This is the best towing service in Escondido. Guy said he was gonna be here in 40 minutes you ended up getting to me in 30 minutes. 100% recommended you will not find a better tow service. The prices are the best in the Best in San Diego
Oscar is skilled and professional. We were 25 miles out of Escondido on HWY 15. He quoted a price and estimated 45 minutes over the phone but got there in just under 40. He loaded our car on his flatbed in just a few minutes. We rode home in another family members car and met Oscar at our house. He unloaded our car right onto our driveway. A big Thank You, a handshake and payment and our transaction was complete. Excellent service, upfront pricing, no surprises. I will use Oscar's services again should the need arise.
great company!!! he came to get my keys unlocked from my car, sadly the window shattered. He was so professional and took our car same day to his shop and had it done by 11 the next day perfectly replaced and fixed. He made it his priority to fix it and it really shows what great service they have for their customers. He handled the situation great especially when i was freaking out. I will return to them if i have any further issues!
Car broke down, called and Jose said 40 minutes. Was here in 35 minutes, hooked up my car and was very professional and helpful. Never a good thing to have your car break down, but I truly appreciated the quick response! Thank you!
Rv got a flat tire while driving up north for vacation with my kids sleeping in the back. They knew we were in a tough spot and literally tried to hustle us out of every penny charging us over a thousand dollars for 29 mile tow that was completely covered by my RV plus AAA service. Not only did they attempt to hustle me and my family out of every last dollar we owned but left us stranded on the freeway in the middle of the night with small children in such an unsafe environment just because we couldn’t afford their ridiculous prices plus the cost of fixing the damage to the tire from running over whatever what in the road that night. They shouldn’t advertise offering 24/7 service if they really can’t offer it.

So I came to them after having my vehicle towed there by Esco PD. So I knew there were things I needed, as I was told, to be able to get in my car. Today I show up, not changing my story, from over the weekend on what's goin on. I really and totally understand they have a job to do. But they were very judgemental and condescending. I needed a photo id to get access to the car. My photo id or anything with my photo is in THE CAR. They were nice enough to go "look' but couldn't find it. They asked, even over the phone, when it was towed why wouldn't you have grabbed that stuff? Or asked it's your car why wouldn't you know where your stuff is? I wasn't present when my car got towed. Like I have explained all weekend when I called and said the same thing over and over. Just made me feel very judged and belittled.
I'm giving Al's towing one star based on an experience having my car impounded to their tow lot years ago. Clearly they have not changed as I read the recent reviews. They stole everything from my car and denied it and I do not easily forget. Maybe they won't pay the price in this life (although hopefully they do) but God sees all either way.
Well, nobody likes to get their car towed. It's typically a frustrating interaction when you go to pick up your car. Recently my car was towed by Al's Towing and I have to say they were very pleasant and professional. I had a moment of snarkiness and Hector turned it right around and at the end we were having pleasant conversation. My circumstances for towing were actually kind of funny, and I happened to be a board member in the community from which my car was towed. Once the towing company figured that out, they proceeded to show me what steps they take to partner with communities in a very professional and discreet manner. Of course I knew who authorized the towing of my car, but under normal circumstances they protect the identity of the person making the request. I would recommend them for any community looking to partner with the towing company for parking issues.
They towed my car where I live from a visitor parking and I had the parking permit display on the windshield and I paid $463 just to get it back and did care I had the parking permit. So rude
Hector Ramos is the worst employee here. They did not listen And help me out. They were beyond rude and mean . Not professional at all . Please don't come here or at least don't get the guy H . Ramos . Or get this guy fired he's not good employee.

