We were stranding one hour outside of Phoenix in a 23 ft RV. We got the number for Emergency Towing from another towing company that didn’t have a big enough rig to help us. We had already called 4 other tow companies without success. Albert rescued us from the blazing AZ sun after we broke down at 4:45 AM. He arranged for a mobile mechanic to meet us at the tow yard and we were back on the road that day! This company is owned by good people, highly recommend.

Had Tyler come out in less time than I was quoted (which like never happens so shout out to him) He was nice, quick, to the point. Got my car loaded and taken to my local Auto shop. This heat normally brings out the grumps so thanks for being nice and quick!

They told me that it would take about an hour to get to me and that they would call me when they were 10 minutes away. About 30 minutes later a got a call from them telling me that they would be there shortly. I was so relieved that they even made it much less being early. She changed my tire sooper quick and I was back on the road. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family. They did a great job.

Juniors is the best the guy was so nice and kind , he waited for me to get my 4 year old some food and my car didn't even need to be towed he started it up for me right away for free I tried to tip him and he wouldn't even take a tip , God bless this company and everyone one that works there and there family in JESUS Name, I will most definitely use them again and u should too.

Do NOT use this company!!! Terrible terrible terrible costumer service!!! Here is a picture of my sons car leaving my house, and then a picture of my sons car the mechanic took and sent to my son 4 minutes after it was dropped off at the shop. I called the owner to let him know about the damage as soon as I found out about it and he yelled at me, called me a liar, and is making me go through court system to have it repaired. The pictures have the date and times they were taken and I showed major towing the pictures and he started yelling at me. I only asked for them to buy the parts which are under 600 dollars. They wouldn’t even do that little to make it right. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely mean and rude to me. This is literally the first bad review I’ve left someone. He didn’t even ask his driver before calling me a liar. The rear bumper is broken (the clips) and the side skirt was popped off. He also tried to tell me my car was towed from the front and I had to send him this picture to show him it was towed from the back. **** respond to owners comment: THE PICTURES ON IPHONES SHOW THE DATE AND TIME AND PLACE THAT THEY WERE TAKEN. THE PICTURE OF THE DAMAGE WAS TAKEN 4 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS DROPPED OFF AT THE SHOP. Unfortunately, I did not know until I picked up the car myself 2 months later when it was finished getting a new clutch put in. They told me about the damage and showed me the picture with the date and time and sent it all to me so I would have record of it. They told my 16 yr old son when it happened but he is a kid and did not realize that major towing would have to repair the damage they did. So he did not tell me as soon as it happened. That’s why I called 2 months later. (With pictures that have dates times and place) Major towing is saying I am lieing even when I have solid 100% PROOF!! Pictures with dates and times!!! How do you argue with that? They still will not take any responsibility simply bc my car was in the shop for 2 months before I (the parent) found out about the damage done to my 16 year olds car. This company is wrong. I was not rude until I started getting yelled at and called a liar and then yes, I got pretty upset that I was getting screwed over by this company. I will see them in court.

We had such a great experience with Valley Express Towing in Mesa. We arrived right at closing, but the owner and staff were incredibly kind and didn’t rush us at all. They patiently let us retrieve all of our belongings from my husband’s truck, even staying late to help. Everyone we interacted with was genuine, helpful, and understanding. Truly above and beyond service—we’re so grateful!
Wonderful service. Tractor trailer made to tight of a turn and got stuck in the culvert. James was quick and efficient with the rig and got it righted very quickly. Dispatch was very friendly and communication was excellent.
These employees need re-training. The front desk old lady who seems like she’s missing tooth, I asked her to show me the policies and she didn’t even know her own policies. Her response was “I don’t know maybe somewhere in the front” like what type of customer service is that? We had to take multiple trips because of how they lacked on informing clients the right information. What a joke
Called at 930 to make an appointment. They said they would meet me at 2pm. I was there at 130pm, after a 30 minute drive, just in time for them to cancel because their truck was unavailable. Turns out, it was unavailable the whole time. Great communication, not. I called Emergency Towing, who showed up within the hour and did it for much less. The 3 stars were only because they were friendly, not the service.
Towing guy did very well first but while dropping truck he break our truck oil pan also he denied that he did this. Even we have photos of before tow start and stop, thanks for wasting our 48 hours. Photos attached (before, after)

