First time I’ve taken the time to write a review on anything. Incredibly fast and efficient. Charged me $80 less than every other place I called and didn’t up-charge me for paying with card. Incredibly skilled and knowledgeable driver who maneuvered the car into a tight tiny driveway with no incidents. Best tow truck I could have ever called. Cheaper, quick and efficient, and friendly.
Outstanding experience with Mobile Auto Clinic and I would highly recommend Wellington! I was locked out of my car/trunk because of a dead battery and he came by within an hour and helped jump me and get me in. The Battery ended up needing to be replaced, and he went the next day to the store to buy the correct one for me, and then came by and installed it. I kept his card and he will be who I call with any car issues in Boston from now on! Sean

I got into an accident 50 miles outside of Boston in the pouring rain as part of a multi car collision. I had never been in anything like this before and while I was fine the car would need some body work. The tower, Chris, who came to get me was incredibly nice and professional. He saw how upset I was and was very kind. He also told me how he could help me get back into Boston by using my AAA membership, since he and the company were also a part of AAA, and then processed my paperwork and drove me the hour to Boston. I didn’t have to leave the car at the impound lot which saved me over $200 in what would have been retrieval costs. He chatted with me on the way back but also gave me the space to get on the phone with my bf and parents crying, given how shaken up I was. We got to my apt and he left the car where I asked him to and gave me tips on how to retrieve the towing costs from the insurance company. Also as a lone female at night in a part of town I wasn’t familiar with and driving the hour back to Boston with a stranger, you can imagine how I might feel a little cautious. Chris was professional, kind and so helpful. I hope that management sees this review and offers him a raise or some time off. I tried to offer him money to buy dinner because he had to drive the hour back but he was humble and refused. He’s clearly a very decent and hardworking employee. For this story alone, I would use them again.

Our driver, Matthew W, was very professional and friendly. We had a flat on our corvette and he used extreme care in loading it onto the truck. We were very pleased with the service he provided.
Service was great all around, wonderful communication, driver was on point. Yes it was expensive but I knew that before I called. We were stuck on the highway in CT and had to get back to MA.

I just had an excellent experience with Interstate Towing. The brakes went out unexpectedly on my truck making it non-drivable. Interstate promised to arrive by 8am and driver Matt West arrived early and ready to help. He quickly got my truck loaded and delivered to the repair shop. This was a great experience. I was broken down on the side of the highway and had no idea what to do. Thankfully I called American Towing. Guy was super nice, sadly never caught his name, but reassured me that things would be fine and got me to a local repair place. This towing company came out on January 25th At around 8 PM without a moments hesitation. They were there within 20 minutes and did excellent job. The car was down a slight embankment Not an easy job, Excellent quality work. Very friendly would call them again. East Longmeadow area…
They were awesome. Picked me up within 15 minutes and were very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be my go to if I ever need a tow again.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before so that alone should should speak to how great the service was. I was stranded with a broken down car and a phone on 10% and these guys came in a timely manner and helped out. The driver was great, letting me use his charger and dropping me off at my house (3 minutes from the garage). Overall super helpful would definitely recommend!
Horrible place, I’m a cop in Massachusetts they had vehicle towed for being in a disabled parking spot in Springfield on a Private business lot, Disabled Veteran came out extremely confused thought his vehicle had gotten stolen until he was told by a passerby that it was towed. It was determined he had the placard in his visor barely visible “his fault” drove him down to the place to get his car because I felt bad When he got the invoice there were a few bogus charges on it such as “Special Equipment Wrecker” which they are not allowed to bill for under 220 CMR Chapter 272 which sets the regulations and requirements for involuntary towing according to state laws, they also charged a storage fee which they are allowed to do if they have the proper permits for their storage facility which they stated they have but the City of Springfield stated they do not have records of this and they would not pass because their storage yard does not meet requirements such as a secured yard. But most of all the thing that would of made the Tow 100% legit is if they had permission from the owner of the private property which they said they have permission that it’s posted at the front of the lot at the front of the lot it states vehicles can be towed at owners expense but even with this sign each tow company needs direct permission to tow the vehicles from the lot which the owner of the the private property stated that there are two tow companies with permission to tow from there lot which FJR is not one of them making this technically an illegal tow, FJR was gracious enough to drop the price down to $100 though thanks for your service good luck with your future business ventures

At 5:30pm they told us it would be 90 minutes. Two hours later, we called to check in and they didn't answer. Called our insurance company who booked them, insurance tried to call and they didn't answer for them either. Insurance suggested we give it a bit more time because things can get backed up, so we did, calling every half hour or so to never have them pick up the phone again. At 9pm, they still had not showed or answered the phone, or even bothered to let our insurance know if they were not going to come afterall. The insurance company tried calling them one more time, they didn't pick up, so we called another company. I don't appreciate sitting in the December cold for so long. If Ferry Street had given us an honest estimate, we could have gotten a Lyft home, had dinner and stayed there for a few hours before going back to meet them and been warm in the interim. This place needs to give people realistic estimates, let people know when it's going to be a few hours later, or at least have someone answer the phone reliably.

