The experience I had with this towing and recovery company was great. The price for getting your service done is very reasonable. They also arrived early which was very relieving. I highly recommend using this company and their great services!
I had a sudden break down and was getting told there were no tows available but these guys were there within 30 minutes had my car in Chicago and had to get it towed to Hodgkins. Very reasonable prices, fast friendly service 1000/10.

I was stuck in the middle of an alley in deep snow. Every other towing company I called either said no, charged exorbitant prices, or would take over an hour to get to me. The men that came to help me were helpful, friendly, prompt, and got the job done all for a reasonable price. I really appreciated the service especially because it is 24 hours! Also speaks Spanish. My car’s tire came off at 12:30 am and I was able to get serviced as soon as possible. Industrial towing & recovery did an outstanding job towing our car this morning. I had already called competitors and found that Industrial towing offered the best price. After telling me it would take about an hour to arrive the rep called me back soon after and said they could do it sooner. Probably within 30 minutes from when I had called, it was super quick. He did a great job, when he parked the car on street parking he left the car close to the sidewalk which was perfect so it wouldn’t be on the way of other cars that would pass by. He was nice, professional and sympathetic. I recommend this towing company to anyone who ever needs it.

As a young female, I know nothing about cars or where is reputable to get your car towed/fixed. I picked Saucedo’s because of all the positive reviews. The wait was a little long (about 2 hours) which I was fine doing for a good company. Edgar was my tow truck driver and I rode with him to the car dealership. He really tried to make me comfortable (offered me water, stomped down the tall grasses on the side of the road to make a little path to his tow truck, made sure the AC was cool enough) and was incredibly kind. I felt safe and knew I was in good hands. Can’t recommend enough.

Terrible company! DO NOT USE. Miguel had booked a tow for me at 9am on Wednesday, called him prior, and about 10 times after 9am. He had us waiting for over an hour and a half and still wont answer our calls. Very unprofessional, use someone else, they will not show up.

Needed someone to come out and change my battery for me. So I went online and looked at a few places and these reviews are what sold me. He was very good at communicating the cost and what time he would arrive. Very nice man. He was in and out. Would recommend to friends and family.
Requested the Battery Replacement Service. Tech arrived on-time. Very professional. As a Southern woman living in the Midwest, I have no idea how to properly remove snow from my car. The tech was nice enough to assist me with removing the snow from the hood of my car. Replaced my auto battery within 10mins. Old battery removal was included. If I ever need any emergency auto services in the future, Towing Recovery will be the 1st on my list to call.

They had a new battery installed while I was at work and my car purring all within an hour. We got so lucky Mike drove past us on the side of the road, right when we needed him. He offered us a fair price and towed us to a shop a few minutes away. He knew enough about cars to help us pick the right shop for our issue. But the 5 star review is for how he handled my car. I have it on a lowered suspension, coil overs, and he was able to winch it on and off of his truck without scraping the bottom. He didn't damage the front bumper or my muffler. Double the price of all three places i called to tow my truck. Picked up a motorcycle today and whole gas tank was missing. What joke of a company's lack of taking advantage of people's misfortune. Get in an accident and not even covering up an item knowing if they leave it outside will cause water damage.
Super rude and unprofessional. My truck slide off from highway and got stock during snow storm I called towing been waiting for them but this company show up and I never called O’Hara towing looks like they been passing by , they pulled and took my truck to yard instead of just let my driver go there wasn’t any damages at all I don’t know what is reason to hold truck ,also I been waiting invoice for week and I got charged for that as well , refuse them and better wait for another towing, Feels like they just take advantage of people. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them or work there. Avoid this company. And they have 4.8 stars on google that’s impossible
Driver was outstanding. He made sure my wife and 3 month old were safe and not taken advantage of at the dealership he had to tow my car to. My wife said had he not waited and expressed his concerns, she would not have had our car fixed right away. Because of his kindness, my wife and 3 month old were able to drive home in our vehicle same morning. Thank you for the outstanding service.
I got a flat on I-294 Saturday early morning hrs of 1am. Order roadside assistance thru my TESLA app. Ohare Towing brought out Loaner Tire relatively quick, with in 1 hr of the call. Jerome, the tow truck driver installed the loaner front wheel and then proceeded to roll my flat wheel down to the back of his tow truck and carelessly lets my wheel go and drops the wheel on it face. Causing curb like scrapes and scratches all over my rim. I confronted him about the situation showed body language that he could care less. If I had known any better as a new tesla owner I would recorded the incident. Jerome said that Tesla would replace the wheel as a whole and it’s obviously not true. I have provided pictures to show proof of damages. I do not recommend service from this company.

