Junior was the best! You can tell he knew stuff- even I was suprised! Was in a pickle dealing with a down car that wouldn't start and was stuck in gear- he was able to load and unload it like a true pro!

Had a tire blow out in the middle of traffic! Really good customer service and response time was pretty quick. They also let me figure out the best way to replace my tire and accommodated to my last minute need. The drive to drop off the car was very safe and the truck cab was clean. Mike from Villa's had an unusual request yesterday when he arrived to tow my rental car to the Fresno Airport. I asked if he could also tow me. I had spent the past 2+ hours dealing with an awfully ineffective rental car agency to get transportation from an isolated town (Fairbaugh) to Fresno to exchange the broken car to one that would get me home in Southern California. I'd spoken with about 10 rental car agents all over world--that was a nightmare, 1 very helpful 911 officer, 1 very kind highway patrol officer. When Mike showed up in the tow truck and I explained my dilemma without hesitation he agreed to assist me. He was the answer to my prayers yesterday and I can't thank him enough. He went above and beyond to help me and I will always be grateful for his kindness. Even before he arrived he was very professional by notifying me via text of his expected arrival time, then again when he expected to be a little later. Mike turned an absolutely Miserable day for me completely around. From the moment he arrived until the .moment he'd completed helping this little old lady, he handled everything perfectly. He is an awesome young man! The world needs more like him.

Complained he wanted to leave so he could go home. Show up on time and your done earlier! What happened to common courtesy and professionalism???

OMG. Talk about life savers! Shawn and his crew at A&A Crane are fantastic. We had a container delivered with a statue weighing about 18, 000 pounds. The rental company we had arranged to deliver the equipment did not show and left us in a bind. We reached out to Shawn and within the hour he was there with the crane and equipment needed to lift the statue out of the container and place it on the platform we had prepared for it. This place could not find anything from my car! They were lazy and didn't do their job well. We wasted money getting a copy of the registration to get the car back AND wasted more money to get a locksmith to make a new key for us when the key was on the hood the whole time, between the windshield. They did not get what was needed and we had to waste money, on top of paying the fee to get the car back. What a horrible service. Never use their yard!
We had a Mercedes sprinter van that needed to be delivered to Chino from Fresno. Bulldog from the start of starting the appointment to tow was awesome. Customer service reps were precise and communication was excellent. The driver Tom went out of his way to send us pics of drop off and communicated extremely well. I must mention they had the best prices in their area. I would recommend them to anyone and our business does a lot of business in their area and will definitely use them again.

Steve's towing customer service is a joke. I went with my teenage daughter to go get my belongings from my car which was involved in an accident and from the start the female was rude. "Just to let you know" we understand that you don't like your job or are unhappy for your own reasons but please don't try and steal others joy. My daughter noticed her rudeness as well and we just laughed about it. My insurance, Liberty Mutual, told me to get the license plates off the car and when I was going to do that she told me that anything affixed to the car must stay that way. If my new car ever needed a tow or is involved in an accident, I will make sure that it is towed by a different company. I informed Liberty Mutual as well. It sounds to me like Steve's Towing does a good job at towing but it is unfortunate he has someone with that demeanor in his office. He should seriously consider replacing this person. If you or car MUST go there be well prepared! You can't do anything else but laugh about it!
The receptionist was very rude! Before I could say anything she starts yelling "you need to wait!" If they were not used by my insurance I would never call them back again! Horrible Lady!
They got there quickly the driver was friendly and understanding. The price was awesome deal, paid in cash didn't even need to call my insurance for roadside assistance. And was towed across town. Totally recommend this company- and I have several times and people I referred have referred others as well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Very professional, prompt with estimate time of arrival. Plus drop off was on point. I would highly recommend Steve's towing over some other subpar companies. Will definitely use again and save them in my contacts.