You should not scrape someone's car and then offer a subpar reimbursement and insult the client. Your service is to relocate a vehicle, not damage it further. Assess clearance and use blocks/ramps before pulling the vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about customer satisfaction.

Mark M was very helpful with my car with a bad alternator while I was stuck on the side of the road. He got a car with no power stuck on the road like a hollow shell up on the truck and to my destination insanely fast. While doing it all still making sure he kept me safe and off the road watching my back. This company has top notch employees who not only care to help you but do it fast safe and efficient.
Mixed feelings. Company policy is you have to sign the insurance release form in person. No text, no email, no fax. Inconvenient. Big 1980s vibes. Join us in the 21st century brother, it's not so bad! When I came over, though, Shawn was great, super friendly and helpful, took good care of me. The guy driving the tow truck after my accident, not so much, pretty rough and rude. So, in summary, it's a tow yard.
250 to dorchester central to Holbrook, super fair prices especially during midnight. The driver was kind and patient especially sense I had a Tesla. Overall the ride was smooth and efficient and I was definitely happy with how things went as I made it home safe and sound.

Today was an emotional day...l was on my way home after a gathering in honor of my recently deceased friend's birthday: I was about half way home, when my engine started making an outrageous and terrifying sound. I pulled off the road, and called AAA. The Tow-truck came from Akiki, and the tech was Matthew S. When he first arrived, with a warm hello and a nice smile, l was a mess, very upset, and crying. He was so so so nice, very patient and reassuring. After explaining my dilemma, he asked me to start the engine, while. he looked under the hood with his. flashlight. He showed me that my car has a slipped Serpentine belt. Matthew got me, and my car, home safely. In this situation, his compassion was more meaningful than anything else!!! Matthew S is a real asset to Akiki. I am so grateful to him, for his professionalism, his friendliness, and especially his kindness!! Thank You Matthew!!!

Broke down at the Shell station at 6pm. Called Central Mass Towing, his price was totally affordable and he showed up within 15 mins. He asked what was wrong and I explained my truck wouldn't start - he popped the clutch and it started up! I was so relieved it wasn't the engine (it's an old truck). He recommended me to DT Automotive to have it checked out (it still wouldn't start with the key). I dropped my truck and key off (the folks at Lux Auto Plus were so professional and friendly) and called them the next morning. The folks at DT Automotive were incredibly friendly and had already looked at my truck. What I thought was going to be a long, horrible night after a long day at work ended up being not so bad. Thank you for your kindness and help! You have all been added to my contact list!

We were in a bind with a vehicle with a blown engine... We used Central Towing multiple times to move the vehicle around for repair services... They were very sympathetic to our predicament... I cannot say enough great things about Sea Tow! We are repowering our boat so that we have more safety and reliability on the water going forward, but getting out this season we found ourselves needing a membership that I have carried for many years and not really used. I will ALWAYS be a member - you guys are clutch!

Both the lady answering the phone and the tow truck driver were very kind. We popped a tire on our Mazda Miata - a fun little car, but sadly not equipped with a spare tire. Watertown Towing had our car towed to a nearby tire shop within 20 minutes. It was as positive of an experience as it could have been!
Blew a tire on a pothole and my tire iron bent trying to get the lug nuts off for a spare. Eric was on scene friendly and fast helping me get my spare tire on the car. Thanks WT.
Haven’t used their service but have had incidents with their tow drivers being very rude and aggressive to me on the roads, highways as a driver.
The long search for an honest, affordable, and knowledgable mechanic is over. Armando is the guy you want taking care of your car. I've been to seven mechanics in the area and none is even close in regards to customer service and proactive car care. Great tow company too, if you are lucky enough to get them on a AAA call.
This company was called through AAA and the gentleman that came to jump my car was informative and kind. His name was Adalberto and he saved me not once but twice. He told me about my battery power, was not condescending and said after the first time to call him anytime before his shift ended (which I ended up needing to!) He was efficient, courteous and a delight—thank you Adalberto!

My wife had a flat in Allston and Tesla 'kindly' offered to tow the car to Dedham for a huge tow fee and replacement tire. She took an Uber home and left the car in a parking lot. Brendan picked up our car within 20 mins, took it on a flat bed to Town Fair Tire and handed it off without me having to be there. Tow and new tire within an hour at 1/2 the price Tesla quoted. Trustworthy, great communications, and simplified the whole experience.
Great guy, great service. Got to my location less than 25 minutes after I got off the phone with him.

