Mauricio was a great help he made sure we were completely out of the situation we had ended up in. Also, they were quick to respond and resolve our issue with our truck. Mauricio was also instructed to leave us where we were by his superior, but chose to continue to help us and get the job done while there was many obstacles in the job but he found a way to get it done.
Spencer deserves a significant raise! He is a stellar representative for your company. He works efficiently, quickly and with attention to detail- yet, he does not rush and my wife and I could tell safely was his # 1 priority. His customer 1st attitude, pleasant communication skills and family first attitude are admirable and unfortunately in this day and age rare. As far as we are concerned Spencer is a celebrity tow truck driver and we’re his #1 fans. Again, give the man a raise… you will never regret it!
Jose Lepe is awesome. Efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Also a very safe driver. The reason for 4 stars is because the truck had no working air conditioning and this is the desert!
My cargo van broke down in the grapevine and I scheduled a 8AM tow. Mauricio showed up at 7:45 after A1 had texted twice to give me updates. It was nice to be kept informed every step of the way. Mauricio was quick, professional and an uplifting human being. Towing your car is not supposed to be a such a positive experience! Would recommend A1 towing to anyone, 10/10 service.
My truck broke down unexpectedly and shut off without giving me the chance to pull over safely. I was stuck on the side of the road, 50 miles away from my destination — it was late at night, dark, and I felt very unsafe. Mauricio arrived quickly with the tow truck and was incredibly polite and professional. He made me feel safe and reassured during a very stressful situation. Very happy with R&J towing very fast and friendly service. Highly recommend for all your towing needs
id give 0 stars if i could. they picked my car up at 2pm its a 3 hour drive its now 6:40 pm and they are telling me its going to be another 2 hours before they will arrive. called their office and they cant tell me where my car has been for the last 4.5 hours. and all they keep saying is there is dead lock traffic yet the live map shows the full drive only taking 3 hours and 10 min. yet the driver is still 2 hours away with my car and no explanation as to where my car has been all this time. horrible service and ill make sure to review on all platforms to inform others from getting put in this mess.
Angel from R&J towing was faster than the quoted time, friendly and efficient. He had me on the road in 20 minutes from when I reported the battery going out. Diana in the office is also wonderful and they all seem to be very dedicated! I will definitely use them again if there is the need in the future. Thank you!

The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the quick arrival and I realize that this is dependent on how many calls the company has received. The service was exceptional - the representative was able to get the auto started and his diagnosis proved to be correct with my mechanic, as well.

Very professional and helpfull and on time didnt wait that long and polite
I had called at around 3 in the morning and they arrived in under an hour which was honestly impressive. My friends and I had no idea what to do since we’d never been in a situation like this before but the worker was calm, collected, and professional the entire time. They really helped put us at ease and made the whole process smooth and stress free. They were also super accommodating with all of our questions and needs. Definitely grateful for their help in such a stressful moment!
They were very professional and polite they took very good care of me and my car. Will definitely call again!

Very dangerous driving. They pulled out in front of my car almost hitting me. Unacceptable. Wouldn't trust the drivers to tow my car.

rude dispatcher. Declined my tow for no reason. From AAA Dispatch. When AAA advised me and i called ALWAYS TOWING directly the dispatcher hung up because he was caught in his lie as AAA was on conference line. I had to wait for another tow from an alternate company which was an inconvenience. I will never recommend this company. Its unfortunate because there are drivers that i really like and trust there. The dispatcher is not one of them after today's experience. Beware! I had to leave one star to make this comment. Truthfully you don't even deserve the one I was forced to give.
The Service Technician Andrew was excellent. He had me back on the road in no time! I really appreciated his friendly and courteous attitude.
Nice people very understanding. They were genuinely sincere and supportive after my son was killed on his motorcycle.

