Was having a very bad day, Shabir arrived with his truck very quickly and even updated me a couple of times while on the way. He was very professional and made everything as easy as possible. He gave me a tow all the way from San Jose to Oakland and charged us significantly less than a couple of other companies that we called. His truck was very clean and the casual conversation all the way back was a much needed relief to the stressful day I had. 5/5 stars. I hope I don’t require his services again soon but he will be the first guy I call!

Lost my stuff that was in my vehicle. Had no explanation where it went.
Quick service at a reasonable cost. Recently my car was involved in an accident that rendered it undriveable. I had called these guys and they arrived in 20 minutes, had the car loaded in 5 minutes and paid via credit card over the phone and was sent a receipt via text. Thanks for the painless experience.

I ended up puncturing my oil pan in Tesla's parking lot. The security guard gave me Tesla's towing company, I asked him how much it would be. He said he would have to call me back in 5 minutes, I waited that 5 minutes, no phone call. So I then called Advanced Towing. They gave me a VERY reasonable price. I was very thankful, they quoted me 30-45 minutes to be there and they made it there in about 30 minutes. They were on the low end of the time they quoted. Very thankful to this company. To explain, Tesla's towing company never called me back. Not even by the time Advanced Towing showed up. Then finally after advanced Towing showed up, and we're already loading my car up, their tow truck just showed up. According to the security guard, Tesla's tow company would be faster because they are "fairly close". I call BS on that. I assume it's because they wanted to show up, quote me high and EXPECT me to pay it. Advanced Towing is now saved in my contacts as my go to towing company. Best professional, quick, and VERY reasonable. They even helped me get it into my parking place at my house. They were unable to drop it off using the truck into my place, so they even helped me get it into my parking place. I honestly couldn't thank this company enough. Thank you guys again for such a wonderful service and for helping me out.

I called this company to come and pull me out of a spot I was stuck in they wanted to charge me $411.00 I said ok no problem, however I was able to to get out of the place from being stuck myself. I call them to cancel the order and they charged my credit card $395.00 for a canceling fee. That is the most insane amount I ever seen for a cancellation and if a company have to charge that for canceling that mean I’m they are low on money which means they don’t get any business which means they are no good! Do not use this company.
SCAMMERS— go to Yelp. needed a tow today. Called this business and was quoted $200 for a tow up to 10 miles plus $85 if special equipment would be needed. After four hours of waiting the tow truck driver came and towed me home. 8.6 miles away. When he unhooked my car he stated it was going to be $325. Told him that’s not what I was quoted so I called the office. Another lady answered the phone and went to talk to her manager. While I was waiting they text the tow truck driver and told him $285. The whole time I was being informed that the tow truck driver was a third-party supposedly. Doesn’t sound like it. Once the lady got back on the phone I asked her was I being charged $85 for the special equipment that was never used? She spoke to her manager again and came back and said you deal with the driver about the price. Once they provided you the service and dropped your car off they know you’re stuck. They know their craft well. The driver quote you a very high price so they can talk to you down to an amount lower but still higher than what your quoted. Now I worry if they will come back and do something to my car because of this review. Do not trust these people .

My car got stuck in a concrete median Island and the person assisting with removing my car did an outstanding job. ensuring that no other damages are occurred during removal and he made sure the car is safe to drive prior to letting us go. the eta was 90 mins but he got there within 20-30 from when the insurance representative called for dispatch.
Saved me. The nicest most helpful people and the driver Matt wasn’t even uncomfortable when I asked for a hug. Would recommend.

I called in today 2/15/19. Around 2:15am for a tow truck service around that time if they are open 24 hours and this was the first call I made and within less then 30min I got my service and the person who name who answer my call name Max was very helpful and guide me to a very friendly helper name Shabir. He help me to a safe location and was with me through out the whole time. I am very thankful and blessed for the service that were provided. I am very satisfied of the time consuming and the liability given from this quick tow service. I would like to say thank you very much. You guys are dependable.

the owner max came and picked me up one night when I broke down on ca-84. AAA didn't want to guick me up so quick towing was outsourced, very good customer service and very fast, I will use them again in the future!