I called for a tow, four hours later after multiple texts and attempts to call I finally got someone... he says the driver never came in, and he's busy now. It would have been nice to have known that sooner. So, don't use them if you need someone to actually show up.
I needed a tow truck late at night after finding myself stuck in gravel. My tow truck driver was highly communicative and provided updates on his location. The location was in a very dark and narrow alleyway and he was determined to get my car out. He made sure my car was safely out of the area it got stuck in and even parked my car in a well lit area and provided guidance and assurance on what to do next. The service and care was the best case scenario for a stressful situation.

If there was less than one Star, that's what I would give. At 11:30 this morning our insurance company set us up with these losers for a jump. We were told by 1:46 pm they could get to us. Because I was trying to get to my infant daughter in the hospital, i called to see if they could get to us sooner. Someone answered and told me "No." and that the only reason we got the 1:46 slot was because someone canceled. So I waited. And waited. And waited. No one showed by 2:05 pm, so I called again but now no one was answering. I called my insurance roadside assistance and they said everyone was slammed but these guys would be there by 3:17 pm. Guess what. No show. And not answering the phone. 5 hours have passed. My kid is in a hospital bed and no one could be bothered to show up or even call or answer MY calls. We decided to call someone else and within 15 minutes he was here. Car jumped and I am on my way to the hospital. Thanks for nothing. Poor poor business practices. Shame on you EJW.

Great people, great company, and if you have a mishap with your vehicle, not a bad place for your vehicle to be safely stored. Everyone was nice, professional, and I knew my vehicle was safely locked away. Tim is a great guy, helped me out alot.

We picked up a rollback from another business and Reds was nice enough to let us park it there for a couple hours. My husband works for a tow company in another state and we were both impressed with how nice and professional everyone was.

If you need a tow then join AAA and use your free tow. It's cheaper than this group and you get all of the other benefits for the entire year. If you didn't ask these guys to tow you but they did it anyhow, be sure to report all damage and make sure they don't get away with haphazardly and quickly putting your car on a wrecker while your not overseeing.
This may be the worse tow company in America. This tow company will not show up no matter what time you call and will make every single excuse not to show up. I spoke to the manager “Bobby who said they would be there in a hour and calls me 20 minutes later saying the owner does not want them towing residential..... the last time he was busy with the police for 3 hours. They towed my brand new Mercedes for a zone violation and when i got there i had damage notifications on my car and had to call the police to report the accident.
Dishonest, Overpriced, and Outdated Payment Practices My experience with G and J Towing was terrible. They initially quoted me $190 for the tow and $35 per day for storage. After 17 days, the total should have been $785, but the OWNER himself claimed the amount due was $853 with no clear explanation for the extra charges. On top of that, they don’t accept card payments—how is that acceptable in 2025? In this day and age, there’s no excuse for not offering a modern payment option. This entire process has felt like a scam. Avoid G and J Towing if you value fairness, transparency, and convenience!
Had a terrible experience with whomever answered the phone there today. There's a huge flatbed truck that's 3ft into the parking lot ACROSS from the only 2 handicap spots at the small lot at Horn Pond! At this point I've watched 2 cars try to park & could not because somebody that actually cares less than the receptionist who answered their phones, does left it there. He/she nowhere to be found!! Hopefully someday you, your Mom's, Dad's or kids don't need those spaces & some creeps like yourselves do the same to you!! Receptionist hung up on me!! Karma has a way.........

The worst towing experience I have ever had. Does not even deserve 1 star. Dude just takes advantage of the situation, and increases the price for the towing as you speak. Was promised $150 for towing I didn't ask for, and by the time I entered the office to pay it, it was $225. Will be surprised if anyone other than the enforcement services work with them.

We called AAA and they could upgrade Us to their PLUS plan which would cover the Cost of 56 miles, but it would take 7 days to activate !!! Basic plan only covers 3 miles.... Amazing service. Family member’s car died on the side of the road at 11 pm on Christmas Eve. I called and they were there within 15-20 mins where other tow services were asking for 2+ hours wait time. Super friendly and caring. Out of towners but were still treated like next door neighbors. Highly recommend you call them before anyone else. Thanks for taking care of us!

