Next Level Towing is the only towing service I would ever use. Excellent communication from start to finish. He came to pick up my car at my residence within 20 min, loaded up my car, explained everything, provided my receipt, and took my car to the shop. He was super friendly but very professional. I highly recommend his services.
Great experience! Super friendly, honest, professional and prompt! I called him on a Sunday to tow to my dealership and he was nice enough to tell me he would rather me speak to my dealership first to confirm they had an opening for me to eliminate having to get it towed twice. Will certainly use him again!

Woke up to my car failing on me. Called 10-4 Tow and their crew came to help. Jonathan was easy to talk to, and got the job done quick! He came within reasonable time and helped transport the car. Humorous, helpful, and skilled!
Bad experience she said 30 minutes, then 2 hours then 3 hours kept lying guy is stuck in traffic what traffic …. Seriously get ur self tripleaaa I did to waste of money and time. Bad experience, hopefully they can fix it.

Muhammed was very quick to respond and to arrive at my location. Not only was his service outstanding, he was very kind when giving us with advice about our car battery. We even got the chance to talk to him and he was very genuine.
This company claimed they put a 24 hour notice on my vehicle. They did not. Total money grab. Shame on AVG towing
Car was towed without being tagged in my neighborhood. I have been parking in the exact same spot since Aug 30th 2022 and no issues as the Manager knew it was me and had no issues. Talked to my attorney and it is illegal. The owner tried to out talk me and lied on my Complex Manager. He is a very rude and inconsiderate person. I really hope he actually becomes more humane and stops talking like an "ego filled manchild." Now "COUNTRY" when he brought my vehicle back was as sweet and kindhearted as can be. I only pray he finds a better employer Country is way too kind to be around that kind of energetic madness! He deserves a place with real integrity and not running on their high horse.He just better pray that no damage has happened to my vehicle as I am currently getting it checked out and he will be sued. Be aware of this business. Have an amazing day Sir with no integrity.

This group is incredible!! From the random conversation in Safeway, to Daniel being the absolute rockstar of a Tow Truck Operator that he is, I can’t sing their praises enough. Good genuine people here. Daniel took the challenge of getting my 66 Caprice relocated from a storage facility, to a driveway, and he absolutely nailed it! All while leaving room for my wife to still park in the driveway! Great man right there! Thank you Daniel, than you John, and thank you to the whole team at McHugh’s for the white glove experience. Just called was talked to very rudely for a very simple question about one item in stock. Better phone editcate is needed. Had a chance for a client. Nope not no more
Driver was on time. He had a little trouble finding me but called me right away. We were transferring a forklift onto a trailer and he was very careful when loading, trying to make sure the trailer wasn't damaged and then helped to carefully position the lift on the trailer for best ballance and so the load was carried across the trailers structure evenly.
Great bunch of people, very helpful, great prices, overall, my best experience I've had in dealing with wrecking/ tow yards.

I was leaving my boyfriend’s house and got a flat tire down the street. I know very little about cars and got quite anxious. I called B&D Towing because my boyfriend had used them, and received a call from Javier. He was polite, efficient, and I felt immediately at ease because of his professionalism. Thank you!
Called for a lockout service. Was quoted $100 for it. Didn't realize I only had $98 in my account. Driver threatened to call the police over $2 ..... for a 2 minute job. Please don't support companies like this. America is greater than this.
When I thought it couldn’t get any worse it did. My axel broke while out of town. Called like 7 different tow companies all out of my budget ( which is nonthing lol) but then like a ray of sunshine on this cloudy gloomy day my angels appeared. Great customer service for the second she answered the phone to the tow driver taking me home. If I could do more than 5 stars ⭐️ they surely would get them. So happy and blessed!
Untrustworthy. They committed to picking up my disabled car. They said they were too busy to do it the day I contacted them, but said they could tow it the following day. I emailed them the details they asked for. The next day I called back and was told they are unwilling to do it because they don't wan't their truck too far from their shop. Don't trust these people or what Gonzalo tells you because they do not keep their word. Do yourself a favor and save time by contacting a different tow company.
unfortunate, terrible service, with no transparency in costs up front. They treat you with anger and frustration and complete lack of care. These employees obviously don't like to work here.

Nice people blue collar towtruck drivers but sucks that they have a 80 dollar gate fee when google maps doesn't says its open
I must give Atco props for not rooting the vehicles that are towed here as some other tow companies do!

Review is solely based on experience of one of their drivers, as my wife and I were just tailgated by of their drivers while going with the flow of traffic on surface streets between lights in Concord. After a few blocks driver changed lanes and preceded to flip us the bird. Highly unprofessional and unwarrantedespecially when the company name and number is on the side of your truck.