These guys are awesome. I had a car that’s been sitting for sometime on the driveway that’s on air suspension. Since the car was sitting for a long time, the car was completely lowered and made towing difficult. They were able to get it out with out damaging my car. Scott did an amazing job relocating my large triple bay with hutch and side locker toolbox box! You hear about and see horror stories and vidoes of tow companies moving toolboxes and having them fall off upon loading or damage to hutches etc. Not these guys. Very professional and made sure to securely load and secure the boxes in a way not to damage anything as well. Would recommend!

August 20, I was in an accident in the Brickyard parking lot and two guys from this company were in the area. They tried their best to help the person at fault but she was a bit stubborn at first. I highly recommend this towing company they were awesome they hooked up my car right away they had no problems he was very professional. I had a very bad experience with a tow truck driver before villalobos towing tore out the whole front end of my Ford fiesta last year I paid him for the tow to get it to my house. I did my part I paid $75 and he never fixed my car he never ever even helped me wouldn't even give me his insurance information. Stop looking for other options because these guys are the BEST!!! From start to finish, they made the whole process so easy and effortless. My situation was that trans gave out and I was left stranded in middle of street. Not only that but had to be at my sons graduation within 3 hours. Meanwhile I am 45 at the soonest away. They handled everything; told me where to leave key, took description of my car and any other information that may have been of importance and told me to not worry and to go see my son graduate. Great and fast service. Highly recommend.
We called Garcia's Towing, and a driver appeared just as promised within a very short time. This was greatly appreciated as we were disabled along a very busy freeway during rush hour. It was very stressful! Suffice it to say that this driver's service was impeccable. He was wonderful in every way - he took care of us, offered us helpful solutions to our dilemma, dropped off our car at the service center, and then gave us a ride home. I cannot say enough good things about him and this company. 5+ Stars absolutely!
My husband and I flew home from California, with a two hour car trip ahead of us we ended up getting a flat tire as soon as we got in the highway. We called triple A and waited over two hours for a tow. When we made the decision we didn’t want to wait anymore we looked up and called Garcia’s towing. We explained our situation and Oscar was out to service us in less than 30 minutes! He helped change our tire and made sure we got home safely that night. My husband was involved in a car accident two years ago. When the police arrived we needed to move the truck but the wheel broke down and the police want to call the city towing, which was going to be expensive and not covered by the insurance. So we looked for a towing service and after we called a few around the area and April Towing was the only one how could arrive quickly. He towed the car pretty easily and saved me extra fees if the city towing would've comed first. We had a great experience and the driver was respectful about the situation. I would definitely recommend him for others. :)
If the car doesn't have an original catalytic converter then the price they originally told you will change. I personally didn't really care, they came in less than an hr and took my vehicle right out.

Not sure which location he’s out of but Josh Burns came out to tow my semi/ tanker to the shop. He was great. Pleasant, calm, professional and courteous. Give him a raise. Not many out there like him today.
Very good towing service made the call and Jeremy was there to help us in maybe 15 minutes had us off the road and the car loaded up fast took us where we needed to go and got home safe thankfully.
Jeremy the driver has superb driving skills! I was impressed with a couple tricky and tight spots that he easily maneuvered around. He was on time and took care of the situation. His calm and friendly demeanor really helped with what was already a stressful day of having to get my van towed. The prices are a bit on the higher end and charge extra for mileage that is outside their service area. However, with the professionalism that came with the service, it was worth it.
Quoted me $280 to tow my car less than a mile (0.8mi) to a Firestone. I was in Northlake, they're in Melrose Park... which is super close. They asked for my make & model before giving the quote — I can only assume they have a sliding scale based on how nice your car is and how much they think you're willing to pay. Maybe I'm wrong, but the quote was absurdly high for such a quick / short tow, so my gut tells me I'm right. Maybe I should have just told them "I'll be the dude standing next to the standard passenger vehicle with the hazards on at the address specified" 🤔😂