horrible people. didn't even use this service just casually driving down the road in waltham/Newton and a truck cut us off, we let him go as soon as we realized he was going, he then used the lights in the back of his truck to flash us and we were confused on why, so we drove up next to him and he just gave us the finger so we just kept driving. he then caught up to us so i rolled down my window and tried explaining that we were trying to let him go and he just started making really strange derogatory sexual remarks and hand gestures. super weird especially for someone who's driving in a company car. dude needs to get a real job or take up some therapy sessions for real. he's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Marvin N. was prompt in showing up and quickly dealt with my battery problem. While he ran the battery test, he explained how to avoid the problem in the future, including what wrench to use, how to cover the terminal to prevent other problems, etc. He changed the battery after reminding me it was under warranty, so I had a better performing battery in ten minutes or so—all before the rest of my family had even woken up. Very nice man and a pleasure to chat with.
After spending 3 hours waiting in NH on another tow service through AAA a pro tech driver pulled up to drop off a different car. After explaining my situation the driver called his boss and told me to call back AAA and chance my tow to them. After going back and forth with multiple phone calls the tech was extremely patient, taking, and making multiple phone calls to help me out. He was a pleasure to work with a great help to me in my time of need. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
I went to an appointment and came out and couldn't start my car, so I called AAA. First AAA sent a battery guy who determined that it was my starter, not the battery, so I called again for a tow. I was 30 miles away from home and wanted my car to be towed to an auto shop in my town. Pro-Tech Towing and Recovery arrived before the ETA that AAA had given me. Kyle, the tow truck operator, first tried to start my car, but was unable to, so he towed my car to my mechanic and then drove me home, a few blocks farther. As soon as I got home, I realized that I had left my house key (which was on a different ring than my car key) and couldn't get into my house. (I couldn't walk back because I have a problem with my foot.) By this time, it was beginning to get dark and the auto shop was closed. I told Kyle not to worry and that I'd call a friend and go back for my key when the auto shop opened in the morning. He drove away, but came back about 10 minutes later with my house key, UNASKED. This turned out to be a lifesaver for me because my neighbors were away and I didn't have many local friends' numbers on my phone, which by this time didn't have much charge left anyway. I was never so impressed in my life! This was by far the best towing experience of my life! Highly recommended.

My insurance had requested them to come tow my car at 2 a.m when my car died. They made us wait an hour to add another hour when they were supposed to have been there already. For them to claim they are 24 hours they are lazy, unprofessional and they never answer their phone but they are open 24 hours. Had to order a reliable tow truck after waiting two hours for rapid response g/j towing and recovery came in ten minutes. They should change there name because rapid response is not something they do.
If I could give a zero star I would! Highly unprofessional. Rapid response towing came to pick up my car around 1pm then sent me a text saying the delivery was completed to rate them to say how they do with the pick up and drop off. A representative from the shop the car was supposed to deliver to contacted me around 7pm and told me he has been waiting but the car did not get delivered, I contacted the towing company I spoke with Brian he said he will contact the driver to see what’s going on… then told me the driver said he got to the shop and the shop was closed he had to return with car. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he called me within 10 mn he gave a run around about how the shop was closed when the driver got there then he called me the B word and hung up in my face

Needed roadside assistance and a tow from Geico since the suspension in the rear of my car broke. Was given a ETA of 12:10am and they were called at 10:30pm. My car was stolen a day ago. They were very polite and friendly when I came to pick it up pretty close to their closing time. Daniel was super sweet. Everyone pitched in to give me helpful tips for future references.
On 9/12/24 my 2016 Frontier broke down on the S.E. express way. Truck lost all power in bumper to bumper traffic at the beginning of the zipper lane. Glided the truck over to an emergency stop area there and called police who put me in contact with Always open towing. Sort time later DJ pulls up with the tow truck. He was great. Helped me order a Lyft to get me home and explained he couldn't get my truck to my garage of choice till the next day. So I'm home about an hour and Enrique from Always open tow calls me and already had my truck at the garage I asked to have it dropped off. Just like DJ Enrique was polite and decent and parked the truck where I asked and locked in up and put the keys where I asked him to put them. These to guys are exceptionally good at what they do and decent to frazzled customers. Thank you DJ and Enrique for your help and getting my broken truck to the garage a day early. Tim H.

Car was towed here due to an accident. They had fun with going through my car and taking several things. Per the reviews I see I am not the only one and a friend of mine that had stuff missing when his car was towed here months ago. Do not recommend them at all.
Horrible communication. Unreliable, inaccurate price quotes. Wayyyy over priced. $125 just to move any tow truck off the lot, and that’s the price before you tell them where you’re going! They must be under new management, because they really dropped the ball with my service.

