I would like to thank Poly for the amazing!! Service! I had just purchased a car on Facebook Marketplace and after completing the deal I was so fortunate to get in contact with Poly. I discovered Savior Towing , through Hagerty drivers club. I have to say , I’ve gotten many tows in the past . And Sam came on time , kept me in the loop as he was enroute , and got me to the shop on time ! I own a 1951 Ford Vicky , it’s lowered on gangster whitewalls . I needed a tow to my friends shop , as I lost brakes . Sam took care of her , using ramps to guide and lift my lowered shoebox. He was very caring with loading the car , as she has lost her brakes , so on a hill , and a heavy classic , i tip my hat to you Sam . Thank you 🙏. Cost was better than other Name Brand companies!!! He was on time, phone and text friendly. Called for a quote on an RV. The driver said he charges $375 per hour (not by the mile). Then he said it was a minimum of 3 hours (even though the tow is LESS than 5 MILES AWAY). What kind of THIEF charges over $900 for a 5-MILE TOW? The answer is this freak show. Don't waste your time. Call other companies!
Maybe the driver was having a bad day but he nearly ran me into oncoming traffic because he was in such a hurry to get by. Then proceeds to go across several lanes on traffic without signaling and nearly ran several more people into the next lane. When driver noticed i was taking his picture he took exception to it and flipped me off. Again this has nothing to do with their services and most like the result of a driver in a bad mood.

Okay. So, first we broke down at Glendale Community College on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. I googled this company, received a live voice on the first attempt. The scheduler/dispatcher spoke clearly, verified the location and information I provided, and told me an ETA for service. I was also quoted a flat rate for the trip. They didnt add extra fees or try to change rates once they picked up the car. Anyway, two days later, we broke down near 19th Avenue and Adams. We received timely and friendly service, again with honest rates!! :) I was very satisfied with this company and grateful for their help!

Be careful! I called and called and finally received an "In meeting" message. I knew I was going to have to drive 150 miles and wanted to make sure they did not close at 5pm. Someone had used my car without my permission and got it towed. I finally got ahold of owner and asked if traffic is bad. He said no. It was but not his fault. He said total was about 435 on Saturday plus 35 each extra day. 505 should have been the total. Could not find his shop nor could my friend I had hired to meet me there to drive my car home. The company in front Top Wheels and Rims helped me find them. Owner said don't worry about it some lady was going to be there a few extra minutes. I get there he will not release my car unless I have an extra 125.00 after hours fee on top of 505 plus dollars. I showed him a Pic of my home, my rv, car and garage that just burned to the ground and said please cut me a break. It's all I have left right now. What happened to don't worry? He said it's just bussiness. 💔 so beware his don't worries are quite the opposite. I will get my car when I get paid. IT WILL COST ALOT but if it is tampered with He WILL PAY. To be continued.

I had a great experience with Monterey Tow Service. My car wouldn’t start before work and I was parked in a place that could get a ticket, I called up Monterey and they were very polite and efficient. They also gave me a very fair price. They had a driver out to me within 15 minutes and he did a great job getting my car to a mechanic. And then, when all was said and done, their driver saw the direction I was starting to walk, he told me he was going my direction and offered to give me a ride. That saved me at least $15 on a Lyft/Uber, so I was grateful for that, especially with everything else I had been dealing with that morning! I highly recommend them and will use them again anytime I need to have my car towed.

I did not use this company because they never showed up, 40 minutes later than the ETA they gave me for arrival, did not answer the phones, did not answer the messages for texting, even State Farm couldn’t get in touch with them. Total wait times three hours, then had to cancel them and find someone else. Their website encourages you to contact them anytime, goes straight to voicemail. Nobody’s checking or responding to any messages. It’s been over an hour and a half since I left the messages and still no call back or response. I would not recommend this company at all!

My car was it an accident and it was towed to DV towing. It is now being charged $50 a day for being in their yard. That’s incredibly high. I then called them to verify my car was over there and they hung up on me twice before I could even get the question out, I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so rudely by any company of any kind. I wish there was a zero rating I would’ve given him that. I finally was able to get my car out, and it was minus the 2 amps that I had in there, and the woofer speaker. So my lawyer is going to sue them for free. That’s just disgusting.
Crooks found my stolen car and didn't notify me.They hurried and asked for a reissued title for the car without notification to me.No call/mail/email.They sold my car to auction.
I would give zero stars if it were possible. This company is absolutely horrible, they will hold your vehicle for ransom to charge you more fees. I had my vehicle stolen and it was taken to the DV towing Williams yard and I have had nothing but trouble recovering my vehicle. They have a copy of my registration in the car, I have a thirty day Registration given to me by the MVD where I was told that the document is absolutely proof of ownership(the god damn police accept it) but they absolutely refused to let me see my vehicle or have it removed from their yard via my insurance company. I’ve gone down there three days in a row with more evidence, I even brought my loan papers from the bank! They keep asking for a title, but I financed the car an CANNOT GET ONE and they are perfectly aware of this!! I will be sending police along with lawyers to their company today to recover my withheld property, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Forklift driver likes to dragg the car rear end tires side ways, as have a scratch on my bumper. 20day hold & when car wouldn't start they wouldn't offer a jump. And they said they covered the top of my car cause sunroof was broken, no they didn't. My inside was SOAKED and even had my keys soaked in it.
Had a my vehicle towed by them. Was in a bad accident, went straight to the hospital so I did not have an opportunity to empty my car. I eventually had someone go retrieve my purse, wallet, and debit and credit cards and they were not in the car. Either the staff of DV are thieves, or they run a lot that they can't secure. Regardless, I strongly recommend to not use this company that doesn't even know the definition of integrity.

I'm not one to give one star reviews. But having a little bit of an emergency and receiving no communication via phone calls via text message or even via the built-in Google maps chat function no response was given I ended up having to go with another towing company in order to get my vehicle home and get it repaired. Still have not received any communication so two Stars.
I had never used a tow truck company before so I read tons of reviews online and that basically led me here. very fast, like 10 mins after I called fast. Very inexpensive (about $65) and I would recommend to others. I didn't get the name of the driver but was friendly. Thank you again.

ae towing owner Danial Turner look out I was parked in a parking spot and there tow truck driver was picking up a car next to me and backed there truck into mine AND WILL NOT FIX MY CAR everytime I call for them to fix it the person will take my name and phone number and say ill have someone call days and day go buy and me calling and now no answer look out

Received a notice on Tuesday that my tags were expired. Honest mistake on our part, I work nights so as soon as I got home that next morning (Wednesday) we went to the DOT to pay the registration. Now today (Thurs) we find they towed our car anyways, while we're waiting for the tags. While legally we're paid up.
Towed my car with no proper signage and hung up on me while in a call, then proceeded to ignore my calls . Knowing I was outside with my child. Horrible behavior and unprofessional.
Absolute dirt bag company! We were 100% wrongfully towed, the owner claimed to not be a dirt bag company and he was just that. They towed us out of our gated community, claiming we were parked in fire lane, he would not accept that our HOA was vouching for us and confirming that we were not in a fire lane. We were in fact parked right across from a fire hydrant, that is proof enough for anyone except this dirt bag. They took horrible quality, doctored photos, and after some research has had many law suits. Definition of DIRT BAG!
