I contacted Mario brothers towing after finding them via Google. Mario was prompt to respond and agreed to tow my vehicle the next day at a reasonable rate. The day of the tow Mario followed up with me to confirm I stilled needed his service and provided me an eta of when he would pick up my vehicle. Once hooked he sent me a photo of my truck loaded and when he arrived sent me another photo of my vehicle delivered! Exceptional customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m doing this review about a week and a half after I used barber and I still remember Tyler’s name. He showed up when he said he was, he was able to put my 5 series in neutral (not easy) and hook it up by himself. This guy was a professional in every aspect, I will do business with Barnett,s towing again, they gave me a their best service and a fair price. Tyler the driver made room for my family and I and drove us 140 miles with no complaints and we had a blast.

Called on Mike from 4T5 Towing at the last minute to pick up my car from a shop that I had my convertible mistakenly dropped off at. My car is freshly painted and rare so I couldn't just trust anyone! Mike took a 360 VIDEO when he was dropping her off and sent it to me, Mike took care of her like it was his own! The owner, Mike, was incredible. He was fast & very considerate of me and my car. He took his time to ensure no extra damage was done to my car & charged me a great rate (the price of a regular tow) for my vehicle that was missing an entire wheel. He also offered ways that I could fix it for cheaper and helped me completely understand the damage which he absolutely did not have to do. Mike was beyond helpful I actually couldn’t imagine having a better experience. Especially as a woman the world is scary but these guys will make you feel safe. Plus, they were upfront about all costs & affordable. Thank you again, made my nightmare of a day that much easier.

Great and fast customer service. Very professional and attentive to our needs. You need a tow call Vladimir, he is your man! Best price in the city.
Highly recommend their service. So So grateful,, Vladimir was fast in arriving on a Saturday night compared to my insurance. My insurance went from 1hr to 3.50 hrs in less than 30 min. But Ayala Towing came through in less than an hour. I was able to get my car where I had to and get home at a decent time with my girls.

Skilled and professional! We had to tow our large truck and 5th wheel RV from a tricky spot. Our driver Isreal was very skilled at maneuvering our 35 foot home in and out of tight areas in town. His boss Victor helped advocate for us with our insurance company and we really felt that they cared about our situation. Huge thanks to Isreal and the staff at Monkey's towing. This company takes pride in what they do. You can trust they will get the job done right, with compassion and understanding.
Our travel trailer blew a tire in July 110 degree heat and we were stranded on the 202 W 1/4 mile from Baseline. We used our roadside assistance company to find Monkey's. They said 45 min ETA and I set a timer to go get food and cold water. Texts let us know they'd be early. By the time we arrived with 10 min left on the timer, they were done! I'm so impressed!! I recommend them!!
It’s 3am and he just pulled us out of the sand on the side of the road. I give him my biggest thanks. He was nice, efficient, and friendly. While it was just a winch it still meant the world.

Louis Salgado was absolutely amazing! He showed up fast, handled my vehicle with care, and was super professional the whole time. He turned a stressful situation into a smooth one — you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. If you ever need a tow, ask for Louis — he’s the best!
They got there within a half hour of me making the call, they didn’t over quote me (I have had multiple companies do that in the past), and they were super nice. Cruz was my tow truck driver and he took great care of my car and didn’t damage anything. Definitely recommend them and would use again if I need it.
This is by far the best service I have received. The dispatcher and the driver were so courteous. Kept in touch throughout the process providing updates. My serpentine belt went out and 30 minutes after we called them, Luis was pulling up! 5-6 hours (9:30pm-2:30am) of trying to find the right belt (which didn’t happen) and limping my truck home (which resulted in a dead battery hence the tow) all saved by this amazing towing company and their team! John was very sweet and helped me change my battery. He had to get some extra tools to get it figured out since my battery was pretty tricky to fix but came back in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long for him at all.

Abandoned vehicle towing!!! These guys were so nice over the phone, showed up early and had the right equipment and know-how to tow away abandoned large vehicles - two 50+ foot RVs, a school bus and and boat on a trailer. This company deserves 10 stars!! We called them today on Mother's Day for an emergency tow and from the time we spoke to them to the time they showed up was a total time of about 30-35 minutes. The gentleman told us his other guy was on the other side of town and he didn't want to make us wait so he drove out to help us himself which we truly appreciate and couldn't be more grateful. They were very professional and very quick to get the job done and for a great price as well. I highly recommend their services and will tell everyone about them. Thank you so much!

Fast and on time. I was given a 45 min to 1 hr window and Mike58 arrived in 45 minutes on the dot. He was fast, courteous and very helpful late on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend. Good conversation on the ride to the drop off. I’d use Priority if the need ever arises again. I’d also request Mike if he was available.