Unprofessional rude awful experience beginning to end
Helpful people
Wouldn’t allow anyone to pick up a house key from a set that was left in a totaled vehicle for a child to get into their home for clothes and their pet. Would rather let an animal be stuck in a house and a child have no clean clothes while their parent is in the hospital after an accident that left them unable to walk and hospitalized for days with multiple fractures to the spine, neck and back. Receptionist started off the phone call with garbage behavior and then when given it back, got worse. Wouldn’t recommend the place to literally anyone with a pulse or without a pulse. The lack of understanding and the out of touch reality to severity of accidents is absolutely minimal to absolute non existence. Empathy: lacking. Attitude: through the roof. Service: I’ve gotten better service from a child with a kitchen play set playing tea time.
They are my life savers.
I got a flat after work today and Direnzo towing was so helpful! Crystal in dispatch walked me through my options and the cost up front. Edgar showed up within 10 or 15 minutes and had my tire changed out in no time! Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent, thank you all so much!!!

Got towed out of the visitors parking lot where i live, my own fault, not supposed to park there. Quealy is the company that tows for the condo association..they were just doing there job. They were fair in price and very nice office workers!
Very strange encounter with this unprofessional tow company. Started with a letter in the mail from them stating I owed them for storage and a tow on a car I didn’t own. Called them and a man stated there was a note on the account saying it was sent to wrong address. So I let it go. Fast forward a month to today when I got a second letter from the company for the same car and now it’s over a $2000 bill. So I called again spoke with “Laurie” who stated that she got my name and info from the RMV and that I was the last registered owner of the car. Turns out, it was a car I traded in almost 10 years ago to a dealership in New Hampshire. She tried to tell me I would be liable, even though she said the tow was from an arrest made on 11/6/23. I told her I get her the info from who was arrested that night and she said it wouldn’t matter because I was the last registered owner. I called Everett police and they told me to tell them to knock it off bc I have proof of sales. Either way, it should illegal for them to get my info from the registry. They should have to get the info they need from the police. Looking forward to going there in the morning to share this info with them and let them know if they don’t stop harassing me, I’ll be taking a suit out on them for harassment. Anthony was incredibly helpful! My car actually wasn’t towed to this yard .. I thought it was, but Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond to guide me through how to retrieve it from the other tow yard. He advised me to contact AAA because I could not drive my car off of the lot and thanks to his help, my car was ultimately redirected from AAA back to Quealy’s for tow service. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and made sure I understood every step.. contacted me when my car was being picked up, when my car was halfway out and as my car was being dropped off. Getting towed is never fun, but the exceptional customer service made all the difference.
I originally called AAA for help because I accidentally locked my keys in my car during a downpour. The first guy came, couldn’t get into the car, and marked the job as complete without helping. I was so frustrated. Then I called directly to get a quote, and the woman I spoke with was amazing !!! as soon as I explained what happened, she sent someone right out. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this good. Doug, the tow truck driver, was professional, fast, and so kind, especially given the weather. I’m super grateful for how quickly and kindly they handled everything. Highly recommend this company…….. they really go above and beyond!

These people are thieves, they towed my truck and they didn't even call my company after towing till I went to grab my license, that's when I found out. $1851 .10 for bobtail. 12 miles total. I found out 1 signal light was not working they were busy denying that they didn't touch it. Have been towed before for 20 miles with a loaded trailer for $800. Don't even truck to bother calling them if u break down. They're crooks cowards
Very crooked business. There business goes unchecked since they have the Springfield city contract. They will gouge you since they can. Additionally, you have to feel like a caged animal in their office since the one way windows surrounding you allow them to see you but not you to see them. This allows them to just take off if you make a request they are too lazy to accomplish (ex. I want to speak to the driver to tell him where to drop off my car since I won't be present when he drops off). The 24 hour extra storage fee can also be slammed on you if they don't feel like towing your vehicle out of there for you in a timely manner. Last words with the woman behind the manner were, "Prove to me I can't take pics of my car (that I have paid my bill on) in your parking lot for insurance." Woman: "I don't have time for this," while she fades out, presumably walking away.
My car died unexpectedly while passing through Massachusetts and Kevin from CJ's really saved the day for me. Towed my car all the way to my local mechanic in Rhode Island. He was incredibly friendly and professional and made a unfortunate experience far more bearable. Very pleased with the service I received!
I wanted to share how professional and courteous they are! My Mom's car was towed after a minor accident and the staff in the office are so kind and helpful on the phone and also when we went to pay her storage bill. It's never a good time when you have an accident or get your vehicle towed for any reason, it's stressful, but they were great!! Even the young man who walked us out to our vehicle to get the garage door remote was sweet. Thank you all!
This is absolutely a rip-off company unfortunately partnered with Springfield Police department. My car blew a head gasket Literally 0.3 miles from my mom's home. My car was still drivable and I could have easily driven it down the street. As an out-of-town visitor Springfield Police department dispatch this company 2 tow my car even though I had AAA. I had no choice. They charged me $205 to tow it 1/2 block. Then threatened to keep my car because I disputed them for charging me for 12 miles instead of the 0.3 miles that they actually towed me.. the driver told me that they charge the mileage based on where they came from to pick me up and to where they would have to drive back to. The driver was Billy badass knowing that he had my car hooked up and I could not do anything about it with the police being there so I was basically strong-armed to pay on site or have my car towed to their garage at a 35.00 a day storage plus mileage

