Jill and Rich are a wonderful and helpful team. I had a car being shipped by a third party and they had issues they couldn't figure out. They dropped my car off at All American and they were able to figure out what the problem was, get it fixed the same day, and have it to the port for shipping. Thank you again for all the help!

Jill and Rich did an amazing job taking care of my camper van being transported to Hawaii. They are experts in dealing with Matson - identifying and repairing my loose handbrake before it became a last minute issue at the port. They also went above and beyond when it was identified the camper van could be transported as regular cargo instead of an RV - spending extra time at the port until I could switch the paperwork around - saving me over $1000! Very professional, kind, and personalized care. I would highly recommend to anyone dealing with the stresses of moving to Hawaii.

Noam came by and picked up my car when another company didn’t show. He was efficient and polite.
Was able to bring down the quote but my eta was 90 mins. 90 mins passed still no arrival. Called a 2nd time for a eta they said 20 mins . 20 mins passed still a no show. Called a 3rd time for eta they said 17 mins. 17 mins passed and still no arrival. They even put me on hold for a good 20 mins at some point while they were trying to get an eta. They still had the nerve to tell me that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I was waiting since 1ish pm and no one came here as waiting til 5pm til I called it quits. Careful with them could try to scam you
They went to try to start my semi truck with 1000 Amp cell phone size jumper and failed to ven witch jumper cables and the gasoline f350 could Not start my truck Even though i made sure i was clear enough to tell them i needed a big jumper over 2500 ams to start So they still charged me 150 for labor when the job was not performed . Called customer service and very rude Indian guy did not let me talk and hung up on me
Tow Long Beach delivered exceptional service. The driver was courteous, careful, and very knowledgeable. They treated my car like their own. I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need help
Called and said I needed my car towed to the dealership because the transmission was down, and they were at the top of the search thanks to an ad payment. So I called. They said they were sending a driver on over. An hour later I called back for an ETA, since they’re literally <2 miles away from my address. Oh, the driver is still over half an hour away and I didn’t specify that I needed the car delivered when they were still open. I said that they didn’t tell me “I’m sending a driver over” meant eventually. Apparently the snarky woman on the phone decided it was my fault for not asking for clarification before she hung up on me. Embarrassingly unprofessional group. I’d be careful if you were considering them. Oh, and they also estimated about $85 “ish” for the tow, which turned into over $140 by the time they finally got here. So they aren’t just rude, they’re crooks.

This company told me that for an additional fee they would send a tow truck right away. They asked for zelle payment and charged a whopping $385.00. They took the money and still made us wait for an hour and a half. Then when I called to complain they told me that it was my fault that I didn't call them back and tell them that their driver asked for zelle payment! The whole transaction seems so shady. Any other tow company has to be better than this. Taking advantage of people in a situation like this beyond low.
While heading to work I noticed my tires were flat and wouldn’t hold air. Called Five Star and they helped me replace them. Great service.
The name says it all guys. Five Star Towing gave me five-star service from start to finish. They arrived fast, handled my car with care, and price is affordable. I’ve been in a clunk a few times. Easily, these guys are at the top in regards to my towing experiences I’ve had thus far.
I was having a great time downtown until I locked my keys in my car. I thought this was going to ruin our day but the guy said he would be here in 45 and showed up as he said.

I was just driving down Cherry at 2:00pm. A hill crane male driver just almost killed me. I just had to slam my brakes to prevent myself from flying into oncoming traffic. I called the office and spoke with a woman to let her know how dangerous the driver was driving. He was driving at least over 70 mph and in the middle lane to go through the traffic. When I spoke with the answering service lady she was very rude and told me she doesn’t have anybody for me to speak to until Monday and hung up in my face. I am very concerned because I am a resident in the area and always come down this street to get on the freeway. Please someone stop this company from driving these big trucks that carry huge cranes on them this is a life or death situation at this point.

This company towed my car and stole my tools and documents and other things that I had inside the car!! I did the report with the police
I recently received great service from A&A Towing. They were uniquely professional and really helpful. I must say that being stranded on the side of the road is never an enjoyable experience. I was so glad so when they came to my rescue exactly one hour after I called them. That was pretty fast and I must recommend them to all and sundry.
I messed up and forgot my parking pass to be displayed. They showed mercy on me and helped me out. Thanks for being a great honest business appreciate yall
Regularly utilize their service at my landlords' behest to remove cars from my reserved parking space. Quick and efficient work, but I wish I didn't have to call them so regularly - if only people would stop parking in my spot.

They work with the city, so that's mean they are a private tow company, and also is so expensive .. look for more options.. this one is not good..
Champs was amazing. Great customer service. He made me feel safe.
Owner was great and accommodating. Staff, including his mechanic, were super helpful. Seemed like they really cared that my son was okay after being towed there from the accident site. Good people.

They predatory towers and don't tow legaly they don't give the legal grace period. They will be reported sooner or later for having predatory spotters. Shame on you people.
Absolute SCAM. What a trash company. Towed my car even though I purchased items at a restaurant and left my car there while I went somewhere else. Don’t trust a word they say, $450 is absolutely absurd and such a trash way to steal money from people
This towing company is known as a predatory tower. They conduct satellite sweeps and most likely pay businesses and plazas to be called for illegally parked cars. I’m our case, our vehicle was parked in public parking, but parked in a plaza. We were on the premises for less than 30-40 minutes, in California, it is stated that it in order for a tow truck to be called, the vehicle has to be illegally parked for upwards of an hour. We also payed the 450$ fee to get our car back. In California, if the drive from the tow spot to the tow lot is 10 miles, then the price will be 160$. For every additional mile, it will add an additional 4 dollars. Our vehicle was parked 10-15 miles away from the tow lot, but we still payed 450$ instead of what would be 200$ at most.