I called priority towing and honestly best decision I could have made for myself as a new driver. I recently had to call Priority Towing after my fuel pump went out and my vehicle wouldn’t start. Within about 30–45 minutes of my call, Mike (#58) showed up and immediately turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive one. Mike was respectful, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. He even showed off some of his impressive tow truck skills, which was actually pretty cool to watch! Most importantly, he handled and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism. I’ve had some less than great experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but Mike went above and beyond. After unloading my car, we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes, he’s just that easygoing and genuine! 10/10 recommend you use Priority Towing!

Absolutely amazing!! My car had broken down and I had to leave it in a questionable area for 24 hours. I called DHS in the late evening and the driver was there in under 10 minutes! Turned out I had also locked the keys in the car so after checking my title the driver also did lock out service for me without judgement!!! Then to top it off he pushed the car into my carport. Absolutely exceptional experience. These guys are amazing! Thank you so much!!!

Amazing service!!! I used this company when my son's truck broke down on one of our crazy hot days. The dispatcher Emily was so friendly and reassuring. She got one of her drivers over to my son fast. The driver Dean got my son's truck loaded up quickly and delivered it home safely. I am so appreciative of these hard working men and women and would recommend this company to anyone. I wasn't able to be there to help my son this day so it feels good to know there is caring and trustful people out there that did help my son.
We were doing our best to remain respectful and cooperative throughout the entire situation, but unfortunately, the tow truck driver was extremely rude from the beginning. Despite our efforts to be polite, he continued to be unprofessional in his attitude and behavior. To make matters worse, there was noticeable damage to the vehicle caused during the towing process. Afterward, he offered to come back and "help," but his attitude remained the same—disrespectful and dismissive. We feel that we were treated unfairly despite our patience and respectful approach. Best way to describe the whole situation is that he was a high school bully that picked on people, especially when he knew they didn’t have money . If I could give zero stars, I have never been so disrespected my whole life. And I will be letting people know about this company and putting it on social media. And also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
My 53 Chevy broke down, and Jacob came out 20 minutes after the call. Took his time to make sure it was secure and got it to my house quickly. When it came to dropping it off, he put it right in the garage. Great service, quick response, and took his time making sure it was secure. I would use them again
Parked for less than 5 minutes to unload my things… a driver came up and started towing my vehicle while my wife was inside! He then started to demand $100 dollars to put it down. We were actively moving the car when he started the process. I explained that we only have a set amount of money. I just used a good chunk of my vacation money because I was preyed upon by this company.
Just ridiculous. Sketchy driver came and towed my vehicle without even knowing what was going on.

Smiley is great. Their crane operators are always patient and professional. And they're always early. Never ever ever have they been late. It's always a minimum 20 minutes early. So you better have your work site prepped and ready cuz these guys don't screw around. When I'm really wanting to procrastinate and be late... the smiley guys always make me get my butt moving so I don't miss them!!
Didn’t hire them. They were used by my neighbor across the street. Very unprofessional. Did not warn neighbors that the street would be completely blocked in both directions and parked their crane blocking my whole driveway. I needed to take my son to school and had an appointment. I asked them twice to move because I needed to leave. They said they couldn’t because it would take an hour to break everything down. His “fix” was for me to drive over the HOA plants/streetscape. Francisco was fantastic! My electric car stopped working and needed to be towed to the dealership. He knew how to tow it and used the "Dallas" or Flat Tow Bar Towing method to take my car to the dealer. He was very kind and took his time carefully securing my car so that it would be safe on it's brief journey. I highly recommend him and Central Towing.
Was totally stuck without a way of getting my key out of my car. My insurance company tried their best and called Central Towing for me. Francisco was the most helpful person I'd talk to all day, he got my key out in a pinch and was super nice about it the whole time! Thanks so much Francisco!
Was locked out of my car in the middle of the work day and didn’t want to cause a spectacle. Central Towing was very discreet and made fast work of my lockout, and it only cost $50 (compared to other towing companies within a mile of them that were quoting me $90). They did take about 45 minutes longer to get there than they originally predicted, but I appreciate the fast service and fair price.
Francisco was great. He arrived quickly and helped me diagnose my cars issue before trying to hook it up and tow it. He was very kind and seemed to very much enjoy helping me out beyond just doing his job
Freddy was very helpful and capable, and came when another towing co would not! My scooter arrived at my repair shop in good condition, and he was very cautious, making sure that my scooter was connected properly. Great service! Highly recommend.