Towed my car in my apartment building parking lot in an unmarked non visitor non resident required, legal parking spot meaning anyone that lives or visits can park there no one specifically labeled. He, Claiming others have said the same thing as I, and they still towed my vehicle even though I was legally parked and still charged me.
Ayers has a racket set up with the Neponset Landing apartments. They tow at will from the visitor parking spots at that building. Meanwhile the front desk attendants are absent, so no parking pass can be issued. They tow 24/7 but do not staff their lot 24/7 so you will have to wait for their driver. Awful business model, the owner should be ashamed this is how they make a living.
These people are disgusting. Absolute scammers, they pull up in the middle of the night, no lights creeping into your backyard. They hook up your vehicle and then tell you. You only have one option of payment, which is cash. 2 losers. Total scammers.
Used Ayers after having a no fault accident they handled all of the details Brian was so helpful and the whole team worked on getting me the best repair in less then a week. Helped me with a rental car and had it waiting for me when I arrived both to drop off and pick up. My car came out amazing no hassles just great work and great customer service. I would absolutely use them again.

i have never been so displeased. this company was incredibly hard to work with, rude, and had crazy prices (for a 0.7 mile away tow) after an honest towing mistake. i have been back and forth with them trying to get my tow cost refunded. only one person there was kind and helpful but the situation was out of her hands and she did the best she could. other than her, i am disgusted and have lost faith in humanity. so, so disappointing Replying to the response: While I totally understand that you were hired to provide a service, there was no help to resolve the issue which is why I am so frustrated.
Luciano was a huge help for me. To make a long story short I called him and after 15 minutes he was able to help unlock my car after a different provider took way too long to assist me. I commend him and his company for the outstanding service
Tow truck drivers are questionable stopping on cross walks making intersections unsafe. A truck today blocked the entire cross walk and failed to follow the rules of the road.
Got stuck in the snow in the middle of the night with a jammed front wheel. Really helped me out when I was in a bind -- and when both AAA and AMA couldn't -- and got me and my bike home safely. They are courteous, professional, and highly recommended.

All these 1 star reviews are people who have gotten towed for being parked illegally, and their only way to take shots is a google review. No one is going to be happy their car got towed, so obviously, they are not giving a 5 star review. They work with state and revere police taking on calls for accidents and traffic violations ect so if they are trusted by law enforcement im sure there not out there trying to "steal your car for a quick buck "They are friendly and professional as long as you go in with a positive attitude will be greeted back with the same. People will always claim damage and are quick to point there finger until they provide proof with photos taken before a car is towed and still they will come here to leave a negative review even if they wrong. No ones perfect but i guarantee you more than half of these reviews are people being petty.
The folks at Action Emergency came in to a very tense situation and made a huge problem solved to our satisfaction. Very capable, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Your team is garbage, you have no respect because your guy didn't let me film my car. You broke my exhaust, broke my bumper, burst my airbags, and still didn't let me film my completely destroyed car. Zero points for you, and you still have the nerve to say that you don't work for the state. If the police officer who impounded my car works for the state and he called you, it's because you also work for the state, you bunch of trash. And your guy even wanted to attack me with all his fury. You have to pay for the damage. My car is a gray BMW
They held my car took my money for a tow then tried to upcharge me after making an agreement. They refused to tow my car my wife missed a doctors appointment because of their negligence. I had to call the revere PD and report the situation. This is a bad company that doesn’t honor their word. They cost us a very important appointment and a great deal of time and stress. I highly suggest not using this company for your towing needs

The staff is extremely rude and never owns up to their mistakes! I have a resident sticker and they still towed my car. They forced me to pay and the employee was very abrupt with no coherent explanation. Terrible service and abuses.
Although it was a wait, Paul our tow truck driver was worth it. He was quick, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Paul!

