Ramon was very professional and friendly. His customer service skills was outstanding and he is a great driver. The area where my car broke down did not leave him with any room to get my car. He still managed to Maneuver his tow truck around my car to put it on the back of the tow truck. Only a professional driver would be able to do that. Because of not having my glasses I accidentally added one # to the address & I had to wait a little longer than usual Everyone including the office was very accomidating in keeping me aware of where my driver was & his arrival time. Absolutely 5 Stars! Had my 1 ton truck with camper, (engine failure), a trailer and jeep towed from Yuma. Angie, dispatcher, very freindly and knoweledgeble, quickly got me a quote to come from Tucson to tow me back. The driver, Jorge, (George) was exceptional! I would like to give him 10 stars if possible. Very professional, calm and methodic loading and unloading the entire setup, and then driving through the night to get me back. I really can't say enough about the whole experience. Thank you 5 Star!
Great company! Needed my car towed twice within 24 hours and both times was given a 30 min estimate on time: and they were! One of the tows I even made an appointment the night before to have my car picked up at the dealership and brought to MY mechanic and they had it there on schedule! My truck got stuck at amazon check in because it would not start after driver shut it off. Mechanic was luckily on site and was super friendly and was willing to help and went under truck checked the starter and after that found that the issue was loose battery terminal. He tightened terminal and truck started! Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but God bless you man for helping us out! He didn’t even charge us a penny for going out of his way to help us! What a kind hearted guy, thank you! 🙏🏼

Do to the nature of my job I have tried most of the towing companies in Tucson, and I never found better towing company than level up. Great prices, great people with excellent customer service. They are very honest, straightforward and always on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs towing.

Gavin was amazing! My car had been driven and abandoned by a family member after I moved out of state. Gavin was sent to remove the vehicle but gave me options instead of impounding the vehicle right away. His demeanor is kind and calm. He made the whole crazy ordeal so much easier to handle. I highly recommend him!

Gavin is a rare breed of human being! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't have to take the time to help me like he did, be could have just towed me and dropped me off, but he didn't. He took time out of his day to truly help me. Zook Cabins contracted Hook Crane to do 4 modular cabin sets up on Mt Lemmon. They did a fantastic job! This project took a lot of planning and coordinating to make it happen. Dominic Moss, one of the owners, was very responsive and helped in planning out the logistics of the project. The employees that they sent out on the job were very professional, skilled, hardworking and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any crane job!
These guys are AMAZING!!! I had 5 Italian Cyprus Trees that were over 60 feet tall in my back yard, they removed them in 5 hours! They worked extremely safely, and their work was super clean, efficient, and very professional! I have been trying to find someone to take the trees out for years and the quotes were either ridiculously high or I was told it could not be done. Hook and Crane took care of it with no issues at all. Highly recommend this company and crew! Very happy customer!
This entire crew ROCKS! After no less than 20 phone calls to try to get a 10x16 shed moved, I was referred to Hook Crane. Tracy was a true pleasure to work with. With in one day, the Shed was in my new location. Every issue we had, she had a solution to. I to have worked sales and customer service most of my working life, about 50 years, and it was such a pleasure to find someone who know and values their customers and future customers. Can't thank this entire team enough!

Every person I have met from the crew is very professional and friendly. They are ridiculously quick to come help and always do it with a smile. Even helped me push my car into my garage after they were done towing the car! Will always use them to tow my vehicles!
my dad's car was stolen a while ago and the police found it and sent it here. my dad lives in mexico so of course i picked it up for him, and the WATT people were awesome and helpful. they have (at least) two sweet dogs to pet while you're waiting for the paperwork. my girlfriend drove me there, and she had already started to drive home when i realized the car wouldn't start up! so i called her and she pulled over at the gas station to wait. luckily the WATTs guys came out with a jumper box and sent me on my way. then my girlfriend and i drove next to each other all the way home. thanks WATT!!
Had an amazing experience today with Wade one of the drivers at Watt Towing. I needed my 40’ MCI bus towed 85 miles south to my new property. I. Called and spoke with Kyle who scheduled everything and hooked me up with Wade. On time this morning with quick easy loading and the equipment is perfect for the job. Once at my new site Wade stayed and guided me into a very tight spot going above and beyond. Highly recommend them for their service, prices, and their overall attitude….thanks guys and gals.

my tire blew while I was in the process of moving. Jesse went out of his way to bring me a tire and accepted what I had, even though it was inconvenient for him. that kind of selflessness and willingness to help is hard to come across!

After waiting for A & L Towing for over 3 hours with multiple texts adding another 45 minutes for arrival in 102 degrees, my insurance dispatched JUST TOWING and they were on site in under 15 minutes! Great friendly service, highly recommend!!!

Blew a tire on the interstate and since I didn't have a spare I called up the insurance company to arrange a tow. Domingo with Just Towing showed up fairly promptly. Great communication, nice guy, clean truck, safe driver, and knowledgeable. Brought me over to Discount Tire and knew just where to drop me. Because I got my tow through my roadside assistance I can't speak to price, but I would recommend calling up this company for your tow based on those other factors.

