The tow truck driver was excellent. He arrived on time, was very courteous, and even helped me push my truck farther back into the yard after he'd unloaded it. I was very satisfied with the service and appreciated that they were patient and price-matched the tow.
Tim’s Towing did a great job! I called early in the morning and they picked up my van within 30 minutes. Car issues are stressful, and both Tim and Mike who picked up my van were polite and helpful. Price was great - highly recommend.

Great experience! They’ve earned their high rating! Tim quickly got our car towed to the dealership for repair. He also let me know that my Hyundai has an engine recall and I should follow up for a reimbursement on the tow charges. Highly recommend! Excellent towing service provider! The truck I was using was having alternator issues and wasn’t drivable. I contacted Desert Emerald Towing & Recovery and got in contact with Joshua, the owner of this business. Joshua communicates via text message only as he is Deaf. However, he has a fast communication response timing and kept us in contact the entire time! I definitely recommend this towing company for anyone in need of services!

My car broke down late on a Saturday night. I called Desert Emerald Roadside Assistance and Towing the following morning and within 2 1/2 hours Joshua towed my vehicle from Scottsdale to my mechanic in Gilbert. He also came to my home to pick up the key before driving to Scottsdale to pick up the car. I had also accidentally left my credit card at the gas station that he picked the car up at so he retrieved it from the cashier and placed it in my car where I could find it. He was very communicative and sent me updates and pictures of where he placed my key/card and where my car was parked at. Wish I could give them 10 stars. I’ll definitely be calling him again if needed and referring him. He made a terrible situation so much more smoother for me to handle.

When my local government decided to kidnap and torture me for 24 hours over a freaking traffic violation, this company towed my car. Although I don't approve of anyone working with our terrorist government for any reason, I don't hold it against the company. Their customer service was top-notch, and I got my car back without a scratch on it.
Need help undecking. They got to me in a reasonable time and handled the undecking professionally and safe.
Easy one call and schedule pick up right away. When he needed his help with forms afterwards they were able to resolve my issue and email everything that I needed saving a trip to the lot
Coming to San Clemente apts and towing putting stickers on cars and towing them is NOT OK YOU HAVE RUINED MY CAR NOW AND MY SONS CAR- IM GETTING A LAWYER THIS IS THEFT WHAT YOUR DOING. Recommended through a shop and they couldn't be bothered to pick up a car or tell me when they could. "We're not doing those today" was all the guy could come up with. No recommendations, no time of when they'll be available.
The driver in the vehicle with the license plate KJRTOW almost killed me by zig zagging through traffic and using the middle lane as a passing lane going an estimated 65+ in a 45 westbound on Guadalupe RD just before Arizona Ave (Country Club)