Horrible experience here! After a car crash car was towed here, after going through all hospital and figuring where the car ended, came here to figure out how to take the car out, first person that took care of me was really nice and understanding of the situation (tried to help-sorry don’t remember her name) but after that there were 2 others that make the situation worst, living hell experience, treating us like garbage! Even one of them got nasty attitude towards me! After going through a car crash and paying fee to be able to get that car out of there, these people doesn’t have manners or a lil bit of empathy of the situation, I understand working in this kind of environment is a lil overwhelming sometimes but that doesn’t have to take the human part of it! They should teach this people how to be polite cause clearly most of them lack of it! I wish they don’t have to go through things like we were that day! Kudos to that First Lady that took care of us the first time, wish I have here name so they can keep her and teach the other 2 how customer service is done!
I had my truck towed to Todisco Towing and I spoke to a night shift personnel called Graciela on the night of 8/4/2025 who was super rude and unprofessional while I was trying to ask questions as to the process of getting my truck out of their yard. As I asked questions as to the process required to get my truck back, Graciela was laughing out loud condescendingly with another male staff on the night shift who could be heard laughing out loud as well in the background while I was on the phone with her. She hanged up on me intentionally at least 7 times while I was asking questions as to the process in getting my truck . Graciela was a complete customer service nightmare to talk to about getting my truck back as she impatiently rush-read me her company email intentionally and told me I was not the only customer so I should not waste her time and she hanged up on me . She hanged up on me multiple times later when I called back and when she picked up, she was laughing out loud with another male staff who could be heard laughing his lungs out while I was trying to ask questions about how I could retrieve my Truck and the process required. This is the worst experience I have had talking to a service representative on the phone. Such unwarranted unprofessional and condescending behavior is never acceptable in any given workplace. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities and to the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU). The bill for a 6 mile tow to their location was over $4,400 USD. This definitely is extremely above current market price for a tow of that distance. Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) will definitely be hearing from me about this.

Had the same exact experience as Jennalee Warren. Owner Mac and administrator Kim were extremely rude. It felt like a third-world country service. I have written 2 times for some clarification on the bill and no response yet. Plan to file in small claims court. Anyone knows their last names? Owner was no man enough to provide it when I asked him. I gave a 1 star, because there wasn't a "zero" option.
I’m giving a 1 because I can’t give a zero. Everybody that works here is rude. No one forced any of them to work yet they all share the same snarky attitude as if they’re the ones who have no car. Completely unprofessional, they have no idea how to talk to people. I promise you can get a cheaper tow with way better customer service ANYWHERE else. They’re money hungry and for people who want money so bad I would expect them to treat they’re customers better.
Do not use this business. I would give this zero stars if I could. The woman working here is rude and heartless. Terrible experience for my college student. It wasn’t the towing that was the issue it was the treatment after.
On my way home from Virginia with family when the passenger side front bearing decided to blow out on me and still had to get to Maine. Tow truck was prompt and driver was knowledgeable on the situation. After the tow, the people at island auto were quick to get me in and treated me great knowing my situation. Woman in the front office was kind and had great conversation. Mechanic that worked on the truck was ver knowledgeable and while working on my truck would bring me on the shop to show exactly what was going on and how and what needed to be done. They got me in and out at a great price where other shops would try and gouge knowing I was an out of stater in a bad situation. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all involved with towing and getting my family back on the road home safely.

Very easy to work with. We were in a car accident a few weeks ago and the whole process was very smooth and quick. They are a preferred location for Plymouth Rock Assurance so coordinating between my insurance and them was very simple.
Looking for a headache and a short cut to debt? Come on over to Waltham Auto Tow! Not only is their entire existence to screw people over for their coins, they also prioritize making your life a living hell as if having to get my car back from an accident wasn’t enough! After paying multiple imaginary fees I am left to jump start my car on top of it all! Just the cherry on top. Amazing way to end the experience with Waltham Auto Tow!
These people are thieves. They stole hundreds of dollars of personal property out of my car when it was sitting in their tow yard then they wanted to tell me that I came already and took some things out of my car which was a lie. They said they don’t have a problem with theft they are the thieves. Do not leave anything of value in your car if it gets towed by these people
They are professional, they have a job to do try not to forget that. I'm sure they don't care about bad reviews, but if your worked up and they try to give you some professional advice just listen to it. Because it calmed me down, what you going through sucks and may seem hopeless but where there is a will there is a way.
I went to this place to find out about my car and at my arrival this guy was so mean and rude. He didn't want to give any information. I asked him why he was being rude to me. He responded because we are closed. He could have said that normally. Very upsetting!!

