I was completely stranded at my vet’s office with my sick kitten when my car would not properly start. After requesting roadside assistance through my Mazda app John H. was on the scene in less than 30 minutes. My vehicle is brand new, and he was able to open my key FOB to manually get my car out of park because he didn’t want to drag it. He also pointed out an issue on the exterior of my vehicle that I never would have noticed. That allowed me to take photos to show that my bumper replacement was done incorrectly. He then took me and my terrified kitten home before he took the car to the dealership. Excellent service. Friendly. Knowledgeable. I will only use East End Towing going forward.
I sat for an hour waiting!!!! I had a flat between Conway and Mayflower and I requested roadside assistance with GEICO these people jumped on it even though I could’ve gotten assistance from someone in Conway within 10 minutes or so. Greedy people!!!!! They couldn’t care less about me. It’s all about the money for them. I was infuriated
As others have said this company came up when I put in a roadside assistance request with my insurance company. Initially they gave an ETA of one hour. After an hour and change I called them. They said (doubtful if it's true) that they _just_ got the request and had not even assigned a driver. Then they assigned someone and gave me at ETA of 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I called them again and they told me that the assigned driver was still on a different tow. After another 10 minutes they updated their ETA to be _another_ 30 minutes. Altogether over 2 hours, and on their third ETA I didn't trust them. I went with a different tow company who was able to get to me in 15 minutes.
I will never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone to use not happy with them at all they towed my car to their yard and not to where I wanted it towed then charge for 2 Towing’s fees and storage fee was told that I didn’t need money since my insurance would pay but a police woman was right next to me and was told that I wasn’t or the cop wasn’t told That basically calling us both liars. My car was only there for 5 hours before I knew it wasn’t towed where was supposed to be no phone call to me or nothing how can they charge for storage and second towing and was only there for 6 hours they suck will be contacting someone soon for this
They were quick, polite and very efficient when they came to help me with my Kia Teluride. Would definitely recommend them!