Excellent service and experience! I found myself desperately needing my car towed to the dealership and I had called several places for quotes and Raul gave me the best one. I'm really glad I went with El Tigre towing because the whole experience was great! Raul was very kind, arrived quickly, was very thoughtful when loading my car, and was communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!
I called him crying my little heart out on the side of the road because my engine had a seizure of some kind. He got to green valley 40 minutes after I called him and dropped it off inside my parking lot at work so my mechanic (who works next door to me) was able to get to it first thing in the morning. 100% recommend!!

They turned up during a holiday weekend when nobody else would answer the phone. They saved my life.
I had to have my car towed from out of town, and they gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Driver kept in contact the whole way. Very dependable towing service.
At a red light, my automobile stopped and wouldn't start again. There was a lot of traffic, but the tow truck got there quickly and moved me out of the way.
I didn't have a spare tire when mine blew out. The tow truck came in less than 25 minutes and took me safely to a tire shop.

I called at 10 AM and asked mike for a tow from a very tight spot in a parking lot at lowes and he had me wheels up and on my way within an hour. Took the ride back home with him and had a great conversation about his awesome custom truck that was hauling my Durango, he is very friendly, awesome and pricing is extremely reasonable compared to some of the other people I called. Will keep in mind for services in the future

Mike was the sweetest man, he managed to find my car on the highway in the dark even though I didn't know exactly where the car was and gave him bad directions, he never gave up and got my car to my Airbnb safely. (I'm from out of town) then he changed the tire right there. Because my ordeal took 5 hours (we had tried other tow places and we were stranded on 1-10) my Hazzard lights drained my battery, also causing my doors to not unlock due to the type of car it was. So he and his partner? Friend? Jimmied my car open, and jumped the battery. And since I have no idea what I'm doing with cars, he's helping me get newer tires today. And he didn't judge me for my car ignorance or try to take advantage of my ignorance to get me to pay more. Great guy, great company, great service, 10/10. Absolutely would recommend, he saved the 1st vacation I took with my kids since my husband died.

Got home from a long day with 3 hungry children. I was frantic worried about what the day would entail for getting the kids to school in the morning and my infant to childcare with 2 flat tires. Made the call to this place while I was broke down on the road, the gentleman responded with ease. He gave me an excellent quote over the phone. He came within about 35 min. Jeremiah is one of the most honest men I’ve met in a long time, i called him looking for a quote on a tow and it was quite a distance, the estimate was extremely fair, but he went a couple steps beyond that and ended up fixing my car when he arrived when he could have just took my money, towed my car, and said good luck. I cannot express how happy i am with his services. They don’t make people this good anymore, he’s a very rare breed. 10/5 would recommend. Called for a tow and ended up driving my car home. Can’t beat that.

I arrived exactly at 8 when they open and the woman at the front desk was a few min. late. I said good morning and received no response. I was the only person wearing a mask. No one there wears a mask. They were not very friendly at all.
Came on Christmas Morning! Berry was extremely professional. He took the time to put air in my tire before moving the vehicle so as not to ruin the side wall. He covers my steering wheel and put a seat protection on. Super impressive.
I had to make arrangements over the phone to have my daughters vehicle picked up and dropped off at a mechanic shop down the road. Price was reasonable, time frame was more than acceptable and best of all, I didn't need to be there and pick up and drop off went as smooth as could be. Will definitely use again if needed.
It’s nice to work with a family business where people are still accountable. Frontier is always reliable and prompt. If they can’t pick it up, I think I’ll just do it myself.
One of a few that will accept tesla cars is flexible and knowledgeable for when you don't have a working car and need to get into the car glove box and no power. Patient at crash sites when you are juggling police, insurance, other drivers, and your own situation. I am glad they are around, although I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, Frontier is definitely a winner for me.

Great, professional service by T.L.C. Towing. I was driving a rental car (Toyota 4 Runner) in Tucson when I got a flat. I normally would have changed the tire myself, but I recently had an accident that left me with broken ribs and various scrapes and bruises, so could not lift anything heavy - such as a tire. The car rental roadside assistance dispatched TLC and told me it would be an hour. Shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from TLC to confirm my location (I gave the rental company the wrong address). Net is, the TLC driver, Greg G., showed up about 35 minutes later. Frankly I was surprised he got there that fast. But even better, this guy busted his butt to get me back on the road. Totally professional guy, just working hard and staying focused on getting me on my way quickly. Much appreciated. So, thanks to TLC, and shout out and thanks to Greg G. Absolutely recommend T.L.C. Towing.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!! They damaged my bumper and tried to blame the dealership. Don the owner was beyond rude, talking over me, yelling at me over the phone. I had to hang up because he would not let me talk. By far the worse experience I’ve had. Not helpful at all.
Would recommend you to go elsewhere. They damage cars during the towing, an refuse to take responsibility.