Driver showed up quickly=1 star After that it went downhill fast, first he started with your membership is only classic or standard and won't cover the flat tire change. I tried to show him my account but he wasn't having it, actually said good by n good luck got in his truck as I was trying to see if I could pay him cash just to break loose the lug nuts n tighten the 5 in total not even rusted, he didn't really want to do this job at all or is just rude n to lazy either way had to call AAA again and they verified I had premium plus RV coverage and cannot understand what happened, only clue is that my AAA account is nor cal n this is so cal so they said they didn't have to Honor it. This part is on AAA for allowing this kind of transaction to even be a possibility. That said you're taking your chances with this place, ok maybe it's just this driver but who knows the office seemed to back him up, so good luck but I'd try another location first either way. Update: I did get AAA to send another driver from another company who was awesome, he never asked me for anything, jumped out and kicked ass, had us back on the road in under 7 minutes.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY dispatchers are rude!! Driver was so nice 5 starts to him!! But “Manager is so extra rude” they try to double charge!! Please people be careful DO NOT CALL THEM!! If I could I wouldn’t even give one star taking advantage when people is in need.
All I can do is tell the truth. I called needed a tow asap. Another company wouldn't even consider picking my car up. They asked me my address and destination, gave me a price, paid over the phone, they showed up in 10 minutes and done. I called at 8:15 am. It is now 8:45 .
Garage people quoted 450 for tow I said ok. 5 minutes later AAA said they could do it. They would never answer the phone I cancelled by email 5 minutes later. They charged me 150.00. When ever I call to ask what happened they just hang up on me. DONT CALL THEM!!!!!!

Told me they would be there in 65 to 90 minutes called them after no arrival in 90 minutes told me it would be another 60 minutes still no show after 150 minutes called said they we're are there way final arrival time 241 minutes very disappointed
We had a shipping container moved by this company. The office girls were very friendly and knowledable. We had to change time of arrival twice and it was no problem. The young man moving the container was courteous and patient. He did a great job. Got it out of a tight spot and delivered them right where we wanted it . Thank you !

Paid $186.00 for the tow and for them to hold it for 12 hours and im sure they stole my wheels they only took a picture of a stolen vehicle when i was taking the car a little convenient. They towed my car in park and damaged my transmission.
Horrible situation brought us to sierra towing, but they did an outstanding job helping us work through the situation. At first it seemed a little off, but once you realize how much is going on you'll understand. Very helpful, very informative, could not be happier with how they helped us. Best towing company I've dealt with!

came during their Saturday hours, as was instructed by their office answering service. No one was there, gate was locked. I waited the entire time they should’ve been open. Nobody showed up.

Ford sent them out to pick up my truck and the driver said I wasn't at pickup location . So he got paid from Ford and pulled up after he canceled it himself. Told me Ford canceled it and had me pay out of pocket. Later Ford told me they never canceled it . I was 5 hours from home and got stuck with this horrible company. Would not recommend dealing with them.
THEY STOLE MY CAR. Absolutely horrendous. The tow truck driver himself was the best I’ve ever had, super punctual and cordial, even helped me get the car back in running order/assess the damage. The owner (or dispatcher) is a COMPLETELY different story. Rude as can be, seemed to be under the influence, had zero patience. The best part, however, is when the owner had our tow guy STEAL THE CAR to his storage lot until he received payment (which our insurance had called him several times about and offered him payment). Absolutely AWFUL person that man. I hope there’s some way we can take legal action once the situation is resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Best towing Service we ever had ..our driver, Rene was very professional. Curious, friendly...his truck was clean in and out ..and he was timely ..i received a text ..then the driver called personally to let us know he was in route and about approximately when he would be there ..we felt confident and safe that this driver was very qualified and knowledgeable in his job ..i would recommend this company to my family and friends .that WHEN and EVER you need a tow..call " M & O " ..and then relax they got it ..Ohh dont forget to ask for the nice guy Rene ...👍😉👏👏😃
My wife was involved an a hit and run accident Our insurance company called M&O TOWING to come change a tire. After a 2 hour wait, 30 minutes longer then they said it would be, the driver arrived. He claimed he was given the wrong information and left. When I called the manager, he said the insurance company called and canceled the call as they didn't want to pay for it. He out and out lied to me. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I wish I could give 0 stars as this is the worse service I have ever had. I'm filing complaints with the insurance company, LA County and the Sherriff's department and Better Business Bureau. They should lose their business license
These people sold me a Winnebago that had a “good engine and transmission”, without keys. When I received the RV it was in pieces. All connections were cut, (water lines, heater, toilet) and the engine was missing pieces along with all the connections being cut as well. The “missing key”? More like missing entire ignition. I expected for it to need some work but they were very malicious in cutting all the cords throughout the RV. Now M&O refuses to take responsibility blaming it on one of their workers, Lalo Lathrop (who has stopped responding to me). M&O / Lalo stole $1,000 from me. ($1800 if you count the tow cost to my home). Since no one wants to take responsibility, a police report will be filed. Stay away from this company and its employees!
