Great guys. Helped me out in a jam late at night on a Friday when my insurance company roadside assistance dropped the ball when they called two different providers who didn't answer / show up - making me wait 3+ hours for nothing. Found Bee Line at the top of google search results, they are there for a reason. THANK YOU!!
Triple A took five hours to tell us they couldn't get us a tow truck. We ended up calling Bee Line Towing and our tow truck driver, Kevin, got here in thirty minutes and was very friendly and helpful. Our dispatcher, Eli was helpful as well getting our driver sent out quickly. I've gotten a lot of cars towed and this has been my best experience by far.
Bee Line is our go-to whenever we need one of our vehicles transported. Always reliable and professional. 10/10 highly recommend!
These guys were amazing. They were fast, courteous and most important safely transported my hard to tow car. Definitely keeping their number in my phone.
Dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I give my word I did nothing but talk in a polite manner. It seems as if dispatcher was having a bad day and was taking it out in me. Other than that, the tow driver was great! Much more polite and professional. My motorcycle was stranded on the road after my throttle cable snapped and I called towing services. It’s okay, but this company just needs to work on how their dispatcher center talks to their customers. Was simply an awful experience. Again, I give my word I was polite the entire time. Customer satisfaction will take you a long way, I don’t ask for much. I give my word everything I’ve stated on this review is true and correct.

Got locked out of my car after a long day, and these guys came through. Super quick, kind, and didn’t overcharge. Their 24/7 service is a lifesaver I definitely recommend if you’re in any type of situation. Thanks for the help!
Real bad service and highest price! Just replaced the battery cost my $350, if I don’t want,threat me $275 for service fee,come on , don’t call them and don’t give your credit card information! I asked the guy how much? He said he would call company,then replaced the battery,didn’t call,just told me $535. Don’t let them touch your card except you like,otherwise you need to pay for them ! Really bad
didn't think anyone would get me off the road at like 3 in the morning. I called three different places, and they were the first to answer. I really appreciate how quickly they got to me and ensured I drove off safely before leaving.
Check Yelp reviews for this company everyone!! I called them, trusting the Google reviews, only to become angry at the company. The person on the line said that the price of the towing would depend on the DIFFICULTY of the situation. My situation was that my boyfriend and my car had a flat tire. We weren't unable to change to the spare tire. So we wanted to get our car towed to the closest tire store, we also said that if he can change the tires, then he doesn't need to worry about towing. The price range the person said was apparently $84-$134. So we thought that changing a tire wouldn't be that difficult. She then says she'll call and send the towing guy to us. She then calls me back and guess what, she then says we're gonna charge $134 on your credit card. WHAT?! WHAT?! It must be that hard to change a tire We decided to cancel the service, which would be a 49 dollar cancelation fee. (Right? Expensive) We were fine with that. Better than 134. But NO. Few days later and we still haven't gotten a refund. We had to call the company saying we want the refund and they were saying "Oh let me speak with a higher up. They'll call you within this week." NO PHONE CALL AFTER THAT. We tried calling again and they said refund by next week. It's now been a week from that call. I'll update this if we actually get a refund, if not, everyone reading this, now you know. Also, don't trust Google reviews. I'd say use just use Yelp.
Nick, did a great job, this morning to unlock my car after I forget the keys inside ETA was 35 minutes. I will use them again if needed. Highly recommended guys thanks again.