Albert towing and recovery is amazing! They are fast efficient and they take care of your vehicle from start to finish even if you can’t get yourself to the repair shop. They notify the repair shop for you and it’s that much less off your plate. That much less of a headache, while already dealing with a stressful situation. I would recommend them 100% I wish I remembered the towers name or I would be singing his praises as well.

This was my second experience with North Shore towing in a week. Both times it was to jump my battery. The second time the gentleman had to bring out some giant cables because a regular jump didn't work. Both times the the operators we exceptionally polite and friendly. Found out the battery drain was the dome light, of things.

I forgot the gentleman’s name but we had scheduled a tow and our insurance had made a mistake and did not let us know he was coming early. He was very accommodating and professional with our needs. Also gave us an update once the car was dropped off at the repair shop. Really appreciated that when your feeling stressed about your cars in need of repair.
Not willing to accommodate or have a little patience in an already stressful situation . I ask for 5mins while I had already waited an hour for u to arrive and I was in the middle of the road when I originally asked for the assistance . Having 4 kids with me , the drivers response was " I can't sit around waiting" and " I've already been paid anyway" this is as soon as he arrived when I asked for a few minutes

On 09/18/25, I called these guys and they picked up right away, giving me a very reasonable price. They arrived quickly at my location, where my car had stopped working because of a broken serpentine belt—right in the middle of a thunderstorm. Eddy (or Eddie) provided amazing service. He was really cool and professional, he tried to help diagnose the issue, and made sure my car (2010 Mazda 3) was transported safely despite the heavy storm. Thank you guys for the outstanding service—I’ll definitely be calling again!

Their lot is super secure with barbed wire all over the place, 3 locks on the gate, and no look plates around the whole area so nobody can look in. I forgot something in my car after I thought I cleared it out. The tow truck driver who dropped it off came back from where ever he was to let me back in the car. Great place and good people. Isaac with Clifford’s towing was wonderful! For having to need a tow & after midnight an unpleasant situation, it turned into a pleasant experience. From the initial contact. To Isaac arriving SOONER -than the estimated timeframe. He was nice, friendly AND explained everything. Highly recommended this company should you ever find yourself in need of any number of their services.

never ever use the business! Eric is THE biggest scanner and liar. Super unprofessional and misrepresentated the businesses affiliation with the Oswego Police Department after requesting an accident tow. BEWARE!!!

If I could give 0 I would. Used through our insurance we called around 12 to have a tow scheduled for after we got out of work they told us they would be there anywhere from 2:20-3:20 the driver never showed up and they will not answer their phone.

Tie rod broke on my car at 8am. Darrell's towed the car, ordered the parts and had it fixed by 1pm the same day! I know what things cost for auto repairs and I dont think any other place could have beaten his price. First time using this shop and not only would I use them again, but I will recommend them to friends!

It’d be great if your driver stopped at the VERY RED light at the corner of Forest Hills and Harlem instead of blowing through it so he could try to get ahead of the oncoming traffic. Right turn on red AFTER stop.
they towed my car and "repaired" my dirty throttle body but all they really did was clean the part that was showing. I pretty much could of done that by spraying it with a hose. This place sucks balls and I would never go back. And if you go there you will regret it.
Called tonight for a car stuck in a ditch. All the places in Rockford had no one available and I called Darnell in Loves Park. He gave me an eta of 30-40 minutes and arrived in 20. The driver was professional and helpful and the rate was affordable. Would definitely recommend!