Absolutely horrible experience I get it your car gets impounded you call them the next day see how much it is to get out they tell you but they also don't tell you the daily fee the gas surcharges that are involved like it went from 125 to $190 over the weekend if I would have waited it would have been a hell of a lot more the guy on the phone says yeah we like to tell our customers about the daily fee and all that but he didn't they like to make their extra money off the city that's for sure
I had a flat and contacted AAA. They contacted Blackburn to come and change my tire. Approximate wait time was 40 min but they were there in 20!! My donut was all the way flat once Tyler put it on. He didn't have air on his truck to fill it. So his boss...I didn't catch the name...came and filled my donut for me. They were both extremely kind and I'm so thankful for their help. Thanks again!!

Put there number in your phone. You never know when something unexpected will come up and you, or even someone you know is suddenly in need help. If you're out of his area and he can't help I know he will do everything he can to get you help. That's just how friendly and helpful they are!
The cable came loose on my new battery and the car would not start. Have AAA and they would not respond to a direct call. Called Blackburn's and the rep came right away. Took car back over to where battery was installed and they tightened the cable.

Purposely difficult to work with. Multiple calls to them, multiple time they stated they did not have our vehicle. Only after informing them our vehicles are GPS tracked and it shows to be at their location did they find it on their lot. They charged storage fees in the process.
Made my daughter come back FIVE times over a 2 week window before they would release her car to the insurance company! Such an abuse of a customer so they can milk the insurance company. Did I mention they were rude on top of the profit taking. Find another towing option.
Ok so first the disclaimer, yes they were expensive and towed a vehicle despite the signage on the window stating there was a tow company in route, (they followed the property owners demands, Murco mngmnt who despite assuring me otherwise 2hrs prior forced the tow) however the guy was at least pleasant to deal with. They could have made things tougher on me but chose to be helpful and polite and that I really appreciated. We had to orchestrate a handoff of a large van between two wrecker companies and they made it simple, this is something they could have tied up with redtape costing me hundreds more so I can only say thank you. Treat the staff with respect, there's a fair chance they will treat you the same.
READ BEFORE CONTACTING; Like many here state, they’re an absolute scam, no doubt about it. I don’t know how these people sleep at night but here we are. I hope I can give you info on how the keep the costs lower after our incident. If your car is towed off the road; get a release asap. Even though this place says it’s closed, still pick up the release from the police immediately. Our car was towed off our street when we were on holiday. Upon figuring out where it was, we were told on the phone this place was closed (4th of July) so we picked up the PD release form the next day. This was a weekend, we were still told they were closed. When we arrived on Monday (the door was closed on opening hours because he “forgot” to open them after lunch, but that’s another issue) we were told that you can pick up a car whenever, you just need an appointment. So we didn’t want to pay for the days they told us on the phone were “closed”. The guy told us to go to this HQ. When we explained the issue, they still said we didn’t “try” on the 4th cause the release is from the 5th. After a lot of heated back and forth he was going to cut the costs of the weekend off. When we agreed, he went back and came back and told us they gave us the “wrong fee” and it would still be more for our district. Meaning; we’re still paying almost exactly how much it was before the “generous discount”. Also fun to add, that because I was not going to let this slide and he kept changing my words to try and fool the situation, he just started ignoring me and spoke to my husband only. The guy is called Adrian, and he’s supposed to be the manager. Don’t be fooled, you CAN pick your car up even though they tell you otherwise on the phone! Additionally, if you made it this far, someone in line told us they scam people on accident tows too. The cop will name the price, but as soon as they leave, they’ll try and scam you by saying it’s wrong and it’s actually 3 times the price. When the person in line then called the cop to clarify, the cop TURNED AROUND, and came back to the accident site and yelled at the towing employee the actual price. You can find these prices online or the cop on site can tell you how much it is. Make sure you note it down as well as the officers name. I doubt the employees will ever read this, but dang. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves scamming people in this economy.