Tried to get a tow through our phone service. Setup with one hour wait. Two hours passed, tried calling and it went to voice-mail with a full mailbox. Never showed up even after trying to resubmit the call.
My insurance contact them through the roadside assistance. They were so nice and customer service was excellent driver was quick and communicative. Would definitely recommend! 😊
After a nightmare with insurance we finally reached a live person and received a text that a driver would be there between 1 hour and 1and 1/2 hours within 10 minutes your driver called and was at our truck within 15 minutes. We had the nicest young man ever. I did not get his name but I have nothing but high Praises for this young man. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and everyone. Thank you so very much. We had been stuck for hours dealing with our insurance and this young man was so very kind and knew his job.

They are soooo expensive cost me 650 if I pick up the night it was towed and it was towed an hour before I called them. And 595 of I pick up the next morning before 9am. The guy was so rude and was threatened when I questioned the pricing and the rule of the extra fee for picking up the night of. Don't recommend!
My car was tow this morning and I called right away and got a responda of where my car was. David was very helpful letting me know what log my car was in. Very fast and friendly service.
Got a sticker on my car for expired reg. Called and got a 2 week extension in minutes. Some of you guys could use your words instead of complaining and not calling. They are not “predatory” just doing their job.
My experience was very bad with this company. Non-professional and extremely opportunistic. They charge so much higher than anyone else in the market and they are so rude. They want 650 to pick up the night it was towed, and with my car it had been towed for about an hour. To pick up the next morning they said 595 before 9am. They were also extremely rude and defensive.
Terrible customer service and obvious money grab since they don't hesitate to take people out of parking spots they own and admit to not making sure the car belongs in the spot it is left in. This company needs to be looked into because whenever someone tries to get answers it's met with anger and hostility then a price increase.

They reposed my van on a unlawful tow. They never returned it to where they were told to take it back to. We had to put out money just to get my purse back then go back to get the van cause they wouldnt return it like they were told. Would never deal with these people for nothing

My daughter went to her annual check up at the FPA Women's health clinic in downtown Fresno yesterday. There was a protest going on in front of the clinic and while she was trying to get into her scheduled appointment her vehicle was towed by A&G. It was in the parking lot for 14 minutes total. When she came back with the parking pass it was already gone. The clinic is in on it too. Sickening way to treat the vulnerable young women in our community. SHAME! We will be seeing you thieves in court.

The police took my car for a night and this towing they never answer to make an appointment to go pick it up it says it cause they wanna charge your extra days you show up right there and they never there Now I keep calling and the mailbox is full I can’t leave no more messages
I wouldn’t even give them one star ! Every time I call them to find out information on my car the guy tells me to call him back in about an hour and when I do they don’t answer. Very unprofessional
When I called Johnson Brothers towing, they told me they were out and weren’t able to assist me. He told me to call him back in 2 hours to see if he would be available. I work full time and I don’t have time to be calling to see if they are available or not. They are a business and they should be available during regular business hours. I shouldn’t have to be calling to see if he’s available or not. I called him at 4:15 and asked if I would be able to pick up my car and he told me I called him too late and he wouldn’t be able to help me because he was out completing a task and wouldn’t be back in time for me to pick up my car. He said next time I have to make an appointment. They close at 5pm!!! I told him, I didn’t care if he was there or not, I was going to pick up my car. When I showed up, there was another guy there and he was able to help me. I figured out he “wasn’t able to help me” because if he wasn’t there when I picked up my car, he wouldn’t be able to get the percentage of the sale. My car was stolen and I still had to deal with this!! The man told me I needed to have the most recent registration on hard or else I wouldn’t be able to get my car. From my understanding, registration cards are usually in the glove compartment of all cars, in case you get pulled over by a cop. I said no problem, and I walked outside to where my car was, unlocked it and got my registration. When he told me the amount I owed, he said I owed two nights even though the vehicle was only left there one night. He said “it will be $360 and I said okay and handed him my debit card and he replied “That was easy, I should’ve said $500” that’s extremely unprofessional to say to someone that just got their car stolen. WATCH out for them!!! The reason they make it so difficult is so you are forced to pay an additional over night fee. Trying to help whoever I can with this post.
