⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I recently needed a tow and was helped by Jesse from Alberto’s Towing Company, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Jesse was professional, polite, and clearly experienced. He handled my vehicle with great care, made sure everything was secure, and took the time to explain what he was doing each step of the way. He showed up quickly after I called, and his calm attitude really helped reduce the stress of the situation. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I was taken care of. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend asking for Jesse. He made a frustrating situation a lot easier to deal with. Huge thanks to Jesse and Alberto’s Towing!

I spoke to four different people on the phone making arrangements and each one of them was friendly, professional and eager to help me with my request. The tow truck driver, Jesus, was also a very nice person. I had to get a rental car from the Santa Ynez airport and the rental had to be returned to that airport. I live in Long Beach so it would have been a big inconvenience to drive it back to Santa Ynez. Alberto’s had the best price I could find. It’s not a cheap venture but it was worth it.

Good service, completely take care of my Motorcycle. Hopefully I don’t need towing anymore but definitely I will call Alberto’s Towing just in case I’m in the need of their service. Highly recommended to who ever needed a towing service.

One of these trucks was driving up the 55N to 5S around 7:40AM today, driving so reckless, changing multiple lanes without signaling and also going 90mph. So unsafe and can seriously hurt someone! Be aware of these crazy drivers, they need to get their licenses revoked.

Straight up extortionists. Tried to charge me $950 for a 6 mile tow. They threatened to impound my car when I asked for a fair price and I had to get the police involved before they would budge on their ridiculous $950 price. All the positive reviews for this company have to be fakes. CALL ANYONE ELSE.

Wait time was not communicated well. Driver stated they are hired through dispatchers and they commonly give incorrect wait time. Driver was patient and helpful even did the best he could to get it in a tight space. Price was decent.

James Thurber today I just had an accident and he came change my rear tire did an excellent job doing my vehicle back home he was polite the vehicle with clean and it’s all the safety PS he had a mascon great job

so Nick came this morning to save the day after a been stuck on the side of the freeway for 3 hours he was polite and did great job towing me to the nearest body shop on a holiday

First impressions were met. Everything and everyone was more than 5 stars here. When I arrived, i was greeted in the parking lot. Escorted into the service dept. We talked about my concerns with my truck and after 5 minutes, into the bay it went. Timely repair and walked through the process while they were working it. Beautiful trucks coming off the assembly line. Wow......thanks to Golden West.

Bought our second heavy wrecker from Golden West In Dec 2019,. We didn’t fly out to look at it and Marc Richan was asked if any major work was performed. An hour after the truck crossed into Canada a colleague asked if this thru k was ever rolled. After looking at the truck we found 8 signs of it being laid over, either the guys at Golden West have no idea what they’re talking about or they only care a out selling trucks. After a few attempts of reaching out to Golden nobody could care less about getting back to us, even Toro Towing wouldn’t return my phone call requesting the paint code. Very disappointed in the way this all worked out, we would have passed on this unit if we had seen the actual condition, Shame on you Marc and Golden West, burn us once it won’t happen again!

My vehicle was towed from one body shop to another using veterans towing and my vehicle was basically ransacked. They stole between 2-300 dollars worth of property before I had a chance to remove it. When I called them and asked about it they were super defensive and unwilling to work with me.

This business is the definition of a scam. Incredibly predatory, just watching and waiting for you to make a mistake to swoop in . If you see a sign posted with their name on it on any business parking lot, avoid that area at all cost. Their tactics of business are cutthroat with no warning. They will leave a bad impression on any business that hires them.

They were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They gave a very fair quote over the phone, arrived earlier than expected, and got our car on the flatbed quickly.

Yesterday, after turning down 2 other offers for "Roadside Service" from an insurance policy I pay supcicily to help me, finally they sent the best, most professional, most respectful young man from Veterans Towing Service (James). There aren't enough words to describe the professional, respectful, skilled Man that came to my rescue. Retired Military, humble, kind. There is NO end to describe this Wonderful Human. I recommend this Towing service to anyone in need. I wish Him (James)all the best the world could offer, and Thank you Veterans Towing.

I was this company through my car insurances roadside assistance. I just needed help with a flat tire that I had noticed after working a 12 hour shift. The person that came to help me said he couldn’t get the tire off of my car bc of a combo of rust and that my tire had “seized around the rotors”. He was pulling and pulling and pulling and couldn’t get the tire off. He asked me about humid storage temperatures that my car has been in and basically claimed there’s nothing he could do, he can’t put my spare on my car. I should call me insurance company back and put in a new request for my vehicle to be towed by them instead. An hour later, my husband arrived and removed my tire and put the spare on my car …. My husband doesn’t work on cars or have any extensive experience with automobiles beyond the basics. He said that based off of the tightness of them, it felt like only 2 or 3 of my 5 lugnuts had even been removed when the veterans employee e attempted to take my flat tire off. There were still more lugnuts in place, which is why the tire didn’t come off. Long story short…. I felt the person who came to help me rushed through the process and wanted to take the more expensive way out instead of just providing the service I had asked for. Either that or he was careless/ not knowledgeable. Hard to tell which but i wasted 3 hours and almost wasted 150$ on an unnecessary towing service. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is bc I was told it would take 90 min for them to arrive and it only took 30.