My grandma’s car was towed on Monday by your driver, Carlos. We just wanted to say how happy and impressed we were with the outstanding service and professionalism he provided. We’ve dealt with several towing companies before, and none have matched the level of care and service we received from Jonathan's Towing. Carlos was courteous, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for having such a great team!
Was forced to use them through AAA. My car broke down at a ranch just 300-400 yards down a dirt road. The road is used everyday by Amazon delivery drivers and food delivery truck drivers. They refused to drive down the dirt road. They said that I had to get the car back to the main road in order for them to tow it. At this point my car was not operating correctly and was concern if I drove it anymore it would damage it further. They refused to tow it since it was a dirt road. The tow truck driver was very rude and did not care I was stuck with a car that didn't run. I called AAA back and they sent Crossroadz Towing. They had no issue with the dirt road. Spent 3 hours waiting to finally get my car towed. I would not recommend Johnathan's towing.
Called AAA for battery service after hours (between 6 am and 8 pm I believe). Johnathan's came out anyway to jump start and check battery levels. Reported that battery was still usable but might require further jumps. No pressure to buy new battery. Didn't want my wife to have to deal with any future problems so requested new battery for next morning. (Old AAA battery was 3 years 7 months old.) Henry from Johnathan's came out to replace battery. Issue came up with old battery warranty promising a further 3 years discount, which AAA doesn't offer anymore. Can't say what happened behind the scenes, but Henry successfully advocated for the resulting completely satisfactory deal. Highly recommended.
A scammer and a liar: 5 lies in 10 minutes After being out of town for three weeks, I came home to a dead battery in my 2024 Accord. I called AAA for a jump start, and Jonathan’s towing came out to my house. He tested the battery and said it was beyond saving, and offered to sell me one of his batteries. When I said my car was still under warranty and I would have Honda replace it, he told me batteries are not covered under new car warranties. In that case I said I would drive my car to Walmart and check the warranty while my car idled in the parking lot. If it was not covered, I would buy a new battery from Walmart. He then said Walmart would sell me a new battery, but not install it. When I said to jumpstart my car and I would work out the details later, he once again tried to sell me one of his batteries. He then hooked up some cables to the car, and “tried” to start it, but said the battery was so far gone it could not even be jump started. I then asked to be towed to the dealership, but he said AAA did not allow towing for just a dead battery so my only real option was purchasing his battery. I sent him on his way and called AAA again. 1. AAA said of course they would tow a car if need be. 2. They sent out a new company who easily jump started the car. 3. I drove it to the dealership who confirmed that if the battery was ruined, they would replace it at no charge. 4.They did a complete test on the battery and it passed with flying colors. It has been driving great since then. 5. And of course, yes, Walmart would have installed the battery if I had needed it.
I had an issue with my vehicle and AAA roadside sent my request to Johnathan’s towing. I haven’t had very good towing experiences for several years now so I was anxious. Gary arrived and all I can say is that he was a blessing. He was courteous, kind, funny, and it was apparent that he knew what he was doing. He listened to my concerns about the vehicle and instantly put myself and my family at ease. When dropping the car off, he parked it perfectly straight and was thoughtful enough to make sure it was close enough to the curb. I can’t say enough about Gary, the service was excellent. Now my experience the following day with another driver from this company is another story entirely. My advice, if you can request a driver, request Gary.

Quoted arrival time of an hour to a hour & a half. After waiting 2 hours, I call them wondering why they are a half hour late. They tell me it will be another 2 hours. I ended up having to cancel & reschedule with another tow truck company for the next day.
Got stuck with no gas… they said they'd come in 30 min.. sure did.

I just recently bought a used car and everything was great until I broke down on the side of the 78... Honest and Professional. My engine blew on the 5 freeway. I was able to get a quick ride from a friend but did not feel comfortable waiting for a tow during busy holiday traffic. To add to the problem, I was stranded in the middle of the 17 mile Pendelton stretch. They allowed me to leave my keys and immediately found my car using my garbage directions. They charged me less than what my GPS said the tow destination was as well. My mechanic said they were extremely professional and worked with him well leaving me completely out of the situation. Best relief for a bad situation.

The dispatcher Tina took care of us. She saw the pictures from AAA that 2 other tow truck companies couldn't do because the car was too low to the ground. She gave me a call, said her drivers could get it done. Eric (Tow driver) came & got it done with no problem. Have to give respect where respect is due. Thanks
Absolute trash service. We scheduled our tow 3 days in advance. Had a 3:30pm pick up time which then turned to 5:00pm pick up. Finally after not receiving service by 6pm I called and one of the employees rushed me off the phone and told me to give it another 30-40 minutes. When I called back to tell them the dealership closed at 7pm one of the other employees finally admitted that we would have to reschedule with a different company because there was no way their driver would be there by 7pm and then hung up on me. Insane.
Put my call in through insurance company for roadside assistance, stated it would be 45min. Within 5minutes Nick from Crossroadz called, asked me what was going on. Said he would be on his way & within 25min he was there he also recommended an auto shop to go to. He was right on time with arrival & took me to recommended shop which was even better. Nick was professional & personable. I am thankful that Nick was the one to help save the day for me!

