If I ever need a tow truck this is who I will call! My friend broke down and the Driver was there in less than 20 minutes, helped us get our keys out of the storm drain…was so nice through it all, And reasonably priced for the distance. 10/10 I’d break down again.
Great service. They got to me within 15 minutes of me calling. Very professional and the price of the tow was very reasonable also. If I ever need a tow again, I’m definitely calling them!!
Obviously a lot of fake reviews. Was quoted to get my car pulled out of the mud. After they showed up they told me it was going to be more difficult for them so they wanted double $300 just for a pull out of the mud...well after they left I just drove it out of the mud on my own. When you're in need of help the last thing you want is someone to try to get extra money out of you. Call a reputable company.

I was trying get out my appointment complex on jeff Hamilton Rd ext and the driver blocked there entire entrance of the parking lot had to jump the curb to get into the parking lot of the complex not very pleased could have torn up my vehicle
AAA brought me Josh from Angelo's Towing, and even though I didn't end up needing the tow (I got the car started finally), he still made sure I got home ok. Excellent service, Angelo's! If need another tow, I know who to call.

I used Bob's Towing twice last year when I broke down on the interstate and again this past Wednesday when my battery died. Each time they were fast, dependable and honest. I know I'll end up needing to be towed again at some point since we keep buying Fords and I'll definitely be using Bob's.

Whats the point of being 24hrs when you don’t know how to answer the phone an when you do you put said customer on hold an eventually hang up on them. Don’t bother wasting your time with these guys.
Michael was amazing! He was very professional and went above and beyond to make my absolutely horrible day better! He changed my tire which was not at all his responsibility like a boss and smiled while doing it! They were very reasonable on their price and got my vote for the best tow company around besides mims towing in clanton Al , a little bias there considering my back other works there, if you need a wrecker and you call anyone besides bobs (Michael) your bad get overcharged and have an okay experience if you wanna I will call bobs and have my frown turned upside down 😂 Thankyou so much Michael for all your help! Called to get a tow, quoted 45 minutes and $75 bucks. 90 minutes later they showed up and still wanted $75 for the tow and didn't care they had taken double the time. I was only being towed ¼ of a mile, they could've taken $10 off. Called Hero's and they were there in 20 minutes and a heck of a lot cheaper

Zero not an option. Rude and unprofessional staff. Daughter pays around 1200.00 a month for a apartment and she has a right to a parking space. She bought a new vehicle and before she could get a parking decal (less than a month after vehicle purchase and only a few days after obtaining license plates) these people came, like thieves, and took her car. Damage to hubs visible. When we went to pick up car, staff would not identify themselves other than first name, had wrong information regarding vehicle, and refused to give us a signed copy following payment. Yes, had to pay cash because they said credit/debit card machine down. Pricing listed for tow maximum 180.00 but they demanded 250.00. Other cars at Southern Oaks apartments do not have decals so this is DISCRIMINATION. I hold F&S Towing and Southern Oaks responsible and notifying the BBB for shady business practices. Yes, she will be moving soon. Caution for this business!!!!
The girls that pick up the phone are so rude. They sound like low class (they may need professional training). The tow truck driver was actually very nice.
Horrible customer service do not use this company they came to pick up my truck at 2:00pm to deliver it to the shop to have some repairs done on it. I call the driver at 4:30 asking him where he’s at and the location is close due to how long it took and for him to take my truck back to my house he agreed. It’s now 5:51 and still no sign of the driver. I received a text saying my tuck is delivered. But here I am at my house waiting on the driver. They done a guess drop my truck off the side of the road. Now I have to do a stolen vehicle report. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF PUSHING YOUR VEHICLE TO THE LOCATION
I call a lady answer and hung up in my face after needing help I kept calling several times. I don’t recommend anyone to this type of service poor service and communication
Only open 24/7 to tow but of course doesn’t have their actual times when open to get vehicle. You can’t get vehicle on weekends but they sure do charge for those days.

My family and I had need a tow and we came in contact with this driver named Daniel, Hub City you have a great employee. He came in a timely manner and had a great personality. Bottom line he did a great job. I would highly recommend you to ask for Daniel.
The best people around. Hub went out in uhaul and theses people were on it within 20 minutes on the side of road. Professionals is a understatement, they saved our butts!
Had issues with a dead battery, and the first company to come out was unable to jump my car. When Hub City showed up to tow it, they were able to jump my car, then had me follow so that I could buy a new battery, then changed it in the lot for me. Can't recommend these guys enough! So thankful for their help.
Broke down in Mobile, AL on the side the interstate while evacuating from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida. Called Hub City and they got to us in a very short amount of time. They waited for a taxi to pick us up on the side the interstate and was very helpful the next day in towing our vehicle to the repair shop. Would recommend. Also the dispatcher was very nice with excellence service!

Towed my boat after having a blowout with no spare, couldn’t ask for faster, more professional service from anyone other than Kev himself. Not only did he complete the tow as requested but he did so with great care with no additional damage to my boat, motor or trailer. I recommend anyone in the Mobile area in need of towing to definitely give this guy a shout.
Good customer service and he showed up real quick because I was stopped right in the road.

I was on schillinger rd Sunday night broke down on my Harley and Matt with coastal towing pulled up and asked if I needed help getting off the road he helped me get my bike across the road to safety and towed me to my mechanics shop . Didn’t have to call or worry about my Harley he was careful and used his own shirts on the forks to tie down the bike . Coastal is the only company I will use to tow my bikes . Very rude. I was told to use another towing service because they didn’t have to waste on a flat. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t exist with this company at all. If I didn’t have to rate them with one star, they wouldn’t have even gotten that one.
They were great! They have a great personality and seem to want to help you they don't make you feel like a bother like others! I recommend if you want somewhere where the people care and car is safe!
I called because had flat tire and not able to change it but when asked about helping said they didnt do it anymore and ended call. if your posting says roadside assistance and you dont do it anymore take it off it is false advertising

They towed my trail blazer from interstate to their lot ... charged me exactly $ 400 to bring it to me ... only after stealing anything of value out of my vehicle ... then upon delivery realized that they forgot my keys and said they would mail them to me .. which never happened ... they towed me in June!!! Awful company!!!!

They couldn’t help me get a simple tow for 3 straight days. I blame COVID for staffing but the person on the phone only made it worse with their attitude.
I would call them again if had to.
0⭐ call them and i was told they would be there in an hour never show up or call back. I call them never answear.
I've been using 1st choice towing exclusively for 4 or 5 years now. Chad and his staff are super nice guys and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them if you ever need a tire changed, tow, etc. They have the best prices and best service, what more could you ask for?

Thank you so much for the quick response of dealing with our truck. Brooks dealt with and stored our freightliner until we could get the equipment needed to haul it home. It was such a relief knowing it was being taken care of while we dealt with other issues. They went over and above by helping to load and secure the truck when we picked it up. I attempted to get assistance during Mardi Gras because the person on the phone heard someone else on a different call she refused to assist.
I have to write about the experience I had with this towing company. I called them to tow me after my car had broken down. They came in about 20 minutes and were super nice people who were also respectful. They handled my car with the best care and towed it to shop and stayed there with me for a little bit to make sure everything was ok. I REALLY appreciate it guys thank you so much.
Best experience. Worth every bit of what you are charged they are careful and take time ensuring vehicle came out good. Guy even help me start car after having issues with it when he did not have to. I'm so thankful for choosing this company. Very professional and efficient. Would definitely use again.