No problem with person who did the towing. My brother-in-law was hit by a driver running a red light. His SUV was totaled. The next day I drove my sister to get their belongings from the vehicle. She was very shaky from the stress of the wreck etc. I was there to help her. The man who finally came to take us to the suv was very rude. He said he could only take one person back. He could have been polite but was so rude. He was rude the entire time. Another man came looking for my sis and I told him someone had taken her to car. This man went and took over from first one thank goodness. He was polite, patient and helpful. The first man was Amberto. The 2nd was Pablo. He was a blessing. Not everyone has their car towed for doing something wrong. No need to make a stressful situation worse. My sister did not deserve the treatment she got from Amberto. Thank you Pablo for treating her with respect,and kindness.

Some of the employees were terribly RUDE and not very helpful. Others seemed as though they would like to be helpful, but were forbidden. My car was hit and then towed to their lot. They staff grilled me about my status, I believe because they feared I was some low life with no insurance who was planning to clear out the car and "dump" it on them. They were down right INSULTING.. In fact, it was totaled and my insurance company instructed me to remove everything so they could pick it up for their investigation in order to go after the other insurance company. None of this should concern the tow company, but I had to defend myself as if I were some criminal in order to gain access to my own property. Once they finally allowed me access they would not allow my husband to help me transfer the items. I am disabled and had a recent spine surgery. Every step of the way dealing with them was DIFFICULT and UNPLEASANT. They had a general POOR ATTITUDE, had me jumping through hoops, and to top it off they FAILED to release my car to my insurance company after I went down in person to provide authorization. I suspect it was a sneaky ploy to stretch out the days of storage and therefore the fees. These are the type of folks that give the tow industry a bad reputation.

Destroyed my car while it was in impound. Dont really car about the damage cause im parting it out. But my uncle owns a transporting business in huntington for multi million dollar cars and he would never treat my car like how these guys did. Unprofessional experience and this is coming from someone who really doesn't care about my bmw that they had in their care. I have the money and resources, just wanted to make a point for the next person.

Employees were very friendly and made it easy to get the stuff left in my car after an accident. One of the employees was really good about using gender neutral pronouns! They also made sure I didn't forget to give permission for the car to be released to the insurance.

Someone had my vehicle towed by accident... These guys didn't charge me A dime.. Even though they did not have to. They apologized for my inconvenience. If you ever need a vehicle towed for any reason get in touch with these guys. They are honest

So don't make the mistake of parking in the wrong spot at your place of residency. Last night I made it and it cost us nearly $550 to claim our small SUV. I called this place and nearly had a heart attack after they told me it was over $500 to get our car back. They take your property but won't tell you why and who called them. They just want you to give up the cash in order to release your car. We showed up not even 12 hours later and we're charged full price without any chance of a discount or break. We live in north Long Beach and car was taken to Fullerton. These people are legal crooks and in the right business for personal gains.

Towed my cars when I was on a permit to park at my residence and damaged my vehicle and wouldn’t pay. Cost me $1,200 to fix. Suing them.

I live in the area of placentia Today My brother in law stop by to bring us some food for the kids Graduation celebration, Next thing you know we have Oscar ( Night Star Employee ) trying to hook the car, hadn’t yet but even when my BIL came out to tell him he’s gonna leave he still continued to proceed with the towing instead of stopping for a sec before trying to hook it. Ofc BIL got defensive and aggravated because Oscar didn’t even want to give him a chance. Things escalated quickly from both parties. We asked for the drop fee , He responded “idk the drop fee”. I called the NS Office lady responded “We Don’t Do Drop Fees”. I asked to speak to the owner (Albert) they said he wasn’t in. They called police they arrived the cops asked how much is the drop fee oscar replied “boss doesn’t want me to do a drop fee” but I thought the office said they didn’t do drop fees ? YOU ARE ALLOWED TO REQUEST VIDEO CAMERA CONTAINING FROM THE TOWING ! Oscar denied me that right. I had my legal advisor on the phone with me. They advised me to ask if the car was cleared from PD to get picked up. He didn’t have an answer for me but what he did say is they are contracted with PD to let towing truck take cars without getting cleared first and that he can clear it when he’s takes it? At that point I new PD wasnt gonna be much help. They work together. I asked for the clear code of the car they couldn’t give me that. I then asked to use section 22658 The PD kept trying so hard to contradict me when my legal advisor was hearing it all and disagreeing. But what made me do this review was the poor professionalism from this company. BIL went to the location same employee Oscar was there to drop and return car, he then continued to antagonize and provoke my BIL who was already frustrated by him trying to make dumb remarks and smirk at my BIL. At that point OWNER ALBERT came out of the location aggressively towards my Family. Instead of de-escalating the conflict. Also we have been trying multiple times to speak to him prior and he wasn’t available till the incident. I know that they have a job to do and I also know that they come when they are called to by Property Management but they need to understand that where we live is in the poverty neighborhood where we work really hard for our money and anybody who loses money is going to feel some type of way they are stealing from the people. Oscar could’ve worked something out before things got out of hand. Also seen Tons of reviews with incidents with NS towing and everybody seems to be lying BUT THEM ? Most response back are them being very defensive and claiming false accusations. Be very careful when dealing with this company. I will personally be educating myself more on this matter and seeking legal advice or action. Record at all times when dealing with them ask the proper questions ask to see video taping ask what equipment and tools they use to tow and to show you on camera because they charge fees for equipment they use and most the time they don’t but charge. Ask for the picture taken before towing, get receipts. Do not go alone as they are very aggressive.