I called to get a quote to take my car to the mechanic. It would be just 5 miles. After giving the lady the address of where the car is located and where to take it to (10 minutes of wasting my time) she then says that they’re not able to do it today. Now why in the world did she not say that from the beginning instead of wasting my time taking down both addresses. I’m sure it was due to it only being a distance of 5 miles. Don’t recommend.
After waiting HOURS for my car insurance company and no one showed up, I called this place. Less than 15 minutes later Bobby (I believe that was his name) showed up, hooked up my car, and got us set to go. I never leave reviews but this was the best service I have ever had when it comes to towing and such. Big man was funny and kind, super informative and overall made what was a bad experience incredibly more pleasant! Strongly recommend!
Our service guy was a proficient just was not provided with the appropriate equipment/pieces. The company/customer service rep us told within 45 mins or a tow and we had to make several calls to follow up on the tow arrival time which was 3 hours late. Took about 4 hours for the hook up and tow. The cost was overly priced especially since we used the same company less than a month and was charged ridiculous price at that time too $1500 for both tows... RIDICULOUS

Amazing service! I was panicking because my boyfriend left his car at my apartment and they were doing work on the asphalt so they moved all the cars. Called was quick reasonable. The guy who operated the truck appeared to be very very experienced. Everything he did had a purpose and a reason and you can just tell super experienced he pulled up and dropped the ramp so perfectly. He got there loaded up my car and got me to the tire shop in time for them to change it same day. Really saved me in a pinch I don’t know what I would have done if they didn’t come out so quickly. I’ve used several tow companies in the past no one has ever responded this quickly. Phoenix is a hard place to get a tow I typically wait 2 hours to an hour and a half. He was there within 30 minutes. I’m sure some of that is luck of the draw. Still 5 star note worthy.

Quoted me an insane number, higher than the same vehicle a shorter distance just a month ago. pretended the call cut out when i tried to negotiate the price, then after confirming the call took 40 minutes just to call and cancel the tow. wasted my time and left me stranded, bad look.
Bruno was a great dispatch. Got my truck towed to my buddy’s place at 3 am. They gave me an option to leave the keys with the vehicle and go home since it was late. I also want to thank Sam for jacking my truck up on the wheel instead of sitting the bed on the ground. Good quality, decent pricing.
My daughter was in a car accident and we are out of state. Izzy was amazing. He took car of the tow and held it for us until we could figure it out. He was a great communicator and a did not over charge. Hard to know who to trust and he was amazing!! Highly recommend.
Unreliable, unimpressive, and expensive. I was given an estimated time of 75-105 minutes. 105 minutes later I was told it would be an hour. At the end of that hour I was told another 35 minutes. During the interim 3.333 hours I found an autoshop that was a mile before my destination on the same route. I asked to have the car dropped there, but the driver said no because of "insurance and liability." This was a $100+ tow, and I am unimpressed with this service. I do not reccomend this company.
I called this company today to tow a car and take it to a location that was 9.3 miles away. When I called to get an estimate the woman I spoke to asked for the pick up location and drop off location so that she could give me an estimate. I gave her the info and she said it would be $150 and since I was paying with a credit card it went up to $157. I accepted and they sent out the tow truck which got there in about 40 min. I gave them my number to call me in case of anything but told them that my husband would be waiting there since it was his car. The guy had some trouble finding the location and the car so he gave me a call. apparently my husband wasn’t there either, since it was a big park the guy got lost, so I went to the pick up location to tell him where it was. I was less than 5 min away. My husband showed up a bit later while the guy was still towing the car. So I left thinking there would be no problems. Next thing I know the tow truck is leaving the car at my house which was not the location we agreed on. Mind you, my house is only 0.5 miles away from the pick up location. Apparently my husband told them to change the location and no one thought about giving me a call to ask or anything. (My husband doesn’t have a phone and we are separated. He doesn’t live with me). I was the one paying for it and I was the one who asked for it so I was very upset when I saw them show up. The guy who brought the car said it was out of his control and that the company had been trying to contact me which was a lie because I had no missed calls. How was it out of his control when he was the one towing it? When I called them to ask if I was going to get a refund or if the price could be lowered the guy I spoke to said no. He said they charged for service and not for miles. I was already very upset about the whole situation but didn’t want to keep arguing. I just wasted $157. Very disappointing and upsetting. The company should have called me to ask me first. Wish I could get a refund. I’m sure for them it was free money so they took advantage of the fact that I wasn’t there.

A couple days after Christmas, I get stuck in the middle of Arizona with an RV full of family and friends. After trying to contact any and all local companies and getting told, "No" because it's too far or yes, then waiting 2 hours to call back and find out they never sent anyone.... someone in our group finally got the info for "ZK Towing", who would become our saviors! After waiting 9 hours in the middle of the night, These guys made us all feel better about the outlook of our situation, which included blown out tires and wrecked muffler. They didn't have to do anything at all, especially given the time of day and weather conditions, but nonetheless they sent a tow truck to us and got us back on the road with a fixed RV (that they did at night in the freezing cold on the middle of a highway) before lunch the next day. Professional, personable and proficient doesn't begin to describe ZK Towing, although it is a start! If you ever have troubles on the road, give them a call and you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!