This company is an absolute joke. Do not do any business with this company. The owner refuses to speak with me regarding a tractor-trailer that is on his property. He has held our refrigerated load hostage until he gets an overnighted check so my customers are absolutely livid. Typical wrecker companies will deliver the product for carriers and bill them back for the delivery along with working the towing bill through the insurance company. This towing company will make your day(s) a nightmare. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are unfair, untrustworthy, and they don't have the common courtesy to get management to speak with me.
I did not have any relationship with Negoshian and with one call they dispatched a flatbed on a snowy late night for one of my fleet vehicles without issue.. I can't thank them enough for their quick response to my Emergency situation. I value there customer service as they were easy to contact and quick to respond. As an Operations Mgr that requires quick action, they will have my future towing needs.
My car battery died and my car was towed to NEGOSHIAN'S TOWING...While it was there ask them to fix it. Their way of fixing it was to jump it continuously over and over again which just made it worse because my battery wouldn't hold a charge. I said I think it's probably the alternator they agreed and we were supposed to put in a new alternator but for whatever reason then they ended up calling not even calling to tell me that they had charged it overnight and it started and held the charge.... I had to call them to ask about my car and was told my car wasn't there then was told they would call me back. EVENTUALLY they called me back and told me my car was "Fixed" (눈‸눈) that wasn't the case because the battery light on the dashboard was light up STILL!!! My other mechanic who I HAD to bring my truck to after Negoshian's "FIXED" it...👎 They let me know that when the battery lights on that means the car is running off the battery ONLY. A car is not supposed to be only running off the battery,the alternator is supposed to kick in so your battery doesn't get drained. I don't understand how a business that is all about cars, fixing and towing them, doesn't know how to fix a simple problem with a vehicle. As soon as I got the car back I drove it to the south shore. As soon as I got into the Brockton area the car started acting crazy jumping and all my electric shut down. I was still on the highway and my car started jumping!! I had to pull off the highway as fast as I could.. right as I got off the off ramp my truck just died!!! It was scary and dangerous I could have gotten into an accident!! Thank God I didn't, but needless to say I had already payed them to pretty much do nothing but waste my time and put me in a seriouly dangerouse situation!!! I ended up calling Awons in Brockton and they towed and actually fixed my truck. Know my SUV is actually running and working well. Would I recommend Negoshian's to fix your car? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! unless u want a death wish!!! The ONLY GOOD thing they have going for them is their over night towe driver. He was amazing and he was the only one who even seemed to give two thoughts about me and my car. Even the owner made me feel as if me and my car problems were just below him.... I could tell by the way he just brushed me off when I met him.. the hole entire company has the worst communication skills I have ever seen. All in all I only gave them 2 stars because their towe truck driver who works the night shift. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have given them even one 🌟... [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡ಠ_ಠ)̲̅$̲̅] He was the only person I met that treated me like a person and he actually went above and beyond to try and help me with my truck so Dude your the only good person that works there!!! He should be working at a better company because he actually has A work ethic. Because other then him It's like Negoshian's is run by a bunch of toddler... so to all the other ppl out there that drive an older model vehicle. Think twice before you go to Negoshian's because they don't care about the customer all they care about is $$$$..... This is a 3 generation old business. Very good hard working people and very professional. I have worked with them and seen them do anything from small vehicle towing to tractor trailer crashes to gasoline tanker accidents and spill cleanups. Don't expect to rip this business off, (just wont happen) if they do the job, they need to be paid which is understandable. I highly recommend this gasoline and towing station.
Kevin was wonderful! My daughter hit a huge pothole at 2:30 AM. She blew both passenger side tires. We were 1.5 hours away from her. He spoke with us on the phone, brought her to a local Dunkin Donuts so that she was safe until we arrived, then worked with us to determine which tire shop to bring it to. I am so thankful that he went above and beyond to keep my daughter safe.

Illegally Towed our car while shopping at Walgreens in East Boston. Then held it for Randsom of the 260.50. Why the random number you might ask. Well its 250$ for stealing our legally parking car. Then if you don't have the cash. They kindly provide a ATM. But not so fast you can only take out 200$ at a time. So they turn the screws for every penny of the blood money they steal from you
My car was towed due to street cleaning and when I went to get my car this is the scene I encountered and I will complain about it if no one compensates for my damage and my car was left for 2 hours I was charged $35 per day for parking this is a terrible company don't forget to check when your car is towed
Driver was patient and helpful. He ensured that I arrived at the dealership and knew where to park my car before leaving. My only reservations is that he didn’t come to check my tires beforehand and inflate the flat tire before asking me to drive on it.
Incredibly rude. Got towed along with many cars due to unclear signage after my hockey game. I called and they were SO rude. Told me it’s 3 minutes to the garage but Google maps said 14. (A long walk with heavy hockey bags) The lady said “oh by walk?” - of course… you towed my car. She then said “you could uber” … thanks. Incredibly strict on cash only, 170$, incredibly rude, made me uber to a bank to get the cash and come back. Told me “cost of doing business”
My car broke down in Brighton ,an area I don't know well, and I was panicking . It was 105 degrees and that wasn't the real feel. The driver came in about 20 minutes and dropped me off at Dunkins to wait for my ride. Thank you so much!