Too bad they never answer the phone or call back!
Very amazing I had a problem today Oct. 27, 2016 at 7:20pm to 8pm My car went over a curve to were I could not reverse or go forward. I call different company's and they couldn't help me I call elite towing and they helped me even though I was far from where they were located. They helped me and got my car out safely lucky my car was not damaged. I really highly recommend this towing coming the guys were great nice and friendly. Thank you so much for your help
See update below. Original review: I called Arizona Elite Towing Inc. three business days ago and got voicemail. I left a short but detailed message, including my name and number at both the beginning and end of the message, just to be sure they had it. I waited. No return call. No contact. I have no idea why they didn’t get back to me, but here are a few possibilities: They don’t need the business. They have more business than they can handle. Their voicemail system isn’t reliable. The person responsible for returning calls just isn’t doing their job. At the end of the day, the reason doesn’t really matter, what matters is that, in my experience, they are not reliable. If you decide to give them a try, I strongly suggest calling repeatedly until you reach an actual person because, based on my experience, leaving a voicemail as they request simply does not work. UPDATE: A few hours after leaving this review, I received a call from Arizona Elite Towing. They acknowledged that they had received my message and should have called me back but didn’t. They explained why, making it clear they weren’t trying to make excuses, they just wanted me to know they are committed to doing better. Moving forward, they assured me they will answer calls more reliably and, if a message is left, they will return the call, send a text, or do whatever they can to follow up. They even mentioned possibly updating their voicemail message to better inform customers who reach it. I found the call to be sincere, not forced, and while I wasn’t looking for an excuse, their explanation was reasonable and understandable. If you do business with Arizona Elite Towing, I encourage you to leave them feedback, it seems like they are making an effort to improve.

I got into an accident going in to work and needed my vehicle towed. I looked up the closest towing company on the northwest side of Tucson and these popped up. I gave them a call and told them where I was at and about 15 minutes later they arrived. Very professional and accommodating if i ever need a tow again Arizona Elite Towing will be my go to.

I thought they were a little pricey $$$$ for as far as I was being towed.I went with Cam L Towing ,got a great rate and saved 50 dollars .
Disappointing. The Hours say 24/7, I called for a dead battery, reached an answering machine and left a message. After 30 minutes I called Just Towing that answered right away and received service. After 2 hours still no return call from IRS Towing.
Issac and Chino at I.R.S Towing are the best in the business. Very personable, attentive, honest and down right great human beings! I would recommend anyone I come across who needs Towing services to not hesitate calling I.R.S Towing!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolute lack of any professionalism when dealing with customers. Was told my car would be fixed in a month and then it continued to be in the shop for 3 months afterwards with absolutely no communication unless asked about it. 4 different times the car was "completed" for it to shut down 20 mins after driving off from the shop. At this point I just wanted my money back, which he still has failed to pay almost a week after he promised the money to be paid back

My car was towed to garys and they got mad at me for following behind a different tow trucks company into their yard as I was given permission to do so, being completely disrespectful Garys company had no idea where my car was in their lot and seemed lost. we pulled up aside the guy that worked for Garys and told him we passed my car already and he tried to start a conflict with my buddy and I, we just wanted my car, extremely disrespectful.
Front desk attendants are very polite and professional. Back office personnel are as well. Linda was very helpful.
If you get the manager lady, she'll make it as hard as possible for you to get your car back. Also if any damages happen they'll blame you for it. My front bumper got snapped off and they wouldnt let me file a complaint. If your car is here, take every per-caution you can. Good luck.
My car broke down last night and the police called Gary's Towing to remove my car from the intersection. Breckin was the driver and he was so nice. He helped me charge my phone which was dead, he dropped off my car to my requested location and even helped me secure a Lyft to get home. He was so kind and very helpful during a frustrating situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Avoid if you can. This place will do anything to get a penny out of you. The manager lady is a bully and will not work with you.

My place of employment tries to use this as our towing service, but I will be proposing that we prospect elsewhere. They NEVER show up to remove the vehicles we report. It's a disservice and a waste of our time. 1 star for the very nice lady who takes our calls, since she's wasting her time as well. Disappointed.
Got dispatched through my insurance. ETA was 90-120 minutes. Got there in 60 minutes. Operator was courteous and respectful.
Had a driver come out to remove a vehicle from our garage. His name is Mitch. If I could give him 12/10 stars I would. He was so friendly and genuine. Really appreciated his assistance and would ask for him again if needed.
My car was towed over Memorial Day weekend: Tuesday morning comes and nobody will answer the phone, and their voicemail box is full. Google reports their hours as 24 hours during the week, so I get a ride across town to try and pick up my car, nobody is there, doors are locked. I’d imagine they’ll charge me for holding it another day, even though it’s their fault we couldn’t make a pickup appointment for their listed business hours. I’ll be trying again first thing Wednesday morning. Business hours not reported clearly, voicemail full, won’t answer the phone. When looking at other Google reviews, the fact they have a trash rating and NEVER apologize, they double down and blame each of the reviewers, it’s amazing they can manage a business this way.
Progressive insurance referred provider...no updates unless WE called...total of 3.5 hrs...with no updates!! Oh yeah...it's 106 outside as we type this!!