We broke down between Forest Lake and Payson AZ. After calling EVERYONE in the area, he was the ONLY one who would come pick us up. Got a lotta "no's," "can't do it," "we're busy" or voicemails. Just a lot of excuses. But Dragón showed up. His work ethic is beyond reproach. As soon as he arrived, he got right to work and had us out of there in less than 15 minutes. We are extremely grateful and his price was way less than expected for a wrecker! I've paid more for less.

Horrible service. Bald driver with long beard did not want to do any work. He was rude and had a terrible attitude.he knew he wasn't going to do the job before he got there. They have forgotten who the customer is and where the money comes from. That was the last time we use them for anything

I’ve been in the HVAC industry for close to 20 years. I’ve found a lot of Crane operators to be rude and impatient, which sucks when your already rushing to get a job done. These guys were fantastic! Super accommodating and they were patient and helpful when our company hit a few snags during the job. They will be my first call for everything moving forward.

Took a bit of time for them to arrive but the gentleman (unfortunately didn't catch his name) that helped us was genuinely incredible. Had to have an old truck towed from Mesa to Laveen and he did an amazing job loading it up, and especially unloading. Truck had 2 flat tires but he was able to get it into my 2 car garage with a little finesse. Great guy and a very fair price for a 6:30 on a Saturday morning.
My vehicle broke down on the freeway on Sunday, no auto shops were open and another towing company was 3 miles out, but was going to take 90 minutes to get to my location. I called B&M Towing, and not only was he going to be at my location in 20 minutes, but Moises was to my car faster than I was (I left to finish an errand)! He loaded my vehicle efficiently and in 10 minutes! He drove my vehicle to the nearest auto shop and we parted ways within 40 minutes of calling him. The cost was significantly cheaper than the other towing company and definitely much faster! I will recommend this company to anybody who needs towing services!

I remember when they stole my car in from a Chandler residence around 2010, no HOA, parked legally. We called the police to report a stolen vehicle then found out the tow company towed it and demanded money to release it. I'm going to make a YouTube video about them.
I came here to collect my belongings after my car was totaled in an accident, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. The front desk clerk was not only friendly, but also took the time to explain the process clearly and let me know exactly which documents I needed to access my vehicle. When it was time to go out to my car, the staff member who accompanied me was kind and patient while I gathered everything I needed. While dealing with a totaled car is never fun, their professionalism and kindness made the situation much easier to handle. I really appreciated the great service.
A predatory towing company that rides through HOA communities looking for some poor persons car to tow to make money. My car was towed from an HOA parked in front of a friend's house that we were visiting. There were no signs that said we couldn't park there. They towed the car 10 miles in Mesa, and it sat at their yard for 3 hours. They charged $260.00 for a 10-mile tow and 3 hours sitting in their yard. They never even left a note on the house saying they towed the car. We managed to get there before 5pm or they would have charged us another day storage fee for having it in the yard. These types of people are the lowest of the low. They prey on hard working people and steal their money by holding their cars hostage. They have no redeeming value to society. I am considering filing a lawsuit for an illegal tow. I called several other towing companies, and they gave me a quote of $190-210 dollars to tow the car from that location the same mileage.
I could not be happier that All-City towing was selected from the Driver who loaded my car, to the personal call that afternoon from the owner, Ron Wood. They were first concerned with my health and then, where to deliver the vehicle for Service and Repair. The vehicle was delivered that next morning after I returned Ron’s call. The Best, 10-Star Rated!
They damaged my vehicle while towing it!!! Won’t take any type of responsibility by paying for the damages of my vehicle! The worst towing company ever!!! Kept getting the run around about the damages of my vehicle. They damaged my front bumper which is hanging completely off and my front bumper was not like that when I left to call a tow company to tow it back to my house.
