Highly recommend! He was very nice, texted us a link to track him. He also texted us and asked us if we would like any drinks from the store before he headed up to get us(we were in the middle of no where) he was very quick to get to us, was very informative on what he was doing as he loaded up our truck onto his truck. Very professional and he wasn’t expensive! Other places wanted 300$ and he hooked us up! Great guy. 10/10 Would use again and recommend to good friends and close family.
Friendly service. Can always count on them to be there. I called multiple places that were suppose to be open 24hrs and did not get an answer or call back. Lost and found picked up on the first call and was up and ready at 2am when my tire blew out. I have them saved in my contacts now for life. Whether its another blown tire or any of my other roadside assistance needs, this will be the first company I call.
This Company is amazing. I was stranded and looking at over a 2 hour wait. Called this company and they were so amazing about helping. They arrived in 30 min hooked my vehicle right up and took good care of me. They go above and beyond to help and the driver was very sweet. Definitely going to call this company in the future. He even gave me advice on where to take my vehicle. Would give 10 Stars if I could.

April of this year I had been out clubbing on a Saturday night and wouldn't you know it, my car doesn't want to start. Tried jumping it, nope it still would not start. I wasn't about to leave it so I called 3 different towing services,Payless being the 3rd. The dispatcher I spoke to gave me a better price than the other 2 places I called and told me she can have a driver there in 20 min. Her name was Sunshine and true to her word, the driver was there in 20 min. Because of her service and the driver who did the towing, Just this June I had another car issue come up where again I needed a tow, and Payless was my first call and Sunshine was the Dispatcher who answered giving me a chance to Thank her for her service.
Called in with something I needed and an employee named Sunshine Huff was right on it and handled everything for me. She was very respectful and straight to the point. 10/10 service and I'll be recommending this place to all of my friends and I will surely be calling back again!!

Alec & Lonnie Towing is the powerful and on point towing company. This is the only towing company in the Untied State i will use. Very friendly polite and honest and reliable. Thank you for your Service Alec & Lonnie.
Alec & Lonnie Towing were dispatched by State Farm to transport my vehicle to a collision center. Lonnie contacted me to confirm and go over details of the transport. He sent pictures and kept me updated the entire time. This kept me at ease as I was at work and was unable to be there at the time of transportation. Definitely recommend their towing service.
They were very helpful helping me with my flat tire. They even changed the flat tire for my spare tire when I got home. They made sure my tires had air and filled the spare. Very helpful overall and had a good experience. Would recommend them to anyone that needs any roadside assistance.
Lonnie was very helpful today. I have never been stranded in a rental y'all. Truly debilitating. But Lonnie was expedient and professional and made sure we made it all the way to our replacement car and helped us move our things. Amazing service!! Nate was the guy that helped me out and am absolutely great job. He came out extremely fast and got me exactly the help I needed immediately. He also was really friendly and it was really easy to work with him as well. It made breaking down on the side of the road a whole lot easier to deal with!!! I highly recommend this Nate and Nitro Towing as they actually came on the weekend which a lot of places do not do. I called another service first and they said they couldn’t have anyone there until Monday and it was a Saturday. Nitro set me up in less ha 3 minutes flat! So, I would say if your car ever breaks down definitely call Nitro Towing and ask for Nate! He’s the one I trust for sure!

My husband broke down in the freeway Friday night. Being it was Friday we were expecting a long delay. Called Nitro Towing and they helped right away. Dispatcher gave arrival estimate about 15 minutes. Tow truck arrived quickly and got my husband off the freeway. Great customer service from tow truck driver and despatcher. Hopefully we don’t need another tow but if we do we will be calling here.
My charger engine said no more and left this Army vet stranded in the middle of a road in Bakersfield. Called my insurance no answer cops took for ever but the homie at nitro came through got me off the road and gave me a ride to Dennys to wait for my ride.

We were connected to this company through AAA and they were amazing!! We got help from OG (Olgar) and he was an absolute delight! Extremely helpful and very quick! Call to get an estimate for how much it would be to go about 10 miles. They said it would cost $165. Then again I called as a girl so maybe different for a man.
You never expect a flat tire on the 99 to be a good experience but remarkably it was. Thanks to the extensive knowledge and experience of Victor, my Scatpack Challenger was taken to a recommended tire shop. I left with 2 brand new, front tires. From the moment I got off the phone with Victor while waiting on the 99, I was home start to finish within an hour and a half! That's crazy good!

I gave one star because I had to give a rating in order to leave a review. I don't recommend this company. We had our car hit by a drunk driver. He didn't stay, it was a hit and run. We followed him to his house, which is in our neighborhood. The driver was the son of the owner, who works for his dad. Police did nothing, as usual. Owner came to pick up their bumper and say "sorry". Don't use this company, driver may be drunk!!

We had an AMAZING experience with Eric, when I called he notified me that he could be there in 15-20 minutes (he was there in 15) while other tow companies were hour out. He was very kind and professional if I could and would recommend a tow company I would 100% recommend them! They are fast, reliable, and affordable.
Wish I could gave 0.5 stars , they showed up and ask for keys, we showed our registration and insurance all under my name , we don’t have the keys and he just drove away.

R & P Towing is an affordable and reliable local towing service company. Other towing companies were charging me 120-150$ whereas R & P Towing was only charging me half the price. They care about their customers and making sure they offer them reasonable and appropriate prices for their service. Service from John was good
I called because my wife locked her keys in the car and the Bakersfield office told me they don't service in Bakersfield. WHAT???
Guy picked me up for an emergency tow, he was really quick and efficient getting us going. Very personable and professional service, helped make an unexpected hardship much more pleasant!

Fast and cheap towing service
I’ve been having JR Towing transport my equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts to various job sites over the past 4 years. He’s always on time, doesn’t overcharge and always makes sure the forklifts are tied down safely without damaging the units.
Hands down the best towing service experience I've ever had to deal with. They turned an extremely stressful situation into a relatively pleasant and accommodating one. Highly, highly recommend. Will definitely be using their service again if the need ever arises.
Towed my z3 with them and was amazed on how efficient, skillfully picked up my not so common car . Would definitely repeat and recommend. They are truly a masters in their service.

This man that owns the place was very kind and very compassionate towards the other people who he was towing I would recommend this to anybody who has commercial vehicles or just their car they take pride in their work and their performance and how courteous they are very professional about their business I would recommend them for anybody who has a vehicle big or small
I called early on Friday morning (6:30) the day after Thanksgiving, to set up a time for my car to get towed to a shop that is four minutes away from my location. The guy who answered sounded like he was half asleep through entire conversation. I was quoted $168. I was really perplexed and asked did you say $168? And he said, "Yes". I asked if it's always this expensive or is because the time of day, he simply replied, " Well, prices have gone up." I did let him know that his price was extremely too high and I would be looking elsewhere. I then called Imperial Towing who quoted me $65 for the job. Guess who got my business?

This towing company should be closed for good! My car was towed by this company and when i picked it up it turned out the battery was "dead" and i had to pay extra to get my car to start. SCAM! What a coincidence the high beam headlights were on.
