Bobby provided exemplary work, and a significant amount of patience with the job that he was dispatched to do (on my vehicle). This technician/tow truck driver went far above and beyond to get the job done-he remained respectful despite the 100+ degree heat, my car battery dying in the midst of the job, helped me charge/jump my battery once transported, and patiently awaited the okay from my (very angry) body shop owner. Bobby is a phenomenal asset to this towing company👌🏼
Stuck on the 101 today with a blown tire...I called my roadside assistance via Chevrolet with no response after 20 mins so I called old town scottsdale towing and they got a truck out in less than 15 mins to me. My driver was awesome! Thank you for coming so quickly especially when it was 110 degrees out! Thank you!

From the phone call to towing every one was very polite and nice. Robert took a look at my battery first and tried to recharge to see if it would start up. Unfortunately, battery was too far gone and wouldn’t hold the charge. It was convenient too, I was able to have it towed after work during the evening. Very happy with the service.
The tow truck driver was very polite and courteous. Made me feel comfortable knowing my situation was being handled and that helped me calm down. I would recommend Professional Towing to everyone I know. The driver came quickly and I just cant thank him and your company enough for getting me and my vehicle home safely.
Tim is the BEST! Recommended! Fast, friendly service. Tim was so great and very helpful. He was very supportive when I was upset and made sure I got my car to the right mechanic. I thought it was the battery but because of his experience, he could tell it was probably NOT, it was most likely the alternator. And he was exactly right. He gave me a lift to the shop and the truck cab was clean and smelled nice, not like in the movies! LOL Thanks to Professional Towing and Tim
Had an absolute terrible experience. Damaged my car, not knowledgeable, car needed to be towed with a FLAT bed but driver insisted with regular tow truck. Bent my bumper cracking on both sides. Driver had no empathy or emotion doing so. ZERO accountability. Did not take any prior tow photos, company ended up denying fault. Never again.
Daniel deserves some kind of award for the service he provided today. He was dispatched by my insurance to tow my car. He was knowledgeable enough to know that my car needed a jump, and was able to jump it even though I had already tried that. He left, and my car died like 10 minutes later while it was running. He came back and jumped it again and I left to go get a new battery. Guess what? My car died again in the middle of the road! And Daniel came to save me again! I can't thank him and Pro Towing enough. He was amazing. That is the kind of exceptional service that is hard to find nowadays. Daniel was a miracle today!

Excellent service start to finish. John was extremely personal and professional. I would highly recommend Old Town Towing.
I had a right front blowout last Saturday night at 9pm that landed me on the shoulder of the HOV lane in North Scottsdale on the 101. Very scary place to be! After waiting far too long for a response from another "Scottsdale Towing" company I called these guys. Quick response and very professional. Highly recommend and will use them again if needed!

Yeah one of your drivers just cut me off on the 143 South, blaring his horn and forcing his way in my lane. There was nobody behind me so instead of slowing down and changing lanes, he speeds up and makes me brake. Unbelievable. He's so close to the car in front of him he could probably see the VIN number. Everyone was getting out of his way. Running his disco lights while there's no car on the back. He was driving a dark maroon truck with the ramp. I have a class A license and there's no way I would drive like that. He thinks it's a sportscar. Fix your drivers
Got a rear blowout on my motorcycle yesterday on the 101. These guy's where able to pick up the bike in 30 minutes and deliver it to my home garage. They secured it very professionally and were able to back up to my garage very closely so it was much easier to get inside with a shredded up rear. Price was reasonable and they had no issue locating me on the highway with few landmarks around.
Harrison totally saved my life today. Old Town Scottsdale towing was the closest tow service available to my location. Every other tow company I called told me they would take at 3 hours to arrive, some even said the earliest eta would be tomorrow. Harrison got to me in an hour. My alarm system is interlocked, and my key fob malfunctioned. So I couldn't start my truck. In order to put the truck in neutral, I had to leave the key int the ignition. Unfortunately because of the type of alarm system that I have, the doors lock automatically wants the door is shut. Old Town Scottsdale Towing is a great company and they employ people with some of the highest Integrity I've ever seen. Thank you Harrison

First of all , ITS TOMAHAWK TOWING and it's part of the SRPM NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITY 2ndI want to say thank you so much to Eric the owner of RezHawk Towing for being such a gentleman and so kind, understanding and GRACIOUS ESPECIALLY TODAY THE HOTTEST DAY day of the year THIS SUMMER. He never lost his cool and remained a gentleman even when I was not at my most lady like..A really good sport, we had a good laugh at the end as he allowed me to take my vehicle at more than half the price off the fees and fines acrrued in the week it took me to get what I needed to get my van back. (With a promise to pay the rest). During these pandammit days when things are rough all over...REAL AMERICANS LIKE ERIC ARE THE EXAMPLES OF HUMAN KINDNESS TO FOLLOW AND MAKE ME PROUD AND GLAD TO BE AMERICAN. GRACIAS ERIC! Jesus Is Lord. It was amazing to see God's Blessing of Corn through man's hands that provides so much fresh food for this community and Country. My first time seeing how plants are cared for by a tribal community. It was cool meeting Gilbert today as well! Peace Be With You. Also please don't try and draw me into some tribal council. Just say hi if you see me out riding around. And clearly do better with this towing company or make amends with these negative reviews. It is never too late to issue a surprise refund when times are really good. No one should ever feel ripped off.
This place is not a legit business. It’s a shaq that someone lives out of and decided to buy a sign and call themselves a towing company. They are closed on the weekend which is very inconvenient. You can’t just pick up someone’s property and then make your hours so slim. I understand though since it’s someone living out a trailer trying to run a scam business. No seriously, there’s a beat up trailer right outside the shaq.
