truck to be dispatched and this time the ETA was 95-125 mins. I called RedKing Towing and they told us 15-20 mins. We were so grateful when he showed up in under 15 mins and towed us to Les Schwab. Thank you RedKing Towing!

Five stars is not enough for Redking towing. Absolutely 10 out if 10! I was stranded in a very stressful situation and very scared. I called Redking towing and they were there within 25 minutes. I know every situation is different and having your car break down anywhere is never easy. What I loved about this company is that they were in constant contact with me. He called me twice to let me know exactly how far away he was, which eased my anxiety. He loaded my truck on to his tow truck bed, in minutes. It was amazing. He texted me a picture of my truck when it arrived at at my requested destination. Hands down best tow company in this area. I can not say enough. Thank you, Roman...you are my hero of the day!

Alternator belt broke before an out of town trip for work, got home and was quoted a really good price and was even reassured on the initial phone call that the price wouldn’t change after the fact. The driver was there quickly and super friendly. Stayed in contact and was very helpful with the pickup and drop off. I have a sports car and he pulled out wood ramps and pulled my car slowly so he wouldn’t damage the bumpers by scraping. 10/10 service would recommend/use again
Cesar helped me out in a big way. Had a blowout on I5 , he diagnosed all the problems and then helped get spare on and made sure I was safe pulling back onto the highway. Then followed up with a phone call to check on things 20 minutes later. Highly recommend.
Made the mistake of running out of gas and these guys were there to help within 25 minutes! Cesar even followed me to the gas station and pumped my gas to make sure I made it ok. As stressful as it was, they made the experience less painful!

Highly recommend! I was lucky enough to connect with Sunshine Towing because of their proximity to my vehicle emergency, but they will definitely be my go-to shop for any roadside assistance or towing needs in the future. Hanna went well above and beyond any expectations of customer service into the realm of genuine human kindness. She arrived within minutes to a very stressful and out of the ordinary roadside emergency. My vehicle had shut off in traffic with the auto start stop feature and then subsequently died engaging the parking break. So my car was stuck blocking a lane of traffic during rush hour with a locked parking break. She arrived with a jump box and started working to resolve my problem, she contacted her very knowledgeable mechanic who offered a few troubleshooting options. When it was obvious I was going to need a tow I thanked her for her help but let her know I would wait on my insurance tow company as they had a similar ETA. After leaving, Hanna sent me the contact information of a local mechanic that specializes in my vehicle as well as other troubleshooting options to consider. After a few days of trying everything I could find online and was willing to try in my garage I accepted defeat and scheduled service with my dealer. Picking a tow company to transport my vehicle to the dealer was a no brainer. My experience with Sunshine Towing showed they are knowledgeable, capable, reliable and a very caring business all before I was even her customer. 10 out of 10

Quick response, great communication during the entire service. Hanna worked fast to get my car safely loaded and over to my mechanics after my transmission began to slip. I had an issue with my car on Friday, first tow truck driver was newer and was honest with me about not sure exactly how to lift my car safely. I got ahold of Eddie from Speeds towing and he showed up shortly after and assessed the situation. I have a GTR with some mods done and I myself was concerned. He was able to safely lift my car onto the flat bed with no damage to my diffuser / exhaust / front end ( I was pulled into a spot and could not reverse) He safely dropped my car off and then today picked it up and dropped it off at my car shop for work. Eddie is very courteous and does a great “Speedy” job along with being safe with my car. If I ever need another tow, I’ll be calling Speed’s and asking for Eddie. Thank you