Our 1995 Ford F350 batteries were dead. AAA sent Quality Towing and he brought two diesel batteries, installed them, cleaned everything up, took the old batteries and all is well! Great job!
I got impounded by CHP to this tow yard for 2 days, They stole 2 expensive sunglasses, they are thieves!. When I asked about them they were rude! Said they were going to check cameras. The cameras can see below the steering wheel. Now I have to file a police report. I'm certain that this isn't the first time they stole and it won't be their last. Be careful what you leave in your car because apparently even they . They aren't going to expose the thief. They were acting like if I did something bad because I guess their used to not getting caught
I received a car in storage full of dirt. He not only replaced the battery, but checked all the wires, etc. I am so very impressed with his concern that I understand how to look for each important thing I must take care of for maintenance. His concern is invaluable. His name is Hashim Soraj... what a compassionate soul.
Florentino was my tow driver and he was incredible. I appreciated his kindness and great care he took towing our motor home. He was very accommodating. Highly recommend him! Just had a bad experience with quality towing on 5/19/2024. I had a drivetrain issue with my vehicle. Quality towing driver showed up took a picture of my car, got in his truck and they took off without telling us anything. We called them in which the dispatcher argues with me and hangs up with out a reason. Horrible company and horrible service was provided.

Go with any other tow service, technician came out to change a flat. First off he didn’t want to change it, then he eventually changed it after he saw us doing it while he was standing around. Then he didn’t even tighten the spare chain from under the car once he was done. Not did he tell us to do it. Instead we drove it and it caused damage to the car until we figured out what the noise was and where it was coming from.
Alex from ASAP towing did an amazing job and he was quick and friendly! Thank you ASAP towing! Definitely would recommend!

Yep I got towed, But I have to make an appointment to get my car? When I show up for my appointment I’m greeted by 4 other people waiting to get their car. When someone finally arrives they don’t have a key to move cars, to get to our cars. So he towed the cars out of the way. This is comical! I call and got “Sava” Rude woman who says that every thing is fine he has they keys, Not! Hot mess, you can expect them to be unprepared, unorganized and unable to do business properly. Why would they care or show effort they just made $400 off this chump.

I got into an accident and my insurance connected me with roadway. The driver got to me fairly quickly and he went above and beyond to help me figure things out. Even went as far as to buy me a snack to try and make me feel better. When I had to go to the facility in person to retrieve my belongings from my car, I realized my battery was dead and could not get into my trunk where I still had a lot of my belongings. I panicked thinking I was going to lose things that were special to me and the women in the office offered to jump the battery for me. I was astonished with the amazing service from everyone I worked with here at roadway Escondido. I can’t thank you all enough for all you did for me. but THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will never forget this experience.
My insurance company used Agero and they referred me to this company. Roadway towing was very unprofessional. I waited at least 6 hours to get my car towed 18 miles. Every time I called to get an update, they would say someone would be there in 35, 45, or 1 hour. The employees didn't have any idea when someone would be available. In the meantime, I was stuck at the same location waiting. On top of that, they delivered my car to the wrong location. I called back to let them know they made a mistake. Next, I asked them to transport my car to the right location which was about 10 miles away, they said I would have to go through my insurance again. In other words, they wanted me to pay again for their services although they towed my car to the wrong location. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have a lack of customer service skills and they do not value customer satisfaction. They need to either close permanently or hire competent employees. My rating is a 0.

From time we called for a tow, we were told 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes we called back and were told again driver was 30 minutes out. Again xalled and were told driver was ten minutes out but took him another 30. The driver was nice, quick, and knowlwdgeable but it took about 3 1/2 hours and multiple missed eta's before a truck finally arrived. Fair pricing.
it took over 2 hours to get to my place. When I called after 1 hour not only did your very rude receptionist lie to me, she also lied to the insurance company. She claimed her guy was "stuck in traffic" (there was absolutely no traffic whatsoever anywhere in vista at that time). when the tow truck finally arrived 2 hours after calling - he told me had only been dispatched 10 mins earlier. I have given my insurance company strict instructions that they are never to send your company to me again. Fire the super rude liar who answers your phones - she is killing your company.