R&M Towing towed my vehicle from an apartment complex and due to either ignorance or lack of care, they dragged my AWD vehicle rather than the correct way which is picking the vehicle up by all 4 tires. Due to this, my transmission needs to be either repaired or replaced. I’ve submitted a damage claim form with them 3 weeks ago. Nobody has reached out to me and every time I call in regard to it, nobody is available to speak to me. I’ve been out of a vehicle for 3 weeks now and was trying to be patient with them before submitting any reviews or complaints. I’ve attached photos of where the car was towed from, showing transmission fluid all over the spot they towed from as well as the spot I had to have my own tow company, tow it out of. Beyond frustrating experience and they do not care.
One of there reps was able to schedule someone quickly.Fast response time, careful handling of my vehicle, and friendly service when I needed it most. The driver was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. If I could give them more than just 5 stars I would. This company is amazing. The best time I've ever had towing. The dispatcher was courteous, and the flatbed towing kept my car safe. Very happy.
On the way to work, I got a flat tire and couldn't get the lug nuts off. I called this towing firm, and they came right away with the necessary tools. The driver was nice and did a great job. It was great to have help on the side of the road.
When I had a flat tire on a major road, I called this towing company and they came straight quickly. The mechanic was calm, worked quickly, and even helped me put on the spare tire. When I truly needed it, the customer service was great.
Tow truck driver showed up earlier than expected and made me feel calm after a fender bender was getting me upset. Explained the process clearly and was extremely polite.
My car broke down late at night, and they got there right away. Good communication and fair prices. Very good.

Roadrunners towing really helped me out on a weekday morning. I need my bike towed from Phoenix to Chandler and they were the best price hands down. The whole process was easy and he showed up exactly when we planned. I've used other towing services in the past and this will be my go to whenever myself or my friends need a bike towed. Less then half a mile round trip, got told 4 hours, sure I get it you busy, told them that was awhile, so here's where I guess my honesty stuck a nerve with Matt, as i asked if they could take my info and put me on the list anyways but, [now instead of having them take my info and then just call and cancel, I pre-emptively say at this time:] 4 hours is awhile so ill call around to see if anyone else is available..... and they hung up. Very professional when I called, took card over the phone. Was quoted a time of 1hr however they arrived in 30minutes. Saved us a lot of headache. I was able to rely on them instead of AAA which took 4 hrs to even say that there was someone on the way.

I want to give a hugeeeeee shout out to my tech Sergio! I was having issues with my car not starting and my car was inoperable. It was parked in a garage that unfortunately did not have enough clearance for the tow truck to clear. Instead of him leaving me stranded, he waited with me until we figured out next steps. We both kept calling and calling dispatch to send another driver with NO ANSWERR! My insurance even tried to call.....so this man pushed my car out of the parking garage in the HOTTTT Arizona sun! I've never used this company. But my neighbor did yesterday when he had his truck towed home from wherever. Not sure why this driver had to pull into our front yard to turn around in our cauldesac when there was ample room in the entire circle. This driver made some close calls pulling in between my mailbox and nearly misses the black car parked on the street side. Not pleased. No respect for people's property especially when they had no right to be on it, or consent to do this.
Did an awesome job getting to us quickly even when the insurance company gave terrible location information. I was called immediately when he couldn't find the car and he didn't give up and was willing to go the extra mile (literally) to find the correct location. Sent me pictures of drop off as well. Very good at communication which is hard to find with most tow companies.
Ahmed is the best guy to deal with, he gave me a fair price to tow my car with no hassle. Even his guy came and made sure I'm stress free and secured my car professionally. This company is very trustworthy and I will be very lucky to have them again in future.

Was told a certain time. Time was never met. Brought the wrong car to my house. So the time they missed to retrieve my car made it possible for the D.P.S to tow my vehicle away.
These guys are the best in the buisness and extremely HOT! Almost cant wait to lock myself out of my car again.

I had moved the abandoned vehicle into the garage to keep the HOA happy, the driver called and I didn't have a chance to move it back out before he arrived. He backed the truck right up to the garage, hooked up to the very crooked vehicle and pulled it out with about 1 inch of clearance (tall vehicle). Thanks for the service!
Anthony was great and made a poor situation much better. He was on time and extremely helpful. He was able to actually help me beyond towing my car by performing a difficult tire change. Don’t know who’s responsible or to blame, but One of the heavy loading trucks almost hit me on the road and I was horribly asked to move out of the way (way more than I should have) by the escort. I understand we as drivers need to move out of he way for an obvious and enormously large load on the road but this was badly handled. Lots of drivers seemed greatly displeased with how messy the truck turn was at a stop light and an escort almost hit another car (head on) trying to tell it to stop behind me.

Sad job. You put your best into a job just to be thrown under the bus for someone who couldn't stand up for theirs self. Don't do it. They look out for their own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
